Dear Sir,
I have recharged my mobile No.[protected] online by Rs.333 via my HDFC A/C on dated 21.feb 2010.But instead of regular follow up neither the bank revert my money back nor the airtel credited the amount in my mobile. The reference No. of transaction is[protected] & reply of airtel staff is that refence No.is not tracable & the reply of bank is as follows :

The only role of HDFC Bank is in facilitating the payment. The offering / terms and conditions of the product are laid down by the Merchant. Your account has been debited and the payment has already been made to the Merchant / Service provider.

Airtel — WORST Service by MOHAMMED in AIRTEL
Hi iam pradeep I call to airtel customer for asking why has been activated hellotune without my notice by detecting balanceMOHAMMED iam telling WORST guy in service and this guy even dont know manners to talk
He will lost all custmoers by this
Plz remove this from job and tell him to learn manners
Now I need an explaination from airtel management.
