I'm Narendra Singh Kushwah and old costumer of airtel 3g from MP Gwalior. recently i have recharge my airtel no [protected] with 102 INR for 300 MB 3g data pack but I'm getting 2g speed on 3g recharge I have contact to costumer care many time but there is no response. they are disconnect my call every time

    This is Narendra Burnwal, I am using thee service of Airtel and my number is [protected]. I was having thee connection of Airtel prepaid since last two year but I just want to port it into postpaid connection. As per Airtel theey have confirmed me I will get thee connection withein a week. I have submitted my full document and also verified my address. On date 3rd May my connection get started but I was surprised to know theat my incoming call was still deactivated and too sms. I promptly contact thee customer care and logged thee complain and some one from customer care confirmed me theat my problem would get solved withein 2 days. But today is 6the may and I contacted twice two airtel customer as well as I also visited thee Airtel Store Park Street. Its really very worst service received by any company in life and I really never suggest any one to continue withe Airlel.

    I again get thee same answer theat It will take two more days to resolve your issue. I really fed up. As I am a service man and my number is very much important. I am getting harsh words from my boss regarding theis. My clients are not able to connect me. I am only using theis number to contact me. Please look in to theis matter.

      Dear Team,

      I have done an online special recharge of Rs 97 on May 2nd 2013 through airtel.in for mobile number [protected], but yet the amount is not credited in spite debited from my credit card which I used during my transaction. Not sure why Airtel service provider is putting their customers in trouble even though I have used their own portal for online recharge. Am really disturbed and fed with this issue.

      Hope u will look into this matter & take action on the same.

      i have verified with ebilling solutions they said amount has been creditted from my account but i haven't received recharged amount

      dear sir i do a recharge by 7th jun.but money is not credit in my account, transaction was succesful. my online transction no. is[protected] nd checqu/ref no. is[protected]. It is my request to u that solve my problem as soon as possible.

      My mobile No. is [protected]. I have recharged for Rs. 333/- on 23.12.11 through on line service. The balance is not updated. I have sent so many mails. Still the said amount is not credited. They are not responding properly. Hence, I am praying for credit the amount of Rs. 333/- in my balance. Further, they have debited Rs. 160/- as charges without any calls made by me. I pray for this amount also and compensation for Rs. 50000/- towards mental torture given by the Airtel office so far. Kindly award it suitably.

          Hi,

          My name is Harsh and I had applied online for Airtel DTH connection on 2nd May 2013 (Single Biggest error of my life since I moved to Bangalore). I was given a commitment that the connection would be made within 24 to 48 Hrs. When I called today at the center, I spoke to the floor supervisor Prabhakar, he was courteous but once again gave false commitment that someone would contact for installation within 20 mins. I called back after 3 Hrs. and spoke to Harish another floor supervisor and he just disconnected my call. I must have called at least 20 times today, but no one has given a proper response. Then I spoke to Rajesh from the Escalation team. I am not sure whether he thought that I was an or he actually was too dumb to make false pretenses. I have asked for cancellation of my order and the entire refund of new connection as well as recharge of 1790+1790+200= INR 3780/-.

          My Customer(Haha, this is a joke since I have not seen anyone treat a customer this way) ID: [protected].

          P.S:- Teach Airtel DTH employees some decency and shame so as not to embarrass the Airtel name (which by the way I will never trust again)

