Airtel — Stop Charging Rs. 10 per day by dada sub 10

I have complaints against dada sub 10 because this company is charging Rs.10/- per day from my airtel connection (Phone no. - [protected]) since 2 month. Earlier we had 3 time complained but still they are charing Rs. 10/- per day.
Please stop the unauthorised deduction of Rs. 10/- per day from my airtel connection and also ensure the refunding of deducted amount within 24 hours.

I am staying Babanagar Nacharam, Hyderabad-76 which is 6 Kms from Secunderabad and 2 kms from Uppal, The Airtel signls are very poor and getting much inconvenience to the publis even outgoing calls and incoming calls not responding well., since three weeks. If you want to rectify at the earliest no problem otherwise you will give message not possible rectify means people will go for other card. Once there was a very good reputation is having Airtel if it continues like that the business will be much effected to the organisation once the fall down in market means it never come again such a highness in business. If the tower is not having this area giving trouble nor technicial problem. please get it rectify what ever problem is there other wise send the message possible/not possible than the customer will go other brand. Early action is much appreciated.

    I purchased Airtel Digital TV and preferred it as I thought they will have better quality, but i was wrong :

    1. They commit that they will install digital TV with in 4 hrs to 24 hrs but I waited for 72 hrs for Engineer call.

    2. They gave me slot for installation of 10 AM to 11 AM, Sunday but no call during that time and at end I called customer support, they have fixed another slot on Monday. Monday is working for us and no body is there during working hours. Wasted five days and 20 times called customer care.

    3. Customer care is very poor, misleading and error prone.

    I had horrible experience with Airtel digital TV, I asked escalation process, no answer.

    Airtel — poor service quality

    I am piyush pandey mno. [protected] presently living in Assam Iwant to register a complain due to poor service provided by airtel assam region already i have made many complains but they gave lay excuses.Today (1 aug 10) at 10:33pm I call to customer care executive &he gave lay excuses that our service is down but when i sent messages to my friends it easily go but call can"t completed .I asked to executiveif service is poor then how it is possible that the messages are easily delivered but call can"t completed so the cus care exe disconnet the phone.leave alone financial losses i am also mentally stressed as i not able to call my friends back home.
    I had the same problem with them. I asked for escalation process but was hung up after asking for feedback on the call. It's true that their service sucks badly.

    I still regret why I went for Airtel DTH.

      I am using Airtel mobile chennai for 7 years and for the past one year i am facing Network problem inside my house. I am in between the range of Purasaiwalkkam Tower and Secretariat colony Towers. When I keep mobile inside the house one or two points shown or no tower is shown in my mobile and some one calls my mobile they will get the vice message that the number is not reachable. I made several complaints to the customer care but all in vain. They said mechanically that change the mobile sir. I informed them that before making my complaint I tried all the mobiles Nokia Sony Erickson Motorola etc., and still have the same problem.

      They said they will check it clear it in few days. After one or two days the computer recorded message will be delivered to my mobile stating that everything is fine. But nothing is fine to my range problem. I also asked them to send some engineers to sort out the problem but no response. I don't know what to do. I have to keep my mobile always near window to get some signal.

      airtel network — no network inside the house

      I have two Airtel connections no [protected] & [protected] since last four / three years. I am staying in the same flat at 09 Vidya, NOFRA Near RC Church Colaba mumbai. Since last one month i am unable to get network in the house. I have to stand outside in the balcony to get the network. some time it is of Navy nagar / Cuffe parade.I have informed airtel vide complaint no [protected] dated 13 mar,[protected] dated 19 mar, [protected] 14 mar and[protected] dated 24 mar 08.

      I get all sort of reply, to check and manually set Airtel, chip is defective and hand set is bad.
      I have nokia E 90 and N72 set and the network is when i stand in the balcony or outside the house.

