[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — wrong deduction on account of activation of airtel money Axis bank super account on 26/6/13 at 2217 hrs

On 26/6/13 at 2217 hrs a sum of Rs 50/- was deducted on account o[censored]pgradation to airtel money Axis bank super account(Txn ID :[protected] as per SMS received from AD-AIRMNY.Besides,I have not been able to use my mobile for almost 2 months as I am interrupted with messages "Allow sim card to send message" and it takes minimum three attempts to cancel the message. Secondly, I do not want any extra services activated on my account. Lastly, my DND service should be activated forthwith.

AirTel — Deduction of Money wrongly

Dear Sir,

On 4th April ,I noticed that Rs. 317.87 have been deducted from my account balance , so I called Airtel customer care and came to know that it has been charged due to GPRS surf from my mobile from 6Pm , 3rd April to 3AM 4th April .

As per my knowledge I have never asked to activate my GPRS to Airtel customer care and did not surf internet in my mobile from the start o[censored]sing my connection (Aug , 09). From customer care they repeatedly told me that I surfed so the charges have been deducted which is absolutely impossible .

AirTel — Deduction in Prepaid Account

Sudden deduction from my Airtel TN prepaid mobile account yesterday night around 9.00 PM from my number [protected].

It's my mandatory, why did you charged and I have not even activated any of the VAS. There is none of acknowledge or reason by intimating SMS for deduction.

I have transaction ID as SMS for Erecharge and why did you deduct the paise of 20Rs. Need of proper response hope.

the number is [protected].................it is my no and i 've last recharged about rs.301 and i had a booster of sms of 10000................... and i am getting a problem of no calls can be made or can come in too............ and i 'm in trouble and unable to connect my parents too.................... so if you clear this fault means it ll be helpful to me........ and as well as to my parents ..and some7,8days ago only this fault occurred due to fault in photo and i 've submitted all my documents correctly as soon as i received the message......................

Airtel — wrong charges on prepaid connection

i have prepaid connection of airtel No.[protected] heaving bad experience form airtel i have complaint to customer care above wrong charges dedcted from my balance. they send me text massages and i never download the same even though they deduct from my balance. Also i have send sms on 121 "do not call" even though they dont stopped the sms from outside.please check my account and give me justice and free from mental harashment from airtel.

Airtel prepaid mobile — Deduction of Money

Sir,
I own a Prepaid mobile No [protected] - Airtel Prepaid. Frequently they send a Service message and even if we delete the message they deduct some money saying -You have subscribed for this.
Last week they started deduct Re1/= per day and I made a complaint. Then they stopped. Again yesterday at5.25 PM one service message was received and immediately after receipt it was deleted. But within few seconds one message came- from AD-54321-Thanks for subscribing Airtel Hungama and Rs.99/= is deducted from your account Balance. When we called 121 to customer care and inquired the executive told we have activated for subscription.

THis kind of looting of money is frequently happening in Airtel.
We already sent a complaint about unwanted receipt of messages on 01 July 2010. But they informed the sending of sms will be stopped within 45 days from then.
But even after that they send service sms and deduct ( Looting ) money.

I request you immediate intervention in this and get me my money back.

Airtel — Prepaid Account Account Activation

This is maheedhar from bangalore. I lost my SIM card(no [protected]) on 23rd Oct 2010 , On the same day i have taken dummy Sim for the same number from Indira Nagar Air tel show room, bangalore. They said that it will get activated within 4working hrs. But this is 3rd day. till now my number didnt get activated. I tried to approach the executives in the same show room. But there is no proper response from them.In spite their response to customer complaints are not proper.

I was about to get Final round of interview call from HCL to the same number.

Now who will be responsible for this.
If airtel provide job to me?

Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — wrong information

I got a message from airtel on my mobile number that I would be getting full talk time on a recharge of Rs 299. When I recharged my phone I got the requisite money but alongwith it also the detail that for this amount I will be charged Rs 1.20/ call, wheras my normal call rates were Rs0.60/min. So in effect by giving incomplete information these people have fleeced me. WHen i tried to call the customer care, they start charging me the money for talking to the representative but my call was never connected to the representative. i am thinking to go to consumer court so that they do not overcharge in future. Please help me i[censored] can. My mobile no. is [protected]
Am surprised that Airtel services has dipped down so drastically... that I can no more see any customer service agents who can speak in English.. Its sad to say that Airtel is going from Good to bad... I have made atleast 10 calls from the past two days and there was no person who can speak in English and respond to my concern. At this rate I think people will get real skeptical about getting an Airtel connection. Please have English speaking people in the customer care dept, so that people like me can get my issues resolved... It is sure becuming a concern now. Thanks.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — Money deducted by Airtel on the name of mobile service