          AirTel — No installation

          Its been 5 days I paid Rs.500 for setting up an Airtel internet connection along with a landline. I paid the amount to Mr.Joseph Manohar an executive with Airtel on the 29th of march 2008. He has taken Rs. 500 saying for instllation and never gave a bill for that. And then he said the digging of road and the Box would be set up on Sunday the 30th of march 2008 which was not done. And i called him and he promised that it would be done by monday and the complete installation would be done by tuesday and up an running internet will be available. It was not done on monday. When I called him on monday evening he said that because i have Airtel to Airtel one number free i have to give those numbers first. I dont what he'll do with the numbers without any connection at all. is this not ridiculous. Then i called him on tuesday agian. He said the workers are working at my home and will be done today. Then again i called my home and enquired if any work is going on since i was out in the city. They said no. I called him again and he says that the workers have gone to fetch some machinery to work. And as usual the day was wasted. I called him on wednesday again and to my surprise one of his friend's answered saying that he is not there and he is not in the office and he has put his mobile in his room and has gone out. Are these the ethics they have. And now today when i call him in the morning at around 8:00 am he doesnt pick up the call. I called him 15 times and the 16th time he switched his mobile off. And now i am calling him from a different number. He says all night they had a party in Country club and so he was sleeping and got up from bed at 11:30 in the morning. When I asked him about the connection he says he will do it tomorrow and i am sure that will not be done tomorrow the 4th of april. I asked him his office number which he dint give me at all and said will do it by tomorrow. And he says he has no problem if i call his office also. Can any lega action be taken against this AIRTEL as i dont like abusing people. CAN ANY ONE HEP ME OUT IN THIS ISSUE??????????

          WE ARE ALL UNHAPPY WITH BSNL CONNECTIONS AND NEED YOUR AIRTEL CONNECTION FOR OUR NSK NAGAR AREA . WE DO HAVE RELIANCE AND OTHER GUYS ASKING IF THEY CAN CONNECT BUT WE FEEL YOU ARE GOOD.           dear sir first find out who this guy is . Is is really an Airtel guy or not. It is funny these big companies appoint funny agents and we get all kinds of sms and finally nothing happens. These agents seems to be fooloing the public and Airtel. WHY SHOULD A BIG COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL APPOINT AGENTS ?? THEY HAVE THEIR OWN BRANCHES AND STAFF . WHY NOT THEY DO THE WORK. Frankly most of the big companies and banks etc are spoiling their name because of irresponsible agents . Look at the airlines, funny call centres . Mostly half knowledged call centre guys . The airline name is simply
          down the gutters. So my dear sir check and find out who the Air Tel Chief for
          city is and call him up . Tht is the only way . I keep wondering if these guys are cheaters, Cross check and or lodge a police complaint. GOD SAVE THE PEOPLE.
          Hi,

          My name is Sparsh.
          i took airtel connection as i was pretty satisfied with my current airtel mobile engagement with airtel.
          I decided to take a new airtel DTH connection on Sunday.When i first rang ur customer care for information ,there was a lady Preethi who explained me all the stuff pretty nicely and rang me up 5 times in next 15 mins to take the connection .I paid through IVR system and took the highest package available.
          So now let me tell you my customer id ,it is [protected].

          I was told by Preethi that the installation will be done in 48 hrs.
          I receive a msg on the 40 hr that my account has been credited with the amount and this is customer id.

          I then get a msg that my installation is scheduled at 4pm and that a service engineer would contact me.
          I leave my work and come back home to wait for the technician.Nobody gave me a call and i called the customer care executive,the answer that i was given was wait for 1 more hr and that i would get a call back.
          i didn't get any and kept on calling the customer care with the same blunt answer.neither was i given any contact number ,nor did i receive any call back.after 7 calls i was said that service engineer missed the appointment ...why?if that was the case could i not get any intimation call before or could this not be conveyed during the calls that i made to customer care.
          I then received a complaint number on my mobile and was given a number to contact.The guy on that number never picks up any call.The complaint number is 3646521.The complaint got resolved automatically ,i dont know why?
          I was told by the customer care that it will be installed at my place before 8 pm and that somebody would call me.
          I did receive a call and the guy said that he would be coming to my place in the evening and that it would be installed.
          nobody called and nobody turned up.

          next day i get call saying it will be done in evening,again nobody called or turned up.

          repeatedly customer care said that the service engineer has missed the appointment.

