[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Wrongly Amount deducted against the failed transaction

Dear Sir
on 25th of sep09 at the time of buying the movie ticket online from Cinemax,in the screen showed the transaction failed but for the same amount deducted of Rs.320/-
& after giving the repeated E mail, Bank had reverted with the Solution as they cant give the money back

Unable to attach the file & if I can get a mail I d then i will be able to send the failed tansacted file.

With reference cited above, I would like to confirm you that yesterday i.e., on 31.12.2009 at 10.08 Am I went to Axis Bank ATM (ATM ID No.- S1AC2843) at R.B.C.Road, DumDum, Kolkata-28 to withdraw Rs 9000/- and accordingly I inserted the card and selected the button for withdrawal of Rs 9000/- Bad luck would have it, no money came out from the ATM and after few seconds my Debit Card automatically came out.

I again inserted the Debit Card and surprisingly noted that Rs 9000/- debited from my account.

So, you are requested to please credit Rs 9000/- immediately to my account as I am urgently needs of money.

With reference cited above, I would like to confirm you that on[protected] near about at 07.00 Pm, I went to Axis Bank ATM at ZAVERI BAZAR, Gandhidham, Gujarart to withdraw Rs 1000/- and accordingly I inserted the card and selected the button for withdrawal of Rs 1000/- Bad luck would have it, no money came out from the ATM and after few seconds my Debit Card automatically came out.

I again inserted the Debit Card and surprisingly noted that Rs 1000/- debited from my account.

Then at gandhidham branch, I reported about the same.They told me that the money would be deposired within 20 to 25 days.
But there was no result i was getting.Finally almost a week ago from today, i called to the branch, no body attended my call for 3 to 4 times in a proper manner.At last, they told me that i will get the money within 3 to 4 days.But STILL I HAVE NOT GET MY MONEY.
So, you are requested to please credit Rs 1000/- immediately to my account as I am urgently needs of money.

I am rambabu,on the date[protected],i went to axis atm at yousufguda(hyderabad),and i am trying to withdraw the amount 1500 rupees and it gives error message and says "unable to process" and i am again tried it and this time i am able to withdraw the amont 1500 rupees.
On the next i went to sbi atm[protected] and i go for mini statement in that on the[protected] i done two withdraws of amount 1500,1500 respectively,but i got 1500 once only,for failed transaction in axis atm and i loss the amont 1500.This was my complaint,plz rectify it
