My airtel Prepaid Sim Has Been Blocked By The Provider..
Yesterday Form My Sin Balance Of 157 Was Deceted & They Said That It Is Because Of Data Usage But In My Phone Data Counter It Is Showing That Till Now Only 350 Mb Of Data Is Used & Data Pacage Was Of 1 GB I Can Also Give All Record Of My Data Usage To Prove That It Has Not Crossed 1 Gb Data Limit & When I Spoke To Coustomare Care Then They Blocked My Sim..
& It'S Ridicioulus First You Detect Balance & Then lock The Sim..
Please , I Request To Check & Refund My Balance & Activate My Sim Again..
Do It As Soon As Possible Because Without Phone Many Of My Work'S Has Left Undone..

prepaid sim with one year validity — false commitment

I purchased a prepaid reliance sim from a reliance shop named as AB INFO location Jamnagar (Gujarat) land mark of shops location is near townhall circle.They commited about the validity of sim is for one year and payment i maid to them was Rs 2000.they said this is a reliance india scheem and Ril to Ril free calling for one year STD as well as Local.but after 45 days it ends and when i apporached the same shop for help they just refused he extend any helping hand.then i approached reliance web world they took a written complaint from me and when i asked for recipt of my complaint then said sir we will call you.its about three months and i am still waiting for their call.i came to know about this helpline and this is the last initiate i am adopting kindly do something so that in future no one to be cheated by that kind of sellers.mob no [protected].

Airtel Postpaid — poor services in misbehaves

me and my 3 parteners are your postpaied custemer (adolv. connection) .we want separet each conection so hum logo nai adv.rent. jama kiya tha aur uska koi recieving nahi diyagaya.aur 4-5 din ka samey deya gaya tha but aaj karib 15-16 dian ki bad bhi koi action nahi liya gaya aur puchani per galat tarik se bat kiya gaya(Mr. Jetaindr g colliction in GKP) aur number magni per mana kar diya gaya.plz is per kariyai kar ki meri conection ko jo 1st sep. se band hi ko suru karni ka kast kari.thanks

Airtel Prepaid — illegal cut of balance

I have a prepaid connection with [protected](airtel gujarat).
On date[protected] i was in rajasthan & initially i was havin Rs 44.37 balance.Then i have done 16 messages in gujarat having length of only 1 message(150 characters only) but after that my balance was Rs 0.87 where there was a illegal cut of Rs 20. So kindly take a action on it as soon as possible.

could you plese check why its been diducted without being consumed.

i was about to convert my prepaid to postpaid(corporate account) but if these type of problems exist than i should opt for another network.

Airtel Mobile Prepaid — regarding misbehavior

I wish to state that as a customer as well as retailer of Bharti Airtel Ltd. I want to lodge a complain of
your customer care executive Mr. Gagan .As per talks(on Dealer helpline No. 345) with this particular fellow on 3:35 pm on 21/11/2009 he was telling to me that if you listened to Miss Sonia(Aapke main account mein 21/= hone chahiye ) and (to kya aap behre ho chuke hain aapko suninaee nahin deta) you are deaf or youare not listened to talks with Miss Sonia .This were the talks which was done by my lapu number [protected] on 21/11/2009 because I was not able to do a particular recharge of full talk time of Rs.444/- and on the customer no. [protected] it was was not showing tariff by dialing *131# that curretly no special tariff is active on your mobile.Then as a retailer how can i predict the nature and kind of tariff without asking by dialling 345.An immediate action should be taken against this fellow and keep your server updated regarding 369 when we are doing a message to find a particular denomination of a top-up,recharge and tariffs to that we can help your customer with ease.

I regret to say that the call details of my number [protected] is being leaked by your call centre employees. The person having number [protected] is continuosly cross checking all my personal numbers. When I complained on the customer care they said that they cannot entertain this complaint and they had no answer that what I should do. I request you to probe the matter at the earliest.

i am devang joshi.using one the poorest coverage and poorest service provided sim card of airtel.inspite of so many complains still no any kind of solutation and reply.i can not understand either they no understanding language or not to take any step intenstly.so requesting to you solve the problem of poor network coverage and during talk automaticaly cut down the calls.need some improvement on that.if possible.hope you can understand.god help him.want your reply.

i purchased airtel prepaid sim no. [protected]. but after enjoying the service of airtel in 10 days my sim blocked by company and show the msg call barred, when i find in customer care they said documentation failed then again i submit my document. bt my sim is blocked now since last 4 days . My documents always fair then why airtel executives give me tention for documentation and why they are not cooperate with me.

why india's largest and no 1 compny mentally harassed their valuable customer. Please cooperate us afterall we are the profit makers for the company's balance sheet

This is Prashant Khemariya costomer of Airlet prepaid sim ([protected]) i have recived 5-10 sms from costomer care for special recharge information on between 18th march-20th march -2010 and further recieved a call from costomer care on 20 th march 2010 at 12:50 Pm, that mean was if i rechahe my mob no. with 55 Rs. right now, then get 45 Rs. and within 48 hrs i will recieve remaining 5 Rs and my call rate will be 50/min for all local and std mob.so i have recharged my mob with 55 on 20th march at 12:56 PM.
But after 48hrs i dont have receive any money or teriff for reduce call rate. When i call to costomer care on 22 march 2010 at 7:00 PM to refound my money and reduced my call rate their was no responce and again call to costomer care and talk with Mr. Anand Raj on 25 march 2010 at 1:38 PM but same problem was there. form 25 march to till now i have calling to costomer care continually for reduce my call rate but nobody is responding me, so kindlly haelp me.
