Axis Bank Card — amount debited refund

today i have booked one air tkt. th.yatra .com on line and amount rs.3282.00 debited in my card but some technical reason no ticket issue and i have chacked to jet air line also, they told their is no booking. this is for your information my booking is 14/11/2010 indore-mumbai morning jet air ways in the name of ms.shubhi pandya. please refund the amount or not send the same. i am waiting for your reply. my card no. Axis Bank — Horrible experience with home loan

I applied for the site loan (power home loan) in Axis bank for 7.5 lakhs (actual value of site was 19 lakhs) and they agreed the loan will be approved with in 13 to 15 days. I paid 5515 Rs for processing fees too...
I informed the same to landlord that I'll be abe to pay the total amount in 20 days.
The loan processing started pretty quickly. with in 2-3 days they completed address verification + site valuation.
then the story started. My representitive said I do not have approved layout plan so he needs to take deviation from management. he agreed to do so.
I waited waited and waited for 20-30-40 days nothing happened. finally after 1 month they asked me to go along with seller for showing the original paper verifications and after that again 1 more week no news. I escalated to higher manager but still no news. finally one day the representative came to me to extend the agreement for more than 1 month becos it was expired after 1 month. fortunately seller did not agree to do so. and again it dragged... finally after 1 month 15 days the manager calls me and again asks for approved layout plan :( I said enough is enough I dont need your loan... and I managed with my friends and finished the deal..

Over all the response from Axis bank is very very slow....
They say 15 days initially but it never gets over... very much disappointed with the bank service.
The worst part was my land lord was putting pressure asking when i'll do the registration after 15 days.. and I had no answer. It was nightmare to convince him and most tensed moment in my life. and processing fee also is lost :(

Not deducted the EMI , Alreay provided all the Post dated cheques and not processed my request of disburment from builder

Axis Bank — money deducted

I have a account in your bank with account number [protected].0n 27nov2010 I went to bank of maharastra ATM at sector-27 near max hospita noida up (atm id-sboma120101) to withdwaw 500Rs.But I has not received the money and 500Rs has been deducted form my account . Axis Bank — excessive delay in sending ATM card even after 25 days

I wanted to open an savings account in Garia branch .Mr. Subhankar came to my address. But after clearence of cheque of Rs.5200 from my account on 12.10.2010 no ATM card came to me though it was promised to be done with in 7 days. I have 3 accounts in your bank for last 10 years.no reply came from Mr. Subhonkar though I called several times.

i have a saving account in axis bank, they have deducted 358.50 as "Consolidated Charges for A/c" for the second time in last 3 months, and 110.00 for 2 times as annual banking chares, what the hell is this.. ... what does this mean does axis bank authorities think that customers look like fools... they are not doing the right think in banking sector. please let us complaint against axis bank to RBI, here is the link..

Axis Bank And Punjab National Bank — wrongly debited amount through ATM

I have a saving bank account in Axis Bank Yelahanka, Bangalore A/C No is [protected]. On 16 Oct 10 around 1900 hrs I used ATM machine of PNB Bank in Ghazipur U.P. branch Bisheshwar Ganj and opt for Rs 10000/ but I have not received cash nor printed cash receipt. After few days I came to know the amount has been debited from my account. I approached to Axis Bank and file complains through e-mail. Lastly Axis Bank replied that PNB Bank denied refunding your money that you had taken your money. Sir I don’t understand how it can be, now there is no option for me to approach to any one or take guidelines to get my money so that lastly I choose you please help me I am facing a lot of problems and hardship of money.

Axis Bank — slow processing

I wanted to change my Phone No and Address,even being a priority Customer,i almost over a month,these people are so slow in do the Job,inspite of repeated calls ,mails reminding them they are yet to change,
What more can more can we require from a bank.
