My contact no is [protected]. I have been using airtel no for past two months. Till august end it worked nicely. During first week of sep they banned my mobile service without any reason. when i contacted them they told that you documents haven't received (though i submitted 2 proofs). Then i gave my documents on[protected] at Vega Centre, Swargate, Pune. At that time they(she) told it will be activated within 4 hrs. but it didn't. When i contacted customer care they again told we haven't received your documents, so kindly submit it. So i again went to Swargate office then they finally activated on[protected] morning. But yesterday[protected] it again stopped working and giving info as simcard registration failed. Today, i went to the same office and enquired regarding this. They told that your no has been deleted in the system. When i asked reason for that, they didn't even responded for that. They not at all considered me as a human being. There were not even 10 customers but i waited for nearly 75mins to get that one sentence reply. Is this the way any customer can expect from his mobile network?

    I have an Airtel Prepaid connection and recharged for Rs.300/- on 26th july 2008.Sale day i made a call to Bangalore and talked for around 14 mts so the charge should be 14/- [ booster pack so STD costs 1/-] but 128.80 wad recovered.I lodged a complaint to Customer service & they told it is a mistake in system and the amount wrongly recovered 115/- will be credited to me by 48hrs.but nothing done.After 3 days i again called another person took and the same reply.i sent mail to 121 even then no positive reply.
    Finally i received an SMS yesterday that my query is resolved anf if i have any further clarification i can contact a mobile number they provided.The amount not credited to my account & I dont knnow what they solved.When i tried the mobile number it is continuosly switched off only.

      Myself ganesh from haryana
      working in a govt sector (national brain research centre) am belong from tamilnadu, recently before 4 months i purchased a AIRTEL sim card from shop vendor (approx Rs.400/- i spent on that time )i given my Id and address proof that time shop vendor for quick connection he given a fake id, address proof for my No so airtel disconnected that Number this i knew after i gone to customer care for reactivating that No then air tel was not able to reactive that Number so again i purchased a New No ([protected])again i spent Rs 400/- and i reached with Rs 399/-
      now same reason WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION they disconnected my Number now in my mobile am having Rs 250/- talk time

      Am asking 1 question how many times i have to by your sim card, after verification only u can activate the customer s No why u are activating quickly and after one are two months without information why you are disconnecting ?

      Airtel Bangalore — Disconnecting without information

      Dear sir,

      My Mobile no. [protected] and Account no.[protected]
      I had taken corporate connection 2 months back, I had changed my address last month and updated the address by calling customer care. on 20th December you have disconnected the total service(barred incoming and outgoing calls), when I called to customer care I came to know that address verification not done.

      Please note that this is not my mistake and I don't know the address verifications needs to be done, without any information disconnected total service. I think Airtel is a professionaly managed organisation, its totally shocking to know these kind of service like a uncltured manners. The basic etiqutte of informing the customer is not there with your staff. I called morethan 26 times every time new person takes the call and askes all story and gives some justifications like "only after verification your number will be activated" "your payment is made?" I don't know what system you have there!!!

      I had missed many business calls becasue of incoming call barred I don't know you will understand this problem, I have totally disoppointed with the service I received.

      I hope you will realise this and act on soon.

      AirTel — Disconnected without information

      I have taken one new connection with Airtel as [protected] with One Year Advanced rental . Airtel has disconnected the number without any call to me on my other numbers.
      When I contacted them they said you again have to submit documents, I do not understand for what.
      While I have another four more numbers with Airtel where my identity, and relations are very good.

      Now when I am calling customer care or writting e-mails to Airtel, they are not responding .

      Can I make a consumer court case against Airtel for refund of advanced paid rental and also the harrasment of the customer.

        Please Introduce Free STD and Local Airtel to Airtel Calls

        Kindly introduce STD and Local Airtel to Airtel Free Calls to make it econmically beneficial for the airtel users. Reliance Connection has a new STD offer like RIM to RIM STD free if we recharge wih Rs. 496/- So pls introduce such offers in airtel also. Airtel Network coverage is really good. Earlier Airtel had offers like airtel yuva and airtel friends. But now no such amazing offers in airtel. So plz introduce such offers for airtel customers....

