Bharthi Airtel - Messy Company making unsolicited calls..


Over the last few weeks, we are being continuously disturbed between 1-4PM everyday in the afternnon by unsolicited calls from "Airtel Digital TV". We have tried all means to sensitize this issue with the customer support teams and have failed. They keep asking us to dial some other number everytime, indicating very bad customer support. None of the persons are capable o[censored]nderstanding the issue and resolve for us. They infact told me that it is not a Airtel Issue, but a BSNL Issue - classic case foolishness. I have been using BSNL for the last 15 years and there has not been one single issue like this Airtel Digital TV Issue.

I have aged parents at home and this disturbance is not acceptable at all. We have no interest in having any of these sevices from Airtel..

I visited the kumarapark/seshadripuram airtel office to get details on who can support this - to my surprise none of them knew how to resolve this issue for me..they put me on to a IVR and also tell me some departments wont work on saturday's and sunday's.

Customer support for me in this case from Airtel is pathetic and sucks, 100%!

Is there anyone who can help me address this ?

    Dear Customer care Executives,

    2. Reference No: CWRCH [protected] Dated on 27/02/2012.

    I am using this (+91-[protected]) Airtel number from last 4 years, I think I am yours one of the valuable customer. I wish to change my network due to high call cost then I will send the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) request to 1900, then I have receive the call from your organization executive for not changing to other network we will give you the new plan with 6 months validity that offer is

    1. LOCAL AIRTEL TO AIRTEL @ 10 P/Min,
    2. LOCAL AIRTEL TO OTHERS @ 30 P/Min,
    3. NATIONAL CALLS @ 50 P/Min

    This Plan is activated on 09/02/2012.

    Last one weeks I was received the flash message during messaging is RC 35=35 FTT in main Account! (Without any conditions apply)

    Then today (27/02/2012) afternoon I wish to recharge my main account with RC 35 using full talk time offer then my account is credited with Rs.35. Thereafter my plan was totally changed to all network calls @ 1.5 P/Sec. Whenever I wish to call to 198 toll free number service was blocked. My call is totally not reach to our customer care officers calling 198. The uninformed changes by your side I am bothered above that.

    The world’s largest No:1 cheating network is Bharathi Airtel Limited, India.
    Please take the legal and necessary action on above mentioned airtel network.

      sir this is my mob no-[protected]..i am using a airtel prepaid service on my blackberry bold handset..my balance is getting reduced several times a day like 10ps and 20ps..when i contacted cc they told tat i am using web services..but the fact is that i dont have even the settings for it..i am only using wifi..there is no access point enabled in my handset....so i request you to kindly take note of this and solve my problem..
      Hi, Just yesterday at 3pm i received one sms on my cell no.[protected] that thank u for downloading 'Pal pal dil ke pass' as ur hellotune and deducted 15rs as the charge.I have not changed this hellotune.They have directly changed without informing me.And today afternoon they just deducted another 15rs without any reason.When i talked to customer case, they told in their system it is showing that i have changed my hellotune.And in today case first they told me that they are not having todays details so pls call after 24 hours.What i was angry because they have without any reason changed my hello tune.I told to make my talk with their senior executive.So my call was transferred to MR.NIRAJ.K.PATEL, he just ignored me to refund and told their system shows final thinks only.And when i asked again y my another 15rs has been deducted today, he was having details and told i dialed number and activated service called MOBILE OFFICE.Now how they got todays details?Now i want to file a case against them at any cost.I lost 30rs just in 2 days without any reason.

      this is with ref to some vague activation of some text based services of which I am unaware of. This auto activation has been deducting money from my balance, sms comes from 64611010, and rs 10 deducted daily from last 12 days.

      i want to register a complaint against airtel live.
      i am very much annoyed from airtel live because they are deducting my balance without any reason.
      i am getting their sms that your 15 rs balance is deducted sometimes 30 rs balance is deducted. but today i.e.18/10/09 first my 29rs balance was been deducted than my 170 rs balance is being deduct for only browsing.
      this is not fair that around 200rs balance is being deducted for only browsing airtel live.
      sir its my request that my balance should be refunded.

      I have an airtel sim. Its mobile no is [protected].
      Every month airtel deduct Rs 5 from my account. After complaining it to the Airtel customer two months back they refunded the amount. But last month they again deducted the amount Rs 5 from my account. When I called them they said the will refund the amount but they did not do so.

