My mobile no.[protected] got hello tunes activated autumatically. Now I want to discontinue it &wanted to enquire how it got activated without my knowledge.& to whom I should blame for charge

I had subscribed for hello tune on 25 may it was activated on 26 may but it was palying Airtel tune instead of the song choosen by me.Since then i m continuously calling Airtel but they are doing nothing except giving assurancce that ur problem will be resolved in 24 Hrs.
I m really fed up with Airtel for such slow responce to customer complaints.the co. doesn't deserve to call it No. one if it can not provide service to it's customers

I Vijay Krishna Srivastava from Guwahati [ASSAM] set a Hello tune on my Airtel mobile [protected] as on 22/06/2008. The song is "Aankhen Bhi Hoti hai Dil ki zuban" sung by Abhijeet, Movie - "Haasil" & its song code is 000869. I paid Rs 50.00 for this & the hello tune is activated in few munites also but the selected song start from the middle of the song i.e. almost first line is missing "Aankhen Bhi Hoti hai Dil ki zuban" during song, which I need. Please solve my problem as early as possible.

without the costumer's permission hello tunes were subscribed and money deducted from my pre paid account many times.This is cheating public to make money and this should be stopped.

I have caleed so many times to CUSTOMER CARE CENTER and lodged the complaint for my hello tune not working since so many days but no action has been taken & the wsorst part is that i have been charged for that were in its my duty to inform u that i will persuing for a legal action against airtel for cheating its valuable clients ... and i will be getting it flashed thru media also for which i am intmating u well in advance ...

AirTel — ringtone discontinuation

some( ring tone ka maharaja) offer is activated on my cell, DONT NO HOW IT GOT STARTED. since last 3-4 months and rs 49 are being deducted every month . i contacted many times 121 their costumer care no. and despite their assurance that it will be deactivated it is still on and receiving messages that it will be activated . BEAUTY IS THEY MENTION IN THEIR SMS THAT IS NOT ACTIVATED IN 2 DAYS MONEY WILL BE DEDUCTED, BUT SURPRISINGLY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED IN 2 HOURS ONLY AFTER GETTING THEIR SMS. ALSO THEIR NO GIVEN IN THE SMS FOR DEACTIVATING NEVER GOES AND ALWAYS WITH SOME PROBLEM., HENCE ONE CANNOT CONNECT THEM AND THEY SMARTLY DEDUCT MONEY. AND WHEN CONTACTED THEIR 121 OPERATERS THEY CONFIDANTLY SAY NOW ONWARDS IT WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED.

ALSO WHEN ASKED ABOUT COMPLAING TO COMPANY, THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE
