urgently need incoming call details for 28th of March 2013

My airtel prepaid number is [protected].
I desperately need incoming call details for 29th of March 2013.
I contacted the airtel customer care regarding this.They asked me to msg EPREBILL Month Email. I did the same but i received only outgoing call history.
And when I asked for incoming call history, they aren't providing me.

Charges for SIMcard more than MRP / delay in activation

I purchased SIM card of AIRTEL on 7-Apr-13, for personal purpose. I was charged Rs. 45 for that. Initially I didn't see the Price written in the SIM card envelop. Later on I observed that it was written Rs. 15. Ofcourse, it is very small amount, but this shows the credibility of the service provider / its dealers.

Anyways, I was promised that my card with be activated in two days. But it took more than 7 days for them...

3G giving extremely low speeds of 80 kbps

Airtel 3G sucks

I recharge a couple of days ago with Rs. 750 for 4Gb since then giving 80-90 kbps speeds.. Horrible, sometimes give 15kbps......

Customer care gives different mobile number to contact which are switched of 24 hours.. Most of the times not able to contact toll free and other customer care numbers.

Airtel is going from bad to worse...

Simply stealing money from people....br...

3G Service Not working

A week back, I have purchased a 3G connection with Airtel. At the time of purchase, they mentioned that i will be getting a good 3G speed(7.2 MBPS). Now it is not working anymore. Despite of complaint to Airtel customer care center, there is no resolution.

At least Airtel should return my money, in case they are not going to provide 3g services in Mumbai city.

I never expected such a bad response from a good...

non refund of money

I am struggling to get a refund of Rs.2404 from Airtel which was paid online to a wrong fixed line number. I then subsequently made a payment of the same amount to a correct account number. I am following up with them constantly by calling. There is absolutely no resolution.

I have also sent them the copy of my back statement which shows the credit to airtel twice.

Please help me getting the money credited back...

Wrong Information And NOt Responding

Continues phone call
