I have enrolled in Indian Air Force on 1992. There i have taken PLI for 20 yrs my proposal no 176215 dated 23 jun 92. My policy no is 492/ANM/9 dated jun 1992 That time my policy bearing Service No. 9215774-B which is now 746607-B SGT Vattem Anjaneya Prasad or V.A.Prasad. I had retired from the service on 31 january 2012 after completing my 20 yrs. Unfortunately, on Jun 2012 i lost my PLI maturity bond while travelling to my sisters house....

With due respect I Arnab Khan am informing you that I have a policy of Rural Postal Life Insurance (No -WB AEA 94000 CS ). Last September 2011 was the due date of 2nd instalment Payment to me. The office can not reminded me to submit all of my document in time. When i recalculate own memory then I submitted all necessary documents (i.e. Policy bond ,Pass book,application ) on 20.12.2011.
