Sir, thank you for selecting me for bag it today. I have been called by an agent at delhi today, regarding the gift. but i request him t see the original jewels which you have given to me. could i see all the detail regarding the winning prize. then only i can easily pay the amount of Rs.599/- or Rs.399/-. And more over is there all the original? could you please be confirm the details of you?

    Dear sir,

    I placed an order in response to your advertisement and paid an amount of Rs. 3298/- through my credit card.
    Today the courier man demanded Rs. 3298/- and when I said that I had already paid the amount, he did not agree and took away the parcel.

    Immediately I contacted the customer care No. 011.40502424 and I was told that the amount was not deducted from my card and asked me for the credit card statement to be submitted to you. Immediately I contacted my credit card wing of SBI which confirmed the deduction of the above amount to Living Media on 2nd May.

    I informed the same to the customer care of Living Media again. They are insisting for the card statement. I will have the card statement only after one month.This is really horrible and playing with the customers.The incharge may please look into the details and sort out the problem.

    Dear Mr./Mrs. Prachi,

    Thank you very much for the reply and the immediate attention towards the customer. I placed the order over phone and I have only the ID booking no.[protected]. I could not understand what ismeant by the auth code and so I am unable to provide the same.

    Please find the attachment of my bank card statement which I resceived todayonly. It clearly shows that an amount of Rs. 3298/ is deducted towards Living Media India to Delhi.

    Please check your accounts and send the order immediately. I am not happy with your customer care people since they were very discourtious towards the customer. They vehimently refused to provide any help or solution. First one gentleman sopke and later a lady sopke who was vsery discourtious. I am very sorry for the bitter experience.

    Any way,I wish to have this as my last attempt to have any deal with LIving Media.

You collected the money through my credit card on 2nd May and till date the material is not sent to me. You are simply passing the time for the reason not known. Any way,

    Please understand one thing. on 15th June I am presenting the entire correspondence at local press club and enlighten the public of Visakhapatnam how your organisation is taking the customers for granted and not CARING THEM. This is not a THREAT. It is the outcome of suffering of a common man. The same day it will come on all the electronic media and next in the news papers.     I had ordered magazine 'Your Child" from India Today Website . Order number is GHCHLDBK-WEB-7023.I have paid the amount using my credit card for the same within first week of April, 2009. But so far order has not been delivered. I have complained about this to India Today's Customer Executives couple of times, but so far not received any response.


    Please solve the issue.

      The response by the bag it today 2 all there complaints is just copy n paste...with the same reply 2 all the complaints...i received my MTV sunglasses after 6 months & the ones i received are fake & not what was shown on the site n confirmed by the telemarketer.
      1. I didnt get any bills or genuine certificate or warranty as claimed.
      2. There isn't any engravement on the lens or anywhere on the glasses marking its a MTV product...its just golden shades u find on the streets not worth more than 100 bucks for which i had 2 shell out 499 rs.

          I have got a call on 16july 2010 from India today book club customer care that you have got a prize of 1 lakh rupees gift voucher in my lucky draw but you have to purchased two product and also pay courier charge for that by credit card only and not by any other way.
          I told why by credit card then he told :sir you have to pay first then the process will continue.
          India today book club customer care representative explained regarding process of getting prize and also purchasing benefit of the product . As he told if you purchased kodak 12mp digital camera then you will get 1GB ipod shuffle ,reebok watch and 5000 rupees gift voucher thourgh courier and 1 lakh rupees gold gift voucher on your email within one week. As he told atleast you are getting 1 lakh ruppes gold gift voucher from that you can purchased gold from any outlet so what is need to worry to purchased 12mp kodak camera with1GB ipod shuffle. Then I have paid the amount of the product 11894 rupees. After that I have waited upto one week but they have not sent anything(product or gift voucher).I was in full tension and tried to call but there representative taking call and telling ,sir voice is not clear due to some problem .I called 3 days continuously then 3rd day customer care representative told, sir you will get product soon and for gift voucher of one lakh rupees contact by email [protected]@indiatoday.com. I have mailed so many times then they have sent product :camera,ipod and watches but not sent the 5000 rupees gift voucher . After 2 days of receiving the product they have sent diamond gift voucher coupon of 1 lakh (each 5000 rupees means 5000+5000+5000+.........) by which you can buy only on www.suratdiamond.com/indiatoday website and not any other places or websites. When I have opened the www.suratdiamond.com/indiatoday , there not a single product cost is less than 8000 rupees.These all diamond gift coupons are of no use without put extra money again means I can not able to purchased a single diamond or gold product by these all vouchers.
          I have no need of camera and ipod but due to misguiding by customer care executives of indiatoday book club by telling the fake benefits of the 1 lakh rupees gift voucher, I have cheated.
          please help in this fraud matters ...........
          why indiatoday book club execitives giving wrong information of gift voucher :-you can purchased at any outlet/any website of one lakh rupees why they have not given information of 1 lakh rupees gift voucher but each 5000 rupees and you can purchase only on suratdiamond/indiatoday where the minimum cost of product is 8000 rupees?
          There is no use of that gift vouchers and suratdiamond products are not available in city at any shop so I can go and do something .

