[Resolved]  Axis Bank Debit Card — Not Received Pin Number

Dear Sir,
I Have received Debit Card No [protected] , in the month of Oct 09 Which is of no use to me as I have not received the Pin Number. When I Enquired I am being told that the same has been sent through courier(did not mention which courier) and the courier person could not trace the address which is ridiculous, as i stay in a very prominent place and keep receiving other couriers . Unfortunately till date I have not received the same. Kindly Mail me the courier name and air way bill No, so that I can follow-up with the same. Such a negligence on part of such a foreign Bank (Bad public relation) like you is not expected.Also the staff were very rude when i called up the particular branch.

Please treat the matter as most urgent and do the needful.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had received the envelope which contained the pin no. But now i have forgotten my pin card no as i didn't use my debit card for many days. So can you plz help me to retrieve my pin no? Or plz issue me a new pin no. I had earlier mailed you regarding this issue upon which i didn't receive any response from your side. Plz help me as soon as possible as I am not able to use my debt card during emergencies. Plz treat this issue as very urgent and do the needful.

Axis Bank — Didn't receive debit card PIN even after 2 months

After loss of my debit card - I applied for fresh debit card around 25th July.

After several follow ups I received my debiot card on 2nd Sep. But they sent my debit card's PIN to my old address.

Its 5th Oct today and I am yet to receive PIN for my debit card, I am not getting any proper response from AXIS bank that when they will deliver the PIN.

i am chandra bhaskar from fatehpur distic. i am working in private sector in lucknow.i was lost my debit card in november 2nd week. after that i was complaining in lucknow AXIS Bank sikanderabag branch
on 2nd december 2009 and they was told me you recived your debit card within 7 working day's.but till date (11-jan-2010) i dont recived any debit card after lot of complain they was told me always after 2 days we will give you.but not provide me yet . because of my job and my study i am not abale to reached regularly.
kindly help me on this matter and advise me how i retrive my debit card and compensation.

I had lost my Axis Bank Debit card somewhere; I lodged a complaint in Axis Bank Customer Care to block my lost card. I visit near by Axis Bank branch at Baraha Khamba Road in Cannaght place, I filled a form for new Debit Visa Card on 1st January 2010, and inform to customer care to send this my communication address they give me a request id no:-9756934, I received Pin No on 15th January 2010 but still I have not received my New axis bank Debit visa card. There is a problem in customer care and unable to contact them.
