I HAD APPLIED FOR AIRTEL INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE NAME OF EXPRESS SOLUTION AT 2879/8, IST FLOOR, GALI JAJAMPURIA, HAUZ QUAZI, CHAWRI BAZAR, DELHI-06 ON 15.05.2013 AND COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE PROMISE ME TO INSTALL Y CONNECTION WITH IN THREE DAYS BUT TILL DATE MY CONNECTION IS NOT INSTALLED AND COMPANY NOT MAKE ANY COMMUNICATION WITH ME.
I TRIED MANY TIME TO COMPANY REGARDING SUCH BUT EVERY TIME THEY SAY WE RESOLVE YOUR COMPLAINT IN 1/2 HOURS OR 2 DAYS
BUT TILL DATE NO REMEDY PROVIDE TO ME
IN THIS PERIOD I HAD PAY RENT OF RS. 8000 TO LAND LOARD AND 20000/- SALARY TO STAFF WITHOUT ANY WORK BECAUSE WITHOUT INTERNET WE CAN'T DO ANY TYPE OF WORK

PLEASE TAKE SUITABLE ACTION AGAINST AIRTEL COMPANY AND PROVIDE ME CLAIM OF RS.[protected]+20000+6000)

Bharti Airtel — Internet Connection was not installed

Sir,
I have applied for internet connection on 28-Aug-08 (Form No: BA 147482)and Agent(Syed) told me that they will installed it within 4 working days but at the same time he mentioned 7 days in application form. when i obeject the same, he told they have to mention 7 days only.
I was keep following with Syed and his Supervisor (Anand -[protected]) and they used to tell it will connect tomorrow and so on.
I called Aitel customer care and logged two complaints 11463288 & 11485156 but no output.
I called third time to customer care and they told they have assiged this to engineer Venkatesh ([protected]) to install internet connection and it will be completed today. I called Venkatesh and was shocked to know that he has already informed Syed that he can not put internet connection to my house as current box is not having free line. I called Customer care and they are not providing any update on this. I don't know what to do now.
I have given 1000 Rs while submitting the form, No one has called me so far about my connection or money

I want claim 25000 rs for my mental stress and was not able to address production issue.

    I am having a Airtel Broadband connection. But from last 7 days it's not working. I logged complaints so many times but every time they promised to resolve the issue. Every time they logged it as new case so that no one can raise question on their response.

    Very unsatisfied with Airtel services.

    Airtel Broadband — Log Complaint link not working

    The log complaint link is not working for the last 2 months, this forces consumers to log complaint over the phone. This is just a sheer waste of time.

    I don't know what to say and the UI is so counter intuitive, when you log a complaint via their portal they ask you to re-enter contact information.

    They should seriously employ a usability guru to fix their UI.

    I strongly agree with the fact that Airtel is providing worst services to its customer. Mine is friend card. I'm facing a problem from 1 month but it hasn't resolved yet.
    My number is added in a group. Whenever, I call a member of the group, my 1 rupee has been cut instead of 10 paise.
    Everytime, I call customer care they tell that your number is not added in any group. So, when I try to add my number in the group, message comes that my number is already added in the group.

    Their system is totally incorrect due to which we face a lot of problem.

    When we call Customer Care more than 3 times, they bar our call. Thats the nice thing that they can do with their customer because they can't solve the problem. So, they can do this atmost i.e not facing the customer.
    I logged in a request on 25-6-09 via email and for disconnection of my telephone no. [protected] under request no. 10325167. But it has been more than 3 months despite of my no. of calls and emails they are not closing the request but putting more bills on me. Which is a money loss to me.

    AirTel — broadband not working

    dear sir
    i m customer of airtel ltd,i have connection of broadband of airtel ltd,our telephone no is [protected].
    sir we face the disconnection problem from airtel ltd.his connection disconnected any time & he not attand our complaint last 15 days & he charge rental that period ,i feel his network & facilties is very poor.
    he give no responce whan i call him.i feel that i loss my cleients communication & i m going down with my bussiness.so please help me .i faced this type of problem before 3 month ago.

      Student — SLOW NET SPEED

      Daer sir,

      I am using the bsnl gprs plan 199 on my mobile phone at Jammu city. But from the past 10-15 days the servise is not working properly. The web page doesnot displays. or takes lot of time to display. Being a university student i am not able to complete my projects.
      There fore i request your goodself to look into the matter and solve the problem as early as possible.

      i have been using gprs service from the last 1 year or so..it was working allright till last month..but now its taking so much of time to open any website ..even google takes 1-2 mins..i had to keep on refreshing the sites many a tyms i had to dissconect the net n then again i conect...you have increased your monthy tarrif from 300 to 500 but atleast take care of the service..its going just pathetic...so just look into my matter with utmost priorty..n kindly resolve it at the earliest...

      AirTel — Very Slow Internet Connectivity

      I am Kumar Amit. My Airtel Data Card no is [protected]. Since 12th February 2010 continuously I have been complaining regarding the slow connectivity in roaming [Bangalore]. But till now the problem has not resolved and there is no any compensation in the bill. On behalf of assurance of resolution from the executive of vender I have been already paying the bill since last two months and requested for the reversal of bill but there is no any positive response in the matter of reversal of bill except the assurance that they are going to resolve the problem within 48 hrs.

      airtel 3g datacard was sold to me on 1/12/2010.the download speed is very slow at 5kpbs.Even with 2g we can get speed of 150 kpbs with mtnl, tata indicom.the sales guy does not come to my office after complaining about speed.went to airtel gallery in borivili and they said they do not deal with complaint.i want to cancel it but noboby providing me a form so that i can sign and cancel the contract.i am frustated with this attitude.meanwhile i will be paying rs 599 + st per month for this.please advise.

      i had taken a broadband connection of 2Mbps speed of Rs1299(30GBlimit)and 250Kbps downloading.but i get speed of 50Kbps downloading which very slow with respect to given plan.i had complain to customer care

        money deducted from account but recharge not completed

        I tried to recharge my airtel mobile using my debit card transaction number 685371.The money was deducted from my bank account but the recharge was not completed. This happened again the day. Again the money was deducted from my account but recharge was still not completed. I tried calling the consumer helpline but no satisfactory response. This is happening again and again. Kindly help regarding this....

        Hello,

        I have been using a Airtel postpaid mobile no. [protected] and [protected] for the past 1.5 years in Indira Nagar, a fairly residential area, in Bangalore. The network reception at our home location both indoor and outdoor is very poor and we are suffering due to this for the last 5 months.
        I have made a number of complaint to airtel through their customer care numbers – 121 and also through emails to Nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com and Appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com on number of occasions. apart from numerous communications through customer care by me and my family members), but all in vain. I have been given SR nos. 48032903 and 50139462.

