Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Complaints & Reviews

Sir,

I am an ex-servicemen. Final payment of my PLI policy No APS-313707L released vide letter No APS-313707L/MC 1781/APS-7J dt 01 Dec 2009 but a sum of Rs 10,000/- plus was deducted as last installment due in Sep 2009 was not received by PLI. Inspite of repeated reminders made vide my letter No 642539/US/Retired dt 05 May 2010 and 642539/US/Retired dt 25 Sep 2010 neither the payment of amount due to me nor any communication...

My pli policy number is rj/4600530/ea-60, can i have the details of ammount deposited by me so far and status of my policy.

Sir,
I had purchased three Postal Life Insurance Policies no.[protected]P, (2) RJ-289-T (3)RJ-381-T from the Department of Posts Rajasthan Circle Jaipur in the years 1980 and 1986. The preimiums of all these three policies were regularly deducted from my salary directly every month since the purchase of the respective Policies. Now the Postal Department is telling that they have not posted the premium receipts...

My name is B.V. Usha rani. I have 2 PLI policies. Unfortunately I lost my bonds. I made a request to PLI HYDERABAD branch to issue duplicate bonds and submitted all papers i.e., police complaint copy, indemnity bond, surities, 50/- receipts(2), xerox copy of pli books and declaration.
