AND I WAS ASKED THAT I WILL BE SUPPLIED ATM CODE AFTER WARDS AS IT WILL COME FROM MUMBAI BY POST AT YOUR ADDRESS. BUT I HAVE COME TO KNOW FROM MY COLLEAGUES THAT THEY HAVE GOT ATM CODES. YOU ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ISSUE ME ATM CODE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

    operations — non acceptance of cheques at before 3PM from Monday to Friday

    This complain is related to your HDFC special branch for cheque deposit of Mutual Fund Schemes tied up with CAMs of Bhopal Branch. Cutoff time of submission of Mutual Fund app. is 3.00 PM Monday to Friday, so the app. cheque can also be deposited by 3.00 PM, but your desk employees says no to submit it. they say submit by 2.30 PM. it shuld be streamlined. Pls need carifications.
    Some of the new sales person is doing the file but they are saying sir I have don 40lakes, 50lakes but senior person mapped on his name and says the new comers not doing well and they gets tem leader post. How axis monetary them
    dear sir i m pawan from shahjahanpur and i operate oxigen service account thats why i deposit amount mostly alternate days or braking 2 to 3 days but your bank cashier told me that they fell very trouble if i deposit amount regurally so plz tell me can i deposit amout as its or i choose any other bank
    This complaint is regarding the Ops Manager in The anna nagar branch Chennai. He is treating the employees of the branch in very bad way. i have seen that many times. Recently i have seen him scolding employees in front of the customers for not performing sales. Also one employee was scolded for asking 1 day leave. Moreover tellers not allowed to have their lunch atleast before 3pm.
    Mr.Tarun who is allocated in axis bank Kashmiri gate branch, He always talks to employee's girl and taken help from them like police related.I came most of the time for my account he alaways talks on call not I get any help from his side.I want you took necessary actiona against him.

    Im Mr. Salman Bashir from larikpora branch (2378).My role is officer sales..From the last three days our branches link is down and also Ups is out of service, nobody is responding and we r being abused by ETB customers not providing their basic banking facilities like cash deposit, cash wd, neft, rtgs, n tfrs of chqs.As a local official it is very difficult for me to spend a single day in a branch from the last three days because im on front line.Every person abused me in the branch.so you're accordingly requested kindly look into the matter.

    This is very sad to inform you that AXIS BANK, GOLPARK BRANCH, KOLKATA does not have any work timing for employees. The employees have to work there for 12 hrs a day which is i think even more than an unskilled labour working hours. Even girls have to work for 12 hrs daily and this has become daily routine of their work.The work timing is 9am to 9pm. The best part is that there is no rule or inspection from RBI for this. Employees do understand if this happens once or twice in a month but this happens daily wihich is simply started effecting their personal lifes. They know and understands that banking sector has to go through a huge pressure during half yearly and year ending but daily this is not tolerable, either AXIS bank should pay overtime or they should provide reduce their work timing atleast to 10 hrs a day. Even 10 hrs is not justified but still employees are happy if this reduces to 10 hrs day.

    Being a customer i feel so bad for them, then sir just think about the Employees working and facing this daily, they feel like that they are not working in a bank rather they feel like a labour working in a factory.

    Please do see and resolve the issue.

After minus balance deduction you guys have charged more amount and there was statement about the money also ?       i want to lodge complaint that i have not been delivered cheque book while for it i have applied before more than one month.
      My Company Opened salary account for me and i received welcome kit on 28.06.10.but, Cheque book not yet received. I informed to Customer care officer. most important, No one pick up a call in Axis Bank-Jayanagar Branch.kindly solve the issue and contact me ([protected]) or give the write person contact no.for solving the issue.

              I am attaching the communication with Axis bank, Jamshedpur, where Rs44,000/- has been fraudulently withdrawn by some Ram Kumar from Axis bank, Ramgarh branch by copying my signature on a stolen leaf of my cheque book. The Jamshedpur branch indicates that my signature is almost tallying with the one I have in the bank, which I srongly refute. Please get it settled by an signature expert and help me salvage the lost amount of Rs44,000/-.