          Then i talked to customer care and asked them to forward my call to somebody higher and then i got a call back from Mr sarvannan yesterday .When i asked him the status he said that u can have my word i already had a chat with the service engineer and he would be at your place to install that and that there is no need to escalate this.

          Also please bear in mind that i had already put a mail to the nodal office who till now has not even bothered to call me or reply back to my mail.

          Today morning i again received a call saying that it will be done by evening from some technician.

          I came back home early waiting for that technician but nobody bothered to call nor did anybody come.
          I then called up the customer care and asked for mr.sarvannan,he didn't respond and somebody else responded saying that the technician might have missed the appointment and please give us 1 more chance we will do it tomorrow.

          i am really out of my mind now.

          6 days have passed and this is the status.

          Bharti Airtel DTH — NO INSTALLATION

          I HAD APPLIED FOR DTH THROUGH INTERNET. ONE GUY CALL LALITH CALLED ME REPEATEDLY FOR AIRTEL DTH TO REMIT THE MONEY OF RS.1590. I TOLD HIM THAT I CAN PAY CASH OR ONLINE. LASTLY WE AGREED ON ONLINE. POST PAYMENT OF CASH HE PROMISED THAT I'LL GET THE CONNECTION WITHIN 1 DAY. I WAITED FOR 3 DAYS AND CALLED DTH CUSTOMER CARE WHO CONFIRMED THAT I'LL GET THE CONNECTION ONLY AFTER 72 HOURS IF THE REMITTANCE IS THROUGH ONLINE. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED AS THESE CRITICAL MATERIAL FACTS WERE NOT DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF SALES.

          AFTER PUSHING THE CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE I GOT A CALL POST 2 DAYS CONFIRMING MY CUSTOMER ID [protected]. NOW IT IS ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND I HAD NOT GOT ANY CONNECTION. THE ABHISHEK BACHAN AD IN TV IS SO MISLEADING BOASTING A TAT OF TRAVEL TIME. I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND I WANT MY CASH BACK WITHIN NEXT 2 DAYS SO THAT I CAN GO IN FOR TATA SKY.

          PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE ANY AD BASED ON THESE TYPE OF FALSE PROMISES.

          Airtel DTH — no installation of dth

          Dear Sir,

          I got an airtel dth connection free with my sony lcd tv. i recharged for Rs 1000 and contacted airtel customer care for installation on 22nd of december and i was promised an installation on the 23 of december between 1 and 2 pm.i want to tell you nobody even called me and worse the number given to me by airtel of the installation engineer does not even belong to him (how ridiculous ....).i have made atleast made 20 callls to airtel to activate the connection but nothing has happened so far except promises of activation happening at the earliest. i request you to atleast refund my money in case you really cannot provide the connection.to make matters worse i cannot even call customer care all i get is an automated message saying send "call me" to some number.i have sent atleast 5 sms but nobody has bothered to call. my customer id is [protected]
          i got my activation today at 12 30 pm.the clarity is awesome. a bit of delay from airtel ... everything else is fine

          Airtel DTH — NO INSTALLATION

          Hello sir,
          I am D.Kruparani from hyderabad applied for Airtel DTH online and paid the amount to an
          executive who came to my home on 09.06.2011 .Later I received a message and given my registered no. as [protected], but till now I didn't get any connection.This is not correct. When Mr.Kapil called me for connection from airtel dth he told me after paying the money installation will be done within 24-48 hours, now I feel very bad to say not hours but 8 days.Please install the DTH if not refund my amount immediately.