        Airtel Mobile Connecetion is not user Friendlybecause they are not introducing any airtel to airtel free offers like that of Reliance Connection. No airtel to airtel STD offers are there now a days. But the network coverage is really goodand also the customer care service. Please introduce some economically free new offers for Airtel pre-paid customers.

        Airtel Prepaid — no local calls from other network on new airtel prepaid connection

        sir/madam,
        i have taken a new airtel connection from lucknow on 12 august.
        At the time of purchase the company executive assured of trouble free service and gave the sim.
        but when we brought the sim at home and made a local call from BSNL landline and mobile, "number doesnot exist" message is heard. but when we put 0 before the number the number is dialed but we have to pay STD charges of the call.
        We told about the matter to the airtel office from where we bought the sim.
        they assured that with 10-15 days ur complaint will be solved. but i m still facing this problem. today i again rang to the local office and to customer care but now they are saying that it is not out problem and u have the contact the BSNL office. i husband stay in Agra and i m new to lucknow. If he has to talk to me he has to pay STD charges for a local talk. now i m feeling cheated as i trusted airtel services but now the executives appointed donot even know how to talk to the customers.
        i have taken the lifetime package but cannot take the benefits of airtel. please look into the matter as 90% of my family members use BSNL landline and mobile i m really in trouble.

        The offer providing by Hutch works well as 149 - 1000 minutes from Hutch to Hutch. It is really cheapest talktime ever. I do request to Airtel senior official to offer such a bonus free point system so that maximum peoples can be benefited. As airtel stops providing this offer at the moment. All the airtel customers are unhappy for this, they are now turn their face towards hutch and idea to get free call minutes, I saw most of my friends has done the same, they are keeping two phones so that they can call free to hutch numbers or idea numbers through this free bonus minutes.Which is not good for bussiness.

        Airtel postpaid plan is not good even the customer care executive sometimes makes you fool(Airlel ne mujhe 4000 rp ka chuna lagaya aur fir bhi ki ).
        SO never prefer this connection as it is too costly and network coverage is not good in the north villages prefer reliance as it is cheap and best having all facility including R-Connect.

          I am Airtel subscriber holding Phone no. [protected]. I am receiving messages informing that I have subscribed to various Airtel services. But originally I have never subscribed to any Airtel service. I have lodged a complaint over phone in your office earlier. But unfortunately the messages are not stopping and as a consequence, I am losing a lot of money, which is being charged to me for various services such as yahoo zone, ring tones etc, , which I have never subscribed.

              I am using airtel for last 2 years, and for that i should be given medal of honour, Airtel WAS good for some students plan but now they turned to absolute [censored],
              Today i make call to mumbai (mine is pune number) for 16 min and they deduct 54 odd rupees from my account(3.40 per minute), Then i thought they might be considering mumbai as STD.. Then i make local call (Pune) but guess what still they deduct 3.40..I mean what the hell...
              10 days back they started to deduct 25 paise for local SMS which was 10 paise initially...
              And i believe for the last one odd month their customer care number is also not working...Whenever i try to call i listen same stuff like "This is not valid number"...
              Cross connections are countless these days... Sure i'm gonna change airtel this weekend..But before that i need to know is there any way to contact airtel customer care and make them to revert back my money???