        Initially they told me that in 90 days it will be fixed, now it's been more than 150 days and every time I dial an Appellate officer, they ask for 90 days time which is never ending for me now.

        I am really disappointed with the customer care, nodal officer, appellate of Airtel. The matter has been escalated to the so called – highest authority in AIRTEL but no improvement has resulted in network coverage. Further, 2 surveys have been carried out and during all of these surveys it has been found that the network coverage is absolutely ZERO in my house. The poor network coverage is also confirmed by Airtel over telephone and in their email vide dated 28th MAY 2013.In several other emails they did not even acknowledge this issue which is highly unprofessional attitude from their side.

        Further it is quite annoying that the customer care executives are quite happy to remind that the network coverage may be poor due to location of a building, topography, climatic conditions, the handset quality etc. for which we have already informed that the building is located in the heart of Indira Nagar area in Bangalore and we were getting adequate network coverage till Dec. 2012, the handsets used are LG Google Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy duos . These phones were working very fine till Dec 2012 in my house and they work fine outside my area. The executives who carried the survey also confirmed the poor network coverage readings received in our phone.

        Going a step further, the Appellate authority is updating me that their network coverage is at optimum level which is completely false statement. They are circumventing this issue since January 2013.

        This has affected our professional and social life. It seems that Airtel is not interested in rectifying the issue and they are hanging on the issue. The response explained above is quite disappointing and reflects the poor working standards at Bharti Airtel Ltd.

        I have wasted lot of time and energy in chasing with airtel and hope that Airtel senior management wakes up and direct them to take the necessary actions at the earliest. Else, it seems that I have no option but to switch to another operator, if my concern is not heard at this forum as well.

        AirTel — No resolution of complaint.

        Hi,

        I had logged a complain for number [protected] on 28th Jan regarding no network coverage at my area. But till day 26 Mar 08 compain is in open status and I had asked airtel to give me waiver of rental from the day I had logged this complain and till it is not resolved. But inspite of doing this they had closed my outgoing calls from 20 Mar 08 and now today that is on 26 mar 08, they had closed my number without intimating me.
        I had not paid my bill for last 2 months because the waiver is not updated and I had told them if they update the waiver, instantaneoulsy I will paying all my due amount.

        My simple question is if they are not able to provide any proper services will Airtel is having any right of charging for services also???

        Please help me in this regard.

        AirTel — Poor Network of Airtel

        Dear sir,

        Am living in a place called vaniyambadi, Vellore Dist. i find a heavy network congestion in my place & i made a compliant for the same through call centre & i got a message that my problem will be solve in 4 days but still am finding very poor network of Airtel in vaniyambadi & Ambur, i dont know what for the customer care centre is situated when there is no one taking action on the compliants.. i request the concern authority to take serious action on this compliant & i hope that the problem will be solved soon.

        Airtel company — Poor network coverage

        I am an airtel customer for the last 3 years..right from the moment i took the sim, i am encountering a serious network problem...
        eventhough i complained about my problem to the airtel authorities, there is no proper action concerned on this issue

        Airtel — poor coverage and bad reception

        I am a subscriber and now residing in Virar, but coverage here is very bad, no reception and calls need to be done multiple times. The Customer care number 121 is not reachable most of the time and their website have been experiencing problems setting up of an online account to do transcations.

        AirTel — Poor Service & Network Coverage

        Dear Sir,

        I have been using a AIRTEL mobile Connection for past 4 years. A year back we moved to a new apartment.

        Since then the network coverage in this area (Kundalahalli, Bangalore), has been pathetic. Numerous complaints and requests to customer care has been in vain.

        Recently, frustrated of this service, I gave a final call to CC(customer care) on 01st November, 2008, requesting them to fix the issue by arranging for a signal booster at my place. They did not promise a solution but again gave me a turn-around time of 06th November, 2008, 10 A.M.(Reference #[protected], Service Request #[protected].

        To my utter surprise, these people never even bothered to give a call-back and ask or try and resolve the issue. Again exhausted of fake promises, I tried calling them on 07th November, and they (CC) convinced me that they are trying to get the issue rectified with the TOWER in my area and should be resolved by 10th, Nov, 2008.(which no wonder never came)!!!

        I gave them several calls again today(as the call was getting disconnected, due to poor network), and ruthless agents did not even bother to give a call back. I got through an agent called "Rajeev", who assured me that I would get a call-back if the call drops this time, which I'm waiting for till date.

        I'm not concerned about the coverage or even the service more as I'm concerned more about my bill amounts. The bill exceed Rs. 2000/- every month, out of which 30-40% of the calls are those which are dropped in just 5-10 secs. Am I a fool to make calls of 2secs, 5secs and 10 secs?

        Please help me in taking this to the people who can really make a difference. I being a citizen of responsible INDIA, urge you all to ACT today else you might be the next victim.

        AirTel — No coverage from a month

        Hello to fellow Airtel sufferers,

        You might have observed that the complaint page has been removed from online and one can only call to 198 to register any complaint to Airtel.

        I have a problem of Network covereage in Pimple Saudagar Area, pune where I am residing.There is no coverage at all. Some time once in 24 hours some single mark out of 5 revealed from some remote location and some PM(phaltu messege - SMS) comes.

        Miserable Airtel cust. care chap give consolation to solve the complaint in four working days, and allots a complaint number. Even after almost a month Airtel Engineer are still snoring high. "GET BAD COVERAGE, WRONG BILLS, CALL DROP YOU GO ANYWHERE' is the slogan of Airtel engineers.

        Very much people who pay their bill online will not be aware how wrongly Airtel insert wrong services and charges! For one of my Airtel number where I caught them(billing team) I got credit for three months. DO CHECK YOUR BILLS DETAILS OR GET FOOLED!

        After doing this if you go some where and by mistake if network coverage comes, you get 'your bill due' messege. Now to this poor people who provide just exellent business just for themselves, useless to explain, how much business is lost just because of the number has been circulated for business purpose. They tried to compensate with huge amount of monthly rent(only rent) they dare to charge us for no coverage! Joke of the day!

        I know precisely how max it take to up tower due to my previous room mate worked on contract with Airtel. Its not more than 5 hours! But here it has been a month almost!

        You know one thing now I more rely on Govt. thing as they have erected a tower near by and I get full strength of signal with my new BSNL cellone. Long live !