            I am an Airtel Post paid customer for the last 5 years using a mobile number [protected]. i usually do not check the details of my Bill,but last month i happened to check it just casually! to my surprise Rs 500 plus taxes were charged for the GPRS , moreover when i called up 121 i came to know GPRS is activated since March 2009 till now. and i had been paying app.Rs 555 extra every month for about 6 months. in short i am being charged for the service which i neither requested nor used.
            I tried to contact Airtel through 121,after pursuing the matter i was able to get Rs 1100 credit, but i want my full money back. kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

            AirTel — Refund Issue

            Hello All,

            This is Ramkumar from Chennai.I had placed a broadband connection last year on September month.Then after some 2 or 3 weeks a guy had come from airtel and collected 800 Rs and he said that they will provide connnecttion within 2 days.After 2 days when I asked the call center they said that due to technical feasibility they could not provide connection and I said to REFUND my amount. From that days onwards till now I didnt get my CHEQUE. YEs they gave one cheque which when I had deposited got bounced back.Again the same problem is continuing till now.ITS OVER 70 Days now.Are there any solutions for it. If in case I want to place a complaint in Consumer court what is the procedure. Please let me the process.

            Still i have not get justice, No any call from Airtel, I have nothing talked with anybody from airtel, i had a call from airtel but as i was in traffic i have requested them to call me back after 10min, but till the date i didnt get any other call from airtel, which is very bad impression to me.

            any how i want refund as i didnt get 3G service from airtel and paid RS.749

            Once i get refund, i will change my network to Other network using portability facility, as i am feeling this is very poor service from the airtel.

              Their website http://www.airtel.in/m-commerce/offers_and_promotions.html still shows full talktime for Rs. 333 (as of 6-May-2013, refer screen shot)

              I am very upset not only because of this incidence (I am still unable to use use GPRS or send sms) but also because they refuse to give me any proper solution and send me same reply every time.

              To my surprise, you have arbitrarily changed the plan and given me 333 local
              minutes and some 2G data and sms. So, I still could not make any calls even

              Delhi, neither could I use mobile internet. This has caused me a lot of mental
              agony. I did not expect this, arbitrary changes without informing the customers
              who have been using the plan for as long as four years, from Airtel.

              I do not need 333 local minutes as my current rate plan gives me much more than
              that and I independently recharge for 2G data.

              I hereby request you to ASAP refund me my Rs. 333 or credit my main account
              with Rs. 333 as it used to happen earlier.

              My concern was not regarding the plan being changed without my consent, but
              being changed without my knowledge after using it for several years.

              Merely acknowledging my inconvenience does not help me at all and I am still
              unable use my 2G data as my main account balance is still zero. You must
              acknowledge that the inconvenience was caused by your arbitrary change and no
              mistake of my own.

              I do not require the benefits given by you under RC 333, as I have already
              informed you that:
              1. I get many more than 333 local minutes at my current call rate plan in Rs.
              333
              2. I do not need 666 MB data as I independently recharge my account with Rs. 98
              and have sufficient balance in that account. (and unable to use either of that
              because main account balance being zero rupees)
              3. I do not need 999 sms as I rarely send text messages. (and again, I am
              unable to send any text messages because main account balance being zero rupees)

              So, after recharging my account with Rs. 333, I am still unable to use internet
              in phone or send text, all thanks to Airtel!! So, once again, I kindly request
              you to either refund my Rs. 333 or transfer the balance to my main account as
              soon as possible and put an end to the inconvenience you have been causing for
              last three days to your loyal customer of more than eight-nine years!!

              my original plan is 449+300=749 with unlimited dsl usage and 300 call discount

              january/feb 10 some airtel office bearer,name i could not memorise,allured me to some scheme by making me understand that the new scheme would be beneficial because of 500 call discount by taking 999 plan

              feb bill received in march was exorbitant and after lodging compliant airtel made an adjustment of 300 to my satisfaction and assured to restore my plan to original of 749

              to my dismay current bill payable on 6th april is again the misguided plan of 999 monthly charges and frustratingly the call discount is reduced to rs 150/-

              now the customer executive ,parag nad abhishek, are not listening and neither ready to accept the condition of previous month resolution condition on the basis of which an adjustment of 300was made.
              they are responding to my complaint of 1st april after 3 days on 4th april that too without proper knowledge of my grievance

              in stead they are telling that the adjustment was for current bill an dno further solution is available and i have to pay whatever they have charged

                Services of my Airtel IPTV-broadband connection no [protected] have been barred since 01 May. According to Airtel, this is because o[censored]npaid bill of my old number [protected]. But I never got a bill of this outstanding amount and after several calls also, Airtel is not able to provide me any proof that this bill was ever sent. Neither did I get any mail or sms that services to new number will be barred if old bill is not paid. I even offered to pay the bill immideately if they send it to me provided they resume my services but Airtel refused. This the level of incompetence of this 3rd class organization.

