[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — CHEATING IN AMOUNT BALANCE

I(Bhavishyachawla) have a no.[protected] using your airtel connection from many months. I was charged rs50 by downloading java games.but i have no first initiative in downloading.i talked to customer care about that. There is no charge written on that.as i click, msg comes and i closes the browser. And there is no download.i request to refund without any downloading.please do something, charged cut without download.and I deactivated airtel live one day before 11 of july.

i've got fed up of airtel!!...i'm a prepaid customer and prefer prepaid...however now i've decided to switch over to tata docomo!!...why??? well take a look at the prepaid plans and offers yurselves guys (http://tatadocomo.com/prepaid-plan-details.aspx)...they have some great offers like 100 free SMS everyday, any call for only 1paisa/sec, a free voicemail service, atc...and so many moreee!!...

I(BHAVISHYA CHAWLA) using your airtel connection atleast from last one year.I am your loyal customer.my no.is [protected], i have charged rs.50 for downloading but there is not written any charges apply or main talk is that i deactivated airtel-live one day ago from deduction of my amount.. Plz do something.i dont initiate first.as i open web browser, airtel-live automatically starts, and when i click sumwhere, msg comes and i cancel the processing.and msg is of deduction of my balance without any reason.its my request to you to please refund my balance.or I will change my connection because i have been continuosly making call to cust.care, but only said that your complaint is forwaded.

I HAVE COMPLAINT TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES for activation of sim ...but no response from there ...

I have activated 98 Rs internet plan for my mobile office but alternately Rs10 per day plan is also activtated . I had talked to the customer care regarding to deactiate my Rs10 per day plan, But no use to talk them . Rs 10 is deducting every day with my mobile account . Plese Help me.

[protected] hey .mere sath 22oct.2010 ko ninght ko time 10.59..09 per AIRTEL customer care number per GALI-GALOK ki gai .. mere sath bahut hi bura bartav kiya gaya ...iske baad customer care adikari ke dawra mere se badla lene ke liya mere mobile NO.[protected] per nine type airtel facility activate karke mere BALANE Rs.1071 ka Rs.887 kar diya gaya. ye sari facility customer care adikari ne only half minute mein hi activate kar di gai .. me chahta hu ki us airtel adikari ke kilaf company karywahi kare and mera PURA balance mere ko dilaye...anyatha mere ko couster court mein jana padega...
