[Resolved]  Ava Merchandising — Fake commitment and order didn't received but charged for the same

I've ordered a Sony Digital camera through AVA merchandising on 25-Jan'08, at the time of placing the order their executive confirmed me the the delivery within 14 working days and I'm calling these people from 16th day of placing the order but they are making fool of me by saying taht you'll get the order within next week and now its more than 45 days but I didn't receive my placed Order, now when I receive my credit card statement they'cve already charged me 1st installment of that product which is 1665/-. I spoke to so many executive in AVA customer care but everyone is giving a same kind of response even some time says that you can replace your order with some other product but your Sony camera is not in stock. They not even bothered to give a call back to the customer and give the delayed status. I spoke to their customer care with Anita, Harmeet, Gaurav Jain, Faisal Qureshi, Ritu Sharma etc... but no one is ready to solve my problem and not even tready to transfer my call to the seniors and at last I'm sending you this mail if you can do anything for me I'll be very thankful to you...Giving you the details of my order below:

I placed order for Monalisa Pearl Watch and Sony digital camera on 21st May. I was promised that it will be deliverd within 14 working days. Still I have not received it. Every time I call AVA customer care, I have bad experience. They just do not know how to Talk. Few names which I remember (Rosita, Vikas etc). Everybody promises to give call back in another 2 hour but never does. If I call then put on hold for long times and biggest thing which I would like to bring to your notice is they never transfer the call to their Manager. I have never seen/heard any agent saying that i will not transfer the line to the manager. I requested if camera can be delivered before 5th June as it's my Mom/Dad's anniversary on 6th but no response. Agents are just not ready to litsen to the customer. I requested them to change the address so that camera can be delivered to my mom directly, it also did not happen but the agent promised that she has made changes.

Fake promises to end the call.
Refuses to transfer the call to supervisors

I don't know why have you appointed Managers if they cannot take care of the repeated issues made by their agents.

Bad experience. I will never order any product in future from AVA.
ORDER: Monalisa Pearl Watch and Sony digital camera which was placed on 21st May.

But received only and only...

Fake commitments.
Illiterate agents who do not know how to talk and behave.
Order not received but I have been charged for the same.
I ordered for three pieces. I received three but one was an empty packet. I have complained to Amit and sent a FAX. Let me see the response. If the response is good, I will post that also.
i thought no one try to buy any product from this company AVA Merchantdising.

Now it is really disgusting to say if you people are not able to dispatch order on time then why are you wasting our time and money, Why you put this paper on HDFC Bank Statement because we believe our bank but in this way ...?

Even you are not trying to mail me back why this order is delaying and your customer care no. were busy every time so that i can not try to contact them.

Clear this matter as soon as possible because i already paid this order amount to my bank.

I ordered my product on 16 Aug' 08 and the i received confirmation no.[protected] on 22 Aug' 08, in the message you wrote your product will be delivered within 14 days working days.

Could you calculate me 14days. and now when i try to call in the customer care they said it is already despatched on 27 Aug' 08 by us and they provide me the amerax courier tracking no. - [protected]. I try to catch the order but it shows nothing in it. Could you plz clear me What is it? I already pay my amount to HDFC Bank so please clear me the status or refund my amount because it's already more then 14 days.

AVA merchandising — Product Replacement - Sony camera

I have book a sony Camer on 10th Sept 08 which i recived after 10days in damaged condition by Aramex Courrier than i contact to AVA, and has a talk with Mr.Amit Dhandola for the Replacement, i m really appricate him for the help and i got a New Camera with in 5 days. Thank To AVA Merchandising, Its a good comapny for Shoping.

AVA merchandising — prod replacement

i ordered a prod from AVA mercahndising p ltd last month i received the prod but in a damaged condition. i was so angry that i spent so much on that and recived the prod in a damaged condition. i called AVA and asked them to send me the new prod the rep on the line made me feel so comfortable and made me trust on them that the prod will we replaced on priority and beleive me after that i was not given a chance to call back any further till the new prod was sent to me i had a continous folow up with them as per they called up every day and updated me for each day. that was so nice of them this is what is called customer service ...really appreciate you guyzzzzzzzzzz
I have placed an order since more than a month and still I have not recieved the complete order.(14 working days are already over)
Still the problem persists that I wrote in my mail on the 14th oct.
I still havent recieved the delivery for Product Code - 1059 and
also the broken tray that I recieved in Product Code - 1065.
I have recieved only 2 calls asking which tray is broken but the tray has not reached my home as yet.
How much time it takes for an order to get dispatched from Gudgaon to Delhi?
Its almost impossible to contact AVA on my own.
I am an old customer of HDFC and have a very good credit history, I dont want to make my relation with the bank get affected by AVA.
My payment is due for 27th, How can I make the payment for an incomplete order?

Well after so much non-sense and humiliation I have decided to knock the Consumer Forum and ask for help!!!

I've ordered a Louis Quartz Watch through AVA merchandising on 6-Nov'08, at the time of placing the order got the sms confirming me the the delivery within 14 working days and I'm calling these people from 16th day of placing the order but they are making fool of me by saying that you'll get the order within next week and now its more than 40 days but I didn't receive my placed Order, now when I receive my credit card statement they have already charged me.
