Sub:- UNBELIEVABLE DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF DEATH CLAIM
(KERALA CIRCLE)

I am the son of Mr. M. Narayanankutty, who was expired on 16/12/2008.
My father Mr. M. Narayanankutty had taken two POSTAL ENDOWMENT ASSURANCE POLICIES from the DEPARTMENT OF POST.

Policy numbers are KL/15817-B and KL/28519-B.

I have sent all the documents (original policy documents, attested copy of death certificate, claim form, and two receipt books) to the ASST.DIRECTOR, PLI,
OFFICE OF THE CHIEF POST MASTER GENERAL, KERALA CIRCLE, TRIVANDRUM-695033.
On 02-January-2009 through NEMMARA(Palakkad) Post Office.
My mother C.Sunandakumari as the nominee for the above mentioned policies.

I have to inform you that there is no action on these claim settlement process from the Department Of Post for the last seven months. And there is no information about the process of the claim settlement. So I request you to take immediate action to settle this case.

I shall be thankful if you kindly settle the above mentioned claims.

I have been paying the premium of my PLI policy no - MP 25820 CC regularly. Now it is about to mature. Pl let me know the status, the likely maturity amount and the procedure of claim on maturity. I am an officer of Border Security Force.

sir, in this regard i have already submitted 02 nos. of complaints. my policy no.wb-122258-cc and i want to transfer my policy from baneswar, cooch behar to rodhan-127043 haryana so that i may pay my premier amount in due time. thanks.

My policy no. is BH/MZ/GY - 19968 and BH/MZ/GY - 13642. I would like to know the status of my policy as its matuarity date was march 2007. But i paid the premium for first 3 years and then i wanted to discontinue the policy and wanted the funds back according to the policy due to some personal reason, i consulted my post master and he said give me the all original receipts along with original policy documents, as it is required in the head office for the submission and then with in day or two i will give you the amount. now its been almost eight years i have not received a single paisa. every time i talk to him he comes with a excuse. Dear concern now i doubt that he has utilised my hard earned money. though the amount is not so big, but i am a villager and a single paisa matters for me. i am a resident of sauli village located in the sitamarhi district Bihar pincode 843316.( i am sending this mail on behalf of my parents who are the policy holders, but not educated enough to write to u)

I am a TamilNadu State Government Employee having PLI Policy No.TN-252791-CS. I am remitting my monthly premium in the Korattur Chennai 600080 Post office regularly from the month of August 2004.

I want to know my insurance account status ie. the payments made by me are regularly being credited into my account. can i expect the statement of account.

I had sent these two Emails to PLI dte New Delhi, PLI Assam Circle and PLI North-East Circle but till date no response has been recieved. please direct concerned department accordingly.

I had purchased an Anticipated Endowment assurance policy Number MP-AEA-63817-CC ( Sum assured RS One Lakhs only) on 06 Dec 1999. Now Its date for claiming Second Survival Benefits has elapsed i.e.it was on 06 Dec 2008. Now I had approached Head Post office at Agartala for claiming it but they have told me to process the case with the post-office where it was purchased initailly i.e. CPMG(PLI), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Please issue suitable directions that where this claim should be filed so that this payment is released top me immedaitely please.
I intend to file this claim at Agartala Head Post Office please.

I am having postal life insurance policy of Rs:one lakh with policy no:KT-AEA-148664-R dated 22nd february 2000 for a term AEA-15 at HPO/RAICHUR for which I am paying monthly primium regularly. For second survival periodical benefit of rupees twenty thousand which is due on[protected] I have send original preimium receipt book with preimium paid upto March 2009 and Policy Bond original and claim letter dt[protected] through Regd post from Raichur Naya Bazzar post office on 18/2/2009 vide receipt no:1703 . but inspite of target date so for not received amount from your end.
If we pay the premium one day late also your department collecting penalty. hence you are requested to settle the amount with interest at the earliest to my address.

My PLI policy no IS AP/AEA/77-U . I have submitted my policy document, premium pass book and application to PLIC Office at Dak sadan, Abids, Hyderabad. So far not received received the cheque or any intimation. Please look in to this matter and give a feedback

IAM A BSNL EMPLOYEE AND I TOOK A PLI POLICY NO. TN-188988-T IN TAMILNADU CIRCLE . I WAS TRANSFERRED TO BSNL AP CIRCLE DURING MARCH, 2005. I PUT A LETTER OF MY TRANSFER TO BSNL AP CIRCLE AND REQUESTED TO TRANSFER MY PLI POLICY RECORD TO CPMG HYDERABAD. MY MONTHLY RECOVERIES ARE GOING TO HYDERABAD CPMG CONTINUOUSLY. WHEN I APPLIED FOR LOAN HYDERABD PERSONNEL SAYING THAT THE FILE IS YET TO COME FROM TAMILNADU CIRCLE. I put even written requests to Tamilnadu CPMG and they acknowledged my letter in their letter no.MISC-5175/DEO NO.36 dt 05.01.2006. INSPITE OF REPEATED CORRESPONDENCE TO CPMG TAMILNADU CIRCLE I GET NOTHNING. PLEASE TAKE PERSONAL ATTENTION AND HELP ME IN GETTING LOAN FROM MY POLICY. Hyderabad pli authorities say that until getting the record from chennai office I will not get loan on my policy. It is very bad to say how the personnel are working.

I, Ashok Kumar Nayak, the undersigned, request you to kindly help him for getting payment of interest and compensation against the abnormal delay in Maturity payment of the above PLI No. : BH/774-U. The above policy had become matured on 31.12.2005. But the matured value was paid by the Postal Department on 02.06.2007. So, he should get interest for the late payment @ 2% per month on prorata basis for this abnormal delay in payment for the period from 31st December 2005 till 02.06.2007 and compensation @ 3% per month of the Matured value against physical and mental harassment caused by the Postal Department.
History: - The above policy had been purchased for an Amount of Rs. 60, 000/- on 29.11.1988 from Bachra Post Office, Dist Hazaribagh (Postal District being Palamau, Daltonganj) Bihar (presently Jharkhand). Since then, the monthly premiums were being paid regularly at Bachra Post Office till July 1992 and also from March 1993 till February 1996. From August, 1992 the premiums were being paid at Dakra colliery post office till February 1993. Balance premiums had been paid at Junnordeo Post Office, Dist Chhindwara, M. P. including the last installment of premium. The Maturity payment was to be released on 31st December 2005 according to the condition of the Policy No: BH/774-U. He had written several letters to the different offices of the Postal Department, had telephonic talks with many of your department, also personally visited several Post Offices, and served notices from advocates. But nobody bothered to arrange early payment. As a result of this, he had suffered a heavy financial loss. Faced many physical and mental tortures due to many of your Department.
Prayer: -You are requested to kindly take up this matter with the appropriate authority and arrange to help the undersigned to get the legitimate demand.
As on today total amount comes to Rs. 2, 30, 000 only.
