I am Rahul Chauhan, i works in IBM at Manyata Embassy at Bangalore.My postpaid airtel connection-[protected], is disconnected/suspended from service without any prior information.the reason which is told to me is that i have changed my address.My address given in Airtel form is
29/30, 3rd cross, MK Rangaswamy layout,
Lalji layout, Lakkasandra, Bangalore-560030.

5 days earlier i have shifted to my permanent accomodation at733, Tulsi Nilaya, Shani Mahatma Temple Road,
Kalyan Nagar post, Hennur CrossBangalore-560043

Yesterday the person from airtel who came to my office for verification has told me that this is not any problem and i can report my changed address at any time within 1 month. kindly assist me to make my mobile number working as soon as possible.alternate contact number-c/o ravindra jain-[protected]

    I have also faced the same problem.when i tried to customer care, its never available and once when i called from Delhi, they told to call from UP-West only. So, basically i don't know what to do.

      Please find the bill raised for a span of 7 days which is rediculas and its a failure on your
      Poor Marketing, it never happened to me with bsnl in past two yeatrs.

      I would requet an explanation from your side on this and if continues in next bill i would like to disconnect, and please correct the current bill raised and send either by mail or by post.
      Even after speaking to your customer care there was no satisfied answer and they dont reveal the name of th superiors. If this is not sorted out Sir i would be forced to go legally on your Marketing
      Section another thing is I was not given a wil instrument and no body turned back after installation.

      Please look inthis very seriously.

          I have just now purchased new connection of Airtel and i am not getting Airtel network in my office. This is just not my problem but there are 2 more of my colleges having air tel card and they also don't get range or network.

          I have connection of Airtel and i am not getting Airtel network in my office. This is not just my problem it`s of all Airtel customers problem in our office. In this regard I had contacted your customer care on 24.09.08 but till date the problem is not solved. Pls look into the matter and resolve the problem within a couple of days.

          I am very disappointed with the kind of services Airtel are providing these days. There is very poor service/response from Airtel post paid customer care. This makes us very frustrating and making us to not to go for airtel postpaid.
          My Complaint Is
          That my Office is Infoscape technologies. Exim 406, S.V. Road. Vile Parle ( W) Near Domino's Pizza and i don't get network in my office. there are 2 more colleges in my office who face this problem.           AIRTEL-POSTPAID — Network Problem

          Today i.e. on 24th Oct, 2008 i just lost the network on my cell phone. I tried to get the network again by switching off my cell and again switching it on. and also tried by changing the cell. but it did not work. then i tried airtel customer care number [protected] from landline but that was also not working. i would have tried at least 20-30 times. Then i tried to contact nodal officer abha gupta, her number is [protected] and her landline 40031404 but that also did not work. then i tried to call their appellate jaspreet arora and his number is [protected] and the landline is the same for abha..this is disgusting that u could not adress ur complaint...i want an serious action to be taken against airtel..as this is not the first time i am facing problem.

          My postpaid mobile No.[protected] and opted for paperbill in my application form. I am not getting any paper bill since activation of my phone. I contacted customer care but only assurances were given and said that I have opted for ebill. Surprisingly I am not getting ebill.

          Airtel Postpaid — Networking Problem

          My no. is [protected](postpaid). Once the SIM gets activated and there is problem of networking' Emergency Only' seen on my handset. I have contacted to customer care service but get no proper repply except that please call through my mobile. I couldn't make call due to network connection problem shown on my handset.
          I think AIRTEL is thhe worst mobile service provider.
          the network at my place is down ince last 5 days and it is so difficult to even get someone to acknowledge the omplint.With great difficulty, I got the customer complaint number, aftr doing the round of first prepaid agents and then inally the pospaid agent, who indicated his helplessness in resolving the problem, leave alone even explaining reason of the fault.
          With great difficulty, I managed to get the e-mail id at hich one can send complaints.I finally snt a strong e-mail on my complaint.Its 4 days now and I HAVE NO REPLY.
          mY NETWORK IS STILL DOWN and I am helpless.My only resort is to go to some other service provider like vodafone who have excellent customr care besides a reliable network.

          There's an acute network problem in Chinhat Industrial Area, Dewa Road, Lucknow and the voice keeps breaking regularly. We have 7 airtel postpaid connections and we cannot be in touch with our factory persons because of this problem.             I do not know how Yahoo!Zone service was subscribed. It may be by mistake while trying airtel's internet service. After that they renewed the service automatically last month with intimation. I sent a SMS to stop it but in vain. The message came from 58243. Yesterday, again I received the following message:

            "Your monthly subscription for Yahoo!Zone is due on 19.Aug.08. You will be charged Rs 30. Continue using Y!Zone, you could be winner of an I-pod. "

            Kindly help to stop this service.

                Outgoing facility is not available

                Hi,
                My native is srivilliputhur. I went to chennai for official purpose and I was in chennai for 1 month. i got my Airtel prepaid connection last month in chennai and submitted required documents.
                I am in roaming(Haryana) now. I was not able to make calls using my number. I called customer care. They replied that the temporary address is not matching with the address given in document. If this is a problem they should inform...