              Dear Madam

              I am a customer of the Axis Bank, Jamshedpur (Mian Branch) for more than 10 years, having A/c No.[protected]. On 14th July '09, while checking my account, I found that Rs44,000/- has been fraudulently withdrawn by some Ram Kumar at the Ramgarh Branch. It was immediately reported to my branch. On enquiry, I found that three leaves from my cheque book were neatly removed and one was used for fraudulent withdrawal. My branch immediately issued stop payment instrument for other unused leaves of the cheque and requisitioned the scanned copy of the paid cheque from Ramgarh branch. Some one copied my signature, which tallied to around 60-70%. On further enquiry from Ramgarh branch it was known that they have sent the cheque to some writing expert for cross checking the signature. The comment on the matter was sent to my branch by the Ramgarh branch, which was unknown to me.

              My branch at Jamshedpur has been cooperating with me so far, on this matter. However, the following questions remain unanswered:

              1. My office drawer remains locked. How have three leaves been stolen?
              2. I have chquebooks of other banks also in the same drawer. I have SBI cheque book, where I have more than Rs 1 lakh in SB a/c. The leaves are intact.
              3. The leaf on which the payment has been made is not in continuity - meaning 4 more leaves are yet to be used after which the said leaf should appear.
              4. Are some persons hands in gloves (including courier ) from where the chequbook is issued?
              5. I had Rs94,000/- in the a/c, when the amount was withdrawn. How is that only Rs44.000/- is withdrawn? Is there a limit for cash payment?
              6. While paying such a heavy amount through cheque is it not the duty of payer to doubly cheque my signature?
              7. The mobile No. indicated behind the cheque is fake.
              8. I have never used cheque for cash withdrawal, any where in India, for last 10 years.
              9. Will CC TV make any conclusion?
              10. How is my signature known to the said person (Ram Kumar)? This is not possible without connivance of Ramgarhs branch people.

              Under this circumstances, I request you to please establish the truth and arrange to credit the amount to my a/c .

              I am also forwarding a mail, received from my branch, to you which may have been already sent.

                Dear Sir,
                Please help me(Biswa Mohan Dash) opened an account with Axis Bank Limited but at first instance cheque book was sent to me without debit card in month of august-09 upon query with customer service and Bank Personnel its been informed that the first card was not generated and secondly requested to re submit photograph and sign the form provided by Mr. Vishnu, Vasantkunj Branch. Upon non receiving the card again second time visitied the bank on 23.09.09 revisited the bank and been informed by bank that Rs. 28200/- was debited from my account without my notice. And upon further query its been adviced by them to wait till further investigation.
                As this saving amount is desperately needed for my expenses and bank is not in a mood to provide any solution right away please help me with urgent assistance.

                  We have ur edc machine connected to TATA INDICOM WALKY phone for the past three years.                     I have requested many times to revert back Invalid Transition amount
                    Rs. 9000 . This amount Rs.9000 is automatically detected By The Bank But I have not made this transaction for Rs9000 .

                    Please check this Transaction which wrong and we not made this transaction
                    because this is Advance Date i.e. 14/09/2009 when I check the Balance inquiry it was 13/09/2009.

                    It has been passed more then two weeks but I am not getting my money. On every time when I call the Customer Care .they say to me forward query to reminder and hold next for 48 hours

                    Hello Sir,
                    Wrong deduction from my balance dated 04/04/2009 at time 12.00am.
                    I try to withdraw 2000Rs. from the Karnataka Bank ATM, Vile Parle (E) branch.
                    ATM ID: KBL02023, Transaction Serial No: 846065
                    I initiate transaction but there is an error message on screen and slip printed with message "Issuer Down"
                    No money is come out from the ATM.I can provide printed slip.
                    Then I try at icici bank ATM near that ATM. There is also error message "Try after some time".
                    Then I went at Axis Bank ATM, Parleswar Mandir, Vile Parle(E), withdraw 2500Rs. Transaction successfully. I got 2500Rs.
                    But for that date i.e. 04/04/2009, 2000Rs. also debited to my account which I am not get.
                    Regarding this issue I register complaint at Axis Bank customer care, Complaint no.:9029774.
                    Please tell me when should I get that money refund to my account?