      Airtel is deducting 0.30 /- from my balance even thought i had not touched my mobile just an message come(your last call 0.30 and your balance is ....) this had not happed many times , after contacting to customr care they twice refunded me my money (complain reference [protected] and [protected]) but now even customer care is not helping me out. This problem exist two-three months back and after consulting with customer care it was solved no money was deducted and now they had started deducting my money.

      Once again I repet they deduct my money even though I haven't even thouch the my mobile phone, nor now they refund me my money.
      I find that without my prior consent or any instruction from my part you are deducting balance citing various reasons viz browsing , cricket alert etc
      Today you have deducted from my balance at least for 4 times citing that the reasion BROWSING
      I do not browse on mobile
      Shall I switch over to other service providers?

      Atleast in every months the airtel company is deducting balance by way of activating any scheme without permission.
      when i complaint about this to customer care they said this is to system problem.
      they refused to reimburse.
      they assured that next time it wont happen but again it deducted.

      since call rates is dropped drastically due to competition, they have found out another way to make profits at the consumers cost.

      I request you to solve my problem please do the needful.

      airtel chor is a big cheater, i had a balance of 14 rupees , i had activated daily internet plan ( i.e 5 rupees), the plan was activated, when i started browsing my whole balance was deducted, i made a complaint regarding this the executive told that u should browse with AP mobile office , i browsed with airtel live (which is by default) . this airtel chor are cheating people by how to earn money by confusing people. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH VODAFONE , IN WHICH VODAFONE LIVE IS DEFAULT, VODAFONE IS FAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRR BETTER THAN AIRTEL CHOR.
      earlier Rs.3 were deducted twice from my account for some bolly subscription pack and now rs.10 have been deducted for some cricket subscription pack.
      these all balances are deducted from my accout without my permission and by the company itself.
      The company activates the services on their own and deducts the amount.
      i am really fed up with this company .
      I had permanently deactivated my Internet services on airtel.Yet they are deducting 30 paise from my account balannce .When i try to call the customer care they dont pick up the call.Its really irritating that they are deducting money for the serivce i am not using.

      I got a sms from54321 from last two monthsand dedeuctive my balance..the sms is you have been renewed for subscription of games mania charges 5:00.. And also a other sservice is there that is [protected]@ i don't want these services so please stop these services from my no.costumer cares are not helping me...my no. Is [protected]
      i am using airtel mobile service from last 5 years, airtel is deducting amount from my balance with out any confirmation on VAS for which i have not activate. and same is happening with my dads airtel number.

      Airtel — DEDUCTING BALANCE BY ACTIVATING ANY SERVICE ON THEIR OWN

      I AM USING AIRTEL MOBILE PREPAID - NUMBER [protected]
      IN MAY 2011 I NOTICED THAT MY BALANCE WAS BEING DEDUCTED ; WHEN I ENQUIRED FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THAT CRICKET UPDATE & JOB ALERT SERVICE HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.
      I TALKED TO THE SENIOR TOO & HE SAID THAT FROM THAT DAY ONWARD NO SERVICE WILL BE ACTIVATED . HE SHOWED HIS HELPLESSNESS IN REFUNDING THE AMOUNT.
      YESTERDAY i.e. ON[protected] I DOUBTED THAT AGAIN THE BALANCE IS BEING DEDUCTED; SO I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE . FROM THAT SIDE SAME REPLY THAT JOB ALERT IS ACTIVATED & ALSO SOME HUNGAMA SERVICE IS ACTIVATED. IT IS GOING ON SINCE 2-8-2011.
      I NEVER ASK FOR ANY SERVICE BUT IT APPEARS THAT THE STAFF HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED BY THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY TO DO THIS DIRTY JOB OTHERWISE NO EMPLOYEE CAN DO SUCH TYPE OF THING ON HIS OWN.
      THE COMPANY IS DENYING THE REFUND

      Airtel — unwanted activation of games mania and fhm@5

      games mania and [protected]@service these two unwanted services get activated on my number[protected]if i called they r not responding properly the answr between executives quite different. could you please deactivate those unwanted services

