this is daljit singh from patiala require information for locking up my sim card. My sim card have blocked due to some mishanddle by me . So, i requesting to you to re-instal my number and to know the process how can i instal my number.

Dear Sir, My Mobile number [protected] is SIM blocked since 23rd Sept 2008 at 2100 hrs - its 4 days, it is impossible to get to speak with customer care executive on 121 or [protected]. Even sent SMS to 121 and podel incharge on [protected]. Please help me to customer care to give me the PUK number so i can open my mobile. My alternate number is [protected].Thanks Jagminder

I took an AIRTEL Liftime prepaid connection 2 Months ago, with proper document.It was working properly.After one month I got a message from AIRTEL to resubmit my documents. In between they blocked my incoming and outgoing. I submit the documents on May 31, 2008 at airtel vashi service center.They assured me that my number will be start working within one hour.But when after one week it did not started, I once again went to service centre. This time I faced their misbehavior. They did nothing of my complain and simply said that my registration has been cancelled.They did not give any reason for that.
There was approximately 190 Rs balance in my account.
I dont know how to give lesson to those ill Mannaged office employees.They are surely dooming airtel image

THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR MOBLIE SIM IS DEFECTIVE SO YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE SIM.WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CHANGE MY SIM THEY SHOWED HELPLESSNESS AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO ANY OTHER CUSTOMER CENTRE IN THE CITY.AFTER THAT I WENT TO GILL ROAD NEAR JANTA NAGAR CHOWK LUDHIANA CUSTOMER RELATION CENTRE THEY ALSO SHOWED HELPLESSNESS IN THIS MATTER AND TOLD ME TO COME ON MONDAY I.E ON 26TH JAN BUT TODAY WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY AGAIN SHOWED HELPLESSNESS FOR DUPLICATE SIM. SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO RESLOVE MY PROBLEM.