                AirTel — the worse service provider

                I have airtel prepaid connection [protected], they have barred my services because they require the documents. I don't know how many times they will take the document. If the document is misplace by them then why we are penalised by barrding our connections. the cust care is rubbish and hence i dont want more to use this connection. this service provider is a worst type i have come across. good for nothing only taking huge amt from people using it.

                I know i wont receive any kind of help from this complaint board as they will not respond. they dont have the tendency to solve cust queries and run only for money. Really i am frustuated using this service and i had to pay a penalty for barding my services.


                rubbish company and cust care executives are rubbish too.

                AirTel — Worst services of Airtel

                Previously the worst service was regular only with the Airtel customer service, recently even the service is worst even in a big city like Chennai and you are located within a KM from their towers. The network loss is atleast once every 15 minutes even if the phone is immobile (placed at the same place). The customer service sends a SMS that the issue will be attended to within a specified time (even though their policy is 24 hours the sms bears a time frame of about 2 - 3 days), but no one bothers to even call back to check the status and the complaints are considered trash.

                They are very particular about getting their money from the customers, even if there are 5 - 6 complaints pending open from the customer for a long time. The maximum you can do is disconnect the line and move to other services (even bsnl seems to be a better service compared to airtel).
                Instead use MNP option, move over to another mobile service provider keeping your number. Simple. AIRTEL will NOT improve. YOU improve.

                AirTel — Airtel is worst

Now idea have poted my no([protected] which is right now not in working) but after so many complaints at airtel i havn't got my airtel sim. i have gone to airtel store they have told me that we cant do anything complaint on customer care and when i called customer care they have told me go to airtel store. i am not able to understan what should i do as my no is not working. right now i am using [protected].

                  hello there, i have just bought a new prepaid connection from airtel. i have a bought a iphone for that i have activated a rc 98 2 gb plan for some internet surfing and for those apps which needs internet. but i m sorry to say the speed of internet is very very very slow. it takes around 15 min to open google' s homepage. i bought airtel connection due to company's reputation of being a powerful network in india. but there internet service is not satisfactory and not as per there standard.......

                      Airtel Connection — Wrong information leads to wrong recharge

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am an AIRTEL user. I have a SIM ([protected]) which was not in use for approx 4 month (don't remember exact date). To confirm about reactivation I went to airtel office in Jamshedpur (Bistupur, Jharkhand). As i enquired about my doubt the lady connected me to 121 services and hence we have conversation. In the process the lady on phone asked me about my detail and after verification she suggested me to recharge me the same number to re-activate. I did the same and again re-connected to 121 where this time a gentleman asked the for same detail (name of connection holder and address) and activated the GPRS service.



                      NOTE:- None of them informed me that the NUMBER is re-allotted to some one else and I don't have further owner ship. This insufficient and wrong information leads to me not only financial loss of 363 rs but also make me mentally harass.



                      I had lot of communication with 121 services and also with nodal officer through mail but was not fruitful. In fact no action has been taken by them (121) to REEMBURSE me or to solve the problem.



                      Now I would like to request you for personal intervention into the matter and do needful for such irresponsible and consumer un-friendly act by 121 services.

                      my account already debited on 5/6/2008 but my mobile still

                      This Airtel dealer took 495 rupees from me and putted another validity card and I got a talk time of just 10 rupees.