        AirTel — No resolution

        I had taken two connections together in Dec 2008. The verification was done and I got the welcome letters for both the nos. I got the bills after one month and made the payment. On 26 Jan the outgoing calls on one of my numbers was deactivated due to negative address verification. When I called the Customer service they said there will be a new verification. After two days I again called cus ser and they asked me to go to nearest airtel outlet and they will activate it there itself because my verification was confirmed on my account, it's just that the airtel guys had entered sec32 instead of sec34 on one of my numbers. I went to sec61 outlet and the lady there said we cant activate it we will be sending a person for verifiaction and after two days your phone will be working. After 2 days I went to sector 18 outlet and the lady there said she had sent a mail to the concerned dept and she would call me in one hour but did not call i waited for 3 days. Yesterday I again called the cus ser and even spoke to shift manager but he said they could not help me as I had to ask my company to send a mail to airtel regarding this.

        First of all this is a corporate acct but I pay my bills myself. I had taken the connections from the guy from airtel who sits outside the company so company has nothing to do with my connection.
        Second point, I got my address verification done when I was present at home which means I had given the airtel guys the correct address but when those guys entered the info into their systems they entered the sector number wrong in one of the numbers and that is why one of the number is not working and the other is working fine.

        If anyone at airtel has got trained on procedures and call handling kindly let me know because I really want to speak to one person who has really got some knowledge.

          Bharti Airtel — Recharge Problem

          I have Airtel [protected] (Bangalore, Karnataka)prepaid connection and from past 16 hours i am trying to recharge thro' card for 360 Rs. The complaint has been forwarded to Customer service but without any proper feedback from CS and the person took 16 digit PIN no also in the name of forwarding the complaint to Technical Department, but so far no action has been taken to rectify.
          Please say no to Airtel.
          my mobile number is [protected] i have a problem with this card what mean when we send messages to anybody it is not going then tower problem
          This in reference to the complaints (Copies Attached) regarding Bad signals we have in and around Raj Bhavan Road (Opp Swarna Jayanthi Complex). We have been continuously complaining to the customer care people from the long time but still we have neither received a good response nor any action taken against to the Issue. We are having this problem from 24 Dec, 2008. We in our company have around 20 CUG and 40 Individual connections of Airtel.

          We are not able to make a call or receive a call at our workstation and for each and every call it has become a mandatory for us to step out of the Office.

            I have requested to port my number from Airtel to Vodafone. Request number AZ812552. I have paid my Airtel bill. Reference number of the payment is 140626. When i called up Airtel customer care they denied to take my complaint saying that i should visit the airtel customer care center. Why am i being forced to use Airtel when i dont want to continue this service. this is like a torture by airtel. anyways airtel service is pathetic. the network doesnt work and there is no action on complaints registered. i need an action on this and i need to port my number to vodafone as soon as possible.

            Airtel Mobile — Airtel - Pathetic Service!

            Here's my frustrating experience with Airtel.

            I had a prepaid mobile number which I applied for post-paid conversion. The charges of 250 was duly collected and a new SIM was provided. Within a few hours my old SIM was deactivated and new SIM was activated. I got a message saying I was subscribed to 444 plan. After two days, all of a sudden I get a message that my number has been deactivated and i need to contact the dealer. I call up the Customer care only to know that my address verification failed as my door was locked. I fail to understand what crap-head Airtel is; for one, I don't get a prior notice as to when the person would come to make the check and two, what on this earth makes them imagine that I would be sitting all the day at home, eating peanuts, waiting for some to come for the verification. Or do they expect me to not lock my home when I go for work?

            I talk to their oxymoronic customer care rep only to know that my number will be activated back in 1 hour. After 1.5 hours I call back again only to know that there was no request to activate my number. After some exchange of pleasantries, I was told that the address re-verification would be done on weekend morning, but that the number cannot be activated. After another hour, I call back to find another rep who can barely manage to talk telling me that address re-verification cannot be done till the next weekday.

            Does Airtel which has become evidently headstrong with its near monopoly have any sense left in their head? I am ashamed that a company of such stature stoops to such low tactics to cheat a customer. I don't understand why in their head it does not register that I already have an Airtel landline at my residence and there is seemingly no reason to re-verify that I stay at this address.

            Well after this annoying experience I am left with no option but to change the service provider for neither my old SIM nor new one works now.

            I am also suffering from same service from Airtel. It happned with myself after being a loyal customer for past 6 years I bought a new pre paid on my name.

            And they de activated the SIM for non verification.
            Some Airtel Employees in Chennai are not working at all -this may sound harsh to them, i don't know whether they get salary or not from Airtel - such a disgusting service

            I used BB only for ten days and the bill which i received for ten days is RS.1490 for just Ten days - they didn't inform about the billing cycle and all we get a response from the executives we will get back to you but no one will get back
            One annoying factor is i called the executive from my mobile and she didn't pick the call and if we call fromother numbers they picked the call -this is the mantra or slogan or rule they follow it seems, i came across with Ten executives and 2 managers all does the same thing not picking the call if i called from my mobile -such a horrific service by those people. And another readymade mantra tehy follow is " no manager available now " this is the call center guys verbatim -
            Suggestion : My suggestion is please do check your bills properly if it going to be Airtel Postpaid or Internet service please do check it and
            you need to make many phone calls from your mob so be ready for that and you have to loose your tension and you guys will get into mental trauma
            so be prepared for this ---

            Airtel Mobile — PATHETIC SERVICE AND THREATS ISSUED

            This is to bring to your notice the kind of atrocious customer service provided by Airtel Mobile with regards to a complaint raised by me in Feb 2009.
            The customer service representative at each of the Airtel galleries is utter disgrace.

            My airtel no. ([protected]) has been inactive since last week of Feb 2009.
            The problem that showed was ‘Simcard registration failed’ leading to no outgoings or incomings.
            I tried to get in touch with the customer support who assured me that there were no issues with the simcard and that restarting the phone will do the needful.
            Till April 2009; I was told the same thing- until I visited the Airtel gallery in Mulund(West), Mumbai.
            At Mulund, I was told that I shall need an alternate simcard which shall be posted across to me to my billing address. They also agreed to wave off all fixed charges levied for the time the service was not usable (March-April)
            For the next 2 months (April-May); I have been told at least 4-5 times that a new simcard shall be mailed to me by the customer service executives who checked to call why there was no usage on the number. And each time I told them about the ‘registration failed’ issue. Each time a new representative called and assured that new simcard will be mailed the next day.
            On 29 May 2009- one of the Airtel representatives who claimed her name was Neha from the Andheri branch- called and was mutually agreed between us that a new simcard would be sent over personally and also agreed to wave off all fixed charges for the unused period of March to May 2009. Hence the net figure that she claimed to be payable was Rs. 312/-. She also assured that payment would be collected the following day- and the same person who shall be present to collect the cheque shall get a new simcard.
            On 30 May 2009- although the airtel representative turned up to collect Rs. 312/-, he did not bring any simcard as promised.
            I couldn’t have handed over the payment for the fact that assurance for a new simcard had been made on earlier occasions; but nothing ever was fulfilled.