        Sir:
        My mobile number [protected] which is in Idea network is applied by me for porting to airtel on[protected], they give a sim which they say that it is TN HLR1 sim, because this number is ported back again to Airtel( before Idea it is Airtel sim), after five days I received a SMS that the porting request is accepted by donor and number will be ported on[protected], ya at that day the idea sim get deactivated and airtel sim shows network, I was asked already to dial 123 and to select language to activate the sim, when I try to do this the IVR guided me to enter your airtel prepaid number, when Input my number, it says that it is not valid airtel number, I tried several times but all in vain, I contacted the customer care for about 20 times on[protected] and 5 times on[protected], but my sim is not activated, ie I dint receive or not able to do outgoing calls, but I receive some messages, The customer care officials just say something but din't say any valid solution, I contacted the Airtel official too, all saying same thing it will be activated after selecting language and they also guided me to recharge various recharges like 33,35,70 or 48 when I called them but none of the recharges are succesful, this is not only my personal number but also official number, I missed many important calls and also I am very much frustrated because of this, I want the full details of the Customer care officials and their higher officials and also the details of showroom officials their manager and all, I want to lodge a complaint in consumer court against all of them for their careless attitude and for frustration caused by them and loss of Important calls. I din't see such a useless network before, their aim is only money and not customer satisfaction

        Airtel Prepaid — not allowing for portability to idea

        Airtel — Phone not working after MNP

        Hello,

        I had ported my number into Airtel about a month ago. Since then, my phone kept getting disconnected every 3-4 days. I have visited the customer service center 8 times. I have submitted documents twice. About 10 days ago I was given a replacement SIM card which has still not started working. I added funds to the SIM card but it still says I dont have enough balance to make calls.

        The customer service center people tell me that they have done everything from their side. I emailed [protected]@in.airtel.com, and they said it was because they have not received my forms. They asked me to contact the Nodal Officer if my problems are still not resolved.

        The current status is - my number is not working. It is very strange that Airtel would trouble customers who are porting IN to the service.
        After porting from idea to airtel, outgoing is not working on my phone galaxy note 2. Please fix this issue as early as possible. mob. number: [protected]

          i am struggling to follow up with Mr. Sheetal Kanungo from last 15 days to reactivate my old mobile number ,but pathetic responce from him ,it is on his choice whether he will receive my call for follow up or not ,if received by mistake ,a new excuse will be given ,i wrote a communication to him on 7th after getting frusted ,communication was[protected]Dear Mr.Sheetal ,
          This is regarding Mob No [protected] in name of Bharat Business Channel Ltd which we discontinued in the month of Nov’11 due to signal problems. Bills pending for the same (total amount due was 5928.44 as on[protected] was paid through cheque of Rs 119675, cheque no 622438 on[protected].

          Now we have applied for re activation of this Mob No in individual name of Santosh Kumar Dwivedi, CAF also has been submitted two times but the same is pending till date. We are regularly in follow up with yourself & Mr. Narendra for the same but no action has been taken till date. Even phones are not being picked up by you people ,I am feeling helpless ,if any issue is there ,at least I expect that you inform me accordingly.

          Please look into the matter & do the needful.[protected]it is 10th today but as usual no responce ,they dont bother to keep customer informed ,can any body help me?

            I have opted for 225 booster in airtel, It gives you 10 ps airtel local and local.national sms free. I activated the booster during february, for one month i was sending msg to other state using booster, but suddenly one day the msg is costing 1.50 , even booster also not over. I called customer care, they are telling that the booster covers only airtel numbers,other numbers it will cost 1.50, but i dono how they instantly change plans without intimating . this is not the correct way how a well developed company behaves. it looks like they want to cheat us,