Dear Sir,
I lodged a complaint against Airtel regarding they have deducted twice Rs. 5/- from my prepaid account Mob No. [protected]. On 25/12/2010 at 1848Hrs I received a message from Airtel << Your Jobs on mobile service has been renewed. You have been charged Rs.5/- for 5 days of service. Send TIPS to 5432105 and get career [protected]@just Re1/day.
I have several time asked Airtel please activate DND on my above said mobile number but there was no effect of my any request. Later on they have started so many promotional calls and messages on my mobile. I stopped my account from recharging but on 25/12/2010 it was hight of nonsense when my account went in negative with above said message.

I request to my honorable sir please take a necessary action against the culprit and make sure my money should be back in my account.

Airtel Prepaid — Wrong Deduction of Money

Dear Sir,

I am airtel mobile user with prepaid SIM mobile no.-[protected]. For past few months I am noticing that AIRTEL is wrongly deducting money from my account on false subscription of services. This time on I got a message from AD-54321 QUOTE "Thanks for downloading DartsDolls from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 50. Join Gamesclub at http:/gclub.in".

This amount of Rs. 50 has been deducted from my account DESPITE THAT I HAVE NEVER EVER SINCE THE DAY I GOT THE SIM , I SUBSCRIBED ANY SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE.

I very often hear such type of complaints from other persons also and I am confident that this is a DELIBERATE AND MALICIOUS PRACTICE adopted by the management of the company to increase its INCOME by CHEATING the customers and practing unfair trade practices under MRTP.

I request AIRTEL to immediately refund to my account Rs. 50/-
else I shall proceed legal action against the Board of Directors of the Company who are solely responsible with the affairs of the company.

I also request to STOP all types of promotional advertisements on this mobile number.

Airtel Mobile Services — Activating services which was not asked to subscribe and deducting money from my account

This is to inform that the I am a customer of AIRTEL mobile services for last three years. But for last three- four days I am finding that inspite of not subscribing the Services Like Airtel talkies,,Romance and so...are being activated against my account and deducting money. On calling the customer care and informing about the matter they started telling that i have subscribed it no one else.. and they will not refund the money. My question is if i am not subscribing who is subscribing it?, is it the not the fault of the company people sitting in the system and activating the subscription? Why it is happening on regular basis? My no is [protected] issued from dehradun. this mail may be considered as official launch of my complain.

AirTel — money deducted from prepaid account.

Dear Sir /Madam
Its been 2 to 3 months since repeatedly again and again money is being deducted from mobile no. [protected](prepaid).Type of deduction is 1 re per day at atime .once 15 rupees were deducted for some prachidesaievent.On calling airtel customer care, they you have activated some xyz service and thats why balance is being deducted.Actulally we never activated any service still this kind of blunders happens, They also committed to return the money to the account but that also never happened . please take necessary action.

I am an Airtel customer. Recently I had recharged a sum of Rs. 249.00 in my airtel mobile with no: +91-[protected], on dt.12/03/2011. But, 48hours later I found all my money deducted from my account. When I complained the customer care executive he forward my complaint with the complaint no.CBDCC[protected] and asked me wait for 72hours. After 72hours when I called again to ask about my complaint on dt.18/03/2011 at about 11:00AM, a customer care executive mis-behaved me and disconnected the call without solving my problems. In addition he blocked my call to customer care. When, again I called with a mobile of my friend, even he blocked his number to customer care. Now I am even unable to contact any customer care executive for which I feel mental punishment from Airtel. So, I request for a help to solve my problem. Here I must mention that my language during the conversation was HINDI.

on 23/05/2001 Rs.82 was wrong deducted as usage of internet whenever gprs pack has already activate on my no.[protected] as on 22/05/2011 and its confirmation already sent to me . after inquired nobody give response from airtel . 13sir my name is Rahul Kumar and my problem is that , there is daily deduction of balance from my mobile no.[protected]. I have complaint to the custmer care of airtel many times and the request reference number was ROVAD[protected] and ROVAD[protected] but there is no solution of my problem. I am very sad by the behavior of custmer care. My deduction of balance is 5 rs per day which is continue till now and there was also 80 rs deduction one time. Sir, what should I do ? Please help me .