                Airtel — unwanted balance cutting

                daily cutting of some amount from my balance, suddenly.

                Airtel-Nokia 2630 — balance is deducted

                I am customer of airtel, i have been using airtel services since two years. yestarday i have downloaded one Java game from Airtel Live WAP, i got two messages from 64611040 this number message is indicating that from my account balance 90 rupees got deducted. But i have downloaded only one game it cost rupees 50. my mobile is Nokia 2630 model, it does not the capacity to dowload two games at a time. I have to make urgency calls my amount is precious to me how can i get my amount back. If you do services like these i will disconnect airtel service.(my mobile number is [protected])

                Airtel Prepaid SIM Card — Unexpected Deduction from balance

                Hello Sir/Mam,

                I've an AIR-TEL Prepaid Sim Card. I've been suffering from Air Tel services. As yesterday there is an unwanted and unexpected cutting of balance due to unwanted and unexpected services enabled to my number, though I've not requested for any such service like Audio Cinema, It's being activated. I've talked to Customer Care number 121 , the customer care executive refund me the balance once but it happened again on the same day at night; again I had to call 121, then the executive again promised me to refund the balance within 4 hrs. but still I'm waiting . . . Now 121 is not helping me. Let me know, how can I proceed ? and Why is it happening ? Is it happening only with me or there are a lot of Air Customers like me ?
                See, though there is a lot of inconvenience, however I don't want to stop to use AIR TEL as its my first sim card but hoping from AIR TEL that there will not any pain while using it.

                i recharged my sim on 28 oct 2010. i got a message that i had been charged Rs.50 for games club but i did not subscribe any service.i complaint on costmer care but no solution is found till now. Again i recharged my sim 16 Nov 2010 and my balance was cutting and balance reached up to Zero. I ringed up to costmer care , i told them the same but no solution. Now i am afraid of recharging of sim. Kindly help me out of this problem.

                AirTel (sim connection) — cutting balance

                I somopriyo gorai has a airtel connection no. is [protected] my cell remains at home , many a times I have seen unusual balance being cut off from my connection's main balance on inquiring with customer care i am being told that i have suscribed some joke/shyaree which i hav not suscribed this has happened more than 3 times and they dont take a complain by telling that i have suscribed, so they cant help me, they cut per day Rs.2 and i have nothing to do. I have requested them to stop sending messages and calls from customer care but they told it will take 45 days, once i had recharged Rs 7 and did not get, on complaining they told to contact with the recharge center and the person over there told thal he cant help because he has send the amount and he gave the transection id but the customer care executives didnt take any complain.
                please help me I am helpless.

                i am ajay kumar. my airtel no is [protected].i'm very upset with airtel service of deducting money for that downloading, browsing, hello tunes, shayari pack which i've never opted for and they deduct money surprisingly at the very moment. i have activated internet plan of 60Rs beyond this they deduct money of net surfing. now i think you have enough customer so you want to loose them. i am suffering from this from 3 month i have never give any complaints but now this is going beyond limit and this i can't bear this deduction. what you people think we are fool here who will let you cut out our money everyday.mind your services and back my money that you have deduct on tuesday night.

I CALEED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND said that i cant send sms and they told that u should have a min bqal of 1rs and then i recharge my mobile and send sms they r charging 0.75 per sms . so i calleed customer care they told u didnt rechrge at all but i wen the shop man recharged me and i got the msg to that u have been recharged with 26 rs .... .............can u just fix my problem ..........as soon as possible

                  We are one of the esteemed customer of Airtel having more than 40 connections since 2000. But, we are very sad to state that we are taken seriously by the company. The account manager kept changing and the senior officials never bothered to find out the customer grievance. Our bills are not delivered on time. The account manager contacts us only for payment, rest of our problems are not attended...
                  I am unable to find the Airtel's national head or an authorisized senior official's email id or contact no to convey my grievance.

                          I have recived the current bill I compared the bill with the previous bill and suprisingly I found that there was an ISD charge on my bill.
                          First of all I have never asked for activation of ISD fecility and I have never made any isd from my phone and I am being charged with the ISD call charge .
                          You need to check your conection and your network and how can you cheat people by charging wrong bill amount .
                          I want the bill to be checked througly by your seniors and I am not liable for the misuse made by my phone number.
                          I want all unnesesary charges that has been bill to be waived off and make sure this thing should not repeat in future

                          Yes.. Even in my add-on connection (used by my wife) had the same problem. And, without knowing this we were making the payments promptly. Later realized by looking at the itemized bill reading and found such fake charges being charged. I got upset and it made a big rift in personal life and I did not expect this from AIRTEL, which I generally recommend to others.

                          Later I did not find any help from AIRTEL in this regard and my wife said that she had thrown away the SIM. Then, I went on to cancel the connection.

                          I have not yet waived off from the extra charges (which they claim as valid from their IT dept.). I have lost thousands of rupees paid to AIRTEL which are fake to us. I feel AIRTEL is not trust worthy.