                      After making a complaint at the costomer care where the service is pathetic and the customer care tele takers don't even speak simple english, I must have explained the issue 15 times in my 12-13 calls made at the customer care center.

                      At the end my problem did not got resolved and they sent me an SMS that your call is closed, since they had to maitain their SLA in pride.

                      It left a very bad impression regarding the customer care services and customers suffering due to some ones else mistake.

                      I am now planning to change to some other mobile vendor services as there is no point in being logical in front of deef ears.
                      I took a pre-paid recharge card from Airtel recharge and my sim is already a life time validity card.
                      This Airtel dealer took 495 rupees from me and putted another validity card and I got a talk time of just 10 rupees.

                            Myself Akash Kushreshtha, mob no. [protected], have been using 3G from oct 2012 without any problem. But, on 05th May I recharged again with 10GB pack of 1499, and now my internet speed has dropped down to 70Kbps -83Kbps, and earlier it used to be 2.0 - 2.4 Mbps.

                            I have given complaint so many times, but still its same, speed is still slow. Following were the response from your technical team:

                            1) On first occasion, didn't even received the call, and received the sms that "tried calling you, but you were not responding and complaint is solved". Upon checking the speed it was still slow 70-83Kbps. i again called customer care and was given reason that the technical team were calling me and my mobile was busy, whereas, it was not correct as i didn't received any call and my phone was not busy and signal were also full. Again the complaint was raised.

                            2) This time received the call from technical staff, he told me to switch off mobile and remove the sim and after 10 sec insert sim and switch on, then send sms MO to a given number. Then i received sms for setting saved them and again checked the speed. the speed was still slow. Again raised the complaint.

                            3)Again , a technical staff called, he told me to switch of mobile, and check whether i have selected 3G option or not, and told me it will work, i asked him that can he call once again to inquire whether the problem has resolved or not. He told me , it will be resolved and even if it is not resolved then again raised the complaint. So, i did as per his instruction, but speed is still slow. I even again received message that complaint is resolved, whereas the speed is slow, instead of 3G speed , I am getting 2G speed. Again , i raised the complaint.

                            I am paying for 3G and getting 2G speed for past 3 days. Also, out of 30 days pack validity 3 days are consumed , with speed issue, and don't know when the issue will be solved, after so many repeated complaints

                            the speed of airtel broadband waz told would be 256 kbps. but on aietel site it is showing 64kbps. please resolve the somplaint as soon as possible.

                            My problem relating to 3G speed issue is still not resolved, I am still getting same speed. Have given numerous complaint, but i don't know when it will be solved. Hope to hear from you soon

                              Hi,
                              Recently i purchased an Airtel 4g Dongle on 30th April 2013. I was promised that the sim would be activated on 2nd May as 1st may was a holiday.
                              We have been calling customer care 5 - 6 times a day and each representative had his own story to tell. But the fact of the matter is that even after 4 days of purchasing the dongle we are yet to use it.

                              As we are running out of patience i have only two choices left to make:
                              1)To terminate the connection immediately
                              2)Wait until 6 pm on the 4th of may for the activation failing which we will be forced to terminate the connection and loose all faith in Airtel customer care

                              As we use the internet frequently we cannot wait longer. We demand that Airtel provide reliable customer care and prompt service.

                              I know this is a 2 month old post but I am in a very similar situation if not worse.

                              I returned from Uk after 3 years last week and was still on a work contract when I arrived.
                              I had to transfer large video files to my director and producer for test screenings n such so I opted for
                              a 4g connection. Purchased on Friday 5th July. About an hour ago customer care told me it will take 24 hrs more.
                              Today is the 9th. So Im guessing tomorrow or another week or more or whatever really. I have travelled to 3 different houses(friends and family) to upload my work to Leeds and London. Unlike here deadline means deadline in UK. Time is of very little value here.

                              Quite shameful that in UK i could get a connection in 24hrs guaranteed with zero misdirection or misinformation.
                              Well I'm just reminded what services here were like 3 yrs ago before I left.