            When I asked the agent to come over the following day with the new simcard before which I refused to make any payments- the airtel rep from Andheri (Neha) ridiculed me and threatened dire consequences if I do not make payments for the said amount.

            Is this the kind of customer support Airtel provides?
            Firstly- the service stop abrupt without any prior notice-
            Secondly- Even after regular follow-ups and consequent assurance, no new simcard was ever sent to me.
            Thirdly- I am being threatened of dire consequences on refusal to pay up and ridiculed that I am not fit to use a postpaid.
            i recd. sms from airtel for recharge Rs.64/- & get 1paise call charge so that i recharge my mobile by net banking on the spot but after that i again recd. sms from 55555 no. ie Dear Customer your recharge request could not be processed so why. this facility is not for me & one thik is the amount could not be refund to me at present on my a/c.

            Vodafone — mobile no. port

            Good evening sir,
            my name is Rajesh Shaw, from kolkata. I have mobile no. of tata docomo([protected]), i send massege to 1900 for port no. on 2 feb 2011. i submits all document to vodafone for activate the no. but it has not been activated. i wants to portiblity to vodafone but its going to be upto 15 days but it has not been activated by vodafone. my previous no. has not activated through vodafone.             Airtel Mobile Service — Network issue and Sharing of Personal Details

            I am Anand being complaning about my network problem,bill usage high which is not used,sharing of personal information,giving false call to my call list.This is happening from all most 2years and bearing with them and fighting for the problem resolution which is not happening but their concern is only payment thats all.

            Every time a new person speaks aand their ends and next time new one speaks again.

            AirTel — Port Airtel customer support

            I have Airtel broadband connection for past 5 years. Three month back Airtel representative call me for plant migration for Turbo 30GB, and took a request for it. Till date it was not activated.
            I made several request to Airtel over call & mail, but there is no proper respond apart from default raising new request and false promises.
            Finally when i decided to terminate the connection and requested for it, they again took a request for termination. After two days, one of there representative call me and requested me not to terminate and said she will ensure things will be rectified within a day. but again its a false promise, nothing happened.

            The Last mail i have received from Airtel is on 8th of September which says
            1) Case 3511588 request for termination is under process
            2) Case 3706346 request for plan migration is also under process.

            Doses it look funny that you are processing the request for termination and at the same time you are also working for plan migration.

              I had applied for a new Airtel DTH connection on 25th May 2013 through the customer care num[protected] with order id: 4711505. I was sent a dealer for cash on delivery. I have paid the requested amount and was given a receipt for the same. I was also told that it will be activated in 1hour. But in vain. Then i called the customer care, where they told me that the dealer has to give me an activation pin/code. So I called the dealer who told me the activation code will be given only by airtel. I really do not understand who has to give me that pin. I am unable to call the dealer as he has his mobile switched off or refuses to attend any calls. I have been following up on this almost everyday but the activation is still not done. Am I being cheated ?? If so, I have to take this to the next level.
              Airtel customer care is so irresponsible. I did not expect this at first hand, or I would not have chosen them for a DTH.
              It would be great if I get a response here.
              Does anybody have a suggestion as to what else I could do for a solution?

                As mentioned in subject I had data useage & as well as currency witjh in 24hrs both was consumpted.
                The justification given by ur team is due to 3G active in ur I9300 Galaxy S3 mobile.

                This seems like explaining to a person who is not aware of techno.
                See I was using S2 I9100 from 09.05.13 to 22.05.13 where 3G was active this phone also.

                In 13 days I had used 500MB, How can another 500MB & 184rs got deducted in 24 hrs.

                When I asked question like how much data was leftout on 23.05.13 ur team was not able to provide details.

                Floor manager says that i[censored] had some MB/KB left I would re-issue ur balance & data useage.
                See what ever it had happened doesnt matters to me .
                " I NEED MY BALANCE BACK WITH DATA LEFTOUT".

                Hope u understand customer issue & resolve and dont force me to make no. port or discontinue.

                  Hutch(PREPAID) — UNNECESSARY CHARGES

                  I am AMIT KUMAR SINGH from LUCKNOW , I have Hutch prepaid connection NO.[protected].DATE 23/10/07 I have approx Rs.35 balance, when i try to an urgent call at night 9 pm, my balance is show -68.86(Rs.minus sixty eight point eight six).Before this CALL I Recieve a message of HUTCH In this message i got that my service is activated for INDIA & PAKISTAN CRICKET CERIES.I have not do any request for this service activation. I am not satisfied to this service activation.

                  I have already called 121 almost every month and have complained about being charged for services that I had never requested for (Local Itemised-MB).This has been going on since I have become an Airtel customer.I had not noticed the charges in the begining, however when I did I have been calling121 and telling them about being wrongly billed.I have even participated in a survey last month where I had spoken about this issue.However, I am still being charged for Local Itemised-MB this month as well.

                  Also, I had requested to discontinue the Local [protected]@Rs.49 offer month's ago as it was only on a trial basis for a month.I am still being charged for this offer although I have made it very clear that I do not wish to continue with this offer.
                  Please look into this matter or else I may have to discontinue using Airtel.

                  hi i am using airtel for a long time. in starting company's impression on me was good but later on they charge me for the services that i did not even hear. my airtel mobile number is [protected]

                  first of all i was using airtel NOP. After 4 - 5 days they charge me twice or thrice a day for NOP. then i stop using airtel NOP service.

                  now a few days ago company charges from me 10rs and give me a message that "Thanks you for using airtel matrimony alert" After 2 days again they charge me 30rs and give me a message that "Thank for using airtel text based subscriptions." a website was give below something like http://.igmobi.com


                  when they charge me for this matrimony alert and text based subscriptions i was in my college attending my computer lab.

                  later on they automatically activate service called airtel radio and charge me 30rs again. till then i never hear about this service from any of my friend or from any medium.


                  now from 3 weeks company charges from me 30rs per week for this airtel text based services.

                  i want to get rid from this service please help me to get rid of this unnecessary charges. please help me.

                  Airtel — Unnecessary subscriptions and subscription charges automatically done

                  Dear, This is with regard to the automatic activation of news and other kind of subscriptions in my prepaid account. I never dial or message for news subscriptions but suddenly I get a message that "you have been activated with news subscription and a particular amount is deducted". This has happened many times even after deactivating the service from customer care. Customer care people are reluctant to take complaint for this issue and I have to undergo this type of situation many times. This is like purposely making a person take a subscription and taking money for that, even though the person has no intention to make any subscriptions. This may be a flaw and deduct money from Airtel users account (since many people are ignorant about the small charges and hence the company makes lot of money for free).

                  I advice all the airtel users to be alert and watchful from these kind of deductions. Its about ethics and following a healthy business processes to make profit.