      Airtel need to check and give firm reply. The people sitting in the Customer care are unaware of the issue and keep irrritating with funny funny answers rather than resolving the issue.

      there was no problems since last so many years it just started a month ago. Airtel need to resolve it at the earliest.

      Airtel — Range inside my home

      I have been using airtel for the last five years and lot of my friends are saying that some times they are getting the message that i am not in range eventhough i am in my home. This may be because of the range is not inside my home and whenever i came outside it will show full range. I have 4 nokia hand set and all of them showing the same problem. Now i took BSNL and Idea connection and both of them have full range inside the home. I am keeping the airtel connection still because of only one reason that the number is with me for the last five years and all of my contacts were know this number only. The problem is conveyed to the airtel customer care executive many times and still now it is not solved. May be they will do it after one indian in moon.
      This complaint is from MES RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, VAYU VIHAR, AIRFORCE STATION, PULAYANARKOTTA, THURUVACAL PO.TRIVANDRUM 695031...
      There is entirely poor range in the above mentioned area..so many complaints have being forwarded to the coustomer care but there is no action from there side..this is a defence area and people cant call to there far native place.all of here are having airtel connections..if still there is no action from the respective authority we are planning to cancel the connection...5 or 6 times we have forwarded the complaint...we are ashamed to tell that there is no response...
      atleast now please please make nesasary action thinking that each and every coustomer is important...thankyou.
      I stays at Nashik, and my airtel mobile never has range inside my home, it makes us difficult to call and to take a call.So please give me a solution for clearity of range inside my home.

        Dear Friends. Have you followed the Booster card packages by Airtel?

        Initially in order to attract more customers in to their net work all the mobile operators are offering Booster cards alternatively known as Rate Cutter cards.

        Airtel also offered a rate cutter card value of Rs.65/- with one month validity. In this rate cutter all the local airtel mobile calls charged only 10 paise per minute. So several customers including me advised our friends and relatives and changed to airtel mobile since the charge is very low with rate cutter card.

        After making the customers used to the benefits of Baaster card. all of a sudden airtel stopped Rs.65/- Booster card and forced to take only Rs.97/- card to use 10paise call charge to local airtel numbers. after two months, they again stopped the 97 Booster also and forced the customers to go for 149 Booster to avail the 10 paise call charge.They also convinced that along with that booster card custmoer can send sms for 5 paise and to other mobile calls at 49paise per minute.

        But the airtel failed to note that not all the customers are using sms and also making calls to other mobiles. It should be the customers choice to choose among the Booster cards. Without doing so Simply forcing the customers will only make them to loss their customers since other mobile operators are giving vide choice on booster cards. Most if the customers are using second mobiles to use avail the benefits of booster cards. It is not a difficulty for them to switch to other operators.They have to think about it.

        on 99 booster plz change 100sms to 250 or 300 sms per day...
        on 10 rs top up card increase the amount as 8.00or7.50 for 7.07...

        yes, Airtel cheating us with Booster Card.i got a Diwali offer like with RC 160 booster pack, i can call Airtel to airtel @ 30 p/min and other mobiiles @50 p/min.Before booster pack for me the sms charge are 5 Paise for loacl SMS and 50 paise for std.but after using booster pack my SMS rate got increased to 50 per SMS for both local and STD sms.when i asked about this SMS rate to Customer care, i didn't get valid responce.instead they are advising me to use another booster pack for SMS.i am really get frustrated about this.i am going to change my SIM card soon.
        Yea, airtel sucks man. They are totally money based. No intention to provide quality service to customers. they keep on changing booster plans. They tend to reduce the features of a booster and provide the previous features in a booster of higher rates. Innocent customers fall for this trick and become airtel's prey. When will this injustice end? We expect the govt to take a good action against this kind of cheating. Thanks for the oppourtuniy to express my feelings.

