AIRTEL SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m highly disappointed and depressed.
There is no one in India to really take care of customer.
We die for what we deserved to get.
Is there someone to fix my (Our) issues???????????????

Losing the mobile number is just not losing a number; it’s losing yourself.
I lost my patience
I lost my Money calling them
I lost my time
I lost my mind
I lost my peace
I lost my contacts
Who cares of it as I’m just an Indian…

I got a Duplicate SIM Card from SANTHOME BHARTI TOWER on 15/09/2012 as I lost my mobile on 14th of Sep.
It’s not activated yet.
I’m calling Nodal desk [protected] every day and been them at least an hour a day. They attend the phone and put me on hold for minimum of 20minutes and coming back saying that it will get activated tomorrow.
I have heard 20th tomorrow from the nodal officers Kiran, Abishek, Santhiya, Sruthi and etc..
Nobody gave me the reasons why the number was activated yet.
I don’t know whether the Airtel really worries about the customer or their own employees.
I’m Irate as I’m facing the issue. But, I don’t have any idea why are they frustrated to attend the issue.
I hope there is no management or higher authority to take care of them.
As a business management person I intend to tell AIRTEL; its not new. Each and everyday you are losing your customers. There is no customer retention.
They kept saying that its been escalated to higher level for 10 days.
Then, I called the Higher Level @ [protected]; there was no response either.
There I talked to Sangeetha and Sruthi etc..
THE ANSWER THEY TOLD ME WHAT MADE ME MORE IRATE AND DEPRESSED TO THE CORE THAT “THERE IS NO CASE FILED YET”
Please think about this from my end. I have been using this number more than three years and lost my mobile and deactivated the number by calling customer care.
They have been taking more than 20 days now just to activate a working number without any reasons.
Its still not activated.

Please guide me.. what can be done…
Please Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Airtel Prepaid — non activation of my lost number

hi my name is rakesh dogra
my telephone no is [protected] i had lost my mobile few days back, with very difficulties i managed to inform the airtel customer care people for the lost of my mobile no. and get the number blocked.
when now i purchased the new sim (duplicate sim) and filled the form at the air tel customer care centre at N.I.T. NEELAM BATA ROAD Faridabad -121001 (haryana) India, now this showroom is seem to be closed for the reason unknown.
i had filled the necessary form with ID proof & given the same to the said customer care centre by, me personaly.
now when i am trying to contact the customer care care people by phone
they are saying
the followings
1 offer of the day
2 recharge offers
3 hello tunes
4 value added services
5 etc

I want say i would like to speak to the custome care person i dont want these offers etc then again on calling from a fixed landline at 121 i got the information
1 for my total billing
2 to dial 198 for complaints or hold to continue


this 198 doesnt seem to be working & also i tried to hold on i was disconnected
can this company help me sorting out my problem other wise they shouldnt provide the mobile services in India with such a neusence.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — AIRTEL IS WORST than i thought

Hi,
This is me vishnu from chennai.I was using VODAFONE prepaid card for the past 3years and let me say i never got messed up with any sort of issues let it be customer care or signal coverage or any balance related problems......i have never encountered single problem even once in vodafone.As majority of my friends in my circle are airtel customers they asked me to change my connection.Finally as my prepaid vodafone got expired i decided not to renew and choose to move ahead with AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION.
And now i really feel sorry for taking such a wrong decision....i will tel what happened to me.
On 7.12.2009 at about 8pm i brought a new AIRTEL prepaid connection by starter Rs.49/- pack.My airtel number is [protected].And after activating the card i put a bosster pack of Rs.119 and another 50rupess echarge.And the dealer told me that your sim will be ready to use by tonight or by tommarrow morning.
On 8.12.2009 i waited till 1pm for its activation but no respone....i cant make any calls and recieve any calls.It was keep on telling that my line is bared.......i got very vexed and went to the dealer,he promised me to fix it by evening 6pm.But even after 7pm nothing got activated......I called to the customercare centre and told my problem....first the service guy told me to recharge by Rs.1 and your sim will be activated.I done it but no change in my connection state.Again i called those stupid customercare center...this time they told as per new scheme i need to recharge by Rs.21 in order to activate it.I did as per they instructed me.Again nothing chage and there was no sign for activation. I again made a call for third time at a row and for my shock this time they told me to recharge with Rs200 inorder to activate.I lost my hope and went into an heated argument with those .None knows whats the exact procedure and each one saying each new stories for a simple activation.........those craps are hopeless.
I lost my temper i went to the dealer and i demanded to refund my money as there was no activation even after 24hrs.The dealer made calls to airtel service people several times and atlast after 1hr the airtel staff came to the shop and inspected my sim and he told my sim got jammed in their system .And he promised me to get fix my problem by 9th morning.
But asusual as i expected no response...even on the 3rd day after buying the sim card.Now they are saying to wait for one more day for its activation and if not they will replace with another airtel prepaid starter pack.
For a simple activation even after taking my Rs.240/- and even after repeated attemts for my justice they are taking 4days of time and to my wonder still those cant fix the problem then what for airtel is giving such false ads by SRK or A.R.R......????
I regret for choosing AIRTEL and i heared such problems are now common in airtel for its dealer itself.I will never recommend such a crap to anyone....."THUMBS DOWN FOR ITS WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES".
