Nearly after a month of given this letter some one came for inquire and sorry to say sir they asked money from me for forwarding my case for settlement. It has been nearly 2 months now and no action has been taken. I don’t understand why this much time is taken to solve this matter. I am in need of money.i need it as soon as possible my pension has not been started yet and I have to take care of 2 kids and a mother in law. Sir, Am holder of PLI policy Number APS-832574L sum assured Rs. 100000. Now am retired from SIKH LI group by 31 Aug 2014 and has already applied for transferring of said policy to 643 FPO. 2. 643 FPO has already take up the case with Dte vide letter No 643/PLI/FPO dt 22 Sep 2014 which is forward by registered letter No PS-RL-RE[protected]IN dt 22 Sep 14. But this policy has not been transfer to 643 FPO till date. 3. You are requested to transfer the said policy at the earliest so I can pay the premium due agianst said policy in due time. Do the needful at the earliest as am not responsible if policy comes lapse due to non payment of premium as have has taken action timely to transfer the said policy.

I am Ex-JWO Sukumar Sarkar of Indian Air Force. I have applied for transfer of Policy No.APS/NM/5325-A in the month of Mar 2014 at Sodpur Post Office in North 24 Parganas(West Bengal) from New Delhi. But, so far I have not received any reply. I went to Sodpur Post Office, Barrackpore Main Post Office, Barrackpore FPO but nobody is able to clarify whereabout of my policy. Sir, I taken Rural postal life insurance on behalf of My wife A.Geethavani. RPLI Polacy.No. R-AP-KR-EA-29868. We paid the premium amount Rs1855/- regularly with out any deviation. After maturity period Bond handed over to the Concerned Post office. Branch Post Master, Brahmanapalli BPO, KovanoorS.O, Chittor district Pin-517643. On 3rd June'2014. After 4months past i did not get any communication from the concerned department. On 9th October I made complaint regarding the issue of non payment of maturity amount to The Inspector of Posts, Srikalahasthi Sub division, Srikalhasthi, by register post. The Register.No. RN[protected]IN.on 10/10/2014 For the written complaint also did not get any communication.

Sir, I Mithilesh Kumar Rank - P/Nvk(RO) P.No. 05188-S has taken two PLI policies from Indian Naval Base Venduruthy on 12 Feb 2012. I have also received PLI Policy bond paper also, But I regret to inform you that my premium for the policies are not being deducted from my salary till todate. I have also made several letters to my pay Office Mumbai {PCDA(Navy) CG Section} requesting to deduct premium. They replied that there is some format for deducting PLI Premium which has not been received from your PLI Office. dear sir, my policy no. is APS-NM-51733-A.Presently I am bhel haridwar.I have transfered my policy from bhubanewar to uttarakhand circle.on line transfer is done.but my file is by mistakely they have send to uttarpradesh circle i.e. lucnknow.the date of despatch from bhubaneswar is 25 Aug 2014 but yet it is not received by Dehradun because of wrong despatch of file.My date of maturity of policy is 29 sep 2014.Its clear that it will be much delayed to get my final payment .Ultimately I will be suferer bcause of your staffs mistake.pl sir look into the matter so that I should get my matured value in time if much delayed i should get interest with the delayed payment.Thanking you sir. I NO 14920229M Nk(TS) Mastan Reddy Kukkala holding a Policy No APS/NM/131199L since 1994 and I was retired from service as on 31 Aug 2011 from MIRC (Ahmednagar). Also I had sended my policy related documents to your HQ through the APOof Ahmednagar as on 28 Aug 2011. But your HQ can't tranfer my policy docus till date this is very very poor show of Army postal department I had already contacted many many times your clerks and recorded their answers in my pone any one can't give me asatisfied answer to me so it is totally shame to our Indian Army. Now I decided to complaint to all the autherities linked with our Defence sector.

I am T Venkateswara Rao, Chief Manager in Syndicate Bank, Lead District Office, AK Nagar, Nellore. My PLI policy No. KT/62-B was matured. On maturity I have submitted the PLI original policy along with maturity application for payment at yout AK Nagar Sub post office(524004) on 03.04.2014from where it was sent to Superintendent Office, Nellore from where it was referred to CPMG Office, Hyderabad.


It was informed to me that the payment will be received with in 3 weeks after surrender of policy.


Already one month is over and when I enquired with Superintendent Office, Nellore they informed me that the same was received from CPMG office, Hyderabad.


As my daughter marriage is slated on 21.05.2014, I am in urgent need of funds.


Kindly arrange for payment of my PLI maturity amount at the earliest.

I retired from Military service on 01/01/2014 from R/O AMC Center & College Lucknow. I had applied for my PLI Policy transfer to civil postal circle- Chennai on 26/12/2013 at 950 APO Lucknow Covering letter of above sail policy already reached concerned post office (Fort Saint George Post Office-Chennai) but Premium Receipt Book and individual FWD letter has not been received till date. When I contacted with your office through Gmail your office informed me that the Premium receipt Book had been issued on 15 Jan 2014. But I still did not get it till date. Once again I am applying for my PLI Policy transfer to civil postal circle through this letter. So I request you to check with it and send it to me at earlier.