                My no is [protected]. I used to be a satisfied Airtel pre-paid cust, but maybe that is because i never had to deal with airtel's cust service!
                After using this number for abt 4 yrs or so, I committed a crime; I got this number converted to a post pay under Airtel's corporate plan for HCL employees.
                So this is how the story begins.
                I was asked by the DSA guy to submit my docs that included abt 6 different docs (including my salary slip for some reason) and a cheque for one year's advance rental. No probs so far, i gave him my documents a cheque for Rs 699. He gave me the sim a day after, and then began my misery. First of all, the incompetency in Airtel is at such an astounding high, it took them over a week to get the sim activated. I though, ok, let it be. A month later, i got an sms from airtel stating that i havn't submitted my docs, and my services would be restricted if i dont submit them by so n so date. OK... first blow... i called up cust service, maybe for the first time, some guy who could hardly construct a sentence, answered the call, coudn't understand a of what i was saying, so he put the call on hold and then released the call. Nevermind, i called up again, just to talk to a greater lunatic, who, in some alien dialect (i am not sure of the language, maybe it was English..!) told me that my docs are not registered with the company and i need to go to the "nearest airtel outlet" to submit them again. OK... i guess beggars (thats what companies like Airtel think of its custs) are not choosers, i went to the airtel outlet in sec-18 NOIDA, and submitted my docs again. No worries, i thought that was it. However, the at Airtel had other plans.
                I got a similar sms informing me that my services are restricted as i havnt submitted my docs! I was like w.t.f... Called up cust service, again, gave them the request number the guy from airtel outlet had given me, and guess what the exec told me that the number is not recognized by the system, and there is no way by which they can retrieve any information by "any complaint number". Moreover this time the exec told me an entirely different story (i strongly believe that either cust care execs at airtel are not at all trained, and if they are, they are trained by trainers from different planets!!!). The lady told me that in case of missing documents, custs cant produce the docs at any outlet, they are required to fax them to a certain number. ok... Anyway, she gave me the number, and i faxed the documents, now please take a note that all this while my services are restricted. Anyway, she also promised that the services will be restored in about 24-48 hours of the receipt of the fax. Two days passed, nothing happened. Called up cust care again, spoke to some "supposed manager" who said that he has marked a complaint, and he gave me a complaint number in the same format as the outlet guy. I told mr. manager that this number is of no good (as told to me by the previous exec), but he assured me and stuff, so once again i was like... ok... anyway... fortunately my services were restored after that and i thought, fine, now it is finally over. But i guess, with a company like airtel to deal with, i was too early on my decision. A few days later, i received my monthly bill, and guess what, the freaks at airtel had added 699 to my outstanding instead of my payments. I called up HDFC to check whether the cheque has been cleared or not. They told me the cheque has been cleared. They gave me all the details associated, such as, cheque number, transaction ID, airtel's bank a/c name, date, time, etc. Anyway, with all the details i called up Airtel cust service, again...! The guy told me that airtel is once again limped to an extent that they cant verify anything with the cheque transaction details i was providing and told me that i need to send a "cheque clearance certificate" to airtel to get the payment updated.
                Called up my bank to place a request for the certificate, however they told me that it would be mailed to my office address (HCL).
                By this time i had left HCL, and had started working with media. So i had to go to my bank's main branch in Janakpuri, from NOIDA (if you know what i mean) to get the address changed. Anyway, i received the certificate in about a weeks time and (as told by airtel exec) faxed it. As usual nothing happened! I had already made the payment of the remaining amount besides this 699. Now one fine day, when i was on roaming, to be precise in Aligarh, i started receiving reminder calls to make the payment (everytime from a different number). A little tired to elaborate all the 9 calls i had received. Anyway, after about 4 days and a collective one hour forty seven minutes on the phone, the day had come for me to come back Delhi (dont worry, despite recurring requests and elaborations to 9 different asses working for airtel, i was still getting these reminder call). So, once i was back, i called up cust service, yet again! And again and again! Finally i got the privilege to speak to a sane homo sapien in airtel. The guy took the cheque number and other details, put the call on hold for a while, when he got back he told me that airtel, has credited my cheque wrongly towards the acc of a diff cust and he has placed a request to make the necessary amendments in the account, and the payment will be updated in 24-48 hrs. It dint, ofcourse, however maybe i was lucky this time, that the payment got updated in about 5 days. Wonderful.

