many problem of airtel call me

On 12th jan, I got call from airtel cust care. They told me to rechrge with 110rs and you'll get 98rs balance + 1 year validity. I got 1 year validity but only 10rs balance,

What should I do now?

I can not call to the costumer care . airtel deduct Rs. as MSG charge from my account when I have already MSG Recharg . My comlent No. 2729417 date[protected], & another complent 4 this at date[protected] at 7.15 am but they didnt responce 4 .

Whenever i tried to call a customer care and finally press 1, the machine gives me info on *121# and call then disconnects automaticaly. I always receive an sms with info on *121# just after the call disconnection. I also loadged a complain before when i accidentaly get connected to the customer care, but my problem is still unresolved. Please resolve it immediately.

I complained at around 9.00 AM today and your representative called me but when I asked abount deduction of Rs. 1.27, he repiled that he would call after few minutes thereafter I did not receive any call. I am going to launch a complaint against Airtel Company. This company is charging fake chrges from Airtel-live. From Last Three Days they people have deducted aaprox 230/- r.s from my Balance. Every 30 Minutes I am getting a msg Thanks for using Dada sub 10 service, Than after half n hour again a msg flashes Thanks for ownloading Java Games from Airtel Live deduction 30-/ R.s, than again after half n Hour a Msg Came thanks for downloading Java Games deduction 10-/ R.s, The whole day from 15/03/2009. this was the sheduled critiria of Airtel. I, have launched 3 complaints to Airtel customer Care centre. But still no action is taken to stop this matter.But I am surprised how a number could charge without subscribing to that service.
Now they have changed the name of subscription and starting harrasing by deducting R.s. 50/- by sending msgs that Thanks for download Java Game (igmobi.com). this is just disgusting on the part of AIRTEL Service's.
I, thought Bharti(AIRTEL) has no value of his coustomer's. i am using Airtel from last 5 Year's. But they have very poor respect for valued coustomers.
In the end I could say Perhaps AIRTEL has reached on this Positions by deducting Money from the customer's. They are not earning money from there Service's but deducting money in unlawfull means from customers.

We are bearing Heavy unjustified deductions from many times But Co. is not sending us t any detail from the same & when we received the deduction detail Sunil Maggo Clearly says that deduction is wrong & Unjustify but we are not able to reimburse the same.

After signing the bill by ZTM there will be no deduction at any level will not applicable & considered except calculation mistake. ( ZTM will send the bill after satisfaction & signing of vendor )



You will make all efforts to Release our payments on time . 1-15 days cycle bill on every month 25 th & 16-30th cycle bill payment will made on 10th of next month.



In Mdl & Piu bill we will claim Pipe Lkg., Dg fail to stop, Renal hire Dg, Tank lkg etc. With same site . It helps us to u and us how much is expenses for a site .Example

Notification should always ask customer whether he wants to any service or not.

I am getting the messege "You have been renewed for bikinirich alerts subscripsion service from Airtel. You have been charged Re 1" from Airtel Live daily on my mobile number [protected]. I have repeatedly requested the customer care service of Airtel to stop this. Every time the Customer Care Executive assured that the messege would be stopped but it is still continuing. Please help me in stopping this messege and any unwanted messege.