        Recently AIRTEL started charging for MMS services. The point is I do not know what is MMS and how to use it. When I called and told them, one guy said this has been deactivated. But within next one hour there was aother debit. Again I went to the Customere care centre. This centre is manned by some fools who do not kanow anaything about Airtel service. With great difficlukty I got the ph umber of the nodal officer. He refused to give the address of their office. This man got the MMS seervice cancelled.
        Why they refuse to give the physical address? If we have to make a complaint or file a suit, we need their address.
        my mobile no is [protected]... i recharged 450 rs booster card on 15th aug 2011... trans id is[protected]. i cont check my booster card vality .. i use *124# but it respond invalid service code ... i called my mom ... talked 2.45 sec ... airtel charged rs 0.30 paise ...ok ... then i send an one msg to my friend [protected] it's also airtel no... but airtel charged 0.50 paise for that msg in my main account ... wt can i do... customer care not given propare response ... how to check my booster card vality and msg problems pls give me a good solution for this problem... my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

The number is in the name of me and always exist with me but your customercare is always harashing me since 4-5 months on the above said number and searching some other person Shri Ranbir Singh who have a number of reliance as per your customercare executive. I am harashed so many time during roaming which cost me very much but after telling so many times that this number is not belongs to Shri Ranbir Singh. This number is in my name since 5 years but your customercare are continued harashing me, please do the needful otherwise I will forced to take action against you under the court of law.

                    I am the regular customer of airtel i am susbscribing one scheme regarding job alert when i got the call from airtel at the time they called up they told that its free scheme for one 1 month after one month they will deduct the money from my account
                    after 2 months i cal;led up to airtel customer care they were told this scheme not deactivated from airtel
                    the code which providfed in sms i.e. *321*661# for applying for job as well as deactivation i dial it gives massage unknown application. this is absulutly cheeting with customer
                    please tell me procedure to deactivate this scheme
                    to keep my mobile no. safe i am not provided it in this massage.

                    Airtel Prepaid Connection — De-activation of Airtel Connection

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have purchased an airtel pre-paid connection along with Nokia cell at Global Access, B'lore on 4th of October-2008 to be gifted to one of my relatives staying in B'lore. Following are the details. I have given all the documents like, proof of address and ID for purchasing the SIM card. I have activated for life long free scheme along with Rs333/- recharge voucher.

                    After 10 days of activation, I get a message to submit my proof of ID and address ONCE AGAIN which is very surprising!!! This is not possible as I am stationed in Hyderabad. when I call the customercare in B'lore, they inform me that the number is de-activated and now is a "Free" number. This is not at all expected from a company like "Airtel" which is one of the leading cell service providers. I have lost all the recharge balance.

                    Please advice on further course of action on how to get back my old number activated along with balance amount. i don't understand"HOW CAN A CUSTOMER BEAR THE TROUBLE FOR MISTAKE OF DEALER IF HE HAS NOT SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS?" I have inlcuded the details of the dealer above.

                    I am sending a seperate email to [protected]@airtelindia.com attaching the proofs submitted by me.

                    airtel people has deactivated my prepaid connection without information having more balance and due to non payment of post paid ,not paid because of high bill value , not given proper itemwise list ,not activating cug,not extending rental benefits.

                      Dear Sir/ Mam,

                      I am using an Airtel postpaid connection since last 1.5years before that it was a prepaid connection for about 2 years. This time i purchased a data card of Airtel for which no one turned up at my place for verification, and they have put a negative verification saying no one lives at that place, wheras as in my address proof i gave the MTNL landline bill of that month only. where both the connections are in my name and at same address.

                      I requested the Airtel people to send the executive to my place but they asked me to visit there nearest showroom, i told them that that was not possible as i am mostly on official tours.


                      Since the day i have purchased the data card its not working and now they have totally discontinued the number. I have also received a bill for that data card.

                      My experience with Bharti Airtel is that the company is not at allcustomer service oriented. They are just making the people fool. I am having 58 complaint numbers for both my Airtel connections

                      I have invested Rs.3500/- in the Airtel data card so Please suggest what to do?

