I No 15567167L Hav/JE(Civil) Hiranmay Biswas and my PLI policy No is APS-AE-356647-L. Actual this is money back policy, I have started this policy on 28 Mar 2003, and I have got 20, 000.00 rupies in one time at the year of 2009 which is six year later. My second due date of payment is 28 Mar 2012. But on my pay slip for the month of mar 2012 there is no any deduction against this PLI. Please tell me that my policy is closed or its running now, or can I withdrawl my second payment.

Non payment on maturing amount.

I am holding one PLI policy No.APS-787959M dated 31 Jul 2007 for Rs. 50, 000.00 and the same has been matured during Jul 2012. In this connection, O/O the Addl Director Gen of APS 1CBPO Complex has been intimated to ICBPO, C/o 56 APO regarding release of maturity amount for Rs. 57410.00 to GS-170387A LDC R Rajeevan through SB A/c No 1233072 which holding at 651 FPO vide their letter No.Maturity/2653/APS-787959M (key_id 897001) dated 21 Jun 2012. The same amount has not yet paid to me till date. Request early release of maturity amount and confirm.

I am hgolding a policy No APS/NM/163460-A wef Oct 96 for which Premium of Rs 225/ PM was fixed and it continued till Sep 2012, however deduction of Rs 450/ has started wef oct 12 from my pay slip without giving any raeson.please look into the matter and refund the amount recovered in excess.

Dear Sir
I am a state govt. employee & having a post office policy of insurance ( RJ[protected]CS) started in Dec 2006.
I am depositing my premiums in due time & getting the receipt of the same.
But till August 2009 it was ok.
when I deposited monthly premium for Sept 2009 the receipt was for a year (Sept 2009 to Aug 2010) only for one month (Rs 590) dated 11/09/2009
Than the post office staff said no problem I will make it for one year as requested .
So the next receipt was fro Oct 2009 to Sept 2010 with Rs 6927 dated 17/09/2009. It is ok .
Now the next should be from Oct 2010 to Sept 2011 but even after depositing Rs 6938 yearly premium the receipt was from Sept 2010 to aug 2011 which is wrong as I have already paid for Sept 2010 in the previous receipt dated 17/09/2009.
Even after telling the mistake to post office staff they said it is computer generated we can not do & it will get corrected automatically during the termination of policy.
Once again I deposited my yearly premium on 29/09/2011 for Oct 2011 to Sept 2012 but I got the receipt for Sept 2011 to Aug 2011 (Rs 6938) .
Now the staff says write a application to Chittorgarh post office they can do something .

Sir my question is where the money (Rs 590) for the month has gone & post office people are not responding.
Although it is a mistake by the staff .

All premiums are deposited at Nimbahera post office ( NIMBAHERA LSG 312601)

Please do help me out to settle the things on the write track.

I am S Ramakrishnan in CISF working as HC/Clk, policy holder of
PLI from 2010 onwards. I and my wife namely P S Anitha PLI Policies has been transferred from Sriharikota to East Kolkata Town Ship, Kolkata-107 since 07.05.2011. While tranferring our accounts, we had requested to transfer through an applications to the Cheif Post Master General, AP Circle, Dak Sadan Abids, Hyderabad-01. The same application has been sent to Cheif Post Master General, Hyderbad on 07.06.2011 vide bearing No.0010 from SP, Gudur, AP after one month. Besides, I had made repeated request regarding early transfer to WB Circle. Now I am in Kolkata. When I contacted with O/o the Cheif Post Master General, WB Circle, Yogayog Bhawan, CR Avenue, Kolkata-700012, they clearly informed me that our policies not yet transferred. So, I am not in a position to contact each and every section of your PLI, Postal Department. We both of them working as HC/Clk in the following address. O/o the Inspector General, CISF NES HQ Kolkata, Post : EKT Kolkata-107. So, kindly inform me date of trasfer from Hyderabad to WB Circle. If my request has not been considered sympathetically, I will move to consumer forum, WB to take necessary action for the inordirnate delay on the issue. Life Insurance Of India — delay in death claim settlement

Bimal kanti das of adisaptagram had 3 different policies in pandua branch of hooghly district since 1999 and 2000.