                    So please inform and assist me as early as possible.

                    Also please note written complaint has given to Branch Manager Mr.Dhar( under cell no [protected] ) based at Jammu, bahu plaza Gandhi nagar on 03/05/2010 & 04/05/2010.

                    May I request you to kindly sort out the matter as concerned branch manager advising to contact State Bank, whereas SBI is not helping.

                    Your kind cooperation & help is required to sort out the matter at the earliest.

                        I have acount in Axis Bank, Vashi Branch, New Mumbai. I canot access my Debit cum ATM Card from axis ATM also can't use my debit card for shopping. when i was use Debit card at that time declain is come. when i was use ATM card then my 100Rs. diducted but cant come in hand through ATM on 15/09/09. after above day i cant access my ATM card also.
                        For all this i was complaining on from 15.09.09 to till date.
                        Axis bank does'nt take any action on it.

                        Till date dudction of 100 Rs. is not added on my account.


                        Please take some action on it.

                        I have an account in axis bank and using my ATM card for last 7 yrs, one month back I tried to use my card, and due to some machinary fault the card remained inside and was locked, the bank management told me to collect it after 5 days and use after 2 more days, According to their advice, i used my card, but it was locked again, i met bank managemant, the corresponding person Mr Rudra admitted some fault in unlocking, after same procedure i got my card, and according to their instruction i used my card, and it was locked again, the machine showed invalid transaction

                          Bearing mobile no [protected] from last more than 5 years. Previous employer from whom got connection was HBL GLOBAL P LTD., Chnged the organization before 2 years back. Right from that contacted customer care regarding changes in my number from CUG to normal. Even, camplain has been given in writing at your prahaladnagar, 100 ft ring road, satellite, Ahmedabad. Than also when approached for change of address on your customer care as well as stores and web world, every body is insisting visit the corporate office of yours for just sake of change of plan from CUG and for the change of address also, which already submitted earlier to your company at Ahmedabad above mentioned address.

                          If MNC like yours are not responding for such a small issues like this, than it will encourage me to switchover the relationship from your company to other.

                            I wanto register my complain against the AXIS BANK Noida's Sector 16 Branch. The bank has delivered its poorest of the services along with the mental harrasement. I lost my ATM on 23rd August and blocked the same on 24th Aug.'09. I have applied for a new ATM on 24th August 2009,i.e. Monday the very next day. Till now , neither i received my ATM card, nor any call from the bank. I have contacted the bank authorities many time, They promised me that i'll get it with in first 8 days, when i contacted them after 10 days then they started disconneccting my calls, I have the name of two employees TUMPA and ANUP ([protected] and [protected]). It has been 25 days now and i have not got my ATM. Everytime i have to walk uopto the nearest branch for taking money, whichis 10 KM from my home and sometimes they verify my signatures as if i am a theif or something. Its a mental Torture. Even the bank authorities has never listened to my problem. Today in the afternoon i called them at[protected], [protected] and [protected]. They disconnected my call after Hearning my name. I want to lodge this complaint not against the bank only, but also on the Employees for not doing their Jobs properly.

                              Hi,

                              Just wanted to share my experience seeing a lot of others here sharing there complaints. Though, I did come across similar complaints in forums before going for Axis Bank car loan, I thought I might not have a similar experience. Surprisingly, I got trapped totally the same way. First, because I am in rented apartment and my new flat is just getting finished, they had some verification problems with that. Then, they had problems because my office is in Bangalore and I work remotely from another city. But all this time, in the span of 4 whole weeks, they never told me, ok your loan is rejected, we cannot process it, but they kept delaying by some excuse or other. Finally, this Monday, before the start of the festive weekend, they said okay, your loan would be approved by today, disbursed by tomorrow. I went and paid my balance amount to the car dealer. Next day, Tuesday, no contact from them. Wednesday, when I call them back, the person in charge does not pick up his phone. When I call from another number, he picks up, and on this day, with no time left for me apply for loan at other banks, he tells me my loan has been rejected on some stupid excuse. I made the mistake of trusting Axis Bank even after getting some bad feedback, and I learned my lesson. I hope this will help others in not getting trapped like this again.