                  I request airtel to stop these kinds of discrepancies and follow the genuine path of growth.

                  and at last if possible, please stop making automatic subscriptions to my prepaid account.

                  Airtel Prepaid Connection — Unnecessary charges

                  Unwanted SMS for downloads are being sent and charges are being deducted from us.

                  The plan which is expiring is not informed and charges are being deducted until one enquires with customer care. Here also they disconnect without giving valid reasons.

                  AirTel — charged unnecessary

                  I stay in mumbai my name is ankit, I got a airtel connection with 249 rental and 99 pack of 2gb data and 500 sms daily free. I got a bill of 3000 I called airtel customer service, they said that the data charged is for using facebook and the free 2gb usage is only for airtel connection. This was not clarified from them when I took the connection. They have also charged me for the calls whereas I have onl used 360 minutes and I have 600 minutes free.

                  I want someone to loook into this matter. I declare as Fraud for me as this is not the service I was looking for. I don't know what is the type of action to be taken against Airte. But I want this to be made clear. I havea salary of 6000 and just switched to airtel as the offer was good and looked like to be within my budget. But it turned out the other way around/


                  I hope there can be a solution for this..

                  When you say that you record the calls made to customer service, do you also put that call to a customerÅ› account so that if he calls back regarding the same, he doesnt have to repeat again.

                  Some one from airtel had called and told about the data charge and I had agreed to pay and also she was kind enough to let me pay in parts.

                  But then when I asked to explain the charges for the calls, she diverted me saying that some one from network will call for this.

                  Now this is going above my head. and neck too. I am not gonna wait more then till friday and start talking back to VODAFONE.

                  I BELIEVE THAT AIRTEL IS NOT TAKING MY COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AND MR RAKESH (I DONT KNOW IF YOU WORK FOR AIRTEL OR NO) YOU TOO HAVE THE SAME FEELING I TRUST THAT.

                    I not in india from 2 months, when i was in india I was using airtel postpaid mobile account number [protected]- there was a balance of 1500/- while I was india, I asked Airtel customer to block it they said its already blocked, as I won't be there in india for 3 months, when I come back i will reuse the service by making the payment. today when My parents are receiving calls from collection agencies saying to make rs 3000/- otherwise it will become legal issue. I don't understand why they are charging monthly bill when Iam not using the services..

                    Kindly help me on this issue, I would like close account..

                    Airtel Postpaid — service

                    airtel just likes to take customers for a ride, i brought a corporate plan but they have started billing me for anything they wish for, but i have allways paid their stupid bills but now they have become hopeless all of a sudden my std service was disconected and when i call their ever so hopeless customer care they either disconnect my call or say your service will be started in the next 4 hrs but nothing happens .MY INDIAN BROTHERS I REQUEST U DONT FALL PREY TO AIRTEL THEY ARE THE WORST SERICE PROVIDERS THEY JUST ARE THERE TO LOOT PEOPLE

                    Airtel mobile postpaid — Still recieveing Bills for blocked number.

                    I was using Aitel mobile number [protected] long back ago. Due to some reasons have deactivated that numebr. I have paid the required amount which was 536 Rs (after asking Airtel's executive at Laxmi Nagar Showroon) and requested then to please deactivate this number on April 20, 2007. They assuerd me that they have forwarded the requested the same will be done. After 2-3 days I got a call from Airtel, in which they asked me why I'am willing to deactivate the number, they also assured me that your request has been forwarded. But after that I'm still recieving the bills for the same number, and now its somethiong around 745 Rs. They are now asking me to pay this some of amount in order to get this number deactive. I have talked to Airtel executive in Laxmi Nagar showroom about my issue that if I have payed you your required amount then why I'm still recieveing these bills for that number. Than they have assured me that this will not happen again, but syill am recieving these bills.
                    On speaking with customer care executives they say that I will have to pay this amount, I am left with no choice.
                    On Jun 13, 2008 I got a call from Airtel, they said that they will take legal action against me if I will not pay this amaount.
                    Jun 13th night I had also words with customer care about the same, they didn't came up with any resolution.
                    They said me one interesting fact that I have made payment of Rs 75 on Jan 28, 2008. I have bloked that number then whey the hell I will make payment for that. I have recorded the conversation with their costomer care executive who was too rude to me and disconnected the call without resolving my issue. I have taken another Airtel number [protected] on which I'm getting calls regarding this.

                    They are really torturing me alot. I have my MCA examination from 2 week of July, and Airtel guys are disturbing me mentally. I'am not able to study after hearing that they will see me in court. I am totally blocked now.

                    Please help me out from this situation.

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that I have got International Roaming on [protected]. This number is in Czech Republic since May 19, 2009 by sadly the roaming services activated on this is of no use. The call is neither being received from Delhi nor can be called to Delhi. The number belong to my parents, who are 70 years old and had taken International Roaming with the understanding that it will be for their security. I have already wasted a lot of time in talking to Airtel Helpline first before taking this roaming services about its use and now also when I see that it is of no use for them. It is first a money making practice for Airtel.
                    I am so frustrated it by dealing with airtel that I want immediate conformed reply as to what is the matter and airtel should not take advantage of the consumers. I want to know how should, I contact my parents as they are so old.
                    I have spoken with floor supervisor Navneet on May 21’2009, but still nothing has worked today again I contacted airtel and I was told that the complaint will be dealt with till May 26, 2009. The interest of which has developed with airtel is immense and I want as stern action to be taken for my complaint. Yor are just harassing an old couple overseas and this is not acceptable to me as they happen to be my parents.

                    I have been tranferred to Chennai from Bangalore and taken Airtel Corporate Paost Paid Sim on my Guest house address (Date - Mar-7-2010)

                    It has taken 5 days for activation, activated on(12-Mar-2010)
                    Within this my accomodation at Guest house is over and i have moved to one rented house and raised request for Address verification to new one

                    But the service is barred and i have raised n no. of requests and Customer care service provided is worst, i have to say each n everyone of them the same story when called,

                    My connection has been disconnected atleast 5 times by your team stating No verification of Details but you have to let me know how many times do I need to verify my Address.

                    I work with a Indian MNC & In Sales You can seriously understand hiowmany number of calls we normally make. I have been in a situation where I had no Connection for 2 continuous days & again today is the 2nd time the same issue has come up.

                    I would seriously like to know is this the Customer service team is doing? The Airtel person who comes to our office sold me the postpaid scheme stopped picking up calls His name is Sahul : [protected].

                    One of Airtel collection executive came to home to collect money I informed him same he asked to make the payment of 2700/- that is enough to restart you service and that will be final bill...but still 986 is showing as balance...kindly solve this...as every month they are charging monthly bill even I am not using the service...My sim card is not active..