                              I will probably be cancelling tomorrow evening if things don't workout and try other options.

                              For other people reading just be aware. Also if possible don't even pay for the dongle before confirmation of a working connection.

                              Dear Sir,

                              We purchased the airtel 4G data card Dangle on 13/12/2013 vide bill no 3387 dt 13/12/2013 from saroj Agencies communications Jayanagar 3rd Block Bangalore. On producing the valid documents .As it was for our company usage when they go out for their laptop. We requested them for activating within 48 hours all verification of address everything was made on 16/12/2013.Daily we are making not less than 5 To 6 times mobile call but each time they are telling that it will be activated today/Tomorrow not being done anything so for. It will be More Than 10days from now Our Sim No is[protected].
                              Finally we have only two options

                              1) Activate the 4G connection immediately or

                              2) Take back the 4G dangle sim card /data card back and refund the Rs1500/= Paid

                              We hope that we would anticipate the action taken in this matter immediately by airtel. We are very sorry we have no other option.

                              I have recently upgraded my Airtel 3G to 4G sim and was informed to sms the sim no to 121 in order to activate. I sent SMS to activate the new sim along with the Sim number, in response received a message that the current sim will be in active stats until the new sim is activated. Also, request status can be checked by sending the SMS order number to 121 from airtel or [protected] from non-airtel number. Very soon my current sim is de-activated and the new sim is not yet activated. When I tried to check the status from non-airtel number, i was reported "Request not processed as this mobile number is not registered with us." Its been a day and am still waiting. Poor service.

                              So i purchased 4G sim for both my Iphones, forget 4G, 3G is also not working. Why does airtel have to hype about things which they cannot deliver?                               I bought Airtel 4G dongle on 1st March 2016. I got my address verification done at both my home and office address. Today is March 3 and the SIM is not activated yet.

                              I called customer care[protected] several times but they always say that the system doesn't have information yet, please call after 4 hours. Finally because of delay in activation my request got terminated and I am hanging no where.

                              I called the point of sale and he has re-driven the activation request, but I see the system not getting updated yet. I am afraid that it will fail again. I am going to return the Airtel device and get back my money.

                              Guys, I advise you to avoid their services.

                              I put online request for Airtel 4g dongle, after ahrs gap so many calls for providing.i am staying at Bangalore at Yelhanka new town, with dongle person reached 2nd Jun 8.30am saying belong to indiranagar (15km).The person Airtel don't know anything as I am using dongle since 7years of reliance so my self only installed.The Airtel dongle till not active, even reference & address verified yesterday.when purchasing they told 6hr, after24hr now34hr different answers from each .i hope if it active by tomorrow if not need back money.

                                I had recharged for 4GB 3G, Rs. 749. I was getting speed quite low for a 3G connection. I was told by Airtel technical help that , they have not updated my Data usage that why I'm getting low speed(for 1 week). While when i said my service should be renewed because could not use Airtel 3G services. they threatened that if i go for this I will have to suffer.                                   I had a airtel broadband connection on my landline number [protected]. I had discontinued the service in Dec 2012. I did not receive any bill. It was it seems delivered to some person name Narayana, whom i do not know also. On 19th april two person called my wife and started threatening her to bring us to court for not paying a bill,which we are not aware about. One of the Mr. Ranveer Vyas who identified himself as airtel lawyer and the other one as Ashok Sharma as an government employee. Both are fake and i have lodged a complaint in airtel under my landline connection number [protected]. We again received threatening calls today as i speak. My bill was already paid. Entire complaint details along with those fake individual phone numbers have been updated in my airtel landline profile but airtel is not taking any action. Please help. Krishanu De

                                  Airtel — Fake Identity of Airtel Person

                                  I Got the call from Mr. Sachin (Named informed to me) and said he is from Airtel Company and suggested me to convert my SIM card from prepaid to post paid. I said OK as the scheme was suitable for my usage.