                Now i have a series of questions and some problems as well. Lets get started with the questions:

                1. If you analyze the whole case, you would find that when my new sim was activated, airtel neither had my documents, nor the cheque. How the four-letter-word could they activate the sim...???

                2. When the company policies requre the customer to fax the documents under such scenario, why was i told to submit the documents at "the nearest airtel outlet"...???

                3. When processing missing doc request was something beyond his scope of support, why did the guy at the aritel outlet accepet the documents...???

                4. Why are customers not given complaint/request numbers even when they demand...???

                5. Why in the next cust care exec alway incapable of processing these request numbers even when they are given...???

                6. If its a case of the company's incompetency, such as the case of a wrongly ledgered cheque, why should the cust bear the consequences...???

                7. Even when i told every exec that the outstanding amount is in dispute and also, that i am in roaming, why the reminder calls did not stop...???

                8. When it was a clear case of wrong ledger entry, why was all the previous execs NOT able to find that out...??? How come only one learned person in a bunch of lunatics claiming to be the leading telco of the country...???

                9. Why there is no supervisor/manager available anytime...??? That is just not possible. A plain bluff by cust executives!

                10. Why the company makes false promises, the 24-48 hour crap...???

                Now the problem... Well for the last few days i am trying to get in touch with cust service, yet again! This time, these primary school drop-outs from airtel have used some algorithm with my bill even aryabhatta would fail to understand. Its been three days since i am trying, i am calling 121 and [protected], with no success so far. The call gets connected evrytimes fine, but when i finally make my way through the crappy IVR to the prompt that asks me to wait while being transferred, either the wait music is followed by "All lines are busy" or if i am lucky, i get to hear the phone ringing, it is always followed by silence (maybe some freaky exec with the system on mute... incompetent cowards...!), and then the call gets disconnected.
                Now, from today, when i finally press '9' after reaching the part where the IVR asks to press '9' to speak to cust care exec, i get the prompt to type 'airtel' and send it to 121. And know what a fool i am, i did THAT as well! Just to realise that it does nothing besides the service menu offered by *121#.

                'Pathetic' is the word that best describes Airtel as a company. Dying to see the day when number portability would be a reality, and i can assure you i'd be the first one to use the service. The company has got to be "good enough" to deal with, being "big enough" is actually NOT a big deal!

                Now, if all this goin to the right person (about which i am rather doubtful), i would like to mention that i have recordings of the all the calls (41 and counting) i have made/attempted to airtel cust service, and i am looking for an apology letter, a compensation, and a resolution for my ongoing problem; you might hear it everyday, but i'd have to call the court under AFI (actual financial loss), RTI (right to information), mental harassment and personal disgrace among a dozen other categories suggested by my lawyer.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  This is ravindra singh gaur, i have a Airtel prepaid sim card no.: [protected] of Andhra Pradesh.
                  It's grace period was till 05 Sept 08.
                  From 16th Aug 08 to 21st Sep 08, i was on tour in UP. So i am unable to recharge it. I tried to recharge it in UP but i could not get success.
                  On 5th sept 08, i have a 162 rupees & some paise, At the end of the grace period my balance is showing zero rupees.
                  I am requesting to airtel that i am interested to recharge it now so please refund me my 162 rupees & some paise into my a/c.
                  I maked many of STD calls in three moths from may to august, you can check my record.
                  If you are unable to help me than I will have to go another mobile service company. But i like Airtel to much for it's service & network. So i am again requesting you to help me.

                    I am using this number [protected] from the day Airtel started service in Pune.
                    Being a local business of mine in pune i could get the dealership of airtel under a franchisee network.
                    Intitially this number was a post paid number from last almost two years, it has been converted into a prepiad number. On an average my monthly useage & rechrge is nothing less than 3000 rs.

                    Surprisingly my card is blocked without any prior intimation. It appears that 'PLS check sim card registration on display" & when we call this number it replyies number doesnot exist.

                    I am suffering lot of problems . please help me out . from 07 October 2009 my services are discontinued.