              MY AIRTEL DIGITAL CONNECTION NO IS [protected].
              1. INITIALLY THE CONNECTION WAS PURCHASED ONLINE WITH A PROMISE FROM CUSTOMER CARE FOR FREE OF COST TRANFER OF MY DTH TO ANY PART OF INDIA HAVING BEEN PURCHASED ONLINE. BUT THEY CHARGED RS 600 FOR THE SAME FOR SHIFTING IT FROM DWARKA (DELHI) TO INDIRAPURAM (GHAZIABAD).
              2. ON 14 JAN 12 MY DTH ACCOUNT WENT IN NEGATIVE BALANCE OF RS 5.70/-. THERE WAS AN OFFER OF RS 15/- EXTRA ON THE RECHARGE OF RS. 310/-. WHILE TALKING TO CUSTOMER CARE ON THE SAME DAY I WAS INFORMED THAT AS THE ACCOUNT IS IN NEGATIVE ZONE THIS EXTRA AMOUNT CAN NOT BE GIVEN AND I WAS ADVISED BY THE SAME CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THAT FOR GETTING THAT EXTRA TOP UP I NEED TO PUT 310+6=316 IN MY ACCOUNT (RS 6 FOR REMOVAL OF NEGATIVE ASPECT AND 310 FOR THAT OFFER). I QUERIED FROM THE SAME EXECUTIVE THRICE AND CONFIRMED BY HIM THAT I NEEDED TO RECHARGE IT WITH 316/ - COLLECTIVELY.
              AFTER RECHARGE I DIDNOT CHECK WITH THE SAME AS I WAS NOT HAVING ANY DOUBT.
              ON 08 MAR 12 MY ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED AND ON QUERY I FOUND THAT MY ACCOUNT BALANCE WAS LEFT WITH RS 1.07/-. DURING CONVERSATION I CAME TO KNOW FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THE ON 14 JAN 12 MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT FED WITH THAT EXTRA AMOUNT OF RS 15/- AS SHE WAS SAYING YOU HAD NOT RECAHRGED WITH RS 310 AND THAT OFFER WAS ONLY FOR 310 RECAHRGE. ON MY INFORMING HER THE CONVERSATION WHICH I HAD WITH THEM ON 14 JAN 12 SHE FLATLY REFUSED DOING ANYTHING IN THIS RESPECT.
              ON MY FURTHER INSISTENCE MY CALL WAS FORWARDE TO HER SENIOR FOR THE SAME KIND OF REPLY. FURTHER I WAS PROVIDED [protected]. THERE AGAIN ON THAT NUMBER I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE CHECKING WITH THE CALL RECORDS AND IF FOUND SAME CERTAINLY THE LEFT OUT AMOUNT WOULD BE GETTING CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS PROMISHED THAT FEEDBACK REGARDING THIS WOULD BE FURNISHED FROM 24 TO 48 HOURS.
              TONIGHT WHILE TALKING TO THEM ON [protected] I WAS AGAIN DENIED. WHEN ASKED TO RAISE A COMPLAIN AGAINST THE SAME AND FURNISH THE COMPAINT NUMBER CALL WAS ABRUPTLY DISCONNECTED. THEY WERE NOT HAVING ANY FEEDBACK FROM [protected].

              3. NOW THE CRUCIAL QUESTION IS THIS THAT SHOULD WE BELIEVE THE PROMISES MADE BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ESPECIALLY FROM AIRTEL DIGITAL. BECAUSE THEY WOULD SAY SOMETHING, DO SOMETHING LEAVING YOU HIGH AND DRY.

              4. IF THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING WITHING A WEEK CERTAINLY GOING TO CONSUMER COURT IS IN MY MENU.

              5. THERE'S A BIG VALLEY BETWEEN THE BIG NAME OF AIRTEL AND THE SERVICES OF CUSTOMER CARE OF THIS HIGH BRAND.

              Sir,
              I am Dr.S.Charles, working as a Professor in an Engineering College at Coimbatore. I am a customer with HDFC House, No. 29, Kamaraj Road, Near Circuit House, COIMBATORE 641 018. My account number is[protected].
              Well, I am facing quite a lot of difficulties with the poor service rendered by HDFC in the following ways,
              1. Whenever a call is made to contact an executive, the reception desk enquires for the detailed history and tries to avoid giving the line to the executive concerned. For this she uses statements like, “He has gone for lunch, tea or not available”
              2. Not even a single time I was given the line to discuss with the executive concerned. Many times they say they would transfer the line and the connection gets cut off. Why is this inhuman activity?
              3. For every Cheque disbursement, they would promise a date and I will go there, after applying leave; but they will allot me another date for issue of the same. Is it fair?
              4. They will announce a date for inspecting the progress of the Site and we will be waiting; they would not turn back. Lot of false promises.

              6. From the day 1, I am facing hell a lot of stress from the poor response of HDFC
              I think I had done mistake banking with HDFC.
              I am sure if this continues, HDFC will be earning a bad image in the society and deteriorate slowly.