                                I anbukumaran went to One of the AXIS Bank ATM at Srinagar Colony, HYDERABAD to Withdraw Rs20000/- from my Account operated with AXisbank .

                                The ATM Declined the Transaction but I was shocked to See my amount mini statement the next minute and found the Amount was Debited from My Account.

                                This is a serious issue for me because I had to make a payment for another bank the next day. I am worried how i can make this payment the next day.

                                I put the card in ATM made the transaction for withdrawal of Rs. 1300 & 1000/- I did'nt received any amount, I got the ATM receipt "TRANSACTION DECLINED 072 UNABLE TO PROCESS". But from my account Rs. 2300/- had been debited.

                                I am sure that this must be an error and I would like you re-credit the amount to my account.

                                  In the the month of July I put an inquiry online on Axis Bank website and I got a mail that they will send somebody to me for the further paper work but after repeated mails nobody came then I personally went to the bank and filled the form given by its sales representative( Mr. Kiran) of its Gajuwaka Branch, Visakhapatnam in the end of August. After 10 days I got a SMS that my application no. 1947184 has been declined. From that day I am trying to call that representative but he not picking up the phone and the bank is also not replying that on which grounds they have rejected by application when I am fulfilling all the terms and conditions as stated by them while filling the form. i want to know what step i should take next.

                                    I have applied yamuna expressway authority- Residential Plot Scheme(2-3-09 to 4-5-09) through AXIS Bank's Financial scheme for 30 mtr plot.                                     The YEA scheme for plot is turning out to be a doubtful issue. Now, the latest is, for 300 mtr plot applicants, the draw has been postponed to Nov 17, 2009. It is more like harassing people of their time and giving scope for more red tape to benefit culprits.

                                    I doubt anybody will listen to the plight of common man as UP Government appears to be playing a spoil sport for its own benefit.

                                    It is all upto Almighty now, whether luck is still going to favor us or not. Let wait till the next advertisement comes out informing about another postponement of draw.

                                    I have applied yamuna expressway authority- Residential Plot Scheme(2-3-09 to 4-5-09) through AXIS Bank's Financial scheme for 300 mtr plot. The tantative draw date was 10-8-09 but the draw date has been extended to 14 oct09 and now its 17th November and the bank is already taken Rs 2200/- more to continue the loan for 300 mtrs plot. It is more like harassing people of their time, money and giving scope for more red tape to benefit culprits.

                                    And on the website they never display the notice.

                                    Just to add on, I was surprised to know that 300 mtrs plot was not for General Category. Its reserved for Agriculture class. Unfortunately this was not clearly mentioned anywhere in the application form. Even when I deposited the application form, it was checked by the support staff present there from the YEA and was not pointed out. So, I not only have paid the initial booking amount but also another 2200 which the Axis bank has demanded. Now, after checking the list of eligible candidates at YEA site, i shockingly realised that I am not the contender to the game. Not sure what to do here now...

                                    Maybe there are others like me just hopeing for something that is not to be! :(
                                    why YEA delaying the draw of 300mtr plots. It is a question mark on the credibility of YEA. pls do not play with innocent applicants.

                                    I have to deposit rs 1 lac and intrest of rs 2200 along with 27rs per day.
                                    But tell me if I could not pay the amount till 15th of december09, what are the penelaty charges?

                                      hello my name is Vikram, i also got 1000 Rs short when used my debit card to withdraw money from ATM of AXIS bank ...from last one month we have been following up with AXIS bank customer care and the customer care executive now after one month of one sided followup said that she will forward the request to the concerned deptt. Hope the money gets back to us soon coz considering the speed of the AXIS customer care on this issue till now, i think it will take alot of frustation, hassle & time before i get my money back. I would advise all users of ATM machines that plz make it a habbit to check ur withdrawal before leaving ATM to avoid confusions later! Its though a very rare case problem but it really frustates when it does happen. This is the 2nd time that i have faced such problem, the first time i faced the issue with ICICI ATM while i was withdrawing 20000 Rs. and nothing actually poped out of ATM, i reported the thing immediately to ICICI bank customer care and got my money back within 10 days approx.