                          Airtel — isd activated without my consent and charged for the same

                          I am Pankaj Kumar Kaushik and my nnumber [protected] working for Sun pharmaceuticals as a Field Sales Manager, wherein i ge calls from doctors and patients for medicine orders. If i could not receive the call i need to call them back thats my work.

                          I am a honest and sincere customer of airtel from 2004 till date i had no complaints but now on May 2011 i received a call from [protected] please check the bill as on date 28-MAy-2011 bill dated 3-Jun-2011 and bll date3-Jun-2011 bill dated 3-Jul 2011 it says ILD call but I had not given any request to activate my ILD. Why is it actvated without my consent?

                          I had a missed call on my number as per my work i tried the number back but i had a doubt on the series but I was sure that ILD is not active on my number. Hence I called and they said they are calling from airtel mobile company and as I am paying bills regularly and a very old customer and recognized as a premium customer and want to give a gift from the company hence decided to give a samsung galaxy mobile with airtel postpaid connection free of cost only thng is they need proof of address and spouse photograph for which i agreed.

                          Now Firstly why my ILD is activated without my consent?
                          IF so you can check my bills previously there is no ILD calls charged in any of my bills for years.

                          Secondly Why is such rubbish calls from company side. Is to make bills higher?

                          Finally I paid the bill because it was lasting the due date hence without seeing the bill i had just paid online also you can see the complaints that i was not receiving bills properly.

                          Now I want the amount of Rs.1440 as per bill date 3-Jun-2011 charged as ILD charges and Rs. 270 as per bill date 3-Jul-2011 charged for the same number [protected] total of Rs. 1710 must be waived off or else will like to disconnect my connection.

                          Also i have been telling this to each and everyone who calls me from airtel but still no action taken. Request you to kindly look into this.

                            Hold that button down for 10 seconds and the user name and password will reset to their default.
                            You can restart your modem and use the default password and username is both "admin"

                                I am following up with the Airtel Gallery at Panvel since 20th Sep '08 for switchover from post paid to prepaid. I had cleared the bill in cash on 20th sep '08 and I was handed over the new SIM card also by the staff at the galery. However till date the job is not done. Every time I am told that the system is not working and it will take 48 hrs. The staff at the Panvel Gallery never bother to give me the complaint number untill today till I raise my voice. I was given a number [protected] for registering the complaint which is continuely busy since morning. Even they do not bother to callback by seeing the missed number on the mobile.

                                Beleave me, we are at the murcy of the staff at the Gallries of Airtel and there is no one who can controll them.

                                  When I recieve calls from VODAFONE(Rajasthan) Calls get mute especially in evening hours. I have observed this problem from last 10 days.

                                    I am staying at magarpatta City, Pune(411 028). I am using Airtel for the last 7 months and the network is really
                                    pathetic in this area. When I am out of the office building, the network bars are full(5 out of 5) but problems
                                    still exists in incoming and outgoing calls(Voice distortion). And the situation really gets bad when I get into
                                    the office building(Tower 11 in Magarpatta city). The network bars always fluctuate between 0 and 3.

                                    I think it was a mistake to switch to Airtel as other services like Vodafone and Idea are really providing great
                                    network. I have given complaints to customer care also for atleast 4-5 times but nothing has been done.

                                    I think its better to switch to some other service provider. Everyone working and staying at magarpatta City thinks
                                    in the same way. But the big question is why this company is providing SIM cards when it can't provide the network.

                                    i have a airtel connection and my no is [protected].i believe the airtel network is a pathetic network ...there is no good service at all...whenever try to call someone it says no network coverage...try to recharge no network...and from past two weeks it is like hell want to do any urgent call it doesnt allow because there is no network...having a mobile we have to go and call from pco ...its been really hectic ...hope you will take a immediate action or i would prefer to discontinue...

                                    I’m yet another loyal customer of airtel using your services from almost 6 years now. But yes for my observation at my residence at Magarpatta City, Iris Building is the same. I have been facing network issues from day one.
                                    Working with an US MNC and handling domestic /international customers/clients have become a nightmare for me when I’m at home. Somewhere in one website Your thread shows your teams work in Dec2010 but the issue is yet to be resolved.

                                    I hope you can make our lives better with better connectivity at MP city. It’s a matter of second and you might loose yet another loyal customer due to MNP
                                    We have verybad network in our area. I have complained ample of times to customer care but still no improvement.
                                    The service provided for 3G and 2G are pathetic in the area of Electronic City Phase I&II, Bangalore India. The network sometimes is so outrageous that not a single message is sent or received in time bound manner. Reuest you to look into this ASAP, or else you would be loosing quite a lot of customers to this poor, marketted fancy network
                                    Hi, Airtel claims to be providing the best network but I have been facing so much of problem...can't play anything can't download anything...such a waste thing what is the use of giving various offered when there is no connectivity...tried trouble shooting tips provided that is super waste none of the options really help . I live in Kaggadaspura, Blore. Please if something can really be done in this area or do I really have to port.
