Bagittoday.com — Confirm the cancellation and delivered

I have placed the order on 15th april with Order Id: [protected], but i have canceled the order on the same day with the complain number 139007 and after all that also today morning i have received a message saying it has been dispatched on 26th april by bluedart [protected]. Now i dont know what to do, is this kind of service Bag it today(India today retail) provide service to the consumers ?????

It has been more than 2weeks now that i have returned the parcel without excepting it but till date i have not received any refund.. Im calling bagittoday, what all im getting is complain number thats it.

This is Devendra R. Limaye, from Valsad, Gujarat. Sir, i had received a call from[protected] saying he was some Mr. Rahul. He told me that i had won some lucky prize from bag it today, which included a Sony Bluray Home Theatre - Model No. BDVE-870 worth Rs. 39, 900/- and Sony Erricson Experia X10 I worth Rs. 22, 000/- and that i had to deposit Rs. 5, 500/- in Axis Bank as Handling charges in the Account of one Mr. M.D.Shad, Account No. [protected] but since i did not trust him, i didn't pay the amount but then again i got a call from one Mr. Pankaj from the same number i.e.[protected] saying that this was my last chance to get the prize and i would get the prize within 5 days on depositing the amount and a company like India Today, bag it today group wont cheat anyone for a meagre sum of Rs. 5, 500 and so trusting him i went to deposit the required amount of Rs. 5, 500/- but on my way to the bank Mr. Pankaj again called me and said that since the above-mentioned person Mr. Shad was out of town i should deposit the amount in the name of one Mrs. Jyoti Negi in Kotak Mahindra Bank Account No. [protected]. I deposited the amount on 13th June, 2011. Now, till date I haven't received any prize. On trying to contact the number[protected], there is no reply. Then two days later i went to the Kotak Mahindra Bank and enquired about the Bank Account No. [protected], the bank authorities told me that the account was in fact of Mrs. Jyoti Negi and that she had withdrawn the amount from a ATM on the very same day. I requested them to give me the details of Mrs. Jyoti Negi and they informed me that the address of Mrs. Jyoti Negi is : Negi Bhavan, Thana Mohala, Dopul Marg Pauori, Garhwal, Garhwal-246001 and the Phone No. is [protected] and the Office address is E-Tech, Plot No. B-19, Sector-8, Noida-201301. Sir, I had a talk with Mr. Yogesh K. Singh on Phone Number[protected] and he informed me to request the bank authorities and get the amount from the bank but the bank authorities refused to refund the amount saying that i had to get a cheque from the person concerned only then would they be able to withdraw the amount and give it to me. Sir, i have always trusted India Today for its name and i also had booked a holiday package with you but unfortunately i could not go for the holiday due to some unavoidable circumstances. I humbly request you to please look into the matter and please get me my money back. And also request to take up the matter with the law as it is spoiling the name and reputation of your company. I received call from BagitToday on or around 20th Dec.11, and some gal whose name is Neha, consistently let me convince for her Gift items . I also consistently ignore her calls, but on 21st, i received a call and talked to her . She told me that i have won diamond worth of Rs. 30000, + A geyser + other accessories . And she assured me that all these items will be delivered on my address after gettting registered myself by depositing the sum of Rs. 18999. She also consistently talked with me, but, after two to three days, i started getting calls for verifications on regular intervals, they just use to call me that this is verification call and they are confirming my Addresses alongwith other terms and conditions. Again they called me on 28th Dec.2011, and rring me re-register my self on payment of Rs.18999 again, while the person calling to me was assuring me that if you can not deposit this amount at once they will do it on installment basis, but, while i checked my account, then i saw that they had withdrawn all the amount at once. They are really a cheater. No one should believe them. A PIL should be filed against them.

[protected] on dated 25/04/2012 time 18:35:46. of Rs. 18, 999/- & order id no. [protected] dated 25/04/2012 time 18:53:00 f Rs. 19, 999/-

After that i have receive a call from bagittoday on dated 26/04/2012 for confirmation of orders, i knows at the time of confirmation that it is not a confirm price, it will be depend on your luck, then i was cancelled above orders at the time of confirmation call. I send also a mail for cancellation of above orders on [protected]@bagittoday.com.

After that i receive a call from bagittoday executive on dated 27/04/2012 evening, she told me why are you cancel above orders then i said that, i have cheated by Miss Mahi Sharma by wrong committing. i am in a big trouble please cancel these orders, she said to me that i will order to call you for order process from our group and you said to him that please process the orders after that she told me that i also order to give you another call for confirmation, then you told him, that you want to cancel these orders in urgent, and i was do which was she said to me, she also told me that i have your order file please do what i say and your above orders has been cancelled today i.e. 27/04/2011 & you will receive your refund after 7 to 10 days.

This is a big cheating by your executive for your regular customers. i call your customer care number for refund status then i found that my one order having order id [protected] has been dispatched on 30/04/2012 and will be receive soon, sir i want to know that why it is dispatched on 30th April 2012, which is cancelled on 26th & 27th April 2012 on phone, mail & confirmation call.

Sir, Mam please i am not interested to purchase or receive above materials because it was a big cheating by your executive to sale the items.

Yesterday evening i receive your material through courier, kindly give me the procedure to send back above material to your group & get back refund at earliest.

Today I found that i am very helpless after this big cheating by your executive on phone. She said to me that you will definitely win a minimum cash price of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) through demand draft or cheque, and she also said to me that if you are not interested in our products then you will be claimed for refund with in one month & you will receive your payment money between 7 to 10 days.

Sir, Mam i am very tired after calling many times & claimed for refund to your customer care. Kindly solve the above reserve matter and help me to through out this big problem.
