I have P.L.I POLICY bearing no.JK-44555-CS & have submitted my PR Book along with policy document in G, P, O srinagar on[protected]. At that time I was assured that the claim will be settled within 24days, but after confirming from the concerned office till date my file is pending at jammu office without any reason . So please look after the matter & do the needfull.

Policy No.:TN-403085-CS Date of Acceptance: 30-MAR-2009 Name: SARADA DEVU.T Actually, my monthly deduction for PLI is Rs.2, 590. But accidentally it was entered as Rs.2, 950 while billing and so Rs.20, 650 was deducted instead of Rs.18, 130 for the months from July 2013 to January 2014. So, I want to know whether I shall pay just Rs.70 (Rs.20, 650 - Rs.18, 130=Rs.2520 + Rs.70=my next premium) or should I follow some other procedure.

I WRITE THE LETTERS PERSONALY AND THROUGH CIVIL POSTAL CIRCLE TO THE APS PLI CELL TO TRANSFER MY POLICY FROM ARMY TO THE CIVIL CIRCLE. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR TRANSFER THE POLICY. I PROMISE TO YOU I WILL PAID THE UNPAID PREMIA THOUGH THE CIVIL CIRCLE.

My Policy No.TN/1332-U-EA/55 dated 14.10.86. But my above policy was changed on 01.10.91 to EA/55 for Rs.50,000/- and premium changed to Rs.175/- and maturity date changed to 30.04.2013 and final premium changed to September 2012 in my original policy by you. Changed original covering letter dated 28.5.1992 sent to you.
As per above PLI Policy, maturity over on 30.04.2013. My premium amount paid upto October 2012 but originally last premium to be paid September 2012 only. One month premium extra was paid.
I am an Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., (IOC) Employee and my premium was paid through my salary on monthly basis from starting to till October 2012, Fully paid.
As per your requirement for claim form, I have enclosed a original Premium remitted letter through my salary, from my Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Regional Office, Chennai upto October 2012.
After maturity date 30.04.2013 was over, myself sent a mail to your PLI, TN Circle, Chennai and the Superintendent of Post Offices (PLI section) Namakkal Division, Namakkal 637 001, regarding how to claim my PLI Amount.

They sent a Form of Claim for maturity values of postal endowment Assurance Policy. I have duly filled the above claim form and enclosed the following documents.
1. Form of Claim for maturity values of Postal Endowment Assurance Policy(duly filled).
2. My Original PLI Policy No.TN/1332-U-EA/55.
3. My Original conversion letter of PLI policy to EA/55 years duly certified by Chief Post Master General(PLI), Tamil Nadu Circle, Madras 600 002(dated 28.5.1992)
4. Certificate of Pay disbursing Officer regarding recovery at Premium from Pay from Starting to till upto October 2012.
5. My salary slip regarding deducting PLI Premium from my salary Rs.175/- last 13 months upto October 2012.
On 18.05.2013 with above 5 enclosures, handed over to your Head Post Master, Thiruchengode Head Office and they sent to your Namakkal District Officer i.e. The Superintendent of Post Offices (PLI Section) Namakkal Division, Namakkal by Registered Post and they received the same on 20.05.2013. Original PD received mail copy also enclosed herewith for your kind reference.
Past 2 months (from 18.05.2013 to 21.07.2013) I have sent so many mails and also phoned to your Namakkal Superintendent of Post office (PLI Section) several times. They said that my case file was unable to trace in PLI, Tamil Nadu Circle Office, Chennai.
I have paid my premium past 27 years without fail. But my maturity amount not able to get in time. I am extremely feel unhappy that your PLI office not respond my claim.
Kindly make it as my complaint regarding not getting my maturity amount past 2 months. Don’t delay further to send my maturity amount and kindly make it at the earliest.
I am enclosing all Xerox copies of my documents sent, for your reference and do the needful.

But now they said my case file is available but in computer not update the conversion
To EA/55 details. They said we asked the Chief Postmaster General, PLI, Tamil Nadu Circle,Chennai.
For seeking approval. But no response from the TN Circle, Chennai.

Post three months senting More mails and letters and phone calls. I case not responded by
Your officials. Please send the necessary approval to release my maturity PLI amount early.

I am a BSF Soldier and i have applied for new a PLI Policy . i filled up the form and deposited the money in post offfice . after a few days , officers from the post office called me and told me that PLI Policy can't be issued to me and the money would be refunded to me as there is no provision to issue it for a BSF Employee. i want to know that is it true or not?

Out of maturity value Rs 1,63,000/- I have been paid only Rs 1,52,999/- after deducting Rs 10,001/- on the plea that arrear premium for 10 month has not been received from PAO (OR) AOC, Secunderabad. But it has been confirmed by PAO (OR) AOC , Secunderabad vide their letter No CC/T4/PLI dt 19/12/2011 that all scheduled premium has already been paid to PLI Cell with requesting to release balance maturity value to this effect.
3. In spite of repeated reminders, I have been depriving of to get my legitiment due i.e Rs 10,001/- since Jul 2011 .
4. Therefore, I request your honor to take immediate action to release my above Amt as soon as possible or intimate me further action to be taken by me on the subject . I am submitting all the copies of correspondence on the subject for your reference and further necessary action.

I A Raja Kumar Babu resisdent of balabhadrapuram, east godavari dist, biccavolu mandalam. I am having postal life insurance opened on[protected] R.AP..VP-EA-57006. for fifteen year. I paid premium up to 0ctober 2012. When went to post office to pay my premium they refuse to take premium as i have not paid premium for four months because i told that i will pay for three months and this month premium i will pay later.My doubt is that any is there any rule like that so far i am paying with penalty.

Dear Sir , I have a policy holder of Postal life insurance of India policy no PLI/APS-NM-89448-L.My policy have already been mature in the month of sep 2012. I am a central govt (defense personnel) servant presently i am posted in the place of secunderabad (AP) .So after mature of my policy I have been submitted my said policy to my nearest Chife postmaster general , AP circle, Hyderabad 500001 on dated 26 sep 2012 for claim the maturity value and the same document and PRB have already been fwd by Hyderabad circle to West bengal circle vide letter no PLI/APS-NM-89448-L dated 26/27 sep 2012 address to Asst Div manager (PLI) O/O Chief PMG , West Bengal Circle Kolkatta, West Bnegal 700001 for transfer the original Case file and data of the policy to this circle.Also two Remainder dated 01 Nov 2012 and 10 Dec 2012 have already been dispatched by this Hyderabad circle office but i am still waiting for the same. My complaint is that after maturity of policy why PLI has taken no of month to paid my maturity amount who is responsible for this delay. My one impotent question is that who is paid my 3-4 month mature value interest ?I request to you pl arrange the needful to receive my mature value at the earliest.
