Dear sir,
With ref to complaint no:DT[protected] , I herewith bring the following grievances
1.I successfully availed annual subscription along with set top box, and now recharged for 3 months, while all my colleagues and neighbors changed to TATA SKY , I've decided to stay with AIRTEL
2.I inquired the customer care executive regarding packages and she changed my existing package to south super value without my permission, later after repeated request for 2 days by sending email one person call backed and informed me that he has changed channels as per my request somehow the channels were restored
3.On DIWALI day , suddenly all channels were lost , no customer care executive is available for redress.
4.On repeated calls to customer care they told that some one will call back , but no one called( i spent more than Rs.200/- for phone calls)
5.Next day morning one executive called me again i explained, that with out my permission your changing my packages but her response was very poor i honestly requested her to refund my advance payment and terminate air tell services , she immedieatly disconnected.
6.I strongly protest for the inconvenience caused , that to on festival day when all my family members were gathered
7.Now I personally regret for staying with AIRTEL ,
8.I request AIRTEL DTH to please return my balance amount and stop services permanently
9.I resolved to go with TATA SKY( excellent in services and best in customer satisfaction)