                      I recived a message from AM: GOANOW (saying service has been renewd without intimating charged is deucted Rs.15/ from my account .Actually i dont want this kind of thing i dont know how it has been activated first .I tried to contact customer care several times but failed. i had also send the message on *121*# But connectiviyt failed.
                      Again today on 29 may 13, same message came from AM GOANOW and rs. 15 deducted.It..
                      Toatal twice amount is deducted from account 15 x 2 =30
                      kindly pls refund my money & stop doing this such thing with inforimng customer .

                      My complain is against Air Tel India , Bharti Telecom Limited,

                      This company activated and renew A Devotional Service Pack on 31st Aug. 2009 and charged Rs. 30/= ( Thirty Only ) for which I get refund.
                      On 16th Sept. 2009 activated a free trial pack of Jobs Alerts, which I deactivated by email,
                      and today on 24th Sept. giving message for renew of jobs alerts and charging Rs.10 per 10 days.

                      Every week they are doing this renewal of several packs on mobile and I am deactivating.
                      (On 31st Aug.2009, on 16th Sept. 2009 and today on 24th Sept.2009.)

                      I never pass any message to activate.
                      Please take strong action against them.

                      I am using Airtel Mobile No - [protected] for the past 5 years. Audio Cinema service is activated on my mobile without my permision. Iam professionaly Advocate and if within one day i didnt refund mr deducted Amt than Iam going to Higher Authority with Consumer Court..So I want that Such Stupid things never happen again......

                      In response to my 1st complaint on 5th Feb. and subsequently on 14th, I received a call from Airtel (Mr. Dinesh). Once again I had to narrate the whole story to him. I told him that without any reason Rs. 100 was deducted from my prepaid account. After a long wait I was informed that it was for 100 minutes free talk time that I had requested for. This is totally lie since I have never asked for a free talk time recharge. Neither did I ask for, nor did I get Rs. 100 free talk time. I did not even receive any message informing about the Rs. 100 free talk time being alloted to me. This is ridiculous. But the person from Airtel consistently informed me that I had requested for Rs. 100 free talktime recharge, which is not true. I have asked for all the details through email, to which he as promised. I doubt very much that he would send it to me. I think I need to look for other means of getting my money back. If anyone knows, kindly let me know.

                      I have been facing some issue with Airtel Prepaid since 2-3 months. There has been lot of deductions done on my airtel connection and the message was sent as "Thank you for download XYZ game" you have been charged Rs.99/-. (Total amt deducted around 400-500Rs).

                      I have never downloaded any game or anything like that. Also recently there has been deduction on my phone stating "Thank you for subscribing to [protected]@5 service", and daily Rs.5/- is being dedcuted.

                      When contacted the customer care they said its activated by me by clicking on wap link. I dont understand how airtel can charge a customer without any confirmation. The amount is directly debited from the prepaid card.

                      I want aitel to look into the issue and let us know the exact reason of deduction and full refund of amount which has been deducted without any confirmation. Also i urge them to stop these spam services which charge airtel customers illegally.

                      I have an airtel account [protected]. this is the second time i am facing very bad experience with them. On 27th July, 2011 my account was credited with Rs.100 ( I have clear proof of this credit)and i did not use my account at all. On 5th dec. I made a credit of Rs.10 for keeping the account valid( this also I have proof of transfer CREDIT). To my surprise on 29th Dec when i wanted to use my account, there is a balance of 59 paise in that. I contacted airtel and what nonsense replies they are giving. First of all they are not reading or listening to the complaints. Just giving stupid replies. It is the customers will to use their account when they need. If I fill my account with unlimited validity it should stay there till the time i need. otherwise the provider should give an answer where the money has gone? I told them to give me any call or msg from this account during this period? For that they gives idiotic replies.
                      Their answer is stereo type ' WE HAVE CHECKED THERE IS NO BALANCE DEPLETION'. It is the responsibility of airtel to answer where the money has gone.

                      These people activates unnecessary things in our account and cheats the public. We all should join and raise the voice and bring this out through medias/channels to make the poor public aware of this. There are so many ways to bring this out. Poor public dont know about this cheating. Myself came to know of this because it was not used and the full amount is cut. No one checks n keeps the balance every time. Airtel makes use of this opportunity.

                      Previously also they had activated things in my account without my consent and i had a big fight with them. May be the staff are getting some incentives if they loot the customer and makes profit for the provider.Today they are telling within three months you have to put complaint otherwise cannot process. I put my complaint on the same day I noticed that my balance is looted.

                      It is time to voice against this CHEATING OF AIRTEL.

                      Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of Amount.

                      My name is Naveen Mehta, I am using one airtel prepaid no. (+[protected] from last 6 year. I recevied one free 500mb data usage of 3g from Airtel , and using the same as that was free. But suddenly on 27 Jan-2011. My balance got deducted by 140 INR Rs.

                      I called to airtel custmer care after that incident ,they gave me the date of resolution of the problem is 1 Feb, till 1 feb my problem was not resolved and also no calls recevied from airtel customer care regarding the same.

                      When I contact them again they told me that the balance is deducted becoz I used the data services ( But I had used the data usgae free given by airtel only. No body was listen my problem properly and they told me contact to nodal office we are not able provide you solution of my problem)


                      Request you to help me out with this condition. From last 6 yrs I am customer of airtel, but now i think if they will provide good service to customer then who will beleive on these.

                        The complaint is in regard with the services promised from Airtel Digital TV .I had a problem of No SIGNAL in my set Up Box from Last 10 days approx. I made 6-10 times complaint to Airtel Customer care .Some of my complaint number are 30561967 ,30519443 ,30561967 ,30620926 .After Every 2 day the message comes that your complaint is resolved .Then i again call and file new complaint for this .I had a talk with 2 Team leads from there respective dept. and they also promised that some thing will be done to resolve the problem .Daily i get call from Delhi & Pune offices of AIRTEL and they also say that some enggg. from Airtel will shortly visit to my house to check the problem .

                        I am really fed up with the services they promises to give .It is only 4 month passed of my new connection and they promises to serve smooth service life time .
                        My problem is still not resolved .If they are not able to help me then its better they take there DTH equipment and pay back my all money and Recharge part also for this month

                        It is humble request to you all , if you can do some thing to get it resolved .

