COMPLAINT FOR NOT GETTING CORRECT PENSION
Respected Sir,
1. With due respect I want to say that Iam an Ex-serviceman from Indian Army and withdrawing pension from State Bank of India, Morar Branch, Gwalior vide the A/C No. [protected].
2. I have retired from Indian Army on 31 July 2005 by completing 26 years of service and with the rankof H/Nb/Sub vide the PPO No.S/019387/2005 ARMY & CORR32828.
3. After establishing the ‘ONE RANK ONE PENSION’ by the Indian Government, Iam not getting the Correct pension, according to the ‘ONE RANK ONE PENSION’ of Indian Government Table No. 27 my Basic pension should be Rs.7009 in place of Rs.6783.
4. The comparative statement is attached herewith as per the Appx ‘A’, on the basis of ONE RANK ONE PENSION Table No. 27
5. Iam already submitted the written complaint to SBI Morar,Gwalior Branch on 10 Aug 2010 and 03Sep 2010 for the above case.
6. I requested you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at earliest as possible
7. It is requested to pay attention toward my arrears also.

I No Ex 13957571 N Hav/STA BRAHM PRAKASH retired from Army Medical Corps on 31 Mar 2010 i.e 01 Apr 2010 after completing of 26 years of colour service. My old PPO No S/022148/2010 dt 23 Apr 2010.Till date I am not received revised pension PPO of ACP Nb Sub. My SBI Acct No is [protected] . My Date of enrollement is 08 Mar 1984 and Date of retirement is 31 Mar 2010 .
In view of the above, you are kindly requested to look into the matter personally and give entitlled pension with arrears up Hav rank (incl pay and allces) and relese ACP Nb Sub pension to my Pension Acct at the earliest.