                        Not able to lock phone dynamically. Spoke to their help desk and followed the procedure suggested. Even after that outward calls are not getting locked. Struggled for three days with all this and booked a complaint no 14366784 on 27.11.2008. They assured that their service person will visit and rectify the problem. Did not happen till date and after daily follow up. Was informed that complaint which was booked on 27.11.2008 is closed. Do not know how a complaint can be closed without resolution and inspite of the fact that I have been informing them regularly aboubt non resolution of the problem.

                          I have been facing the continuous internet disconnection problem past 3 weeks. i complianted so many times. 3 or 4 times their service engineer has come but problem hasn't resolved yet. for every two days, their call center people are calling and asking whether problem has solved or not? continuously i am giving the same answer that the problem hasn't sorted out.
                          so, i am requesting airtel people that please let me know whether u people can solve the problem or not. i[censored] are unable to sort out then i will go for some other new connection.

                            I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen, all gives you the false statements.

                            I have been AirTel customers since 2 years. In general I’m happy with the products and services which you have to offer even though the network is not so clear since couple of months and yet managing hoping for improvement in near future.

                            In the month of April-May, Ms. Priya who was working for your partner at vijayanagar called and pestered me to buy ADD-ON Sim and promised me the best services in the new scheme. In fact I requested her not to call me and bug for add on sim as I didn’t know what to do with it.


                            I was stunned to see an executive at home on the same evening requesting for my photo and told me not to bother about the address proof etc as he told me that he’ll get back to me for address proof requirement but never turned back, but somehow I received a sim with the number [protected].
                            After couple of days, Ms. Priya again called me and asked me to start using the sim without bothering about the bill as it SHALL BE ADDED with the parent number ([protected])


                            But contrary to what I was assured and to my shock I received a separate bill. When I called up Ms. Priya, she contradicted her previous statement by saying that I will receive TWO separate bills and that it was NOT an add on card and that the scheme had got over by the time I booked. After this in spite of me making several calls, I never got any response and got to know that Ms. Priya left the job.

                            Further, I not only refused to pay the bill but also questioned AirTel as to how they could provide me a sim without ME signing the document. Later, without any intimation I started receiving the add on sim’s bill amount to the parent number which I paid without noticing.

                            The next step taken by me was to disconnect the add on sim number, ie [protected], all incoming and outgoing calls were barred……..sill I started receiving the minimum bill amount to the parent bill which I refused to pay.

                            Last week, on November 23rd night, without any prior notice, the outgoing call of the parent number [protected] was barred because of which I incurred a HUGE loss of business. And had frantically called [protected], your executive Mr. Dilip (Ref. no.[protected] And the next day I spoke to Ms. Shilpa (Ref no.[protected] dated 25th November requested him to activate the outgoing calls but it did not happen. I had undergone a lot of mental torture due to non availability of outgoing calls as it affected my business a lot.

                            I would like to bring the following points to your kind info:

                            1. I did not sign any agreement for the add on sim which was provided by Ms. Priya, which amounts to forgery! My signature can be verified in the parent number.
                            2. As I have been your loyal customer since two years, I request you to reconnect my parent number without any further delay.
                            3. As far as the add on sim is concerned, I shall clear the dues if and only if the documentation part is proved.
                            4. If the parent number is not activated within the next 12 hrs, I will be forced to take legal action based on forgery & harassment, and Loss of business due to barring of outgoing calls for 10 days without prior written notice.

                            To wrap up I really want to remain a loyal AirTel customer but I am extremely frustrated by your attempts to lock me into a long term contract.

                            I beg you to reconsider how you treat your customers and “Reward” us for our loyalty rather then punish us!

