Respected sir,my name is G. Krishnan . my account no ([protected]) tenkasi branch.when i last time withdraw the money from the ATM.at the time i have balance Rs.1740.today i went to the ATM to withdraw money at the time Rs 1500 was reduced .but i didn't withdraw the money from my account .so pls check the my account . how much balance i have now.pls reply to my mail as earlier as possible by record... The airtel has launched a new scheme that of special 5.But whenever i enter a mobile no. they say that the service is unavailable.This has been happening for the past week .
But when on 17th august i entered the no. and the automatic voice had accepted the no. and Rs 5 were deducted according to the scheme.According to the scheme for every local call the rate is 20p/min and i had entered a local no.When i had a conversation with the no. which i had in special 5 for 20 minutes.Rs20 were deducted instead of Rs4.
I have been writing to customer care of airtel and all they have been doing is postponing the matter.Also they have not been able to fix the problem of activation of special 5.

Airtel Prepaid — Loss of Balance
I have lost 40 rupees on my balance overnight,im sure i did not subscribe any of the services,and i did not call and msg during this time.This is . cheating .What all can i do to get my balance back,is there a way i can fix them?
Does it require any written complaints?
I have MESSAGE BOOSTER PACK-49/-.This validity Till 07-mar-2010(90 days).Now, Dec-31&1 They lock message it mean per message 50 paise.So, i loss 2 days.How i claim it?

tis is arun .....my airtel prepaid number is [protected]....i got tis number few months back....it was good in d starting period...later i was activated with some nonsense services such as comedy zone and few other ...for which i was detucted money on a regular basis inspit of reminding the customer care several times....the people in customer care never seem to bother...they just assure me it wont b repeated..and they vl call few hours later...and after few hours they deduce more of ma account...which later went to negative amount...i kindly request you 2 register this compliant my mobile no is [protected] (kanpur) in name of bijendra kumar jain - my complain is daily Rs 1/ is deducted for picture post with out my activation and consent . I call customer care and deactivated this service. Now today dt 29/05/2011 i receive a sms that i have been charged Rs 200 and R15 for hellow tunes which i never asked for. This sms is a great surprise and shock for me as your co being a international level and adopting such a mean level tacties for money.Pl refund my deducted money immediately - b k jain
AirTel — LOSS OF BALANCE
We are really face a hell lot of problems with the Airtel Pre paid numbers. We find the loss of balance for unecessary subscriptions deductions. See we do not have much of time to waste our time to wrestle with executives for the re-fund. Even if we do also we are not getting back our money.No: [protected] facing problem o[censored]nneccessary balance deduction for some nonsense subscription without our knowledge. Airtel is doing such kind of business now to fool their customers.
Bleedy airtel is not responding to customer problems also. Not only mine but i found same problems being faced by my friends and family.Request to take an action against them.
i totally disagree with the time limit that you are asking me for.. The complaint was raised last month also but found no re-fund but we left the issue getting frustrated and now same issues are been seen... i have been given 4 complaint registration number but till date the problem is not solved. At any cost i want the refund of Rs. 30 on the number [protected]

Hell lot of junk unnecessary msgs comes to this number and you assume the subscription and deduct the money. Wrong way of making money please mind it. do you have any proof for the subscription. i work for ITC and i know the rules and the documentation you ask and you please dont try to fool customer saying some date and time. I need the refund of Rs. 30 on this number immediately or else the matter will be taken up in the serious manner.. its a warning.

I kindly want to say that my airtel sim has blocked cause of entrence of wrong PUK no.I called to AIRTEL custmor care, he told me that you can get a new sim of same no. from AIRTEL office.I gone there, he told me you can't get new sim of same no. cause of failed of registration no.I again called to custmor care, she told me here is possiblity to get a new sim of same no.
IS here any possiblity?but how?please do something.

Airtel — Decreased Balance wrongly
Myself Sourav Chakraborty carrying number [protected] using from last 4 years,suddenly airtel balances are decreasing randomly and when asked about the details the customer care person(Kolkata) behaves roughly and saying that there is friend's chat option is activated against my number.But I never activated this type of options and my set also not supporting of friend's chat option.Now Airtel connection becomes disgusting for people.