              Airtel Digital TV Connection — poor service

              i have airtel digital Tv connection...very poor customer care ...every time different executive comes and tell different thing ...case is relocation of place...so never purchase airtel dth...i[censored] r relocating they will not only harrase u but take u in a hell

              Airtel Digital TV Connection — Installation is not done even on 7th day of booking the connection and they promised the installation will be done within 48 hours

              I applied for a Airtel Digital TV connection against thier scheme of 999 for the airtel users.I called the customer care 12150 on 18th September and paid the amount through IVR as instructed by the customer care executive. The executive said the instalation will be done within 24-48 hours. He said it will be done by Monday 20th September.

              I waited till Monday evening and then called the customer care 12150 to check the status of my connection. They said my customer id is not generated and we will taking the complaint and you will be getting a callback from our backend department in 1 hour.

              The same story is repeating again and again everyday. No callbacks from airtel. I called them 20 times for his issue. everytime they take a complaint and no action.I also spoke to 2 of thier supervisor regarding the same and they promised the installation will be done in 24 hours.

              I don't understand why they commit something which they can't fulfill. Airtel people if you are looking at this post then please wake up and do something, if you want to keep your image clean.

              Airtel digital TV connection — Extremely Slow and Waste Service

              Hi Team,

              I have a Airtel Digital TV connect since last 1 and 1/2 years, and have a lot of problems with there service.
              When i shifted to a new house, it took them about 11 days to get the connection reinstalled. Inspite of paying about 300 rs to the Airtel Department and 200 to the installation technician for the cable, the Airtel Digital connection is not clear.
              I would request the public to stop using airtel digital TV, becuase there Helpdesk is waste and there technician are worst

                  I submitted an application to disconnect my Airtel Postpaid connection from West Bengal : [protected] on January 17,2012, and I was confirmed that my line will be disconnected within 15 days and I will have to pay only the rental of 15 days, i.e.,Rs.125. The bill containing amount Rs.125 came and I paid that and I was confirmed that my number is disconnected. But to my surprise again bill has come of Rs.263. I am paying for months without even using that number. For the past 6 months I was trying to get rid off that number since I am settled in Chennai now. And after lots of misleading and misinformation by useless Airtel customer-care executives of West Bengal I finally was able to submit the application to Chandannagar(West Bengal) Airtel store on 17th January. Next month bill came for the period 2nd January-17th January,as they said. I paid it and I was relieved that finally it got disconnected. But again bill came and when I called customer care in Delhi(Since customer-care executives in WB are unable to even recognize this number as Airtel number and also whenever I start to say my problem they say "you've called in the prepaid section"(whichever option I try)), they said the number is still active. They again set a request to disconnect the number and the file number is : 42512640. Please tell me what will happen to this new bill. I've not used the number for months. If this is the type of service I'm getting from Airtel I've to rethink about keeping my new Airtel postpaid number at Chennai. Could you please do the needful.

                        As per your mail we have attached the bill of 3g data card of Rs.2476.00, Airtel Receipt No.840389 dor Rs.250.00 dt.11.1.12 and the order copy for the landline connection.

                        The Airtel authorised Representative MR.M.Siva -cell no.[protected] and Mr.Ramesh-cell no.[protected] were approached me to canvas for the 3G data card and for the land line broadband connection. Already we had the BSNL broadband and they told the features of the Airtel,that is unlimited for Rs.699.00 and 500 local calls free, and after 3 months the rent will be Rs.499.00.For this We paid cash Rs.250.00 and they gave a receipt No.840389 and the order copy with the sign of Mr.Siva. Then they told the features of 3G data card then they told the cost is1799.00,first recharge is Rs.677.00 total of Rs.2476.00. We purchased this by way of cash and they told now we have no receipt ,we will deliver to-morrow.

                        But after a long time and so many calls they did not response and no proper answer from them and also We complaint to you through mail. At last We went to the Airtel Store showroom at K.K.Nagar ,Madurai (Ph:422099)and asked the receipt then they issued their own bill-Vel associates no.333 on 14.2.12 ,but I asked for the date of 12.1.12 ,they they simply overwriting and made correction as 12.1.12. I asked the registration about the 3G data card and the difference of the price they are not responding properly and threaten me to go out.They sold me the card for Rs. 2476.00 instead of 1476.00 offer., and they are doing malpractice of the price.They are selling the data card in their own bill instead of Airtel bill., and giving the wrong information by way of cheating. The Airtel store is not a proper one and doing fraud., which please note.

                        This is my clarification and request you to take necessary action in this regard and request you to refund the difference amount at the earliest. And also clarify whether the 3G card is in my name or not, because the people is not gave proper answer and the card is not working.My contact no.is [protected]., [protected].