                                  I called him on sunday and give him the initial charges of Rs. 500 and also asked for the receipt. He gave the receipt by writting on the Airtel Form along with the scheme to be activated.

                                  Two months now, Nothing activated from Airtel. Now when consulted Airtel Customer care, they told they cant help it.

                                      Yet another complaint against the Best service provider.

                                      I registered my airtel numbers in (https://ebpp.airtelworld.com) portal to pay online bills. Now only one number is reflecting in the portal and im not able to add another number to it.

                                      Why provide a rubbish service and annoy us, rather not to provide.

                                      Airtel — bill not received yet & not able to access portal

                                      I am using airtel mobile connection i had registered for ebill facility but neither i got my bill at my email nor i had got the hard copy customer care people says that they will charge Rs50 for the duplicate bill. they have provided me password twice but neither of them work in airtel portal.

                                      AirTel — my payment added to another number

                                      I paid my bill to airtel by cheque and Rs. debited my bank account after month i check my bill record bill same as it is so i inquiry to airtel stall so he told me by mistake the Rs added in another person and told me that i whould clear this problem but after month my card is disconnected by the mistake of airtel store because he would not clear that mistake so what we step to those perosn kindly reply me;

                                      AirTel — AIRTEL worst Billing

                                      I am airtel prepaid customer. last 4 months before i converted my prepaid no to airtel poast paid. After that m receiving 2 Bills every month. i called the customer care and they said by mistake two accounts are there for your no in our server. give us 2 hours time we ll delete that account. but last 4 months m receiving 2 bills and daily airtel executes calling me and asking me pay the duplicate accounts payment. everyday i am spending 30 min for them to explain about duplicate account details. very next day another one ll call and ask the payments for duplicate account. after my explanation they ll say give us 2 hours time we ll delete that account. finally they disconnect outgoing when my balance is 0.

                                      then i ask them to convert my card to prepaid. they also done the same. after 2 days my sim registration has been failed. now they are telling your is permanently deleted but we don't know the reason. Nice service.. Airtel rocks..

                                      Airtel — Accidental online Payment to Airtel

                                      Hi,

                                      My name is Pompana Gouda. 2 months back I was making online payment for my credit card and accidentally I selected wrong payee and made the payment. The payee was my old Airtel post-paid account which I closed 2 years back. It has already been converted to pre-paid now.

                                      After this accidental payment when I checked with Airtel, they are saying they dont have any idea. When I approach my bank ICICI Bank, I dont get any good response from them. I dont know how to resolve this problem, since the payment was of Rs 7,000. Please advice.

                                        I am an airtel customer ([protected]) and i would like to complain about the late activation of the blackberry Internet plan. It has come to my notice that every time i activate the Internet plan i receive a confirmation sms grim the company that the plan will be activated within 4 hours. But it doesn't happen so. Most of the time i have to wait for at least 5 hours or even till the next day. Say, if i activate the one week plan and the plan actually starts working one day after that the customer loses out one day of service already. Please kindly look into the matter.

                                        AirTel — Activation of Plan

                                        I am a customer of airtel since last 13 yrs and i have 3 connections [protected], [protected], [protected]. What i have been noticing that services of airtell are deteriorating, worsning day by day and now they have become worst.There was time when i was so happy with airtel AND NOW ILLITERATE, FOOLISH, STUPID,executives are sitting at customer service, who dont know any thingthing except, sorry for keeping you on hold and few more ratta lines. I had requested for activation of Rs 99 plan on my no [protected], on which .20 paise will be charged from airtel to airtel.
                                        I had given request on 9th sept 2009, and till date, as on 15th sept the service has not been activated and i presuming that service has been activated, started using the mobile, with the understanding that i am being charged .20 per call. Who is going to pay for the difference? Will airtel pay that? All as executives have been appointed by airtel. Not now everytime i hve to shout and make your executives understand for what is required.
