unable to access gprs while roaming

GPRS facility not available while roaming where as Gprs
facility everywhere available as per booklet provided to me.

connection barred

dear sir,
i took an airtel prepaid connection on 15/06/2008 after submitting the valid documents, photos and form. it was activated on 17th june. then after twenty days now my connection is barred from outgoing and incoming and when talked to the customer care it says that the documents have not reached them. my submission is that without documents verification no service provider is supposed to give connection and if airtel had...

Airtel Service centre is example of worst customer relationship

I am writing this mail in great pain and frustration. Though I have been a satisfied customer of Airtel for the last 7 years but in the last one and a half months the way I have been harassed by Airtel Service centre I must say that I have changed my views about the company.
Bottomline is I spent more then Rs 35, 000/- in buying a blackberry set from Airtel Service Centre and out of 35 days I have not used it for more then 4 days....

TOP UP OF MOBILE PHONE

Airtel are big cheats. I got a delhi phone number recharged by Rs. 333/- while i was in BAroda and i dont't get any money. THe BAroda customer service say they can't do anything because of the fact the number was from Delhi and the Delhi customer service doesn't pick up the phone. I go again to the Baroda Service CEntre and they say they can't also reach Delhi and can't do anything.

recently i buy a new airtel connection. After activating this connection working properly for 10 days. Past 5 days it is disconnected with a reason of negative address verficatiobn.

DEDUCTION AGAINST AN OLD SCHEME

No Validity given on recharging with 148.

I am a airtel retailer. [protected] had been activeted on 12.04.2008 & rechareged with 148 on 14.4.2008 but the validity is yet 0. I have complained many times to easy helpline but the result is nothing.Plz solve my problem as soon as possible....

Please note that I have an Airtel cell no.[protected] even after paying my bill's air tel just disconnect the complete of my no's many times when i am on roaming this time also I am in Mumbai and even after giving the payment to Airtel collection boy in delhi he has taken 25000/- cash. but Air tel disconnect my cell .
