[Resolved]  Axis Bank — consolidated charges for A/c

Even mine, they deducted 1600 rs for non maintanance of QAB

Just approach Banking ombudsman in your area. within seven days they will reverse all the charges.

I have a salary account in Axis Bank and Rs 550.00 was deducted from my account. Service tax amounting to 50.65 was also deducted, stating consolidated charges.

This was not informed earlier to us, that this amount will be deducted from our account.

Very frustrating.

Need clarification from Banks.

I have a salary account and this was made as Priority account .Now they started charging me Rs 750 for not maintaining the balance as per the Priority account rule.
I requestd them to reverse my charges and they did it for me.

I suggest to speak to the Axis representative and ask for a reversal (With appropriate tone)
Im sure they will do something about this.

It is very true that they wont give us an correct answer when we call the customer care.

This is Mirza Mizanur Rahaman is also a victim Axis Bank .I have savings ac @axis bank, burdwan, west bengal branch.I my two years time Axis bank has illegally deducted Rs 12000 from my ac.I have already sent to the bank authorities but not get any reply so far.This way they are cheating thousands of customer and earning crores of money.Now I earnestly request all victims to make tremendious campaign againt illegal activities of Axis bank

I have salary account (0 balance) with Axis bank, Kankurgachi branch, Kolkata ( a/c no. [protected].
They had deducted Rs. 900.00+ 92.70(Service Tax @10.30%) from my account on 30.03.2009, when i asked them why this happened they told me that I can have only 3 transaction allow in a month. Before that they never did this type of deduction. Even they never communicate me or never send any notice or circular before deduction. No Bank is deducting this transaction charges. If it is not under RBI rules, then how they can do this?

Quarterly only 9 transaction is free, beyond that they will deduct Rs. 50.00 per transaction + Service Tax(10.30%). I visited the my operational branch & Zonal Head Branch officials. They are unable to provide justification.

Can anybody take this matter legally for taking action against Axis Bank.

there are no responsible staff in the bank. one day suddenly my ID OR PASSWORD was changed. then i went to branch with my complain.i said my id or password change but no any response by the staff.
one lady and bank manager was abusing to me and they said its your foult i don't know why they are saying this comment. I was very affset. so please i am recuesting to you sir take any action in the favour of staffs and the manager also.

what is happeninig towards all these people, I accidently came across this forum, i never even dreamt that this is happening with so many people with this bank. How in the world can the regulator (RBI) sustain such breaches happening under their nose, Will the resposible, take action against the bank.

Axis Bank — UNFAIR PRACTICE AT LAJPAT NAGAR BRANCH

I have savings account at Lajpat Nagar Baranch, New Delhi. I have requested for stopping ECS from my Accounts, The same has been stiopped and ECS stopping Charges Levied on my Account, Despite of this 5 ECS amounting Rs. 25, 000.00 cleared out of 8 . When asked about the same the blame game satrted .
Till date neither i got my money back nor any response, Finally decided to close all the accounts . Shocking they Charged Accounting Closing Charges, Where as i have been forced to close the Accounts .
Till date no Naswer ?

Will anybody in AXIS BANK will take initative to resolve the issue.

I am Nirtanjai singh resident & working in gurgaon, i have a ZERO balance salary account with the AXIS Bank Ltd from last more then 4 years in Galleriya Market DLF Ph 4, Gurgaon, on the 30 or 31st of march 2009, Bank Dedeucted Rs.400+Service tax, without any information given to me, when i asked them, they told me that, the charges for transactions (i.e- more then 9 transactions - Dr or Cr in 3 months - any form of transactions, they deducted @ Rs.50/- +s.tax per transactions, this means if i withdraw a Rs.100/- then they charges Rs.50/-+ s.tax on that) this is rediculous, pls do th needful against this, & ask them to refund my amount to my Account.

Axis Bank — Suddenly Reduce

I have an account. Now it is 30mar.2009 suddenly 1048 rupees deducted from my Account.They could not give me the proper reason.

I am an Axis Bank Salary Savings account holder. Last quarter Rs.1100/- + 10.3% taxes got deducted from my account as Consolidated charges The explanation is that I made 31 banking transactions instead of allowed 9. so it is charged at RS. 50/- per transaction. I had been using Net banking facility for paying my utility bills.

Now out of 9 transactions 3 are used by Salary deposition ( 1 per month) what does it leave you with . You are not supposed to issued cheque pay bills online. do it in cash :( this is barbaric)

Also now for doing any online transaction they are providing a secure facility (which is compulsory) at 150/- per annum.

I feel this is just the way to make up for the losses banks will face because of ATM circular...

Axis Bank — Transaction Charges

Axis Bank charging some kind of Consolidated charges after 9 transaction in a quarter for using debit card and for cheque clearance.

Please tell me is it under RBI guidelines as another bank don't charge such things?