Airtel got the worst customer care service...not sure about other states but is true Andhra Pradesh.I have recharged with RC 94 for internet activation in my mobile yesterday night at around 9:30 pm and its not activated till now(4:22 am). before activating the service I even contacted the customer care and they confirmed that the service will be activated instantly and trusting them I went ahead and had my mobile easy recharge with rc 94 but the service was not activated.received an instant message showing the confirmation about the rc 94 activation but when I try to browse from my mobile it shows an error "communication error" contacted the customer care and told me that my account is active and I have 100 MB to us which was not showing at all in my balance when I type *121*10# or some other number they gave me...contacted them again and other guy sent me settings again and asked me to save them switch off and switch on the mobile and it will be activated which did not work either .this process went for many times, contacting them, they sending the settings, turning off mobile and turning on but no luck.and after calling customer care from my number for 3 - 4 times, i was unable to call them again . when i call them it gives a default message saying sms airtel to 121.then I called customer care from one of colleagues number and this happened again . after 3 - 4 calls that number too was blocked, this repeated for almost 4 different numbers as I was unable to reach them from my number. finally I spoke in frustration and one customer care guy transferred the call to their supervisor and he asked me to sms my airtel to 121 and then i will be able to call customer care from my number.THE WORST PART IN THEIR SERVICE IS ... they will say please hold on and then they will disconnect the call without intimating or if you contact them for any problem they will simply tell you a solution which will be like head and tails and they will leave the call instantly coz they are not sure if the problem will be fixed or not. DAMN WORST PART in their customer care they shouldnt be given option to disconnect the customers call until customer disconnects or until customer permits them.finally called one more time (total calls to their customer care : definitely more than 23 times from 5 different numbers as each number was blocked after calling them 4 - 5 times) and other guy advised me to deactivate the service by typing *567*2# and then activate again from *567# and I have deactivated as he said and later when i went to activate it was showing me as new customer for internet and is asking for which plan i want, but I already paid and activated it . then I called to customer care again and explained this to other guy and he put me on hold without asking me for almost 3 minutes, while i was on hold i received a sms stating that "your internet service is active and you will be billed 30 paise / 50 kb with no monthly rental"which was ridiculous.then he took the call and said now it is activate...what does that mean...??? I asked him why is this showing like this when i have paid for a month and there should be 100 MB for me to use...seems like he had no answer, he asked me to hold on and disconnected my call...tried to call them again but after that whenever I called them from different numbers all the numbers are getting this message "please wait while i transfer your call to customer care executive, this call can be recorded for internal training services and after 2 - 3 secs annoying sound like this (teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee )" damn [censored]ng Customer care service...believe me I never had this much frustration, really they are great as they made me write a complaint about them...bigggg complaint ...lets see if they will reach me atleast after seeing this...number is [protected]





PS: And a default song before reaching a customer care which says they are happy as they got one crore users which might be true...they need to analyze how many among one crore are happy customers...sure that cant be more than 2 lakhs or so which will be their employees...who work with them...

Airtel WAP — Stop sending messages at my expense.

Eventhough I have never asked for the Saibaba_pack, but I have been receiving the messages at the expense of Rs. 30/- thrice a month. I lodged the complaint against this exploitation, the Airtel Service Centre at Muzaffarpur, Bihar promissed to stop it, but it went on. In disgust I dicontinued life time Airtel cell phone # [protected] for days. When i resumed the operation and recharged, i have again received the message yesterday as you have been renewewd for saibaba_pack subscription service from airtel. you have been charged Rs.30/-. As i result i am compelled to remove the sim. Is It fair?
Pl. stop sending the unwanted sales promotion messages. And refund all the money at the earliest.

Yes Airtel is very cheater. I got msg that unlimited internet. i send the message to start service and they started deducting my money . but internet didn't activate on my phone, i complained, and they said this is not for your phone. i said deactivate it. and return my money, they denied to return the money, but they said you internet is not deactivate. but after month i realized, my money was still being deducted. they deducted around 300. when i complained, they said, sir you have to deactivate your self we can't deactivate. i said what the hack is this. why can't you do that(which is like frauds statement). if not why your guys at that time said, they have deactivated.

up-to now airtel has deducted around 800rs illegally from my account in different issues. and they never return money. Airtel's customer care representatives are also rude, very rude.

I have also suffered from this site.So that i have complainted to TRAI http://www.trai.gov.in/default.asp
and they have suggested me NOrdal Office Nos. availble here http://www.airtel.in/applications/xm/ReachMobile_CS_NodalOfficer.jsp to complaint with all facts and dates of complaints with their sms conformation of deactivation of service.After complaint they have closed my service with in 4 hrs with conformed msg and stop deducting Rs.10.00 every day.
