Axis — Consolidated Charges for A/c

hi idont know why there r
Consolidated Charges for A/c first time
1500 second time 1150

Axis Bank — illegal debit money from account

Axis bank is earning crores ruppes by illegal money debiting from customer's account .Let us make a huge campaign against Axis Bank's illegal activities.
I too have been facing the same problem. I hold a Savings a/c with this reputed bank but to my surprise i do not receive timely a/c statement due to which i had not operated my a/c for 3 consecutive months. Even at the time of opening an A/c with the bank i was not informed of consolidated charges being deducted from the A/c if the a/c is not operated for 3 months.

This is really pathetic coz i still do not rec my a/c statement even after making several complaints via phone.(As i am a working lady I cannot go personally to make a complaint).

The bank should take the matter seriously because if this continues the bank will lose its clientage in this competitive market.
Sir/Madam,
This is to inform that we are joint savings ac. holder of Axis Bank, Burdwan Br.Today we find that you have debited illegally total Rs 1489 from our account for reason that Rs 276 for debit card application fees but the same purpose you have already debited the same amount in last quater.Rs 1100 for construction charge and Rs 113 for service charge. Why you are charging illegally? We have already mainted A.Q B this quater. In our two years account you have charged nearly Rs 12000.Earliar when we contacted with you, you did not give us approprite reasons. When we opnened the account you did not inform us your hidden illegal matters. This way you are cheating thousands of customer across India and earning Crores of money and teaching the matter to the innocent Indians how to cheat legally. Now we request you to credit our hard earned money in our account immediately otherwise we will going to sue against you and we will drive mass campaign by internet, newspaper, leaflets and other methods.

With regards--

Bank claims on Saving accounts, in a Quarter they provide only 9 free transactions. If made above 9 every transaction is charged minimum of Rs. 50/- + 10.30% tax. These transactions include the salary credit to our account and even refund of money, etc. I am also facing this problem. How can anybody maintain a minimum of 3 transactions in a month? If we include salary credited as one transaction then finally we get only 2 Transaction per month. So, totally of 6 transactions per Quarter ( 3 months ) is all given to us. HM ! Bank is making good money !
Axis bank has charged me for more then 3 transactions. There was no such notification from bank.Is this deduction inline with RBI / Constitution/ or Similar policy Implementing authority.A charge of Rs, 1100+Service tax @10.3 is charged.
Today is time for e-cash and such charges will iscourage customers to use banking transactions, cheques, ATM, Online Payment.
A stringent and quicl action is expected.
Thanks,
Rupesh
On similar grounds amount of 1100+Service tax @10.3 has been deducted from my account. Kindly inform is this deduction valid. In todays world in INdai trend is to do everything through e-cash, this is to de-motivate user for using e-cash
