sir, in this regard i have already submitted 02 nos. of complaints. my policy no.wb-122258-cc and i want to transfer my policy from baneswar, cooch behar to rodhan-127043 haryana so that i may pay my premier amount in due time. thanks....

Dear sir,
My policy no. is BH/MZ/GY - 19968 and BH/MZ/GY - 13642. I would like to know the status of my policy as its matuarity date was march 2007. But i paid the premium for first 3 years and then i wanted to discontinue the policy and wanted the funds back according to the policy due to some personal reason, i consulted my post master and he said give me the all original receipts along with original policy documents, as it is required...

Dear Sir

I am a TamilNadu State Government Employee having PLI Policy No.TN-252791-CS. I am remitting my monthly premium in the Korattur Chennai 600080 Post office regularly from the month of August 2004.

I want to know my insurance account status ie. the payments made by me are regularly being credited into my account. can i expect the statement of account.

I had sent these two Emails to PLI dte New Delhi, PLI Assam Circle and PLI North-East Circle but till date no response has been recieved. please direct concerned department accordingly.

As I have not recieved any information reagrding my trouble I urge you once again to act immedaitely and intimate me how to proceed in this case..

My PLI policy No.MP-664-B was matured on 13 Oct 2008. Relevent Policy alongwith passbook was sent to Office of PMG Bhopal on[protected] by speed post from Pune.