                            Dear Customer,
                            Thankyou for choosing the airtel digital tv, you will soon receive a call from our representative for registration of your digital tv connection.

                            But still no one is coming to my home for installation of airtel DTH and antenna, its been three days. Whenever i am calling them, they are telling it will be installed within today or within 1 hour. I am really frustrated. I hope already that i had lost my money. Why airtel become cheaters... I thought they are good in customer service, so only i paid the money.

                            Request you to provide me a SD set-top box ASAP, as I have already paid the money for the box. Pls.

                              My Airtel broadband is not working for the last 8 days (Fixed line no - [protected])

                              I had raised this complaint several times to Airtel customer care (service req nos[protected] &[protected], then to the nodal officer (service request no[protected], and finally to Airtel appellate authority email id (serv req no[protected].

                              After a lot of false promises, NOBODY has yet called up to solve the problem, or even ask me what the problem is.

                              On 05/03/2012, after sending an email, somebody called up from Airtel, claiming to be from the Airtel Appellate Office, and assured that something will be done by 5:04 PM. I also received an email (from airtel appellate office) stating that the issue will be resolved by 06/03/2012, by 4:30PM. But as of now, it is 3:25 PM, and nobody has still contacted me for any resolution.

                              Whenever I call customer care, all they can say that your profile is not updated in the back-end, that is why broadband is not working. Can somebody tell those , that if my profile is not updated, then how come I received proper bills (paper bills) at my CORRECT address with my CORRECT name for the last 2 months????

                              So I just have one single question - IS AIRTEL BEING RUN BY A BUNCH OF OR JOKERS?

                              If that is not the case, then why is that no one - Customer Care, Nodal Officer or even the Appellate Authority - is able to solve the problem - or even look into it even after 8 days??? And how come EVERY single person in Airtel is lying and making false promises about solving the issue???

                              I think its better to disconnect Airtel Broadband permanently and move on to another service provider, since Airtel service quality has become pathetic!

                                I am claming About My extra bill of Airtel BroadBand Connection.
                                i am using airtel broad band from last 2 months ..with no [protected].
                                But the given bill is considered rs.699 for 2 GB.
                                & i don't use it 2 GB .. but my bill is more than 2000 is given in my bill.

                                Broadband + — Unnecessary Bill

                                I bought broadband+ 2 months ago and asked the relience personnel to give me 1st month free rental scheme. But he put me in some other scheme and I got a bill of 1250/-. I asked him about the problem, he said he will put a request and it will be corrected. But nothing has happened and my connection stopped working after 4-5 days w/o paying the bill. Now i am getting the bill for the 2nd month though I havent used it for more than 5 days. What should I do??
                                first I use 599homeplan then i change this plan for 24july and i change in 250plan this plan is so costly for my reason then i change again this plan into 449home plan for 28july but this time my plan is not change and extra charges is added in my rental charges, please waver my bill and then i piad the bill.
                                Airtel is Fake and Cannot commit correctly --
                                Aftrer logginf the complait i was told to waive off RS 1000 from my bill and 20 * discount for my line of 999 connection for next 3 months which would be 1600 i have been alredy billed/paiod for rs 2000 and, hence forth i was told to be called again after 3 months to clear off the extra payments of Rs 400 .

                                after 7 days i have been called again adn was told that Rs 551 has been waived off, which should not be the case the complaint # 12648934 should contain all teh logs after telling that i was suposed to get 1000 rs waive off, i have been told that do you have a e-mail of confirmation, Airtel never provides the loggs in the complaints to any customer, its all fake words . I again requested that this is not how Airtel should deal with customers, they should understand the situation adn should stick to their words, later i asked the customer care guy to read the logs in complaints and found that the Backend Waive off team has mentioned Rs 500/- as waive off in complaint ... which was confirmed over call to be Rs 1000, i request you to please take serious actions for people goofing around, and i confirm i will never tellor suggest people to take Airtel connection and will close the land line connection and my Mobile connection as well .                                 Airtel Broadband — unnecessary bill

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                                this is to bring to your kind notice that there has been a problem in my landline ie, My landline no is [protected] and unnecessary bill charged becoz of call done though landline but not even single call done through this fixed landline but it was mentioned the call charges i,e Rs 224 that is unnecessary i complained twice at customer care but no corrective action has been taken yet and i am getting calls regularly for payment of the bill.
                                It is my humble request to please do the necessary retification of my bill and as early as possible.

