We got our Airtel IPTV connection on 17th June with the 1099 plan. On the very same day, when connection was activated, we had raised request to activate ESPN topup pack (consisting ESPN, Star Sports and Star Cricket). I paid for Mega pack offer and HD channels in Airtel DTH but None of the channels of mega pack and HD channels are being given to me.
