bad service of the airtel frenchies

i get a new add on connection on 8/08/2008 that sim was not supported any nokia hand set, i make a complaint at show room of airtel they said me that i have to paid 190/- Rs for that new sim that amount will be adjusted in invoice i agreed on that this was done on 11/08/2008, but till now i did not get new sim to avail the services of airtel,

because of bad service i am fed up from airtel service,

excess bill amount

Dear Sir,

i got my net connection on 6th month. they promised only 500as registration fee and gave me the receipt .now they are not reversing the amount.they are telling something its not acceptable
the concern person Mr.karthik([protected]) has promised that mistake is his side so he will give the refund but he is not attending the call now... this like cheating...dont cheat the people i need best result

Disconnection of services to my mobile No 9971753077

I got an airtel mobile connection (No :[protected] SIM[protected] on 03/05/2008 under Lifetime prepaid plan by paying Rs295. Transaction Id is [protected] ( as per the SMS received from AIRTEL). The connection was activated on the same day and worked fine till around 20th May 2008. In the mean time I recharged the mobile by Rs 100 on 17th may 2008. ECS Cancellation

I am very unhappy with yor customer service, as i have my complaint, which have been registered on 31st march 2008 and i got msg that ECS has cancelled. But I called your useless customer service and they have confirmed the cancellation. After that i started paying my bill through cash, but still Airtel is taking my money from my Visa card. this is cheating, you dont have the permission to steal my money. I really had a very bad experience with Airtel in the past few days. I, Pakeeruraju Podugu am a customer of Airtel since long time and pretty satisfied with the services.But recently one issue frustrated me very much.

calling and using filthy language

9746.... not accessible from roaming airtel number itself

I am a user of airtel ( kochi, prepaid) and presently on roming since seven weeks, and unable to contact airtel numbers at kochi which beigins with 9746... rest all numbers of various service providers are accessable. I have launching complaints every day by phone/email but still got no result. (two more airtel users from kerala are facing same problem....

slow speed downloading

I am allotted 128 kbps speed on my broadmand connection but speed of downloading is very slow. It takes two to three minuts to download a picture. I got a chance to work on BSNL internet connection. It was showing only 100 kbps speed. But downloading was much faster than my Airtel speed.
Please arrange to supply full speed....

poor service/ cheeting

i got the message from airtel, that RC222 and get A2A STD worth 333.
i opted for that on 23rd july, after recharge i made STD call to Airtel no.for the first two days amount deducted from A2A voice balance whenever i makes STD call to Airtel no. My current balance to A2A voice STD is 216.12 rupees.from 26th onwards if i make STD call to AIRTEL no, amount is getting deducting from basic balance instead of A2A STD voice balance.br...

It corrupts your symbian OS 6

i downloaded the free software available with airtel called SMS2. It wasn't user-friendly and was causing lot of disturbances and troubles. So i decided to uninstall it from my phone. I uninstalled it though application manager. After i uninstalled it also deleted my text message reader/editor. I could no longer open or read any of my sms.

I had to format the phone to get my text message reader/editor fixed. I advice...