                                      My name is Sandeep Kumar, I'm using Airtel Prepaid number [protected].
                                      A month before while browsing internet, unknowingly i clicked an ad that came in mobile, due to this Rs. 99 had been deducted from my account balance. But I didn't complain to the Airtel aithorities as it was my mistake.

                                      But recently 2 days before I received a message from Airtel stating that the value added service that was subscribed by me would be automatically renewed by deducting Rs. 99 from my account. Then I had immediately tracked the services that are active in my mobile, but i recieved a message stating there are no services subscribed in my mobile.
                                      Though i recieved such message I contacted the Airtel customercare cell, but the customer care representative also informed me that there are no services active in my mobile and also told me not to worry as the wouldn't be deducted.
                                      But today I saw Rs. 99 deducted from my account.

                                      This is not the first time that had happend to me like this, earlier also I had experienced like this with the Airtel.
                                      I request Airtel to go through this issue and give me back my money and also stop the services that are active in my mobile.

                                      i m using airtel prepaid card once a time i used airtellive connnection in my number to download some themes to phone. i tried to download but i n failed but my balance was deducted its happened twice so i let using this features
                                      I am Useing Airtel GE card from last 15 months.. I dont have any problem with the Airtel during Roaming outside mumbai.. but Have lots of problem in home town.. always face network error.. or network busy message.. even phone shows out of coverage area while traveling in trains..

                                      I think Airtel is best network in India.. if we see the growth rate of airtel its no 1 in India but what about mumbai customers? Many time clients call on landlines for urgent work.. and ask why u switch off mobile?? or dont you want to continue with us?? its really embrace me and many business people..

                                      i have one airtel sim that number is [protected].yesterday means JUNE 06 2008, morning i have Rs253.22 INR. after 10:30Am my amount simply deducted with out giving any intimation or sms. after deduction my balance was Rs153.22 INR. i called customer care but they told we dont get any update on ur number please call back after 24 hrs. no respons giving properly to ur customers. please refund that balance to my number as soon as possible. this is karnataka sim.please send a sms to my number wat happend that amount...
                                      My airtel no was [protected], which is no longer valid, but suddenly my bank received ecs of rs.905 and since there was not enough money, they deducted 200 for the same.
                                      i dont understand how you people just send the ecs form without giving any notice for the same.Suddenly after 3-4 months, they send the direct ecs form to our bank, for which we have to pay penalty, because of wrong information given at the time of selling the sim card and then, no peoper response and wrong billing and no network, i discontinued the card, yet i am receiving the bill for the same.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Once long back, I registered myself for using english learning trips at my cellphone No.[protected] for 10 days @ Rs.10/- subscrition. Since than, my suscription is deducted though I have already sent many massages through cell phone at No. 543212 to not to deduct the subscrition in future. But no avail.
                                      I once again request that my name from the list of subscription maybe deleted. Otherwise I have no option but to take the matter with regulatory Authorities.

                                      I am got a message on my mobile that Rs. 15 was debited for my last VAS download. I logged on the net to see what VAS is and came across this site. I do not even know what VAS is, so why was my a/c debited for Rs. 15 at 10.04 pm on Dec 15, 2008?

Till date I have not received any message or call.

                                      Airtel Prepaid Connection — Deducting money from the balance for the service which was never requested.

                                      For the past one week, Airtel service provider has been deducting 1 Rupee daily from my balance amount in regard of sending JOKE which I never requested. I don't know what they think of their customer. Are we mad to read the filthy jokes they send that too for cost. Its really frustrating me a lot. It seems they are introducing such ridiculous services which of no use and make every customers to be registered for it without their knowledge and looting their money. If you like it as 1 Rupee, It might sound silly but just think of no of customers they are dealing with. This is not end with this, they are doing these kind of things in other services too (caller tune, missed call alert, news alert ......etc). Another thing I want bring in notice is their customer care services. I have been trying two whole day for canceling this JOKE service. But the system they have to do this annoyed me more. They want us to send message with 'STOP' as text, for which they are responding with a message in which we are asked to reply for this with '1'. They are intelligently designed their system in such a way that reply message was never ever reached them. We are keep on getting 'Sending Failed' msg even we tried to send infinite times. This clearly shows they are stealing their customers money much cleverly. I want this to be sorted out ASAP.

                                      I am an Airtel mobile phone holder based in Mumbai with no. [protected] I have a pre-paid connection. Everytime I recharge and or every subsequent month, there is a deduction of approx Rs.30, eventhough I have not requested for any incoming call ringtone, or alert or any other service. Inspite of my repeated complaints, there is invariably a deduction. Pls attend to it urgently and refund my amount and also stop deduction in future. Rs 98 was deducted from my balance in the name of Internet charges which i subscribed last month, and not in this month...when I called 121, I was asked to call Airtel Customer care in Andhra Pradesh which is [protected] for which STD charges are applicable.. I tried calling up but the number was not valid...

                                      Airtel should look at upgrading their services for better customer experience rather that robbing their customers of petty cash through such means...SHAME!

                                      I have recharged my airtel mobile prepaid card by Rs. 444. But several hours after recharging the card, i got a message that Rs. 222 have been deducted from my balance. As I was searching the reason behind that balance deduction i got another message in the meantime stating that Rs. 150 has been deducted from the balance. At the end of the day my remaining balance was Rs.72. I am still surprised as why this balance has been deducted when i have not made even a single call from my phone. I talked to the Airtel customer care but none of them a valid answers. Please help what to do in this case.

                                      My mobile num is [protected], and few days ago i came to know this fact, that airtel is deducting one rupee per day from my balance from last 2 or 3 months, even i called on their customer support on 11 dec, at afternoon and they said the service will be deactivated immediately, but next day they deducted the balance again, again i called them in evening at 6, and their executive told me that service will be deactivated but again its 16 of dec and they are deducting the balnace shamelessly, kindly help me in getting my money back , i am aslo about to mail airtel nodal officer
                                      Same is the problem with me and many other customers.Airtel is very big thief and fraud company which robs money from customers.I have same problem from the past month and complaining again and again but this shameless company has no effect on them.They constantly deduct balance whenever they want and as much amount they want and also deactivate the customer service from the customer so that he is unable to call and complain regarding the same.And when i call customer care from another number the executive says that he is transferring the call to a senior but he disconnects the call and blocks that number too.Serious action should be taken against this fraud and thief company.

                                      i also send a email to their nodal officer, and my written complaint is ready to submitted at consumer court in delhi, i am not going to leave this matter, and i will inform you too, if got any official response from airtel, still waiting for their reply

                                      I am using airtel prepaid on my nokia handset nokia E71 .today i uninstalled an application i downloaded from nokia ovi gallery but never used. after uninstallation two message came and airtel deducted Rs 99 twice saying that i have joined some games club which i did not.
                                      This is absolutely absurd that i am short of Rs198 for no service . That too not for first time this has happened, this is sixth time i became victim of these money looting tactics of airtel (twice on this number from up west and four times on airtel delhi )
                                      I want my balance back that is Rs 198 or i will be forced to change my service provider.

                                      I am using airtel prepaid on nokia mobile phone. Yesterday[protected]while i uninstalled an application i downladed from nokia ovi store , two sms came on mobile and airtel deducted Rs 99 each time (total Rs 198) from my account alleging that i joined some games club ,which actually i did not.
                                      I complained this to UP west customer care , and the executive said that i will get my money back .
                                      But i did not get my money back and neither customer care executives are picking my phone now.
                                      Plz help me as i want my money back.

                                      Airtel Prepaid — Balance to mines

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My Air tel NO - [protected]. Two month ago have take Sm's plan Rs 26, But I am discharge that pack on 13.4.2012
                                      Registered no - [protected].

                                      But till date my balance is detected from air-tel. Why? i have try many to customer service , but there is no response .Please clarify

                                      On 6th june 2012, I recharged my mobile with the full talk time pack of rd. 295/-

                                      But after few hours I observed that my balance had been deducted without using the phone.

                                      I called customer care 4 times but I was not satisfied with their explanation. I had a very bad experience. I reached then local airtel office, but there also they told me the unsatisfactory answers. I am really disappointed with the service of airtel since I am their customer for about 5 years and this is the first time occuring to me.

                                      My 50/- deducted on 8/9/12 in morng nearly 7 am for downloading any song...which i does not done...i m not able to talk customer care also...how to approach thm i don't know...plz see d mattr & resolve d issue as ths may affect our 3-4 yrs relation of 2 sim cards...thx my no is [protected]