                      A Sms came, thrice, from 64611099 informing that Rs 99 was being deducted from my balance for downloading JAVA games from AIRTEL Live Service when no such game was actually downloaded. A link http://203.200.118.92/airtel/ozone/hthrobes was provided. Before the aforementioned sms Prepaid balance was Rs 315 and then it was reduced to Rs 5.31...

                      I believe Airtel is conning its customers by arbitrarily sending such messages, and then deducting money from their balances. In fact, I have received one such message today from 64611099 informing that Rs 99 was being deducted from my balance for downloading JAVA games from AIRTEL Live Service when no such game was actually downloaded - I apolofgise for your exact wording, but that's what the message from Airtel says -.

                      I have already lodged complaint with Airtel customer support, and the custmer support executive told me that I will receive a reply only by 21.10.2008 - mind you, only a reply, they never admit that they have committed a fraud here -.

                      I hope Airtel will refund the money fraudulently deducted from my balance. By the way, did you lodge a complaint, and if yes, did you get the refund.

                      even i was deducted yesterday twice Rs.99, saying that u have downloaded java games from airtel live!!!
                      now balance becomes Rs.34. so one thing i note from above complaints is, i[censored] have Rs.990 balance in ur prepaid, 10 sms will come to make ur balance 0 !!!

                        I am Pranav Mehta and my mobile no. is [protected] [Airtel, Mumbai]


                        Many o[censored]s have complain against Airtel regaurding wrongly deduction of from account.

                        I have also faced it many times. But not now it has crosses all limits.

                        Within 2 hours, I have been wrongly charged 3 times.

                        1. On 20/09/2008, I activated mobile office service near about 2 p.m. At that time, my balance was 27.74. I used it well for one hour. Then at 2.55, I got a massage that "Your subscription to MCA (Missed call Alert) Promo has been renewed." And I was charged 15 Rs. for that. and my Balance was 12.74

                        Fact: I never activated Missed call Alert. Before 2 months, It was activated automatically from Airtel side. I never used this service. For first one month, they didnt charged anything. But in next month, It was renewed automatically and I was debited 15 Rs. for that. I made complain to Airtel Customer care. I saied that I didnt activated this service and It was activated automatically from your side. At first, they didnt accepted that the service was activated automatically. Then, they accepted it and I got refund for that after 1 week.

                        Now, again this thing is happening.

                        2. I use Friends card. And as per this plan, I can make call at 0.15 Rs. to 5 choosen Local Airtel no. I have choosen 99670320*** no. as Friend's no. At 3, I made call to this no. and talked about 9 minutes. As per my plan, I should been charged 1.35 for this. But I was charged 9 Rs. So, My Balance was 3.74 Rs. after that.

                        3. Near about 4 p.m., I got a service massage that "I have been charged 14.99 for my last VAS use. [mobile office]. I got this massage twice and now my balance is -26.25 (Yes, It is nagative 26.25)". I activated this service on 20/09/2008 itself and I should be charged just 14.99 rs. for that. but I have been charged twice, I have been charged 29.99 for that.

                        I tried to call customer care executive dialing 121. But when I choose option to talk with customer care represeentative, I hear a recorded massage: "Please send your query by SMS to tall free no. 121 within 130 characters. We will reply back shortly."
                        I am hearing this massage since last week. So, I had to use my friend's cell to complain regaurding this.

                        When I called customer care on 21/09/2008 to know the complain status, I got the answer that due to technical problem, there is delay in solving the complain. so I will have to wait for monday to know the status of this complain.

                        Before three weeks, same thing had happened. on 27th of August, I had activated Mobile office service. I was charged twice on 28th August [for both: 27 and 28] and on 29th August, again i was charged twice. I made complain about it. On 08/09/2008, I got massage that my complain has been solved and on 09/09/2008, I got massage that 29.98 rs. has been credited back to your account. But, there was not credit of a single paise in my account. Again I made complain and after explaining them lots of time and wasting my time, I got refund on 19/09/2008. So, I got refund after 21 days. While Airtel claims that if there is wrongly deduction of balance from your account, and if you make complain, then the complain will be solved within 24 hours. Look at what they claim and what is real situation.

                        There is another fact regaurding Mobile office service. When you activate the service, and if you try to deactivate the service on the same day, you can not deactivate the service on the same day. You gets the massage that the service must be activated for mimimum 24 hours. so even if you want to deactivate, you can not deactivate it and you are forced to use it on the next day.

                        So if you intend to use this service just for one day @ 14.99, you can not do it. you are forced to use it for minimum 2 days and you will be charged 29.98 for that.





                        Now as my balance is nagative, I can not make any calls.
                        I can not send any SMS.
                        I have activated mobile office service but due to Blunder of Airtel, I can not use the service.
                        So, I am charged in advance for the service but now I can not use it.

                        Now only God can save us from company like Airtel.

                          Hi,

                          Yesterday, I asked Airtel customer care to send a collection agent to pick up the outstanding amount for my Airtel Landline.
                          As per the commitment the agent did turn up for bill payment, however while my mother was counting the cash the agent smartly picked up the cell phone lying on the table, switched it off and slipped it into his pocket. After collecting the money and duely returning the payment slip with all courtesy the guy vanished in moments, not sparing any time for my mom to realize that the cell phone has been robbed and to inform the security guards to hold the guy at the gate.

                          After a few mins realizing the cell phone is missing and clearly understanding what has happened, my mother called up the customer care to check which collection agency the guy belongs to and what are his identification details. however this attempt went in vain as these details are not recorded and the cust care representative have no idea as to how many collection agencies are in place and which agency did the request to send an agent land.

                          This incident leaves me with absolutely no trust on the collection agents, as now I'm sure that there is no criteria for hiring such agents viz. identification, background verification etc. Further non availability of details on agencies leaves me in despair to continue with the service for payment pickups(as this could have also been a major mishap than a theft).

                          Pls Help!!

                            (1) Instead of restoring my pre-paid credit to Rs. 174.44, you have given balance of Rs. 164.44/- by once again deducting Rs 10/- for the baseless reasons known to your deceptive action group. Please restore the amount immediately.

                            You should earn money by honest means, not by troubling people like day light robbery. People have hard-earned money and you should render graceful service, otherwise find some other business of more profit but not by cheating like this.

                            (2) In second mobile number: [protected], belonging to my family member, you have similarly deducted Rs. 30 and Rs 15 for most unsolicited services. This is another day-light robbery.

                            Please restore the balnce immediately, otherwise all these matters will be reported to consumer grievance forums, TV, Newspapers and ultimately strong case will be filed against such deceptive unilateral deductions by cheating to TRAI.

                            Airtel — Fraudulent charges for unrequested service

                            Yesterday, I was involuntarily subscribed to Airtel's background music service and Rs. 20 was picked from my pocket, sorry, debited from my pre-paid account. To rub salt on the wounds, they hit me for another Rs. 10 for purportedly changing the background music! I went to their local office and the customer service droid said that I may have activated it! I asked him to look at me, a middle aged man who has trouble sending an SMS, and guage whether I would subscribe to such an idiotic service (for me, at least). After exchanging some cellular mumbo-jumbo with his fellow droid, they sms'd some Airtel number and showed me the message that I had been unsubscribed but of course, they get to keep the Rs. 30. I won't even know if I am unsubscribed until they hit me with it again.

                            Rs. 30 is not much but it is disturbing that a company like Airtel can get away with such BS. I am betting that this is another money-making operation (all those Rs. 30s start adding up if thousands of others have received it). Is there some agency that I can complain to for an investigation?