The Package feature on the day of taking connection included 171 Channels with 14 interactive channels with 6 Games (This line of 6 Games inclussion has recently been deleated by Airtel DTH). Airtel DTH has refused to provide the 6 games channel free of cost as mentioned earlier and are providing on 3 games and asking to pay Rs. 15.00 per Month of each games. On asking why should I pay I have been told by Airtel DTH Customer Service that I dont have any right to ask for channels and will have to view all channels as per Airtel DTH choise. Recently they have sent me a sms that the complain raised by me has been resolved. But still Iam not receiving the channels.                         AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — fake assurances

                        I'm Highly dissatisfied with the type of service they are giving in the very beginning itself. I have asked foe an airtel digital connection. After calling those guys (JOHN) they routed me to pay the amount on the internet page, after paying , they assured they will be sending one person to my place on 28th afternoon 1'o clock... till 2 pm no one turned up and when i called those guys no one responded properly. waster one hour and then at 3, one executive said, my order is not even placed, and she is registering again her name is ASHMINI and also said that i will be getting official by 5 in the evening and at 4:30 i will get call from them.

                        At 4:45 i spoke to SATISH and as ones before he also assured they the giving good service and gave one number as engineer's number[protected]x as his name as Thulasi ram , when i spoke to the person, he said its wrong number, made an embarrassing situation for both o[censored]s. When i called back to the airtel guys, and spoke to ANTHONY at 5:15, i have got a confirmation that the earlier number given to me correct number. and the official will be visiting as scheduled (Again? )

                        At 5:50 i've spoken to NAVEEN he is telling to wait till 8 o'clock till the "person" will come and instal the setting. When i said i want to talk to some one responsible, they said the person is not in place and will call back soon. I am yet to get their call ..........

                        Because of all these things, my whole day has been ruined as i planned to go to other works since its saturday - weekend. Please dont give false assurances and commitments. Think the problem with you guys is more than telephone attending people. end of the day, i am waiting for the clock for turing to 8., and a call from the responsible person , and answer for the money i paid and reason for false commitments.

                          my airtel no is [protected] and my current plan is 149 mnp and one other data plan 500 mb 3g and 2g plan is activated on my phone and my current airtel bill for this month from april 23 to may 22 is 1360 Rs but my unbilled amount on 22-may-2013 was 6649.08 Rs (this message was sent from customer care on 24-may-2013 in the morning ) so if i consume all data 3g and 2g then my unbilled amount would be 6500 (10p/10kb for 2g and 3p/10kb for 3g (5000 + 1500 = 6500) ) plus i also made some call in the period so my issue is if my ubilled amount is 6449 then how can they make such nonsense bill) and i also got message from customer care on 22 may 2013 which states that you have consume approx 626 MB data out of 1024 MB data so if my usage is 626 MB how this could be possible

                            I was contact to Mr. Rahul, Airtel post paid sales representative – Raipur, Mobile Number – [protected] for new post paid connection. He was collected 1000 Rs. Photograph & my id & address proof documents for the same purpose on 11/04/2013. Mr. Rahul was gave me a blank sim card no[protected]H1 & he was told that the mobile number is [protected] as per your choice. Also Mr. Rahul told me that the above number will be start after telephonic & physical verification. That has been taken two or three days. But it was not happened. I have called to Mr. Rahul many times for update but he was neither gave me any update & even picks my phone.

                            Later on I have complaint via e-mail to airtel customer care & Akosha. After that I received a call from Ankita Madam (Airtel Customer care), Mobile No - [protected]. She was informing me that my choice number [protected] is allotted to any other one. Also she was made conference call with Rahul. They are assured me that they settled my issue as earliest. After three or four days I got a call from Mr. Lalit (Mobile Number – [protected]) superior of Mr. Rahul & he was told me that will be provide me new number earliest as possible. But no action taken by them till dated. When I contacted over phone to both of them, they speak always false, misleading, spurious things.

                            In this context, I am requesting you please look in to the matter from your end & Take out appropriate solutions. My alternate number is [protected], please contacted me in this number at any time.

                            Airtel — discounts not given as per commitment

                            Dear Sir,
                            I want to draw your kind attension towards harrashment given to me by Airtel executives.One of Airtel dealer Mr. Manohar Lal from Baddi gave me two nos on july 31,2007.one [protected](under govt. plan+cu topping) & second [protected](under cug 249 plan) & commited me that calls from one no to another will be charged 10p/min.I used these nos according to this plan but to me surprise when I got its bill,all calls were charged at normal rate i.e 1Rs/min,then your chief executive Mr. Gunjan Aggarwal told me that I will get these discounts in next bill ,any how he gave me discount of 7000 Rs against 8200 but after that he left or transfered.After that I have not got any discount in month of october & nov.as a result my nos. have been disconnected.

                            Please suggest me what should I do?

                            My name is Ajay, I call Airtel Inaid Customer care no. [protected] on 11th April 2008 for a new post paid connection. Customer Care executive says that pls give us ur Contact no. we will call you after few minutes.

                            I received a call after 1 hour from Mr. Visesh (Airtel Sales Executive). He offer me the plan for Rs.998 for one year and he says that Local call will be Rs0.50, STD call Rs 1.00 and GPRS will be Rs 249 per month in this plan so i purchase the new no from the airtel.

                            After the activation I called airtel regarding my plans then airtel custome care executive says the you have activated STD plan Rs. 30 and ur GPRS charges will be Rs. 499 per month. Then I called Visesh many times he didn’t pick up my phone some time when he pick my phone he gave me scarification that my GPRS will be Rs. 249. I have recorded my communication with Visesh on my cell phone I have a proof of that and I call airtel and gave his no. but they didn’t reply about that.

                            At list I have lost my money and my time for that. Pls help me reagding that.

                            HI,
                            i have applied for the 2 post paid connection 2 week back, i got the SIM & mob number([protected], [protected])on the same day of application, but the SIM is not activated yet, i made the same query from last 10 days, but the concern person is not even receive my call. plz return my deposit sum which i had give for the same. This activity left the bad impression in between the customer. i hope you people respond me ASP.

                            i have call at that time and got answered the updation is done after 24 hrs.so u should call after that.this wad told by akahbhai(manager). i have called after 48 hrs but answer was it is not updated.call after 24hrs.
                            i have called again 24 hrs.answer was i cannot do anythig for that.by(mehul rathod ahemedabad).

                            I had a connection postpaid([protected]) of your yearly plan the yearly plan was over i dont want to restart with the service after complition but the resumes after the yearly plan was over and the bill of rs.700 was sent to me without any notification to me about restarting my plan
                            i went to your airtel office and complaint abt it to close the connection with the complaint no.20040943 dt 02.01.09 call comes from your customercare and they told me to wave off the balance and transfer it to cash card for mere sum of rs 190.00 i agree and tell them to send the executive but no response was there and after 15 days and after that threatning call from recovery department has come to me for payment

                            so sir i want to know where is my fault when there is no confirmation from my side to restart the connection and it started by you without my consent

                            so please look into this and cancel my connection and wave off the balance

                            But in my bill I am seeing Airtel charged me 75paisa per sms. With sms top up the charges of sms would be 10paisa

                            I can¿t pay this amt. 5177.95 -

                            AirTel — Misleading and wrong commitment

                            Hi i just want to attach the complete communication i did with Airtel Nodal Officer about the wrong commitment, even they misguided me on several issues. Plese see the below mails for reference.


