[Resolved]  Axis Bank — consolidated charges for A/c

I dont have any information about my axis bank corporate card so i want tnat information as soon as possible

I want to know the name of the Accountholder for the below A/C No.
A/c no: 434652

Salary Saving A/c — Qtrly Charges Debited

Dear Sir/madam

Herewith I am working in Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd., Dhanbad/Giridih (Jharkhand). My salary account[protected] was created by the Company in the ICICI Bank, Dhanbad. Also every month salary was credited in my account. But in the month of June 2007, I was transferred to another City (Giridih) where there was no any Branch of ICICI Bank that time. Hence again our company has created my salary account in another available Bank.

So from that period no any salary was credited in my Salary Account[protected]. Hence from time my Account was IDLE. But When I saw my bank statement in the month of OCT 2008, I found that my account was showing Debit amount of Rs. 1740/-.

Then I contact to ICICI Bank Dhanbad, where they unable to close my account untill I clear my debit balance. I request to BM, Dhanbad but he refused to close my account or erase my debit balance.

Hence I request you kindly to either close my salary account or erase the debit balance then only I will be able to maintain all the norms as subjected to Saving Account.

I have saving account (Customer ID[protected], Arun kumar vaish)with Axis bank last 6 Months. since six months, it is deducting some amount as a service or Consolidated charge.
Just think, from 010/10/2008 to 31/03/09, bank deducted Rs. 1100 from account. I think this not fair.
if I mentioned less amount in my account, then how much money would be deduct. is there any rule, or as bank mood.
Really, I am very disappointed with this bank. need to close the account.

I am Mohd Riaz. I am an employee of Spheris since July 1, 2008. I have a salary account in Axis Bank with no minimum balance criteria since it is a salary account. Just today (30th March), for the first time, I am encountering this problem, detailed below. They have deducted some amount in the name of what is given below. Till yesterday, my account balance was Rs 100 and today when I check it is in the negative as detailed below. I do not know what is happening (can you please explain it?). They should look into the matter and reimburse the debited amount without fail ASAP.

Service Tax @10.30% on Charge 9.34
Current balance -309.34

is bank se ganda duniya me koi bank nhi hai wo bhi (m.p.) me sidhi ka sir tala band karadigiye koi ki kisi kam ka nhi hai kisi ki jaan ja rahi ho aur aapke bank me koi paise jama karke atm se nikalna chahe to jab tak aacout me paise aayega tab tak uski maut ho choki hogi to to aise bank se kya matlab isse achchha bank band kara digiye pls nhi to is tarah kisi ki bhi jaan ja sakti hai aur iske jimmedaar sirph aap hoge to pls this bank is close.

ya i too have the same problem... They have charged me Rs.2150 from my account as consolidated charges. Please do the needful... This is worst of anything...

Just now in My A/c too there was deduction towards consolidated charges A/c for Rs.1550.00 + Service tax (10.36%). And My A/c is Zero Balance Salary A/c, when i called the customer care executive i get a very vague reply that they have no information about the charges with my A/c and they will get more information only after 2 days. This is the way they respond Very Very Bad response from the AXIS bank customer desk.

If any one finds the reason please post it the board and it would be helpful to everyone whether to go with AXIS Bank in future.

Is only Axis bank is deducting this consolidation charge?
How they calculate it for a particular account in a year.
I have not heard this charge for any other bank

I have an salary account in Axis Bank and they have deducted (Consolidated Charges) Rs.850 + service tax Rs.87 from my account without any informing to me. When starting this account, bank guys told me, this is corporate account and there are any charges for transaction. but they charged!

This is happened not only for me and it for all my colleagues, but the charges are different and there is no relative, it is randomly collected. Please answer any one why these guys collected money.

i dont know for what they have charged me 1000 RS and also some tax of RS 103,
without any prior information.?
i dont know whats the matter but will talk to the bank tomorrow.

I have salary account with Axis bank, Worli branch.
They had deduct 1600Rs+ 164 (Service Tax @10.30%) from my account, when i asked them why this happen they told me this is RBI's new guideline w.e.f 1Jan, 2009 under which you have only 3 transaction allow in a month.

If your transaction increase by 3 then you will charge by 50Rs + Service Tax per transaction.
How much it is true I don't know?

Can some one help me in that? From where I get this guideline.

Axis Bank — Regarding Consolidated Charges for a/c

The Axis bank has deducted Rs. 500+10.3% Service Charge (551.30) from my Axis bank account without my consent. There was no intimation regarding the same. It was deducted on 30/03/2009. And when i accessed the iconnect (Internet banking service provided by Axis bank) for the statement query, the option for all types of queries are now removed from the site which were available on website. I also called to customer care to know about the deduction but no proper response was there, the customer care person said they do not have any information regarding this deduction (Consolidated charges for A/C).
Kindly suggest for further step what should I do regarding the same.

I have salary account with Axis bank, Cochin branch.
They had deducted 300Rs+ 30.90(Service Tax @10.30%) from my account, when i asked them why this happened they told me that I can have only 3 transaction allow in a month.

If my transaction increase by 3 then I will be charged by 50Rs + Service Tax per transaction. As far as I know no bank has such rules and it is nowhere stated in their site. And their customer care is the worst, they wont even reply to your emails and in phone-banking you have to try several times.

Has anybody having the same issues?