                              I applied for broadbend connection in april-may 2008 and pay Rs.1000.after my money was refunded after 10 days by saying, that we do not have pair for connection.After few month.Mr Omprakash contect me and confirm that we have fecility to give you connection. and he collect rs. 1000 on 31st august 2008.I am waiting till today, have called omprakash/mr ghanty/ti nodel agency. neither I got connection nor my money back.Air tel should return my money with panelty.

                                The above No was being used as a post paid number and after the expiry of the plan, the same was converted into a Pre Paid numberfor which the documents were submitted to Airtel office at Fateh nagar New Delhi( Shibatel), who lost them. The docts were again submitted alogwith photo and the number became operational after a few days.After 15-20 days, a message was received about failure of address verification.I immediately contacted Airtel Customer Care, who confirmed that there was no such enquiry pending.It was actually confirmed by the Shift manager at that time.The confirmation can be obtained from call record.After a week, the number was closed.I had not only converted the number as a lifitime pre paid but had also recharged and put a pack in that number.
                                I therefore request u to please look into the matter as no one had ever tried to do the address verification as no visit was made by anybody at my residence or No Contact made.
                                Secondly since the number was initially a post paid no, the address verification was probably not required.
                                Thirdly the staff posted at your Shibatel Office would ensure that nobody should ever take an Airtel Connection.
                                Presntly I am posted at Rajkot and I had a postpaid Airtel No-[protected] which I closed and took a Tata No instead.On closure I received a letter from Airtel for continuing the services. Tell me in the circumstances, would anybody dare to have an Airtel Connection. I have already spent may be 24 hours of my active time to speak to Airtel and calls for an app. amt of Rs200/-plus

                                  I am using airtel postpaid no. [protected] in bangalore, karnatka. they have blocked the services to my home mo.[protected], jharkhand circle(BSNL).

                                  I have lodge a complaint on 27nov.2008, complaint no.[protected], & they had given me time limit of 2nd dec within which they told me that service will be restored to this number. now today is 4th dec, 2008 & they have not doing anything about my complaint. evertime they are saying we are working on it. for last 10 days airtel people are giving me the same excuse.

                                  Now, from today 4th Dec, 2008 they have blocked my customer care facility no. 121 voice service also, so that i can, t speak to any of the customer care people.

                                  sir, if we customer not able to make payment in time these people are charging penalty as well as disconnect the connection, & now these people are doing all the crabs for last 10 days .

                                  What, I can do against Airtel. I want to take strong action against them for negligence of service as well as penalty.

                                  Please suggest.

                                    We had registered for Airtel broadband use on the 3rd of November. Your Customer care executive ( Senthil - [protected]) had promised to get it operational within 4 working days. It has been a month now and the Landline/ broadband is not yet operational.

                                    i have also received my first bill for services that I have not used. I would like to know howcome AIRTEL has charged us without first making our broadbacd/ Landline operational..

                                    All calls to SENTHIL go unattended.

                                    I request immediate disconnection of the NON-FUNCTIONAL landline at our residence as I am not willing to pay any bills for the same,

                                    Airtel Broadband — connection not yet done

                                    I had shifted my residential premises and requested for connection to be relocated. Airtel did honour that in a few days time after receiving all documentations and Cash.I gave all the documents and cash for relocation of shifting,i have all the bills with me and instument modem.Then after one month a call came from customer care executive that he will be coming on that day for connection but no one exxecutive came i have to travel,so i also gave my bigbrothers number they also call on my brothers cell and told that they coming for connection but till no no response.i am irritated of all this false commitment.and my phone no is [protected].

                                      ON 17th Nov. 2008 MY MOBILE PHONE WAS MISPLACE. I LODGE A COMPLAINT IN POLICE STATION AND GOT A NEW SIM CARD FROM EXCELL COMM. NEW FREINDS COLONY NEW DELHI AFTER GIVING ALL THE ID AND RESIDENSE PROFFS ON 18th NOV.2008.

                                      BUT TODAY IS 04/12/2008 AND MY NUMBER IS NOT YET STARTED.