                            In the name of VAS, Airtel is fleecing customers unilaterally. Only yesterday, I had to fight with them on a unilateral charge of Rs 50 towards some so called WAP. In both cases, no authorisation has been taken from the customer and the debit was unilateral. In both cases, charges were dropped when taken up thru call centre.
                            Very clearly Airtel is attempting fraudulent means where it gets away with unwary customers. ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY FRAUDULENT CONSIDERING PENETRATION OF MOBILE PHONES INTO LARGE NUMBER OF ILLITERATE CUSTOMERS.

                            Same problem happened with my other two mobiles. Without any activation & msgs u are deducting Rs 1 daily which is not tolerable. Daily I have to do same exercise to send messages to stop service. Now I am faded up on ur service. So I kindly request you to stop such services which are autoactivating (regarding this earlier I wrote to nodal officer & company) & refund me early as possible. Details are given below.

                              for any of the above, my payments are on time.

                              As i have converted [protected] no. from prepaid to postpaid in last month, the first bill generated is 1126Rs & the due date is 24th

                              Sep.08 & the credit limit is 1000Rs.,

                              I request several times to increase my credit limit to airtel, as the days progress my unbilled amount is already crosses the credit limit,

                              day by day i got several calls/sms from airtel.

                              The airtel customer care people are also misbehaving with this user, (Like why you r using this no?, who are you?, on 9th september, &

                              this call was from Gurgaon call centre as recieved call says).

                              The story wan not end yet,

                              From the day 9th sep08, I m getting so many calls from airtel, so I call customer care & talked with Saiyad, then Mr. Manu, Mr.

                              Sushil, Mr. Saran on 17th Sep08 & Deepak on 18th Sep08 & Om Bahadur & Mr. Jaspreet Singh on 19th Sep08,

                              I requested all of them that the outgoing/incoming call of mob. no. [protected] should not be barred till 24th sep08, as the due date is

                              24th sep08, Mr. Deepak has confirmed me that, your services will not be barred till 24th sep08.

                              On his word, I am feeling very comfortable with Airtel, but today Outgoing calls of my mobile no. [protected] has been barred.

                              I request him also to start my services as I think, I am valuable customer for Airtel.

                              Although, In your first bill there were BIG mistake in calculation(approx. 200Rs), that has been corrected, but still I am having very

                              Airtel — Outgoing service barred frequently

                              I got activated of my Airtel prepaid outgoing call for my prepaid connection of [protected] on 25.11.08 and again suspended since yesterday morning.

                              Today i have spoken to Ms.Parvathy of customer care centre (Supervisor) and she told that my mobile conntection is entered in some one else name? My questions are:

                              1. I only bought the above number on 07.11.08 by giving my passport as address and Identity proof to the dealer.

                              2. Again i sumbitted the same on 12.11.08 to Airtel direct outlet shop in Thillai nagar Trichy

                              3. If my dealer and Airtel is messing up the information about the customer details then why i should be punished ( by suspended outgoing call)

                              4. If Airtel is beliving that the above mobile number is taken in some one's name, why the same was not communicated to the customer ( though i sent the mail on 24.11.08 to [protected]@airtelindia.com)

                              5. How Airtel activated my outgoing service on 25th afternoon.

                              6. On 24th evening i got auto reply from Airtelindia that they will respond to my mail but till date i havent receive any mail from any of them.

                                Very frequently I am finding that with unwanted ring tone incoming messages amount is deducted from my prepaid account. I am trying to contact customer care but that is also not reachable (at this moment).

                                  I am making my complaint. i have not received the bill d/28th january, 2009 for my mobile no: [protected]. All attempts to contact customer care is in vain . My policy is No hard copy of the bill no payment . Pl send the bill. If delayed, i am not answerable for late payment . Thsi happens evey threew months There seems tobe some disease in Airtel .

                                      Sir I am purchase SIM 2 times from Motihari, Bihar. My mobile no. was [protected] and [protected] and balance was 446 Rs. and 300 Rs. and activate lifetime and STD pack. My both SIM was blocked .When I contact to customer care they not given coorrect information . After long time they told your address is not valid. I am given to our office address. I am working in NPSP- WHO, India how your customer care officer told WHO address is not valid.