He expired by sudden heart attack in 26th June 2010.Death certificate and all relevant documents have been submitted on 17th august 2010, but still now no settlement cheque has been received by his family.The members of his family are in serious condition, but the branch is neglecting the claim settlement, very unfortunate, and need serious step from authority.Please look after the matter as quick as possible.

Sir, It is not understood about of delay for the payment of matured PLI policy amount even after two months passed and not paid matured policy amount for policy No. APS-500569A.my organisation (AFCO) has paid the premium regularly without fail from my monthly payment. Even one extra PLI premium for the moth of Dec11 premium also has been deducted. It has matured on 07 Dec 2011 and not received till date(17 Jan 12). Iam a poor SNCO of Indian Air Force, 3BRD, AF Station Chandigarh . It reflects the poor and bad performance for this organisation. I had planed and made an agreement to purchase a plot at patna (Bihar) costing Rs 20 Lakhs but due to short of matured amount my plot agreement has failed. My advance amount Rs12 Lakhs paid to seller has been forfeiture and not returning the advance amount of Rs12 Lakhs due to failure/ laps of agreement date. PLI must stop doing insurance if this organisation is not able to give the matured amount to the policy holder. Higher authority must take necessary steps to pay back the matured amount in time. This is my personal loss and feelings. with regard from Sgt Radha Raman Choudhary.

NON RECEIPT OF POLICY DOCUMENT IN R/O POLICY NO-APS-NM173865-L REF 7xx PU LTR No D/9-1/APS-2 dt 14 OCT 11.

As per terms and conditions my policy matured on 12 Mar 2012.POLICY NO-APS-750769-A. I submitted my original bond with application form to my naerest APO on 01 Mar 12 for onward submission to your HQ. Further, I confirmed from APO staff stating that my document has been forwarded well in time. Till date I have not received any reply about my PLI amount. Many times I contacted with APO staff but the reply is negative. I can't understand that howmuch time is required for army postal service to clear a PLI. Even I sent a letter also through my account section to your HQ and AFCAO. AFCAO has replied and stop my cutting and refended the balance amount but till date no reply recieved from your HQ. So You are therefore requested to clear my PLI as early as possible so that I can fullfill my future plans.

I can't understand that howmuch time is required for army postal service to clear a PLI. So You are therefore requested to clear my PLI surrendered value through PAO (OR) ASC AT as early as possible so that I can fullfill my future plans.

I have made complaint on mail ID Provide by them i.e. ([protected]@armypost.nic.in & [protected]@gmail.com) but they only says the policies has been transfer to Maharashtra circle. may I requested them to please regularize my policies upto Jun 2012, either guide me how to regularize this policies onward as early if possible.

(b) The Office letter given the permission for deposit further premia in nearest post office and shown 1 year Non credits and also mentioned to made the further correspondence with Maharashtra Circle. How it is possible ?

I am Ex serviceman and was SOS from Army on 01 Oct 2012.Despite of giving relevant documents to transfer the policy to my home station till to date the ARMY PLI has not transfer the document as it is almost 6 months elapsed. Whenever I request the PLI office to transfer documents they ask for the documents. I had send three times same documents as registered letter with ack and again now the PLI is asking to forward documents like date of SOS present address and an application to transfer the documents.Enough is enough and this indicates lack of supervisory or lack of interest in the office routine and lack of interest to rectify the matter. It is unbelievable that three REGISTERED LETTER can be misplaced from the office.

I have seen many complaints against Army PLI and now it has confirmed it as true.

It is brought to your kind notice that I enquired/ complained more than ten times regarding subjected matter after surrendered my PLI at nearby post office, Haripad, in my home town since 04 March 2014. past one year I have not received any credit note from the post office as well as APS, I believe this is being taken care of by APS.

I submitted my original bond with application form to my transfard post office Domkal, Murshidabad(742303)on 8Dec 2015 . Till date I have not received any reply about my PLI amount. Many times I contacted with post office staff but they reply is negative. They all said that delay of payment is due to non receipt of case file from your office.I can't understand that howmuch time is required for army postal service to clear a PLI. So You are therefore requested to clear my PLI as early as possible so that I can fullfill my future plans.