                            Hi
                            Just want to inform you i'm using airtel broadband service for past 2 and a half month, i received a call from one of the agencie i mention the complete details to the nodal deptt of yours, they promise me some services the first, 5% discount in case if i opt for a new postpaid connection on both bills postpaid as well as broadband bill. Second, the call rate remain to be flat 1 paisa per second throughout india in any network mobile or landline. I opt the service and then i thought to confirm the same from the 121 service and they denied that there is such offer is available, then i forward a complaint to the nodal deptt about the incident with complete details and information about the agencie who called me and promised me the services.

                            I informed the incident to the nodal deptt. they first told me to visit the airtel outlet/showroom to get it done. I went to showroom they denied the request, i again informed the same thing to the nodal deptt and they again told me that this service is not available on your no. Now the question come here how does nodal deptt don't know whether the service is available for the given no. or not, they first tell me to go to the showroom fill up a form and in next 24-48hrs you'll get confirmation but when i went to the showroom they denied that there is no such offer is available i again contact the nodal deptt and they apologies that there is no such offer is available. First they telling me the steps how to get it done and once showroom denied then they are apologising. Do you think customer is fool, it's not acceptable.

                            Just to ask you how your agencie promise some one something which is not there, offers which is not even exist, not even your nodal deptt aware of it whether my no. is authorised to get the service or not, they are telling me steps and then once i informed them that there showroom is not aware of it they are saying that your no. is not eligible for the service, great response from the airtel nodal deptt. Instead of taking action against the agencie and the guys/people who called me up they are throwing situations on me, Its not at all acceptable, Its a shame for the airtel, the kind of information and service airtel is providing on this level is shoking for me and you'll shoked to know that still i'm getting calls to opt a new no. and again i'm getting a promise that i'll get 5% discount if i opt for the service. Amazing Airtel.

                            I'm putting a mail across to newspapers about the same and i'm putting this last mail to you as a notification either you'll take a necessary legal action against all your concern deptt or else let me take a necessary action.

                            Look i've done everything rite from my end i provided the complete and sufficient document to your concerned deptt, now i want airtel to provide me the sufficient answers to my questions or else if airtel wants i can file a legal compaint against your nodal deptt. first to misguiding me and then the agencie who called me up. Its a high time now you need to decide what step should i take against airtel, till the time you guys not sort out the problem i'm not in a mood to pay my payments. I need your revert asap.                             The agencie who called me i called them back to confirm that your all
                            commitments are not fullfilled and i've been told by the
                            customer care representative on 121 that there is no such offer is running now,
                            they actually apologies to me for wrong commitment from their center (i do have
                            a voice recording for the same what all they have promised me). They want me to
                            have some patience till the time there Manager will not come in (Gaurav), still
                            for next 2 days no one called me back, and now when i called them again few min
                            ago their manager (Gaurav) again hanged up on me. I'm litterly full on fire now
                            and i want to SUE both the agencie and the airtel for their wrong commitment.

                            BUT NOW I GOT A BILL OF 684.30 PAISA FROM AIRTEL. I CALLED THEM AND ENQUIRED AB THIS AMOUNT. THEY SAID IT IS CHARGABLE.

                            PLEASE GIVE ME THE PROPER RESPONSE SO THAT I CAN PAY THE BILL.

                            customer should be informed by mesage whether the service which we are using have ende or is been charged .there is no way t check the data or actual bill of the number we are using

                              Since one year the company unable to solve the outgoing messages inability.so many calls,so many emails,but the result is zero.last time I lodge a complaint by email(complaint no.PR[protected]on 17.5.13.The solution was given to me to settings as they prescribed.every setting is in its orderline but the problem is not solve.i try many handsets every time unable to send text messages.no problem in incoming messages so why the problem in settings.why they are not believe that this is all in their system?one thing more which is surprised me that I send him my alternate no.& the no.in which I face the problem,they send me suggestions on my alternate no.OH MY GOD.i am shocked.A multinational company & its educated executives?

                                Airtel is bad
                                Hi I lost my phone - airtel card [protected] is my airtel num. I called the call center and blocked the card .
                                One of your boy whose num is [protected] calls me on 21st and say he will issue a new card and deliver to my place. He said he will be coming by noon but without informing he came in the evening where we the had left from the place .He got late coz he dint not knew the place . Next day he said he will come for sure since now he is briefed by my dad . again he came late at 7.45pm .He did not inform . I called him and asked him he said he was stuck at grant road.
                                My dad gave him the right documents but without a proper check and information he asked my dad to gv his documents and number will be activated by next day morning 9am. two days card was not activated. Again I called him for the same he said wrong documents are submitted so num is inactive . He did not even call me .Why do I have to call him again and again . Next day he came and collected the documents today my num should be active by 9am but still not working .

                                Its really sad to say the standard of airtel is gone down and not customer centric any more . Only good in ball talks . I m not gonna pay i single penny for this month . I would like to close this number permanently . Im am suffering since 7 to 10 days just because of some lame reasons .

                                you lost the trust . I will never recoomand any on eto buy airtel.

                                  INSPITE OF SUBMISSIONS FOR DEACTIVATION OF MOBILE NO [protected] IN FEB, 09, WE ARE REGULARLY BEING HARRASED FOR NOT PAYING THE RENT . ABOVE ALL AIRTEL CUTOMER CARE DONOT BEHAVE AS WELL.

                                  AirTel — Deactivation of connection

                                  On 14 Sep 09, I applied for a new air tel post paid mobile connection at Secunderabad. After submitting all the relevant documents and a security deposit of Rs 500/-, I was given the no. [protected]. I was contacted by an air tel exec on this telephone around the 25th, i also was contacted on the alternate no. and an airtel executive also visited my residence. All the calls were acknowledged. On 02 Oct, my phone stopped working. On contacting customer care I was informed that as I had not used my phone for some time they had disconnected it and now it could be reactivated only if I visited a airtel office with ID proof.I find this situation extremely distressing and a deficiency of service. The minimal airtel should have done was to contact me before taking such a action.

                                    I am so much frustrated by the service of Airtel that I request every single of you not to trust on these guys and never ever switch or buy an Airtel network. I recharged my no [protected] on 6th of may with INR749 but still after 22 days I have n't got my data balance which was deducted without any usage.

                                    Customer care service is so poor and annoying.. I have made almost 50 complaints so far but these so called genius rather to say bloody are not able to solve the same. I have already made plans to teach them a lesson and go for a postpaid connection and make free usage. As they have done with my hard earned money. I want to make a humble request to every one of you please make teach guys learn a lesson.
