Axis Bank — pathetic customer service

I have experienced a pathetic customer service from Axis Bank. They don't respond to any emails.

VSSPL — Consolidated Charges for A/c

I have an salry account and i have a Gold VISA Debit card. Now it is 30December2008 suddenly 400 rupees deducted from my Acount as consolidated charges for A/c, and Service Tax @12.36% on Charge
49.44 rupees debited.

Axis Bank — credit card not getting.

so many times i was send complianent but your not replay. creditcard application no is 1681415.
at the time your bank person spoken to me within 15days you will get. now 60days over. what is the status of my application.
at least you send a mail to me.

Axis Bank — non receipt of air ticket under swipe&fly scheme

under swipwe&fly scheme of axis bank, i was qualified to get return air ticket, i filled the voucherno. 89j4r3pvzl issued on 05/04/2008, and submitted on22/07/2008. and the same was confirm by customer care of the said bank, but till date i had not received any ticket i made several reminders to the bank but all failed pls look into the matter my credit card no. is [protected].

Axis Bank — Credit card status not known!!! PAINFUL

Hi,

I applied for the credit card and got the reference # as 1743072 via SMS to my mobile. I as well got a few verification calls and the person from the verification dept came to my residence to verify the residence proof. Still there is no update about the status. CAN SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS???????

I have faced the same problem with axis bank account, some unknown charges are deducted from account without any clarification or without any prior notice. What kind of consolidated charges the bank deduct from account + bank also charge 12.5 % service tax above that, how may taxes & charges we should pay. Even the charges amount is also not fix sometimes it is Rs. 75.00 or Rs. 60.00 or any other odd figure.
Some action has to take against this scenario. The bank management have to take some strong decision against all.
Otherwise Axis Bank will also spoile its image in banking sactor like some other private banks.
It willl happen very soon.

Axis Bank — without reason the amount is deducted from account.

when i enter the amount of money which i want to withdraw from axis bank they deduct with out any reason. its display as consolidated charges.what it means?

Axis bank has deducted 750 bucks from my acc. also...Can anybody tell me what the hell is this consolidation charges...++1-[protected]

I Completely agree with you guys.

The Bank has deducted Rs.8, 900/- from my A/c. Upon follow up, they said non-maintenance of minimum balance attracts Rs.750/- penalty and Rs.100/- PER transaction.

Its more of a PENAL Bank account rather than savings a/c.

I Agree, They are doing Fraud.
In saveings account they are cutting carhges we should sue them!

this bank is useless no one receive ur call n when u go to bank they r full of attitude even manager of have applied for gold card + all thing done varefication but still no solution...v disappointed

Corporate Credit Card - Axis Bank — Non Issuance of CCC - Axis Bank

1. Handed over necessary documents for 'Corporate Credit Card' (Application Form Bar Code No. '[protected]') on 27.01.2009.
2. Submitted photo (as demanded later) by hand on 02.02.2009.
3. e-Mailed to Axis Bank on '[protected]@axisbank.com' on 16.02.2009 on the above issue and Axis Bank acknowledged with reply. Demanded identity proof.
4.Sent by me the photocopy of all the documents (incl. Application Form) on same day.
5. No reply from Axis Bank. Again sent a Reminder-I on 19.02.2009, seeking reply within 23.02.2009. Otherwise, help will be taken from other Org.
6. Replied by Axis Bank through e-mail on 20.02.2009, seeking additional 10 working days.
7. 10 working days elapsed on 06.03.2009. But neither reply nor card is being sent by Axis Bank.
8. Finally, I've mailed for solution to '[protected]@rbi.org.in' on 07.03.2009. But no reply.

Kindly help me. I want to return back either my all the documents or 'Corporate Credit Card'.