                Further the Bata shoe ordered for looked old & second hand & was covered with dust.

                    I have been seriously cheated by BAG IT TODAY. I have made a complain on 20th September but till now no reply from their site. After talking to the customer care executive I made a complain to the [protected]@bagittoday.com id. But it seems no body care about the complain. Following is the complain what I have send to bagittoday.


                    Hello,
                    1st Complain:

                    I have Received a call from Bag it today INDIA TODAY group on 17th Sept stating that I have won a lucky draw worth 3.3 Lakhs of
                    cash. To receive the same I need to make a payment of Rs. 29,992/- for the TDS amount for 3.3 Lakhs. The persone called himself
                    as Rohit. On the next day again that person called me and i enquired a lot from him. Rohit clearly told me that that amount will go
                    for the TDS and I made a transaction of 29992/- . After that he told me that the transation id was not generated and i need to
                    make another transactiion of 11399/-. After a lots of argument i made another transaction of 11399/-. As per his word, both the
                    transaction will go for the TDS. After that he gave me 2 transaction ids:
                    Booking ID:[protected],[protected]
                    The next day i enquired and came to know that both are the invalid booking ids and the customer care executive asked me to made a
                    complaint to [protected]@bagittoday.com after getting the authentication code from the bank.

                    For 11399/- it's 231108
                    Next complain:

                    On 18th I got a call from your customer care executive and told me that I am getting 7500/- free gift without any transaction. I
                    will get 4 things as I have made a purchase of 15899/- earlier. And he asked me to punch the same card number what I used for the
                    15899/- transaction. I argued a lot as I clearly told him that card should be punched when we have to get a transaction. But that
                    person clearly denied and told me that it's only for generating the id which I have to show to the courier person. After punching
                    the card numbers the some of amount 2500/- got deducted from my credit card and I told him that why 2500/- transaction made through
                    my card. He appoligized me and told me that he had no idea about the transaction and ask me to take the 4 things: 1. travel bag, 2.
                    Holiday package, 3. home utensils, 4. discount Card. this one is a cheating and bad marketting policy.

                    3rd Complain:

                    I have Received a call from Bag it today INDIA TODAY group long back that I have won a lucky draw worth 2.2 lakhs of gold voucher.
                    To receive the same I need to make a payment of around Rs.30000/- for the products as well as for the gold box. I have already got
                    the products but I haven't received the gold box. Now I don't need the gold box. Please refund my transaction whatever I have made
                    towards gold box. Booking ID:[protected].

                    Please refund my money back to my credit card of the following authentication code and booking ids:

                    For 11399/- it's 231108

                    Dear Jayakrishna,
                    Even i was cheated like that only. My case is also similar to you. in fact i was been cheated by BAG IT TODAY settlement team for about Rs. 4, 00, 000/- Till date i have paid the same amount and i am struglling for the same to get it back at least.

                    I also have made a complaint in this consumer complaint site, now they are agreeing to settle my amount but they are asking me to first deleat the complaint from the site and if they will help in deletion they are asking for 170, 000/- Rs. as a charges of google team.


                    Please be aware of such cases in future and try your best to get your amount back. KEep making complaint in this site. one day somebody will reply.

                      I had got a call from the reprentative from India today that I will receive a bumper prize 2.5 L/Blackberry Bold as per their lucky draw. The guy provided me all the details including the addredd and Credit card details that was captured when I booked a HTC mobile/MS Play Station few months ago. He asked me to submit a cash amount to A ONE child foundation trust, which will produce a unique identity number and the prize amount will be tax free. Then he can despatch the courier. I had to believe him as he was able to provide all the data the I gave to India Today group. I transmitted the money of 11K. He gave me the below Aramex tracking number which is not updated from last one month. Also the phone number he was calling is not working now. This is a lession and really allowing me always try to get rid of India today group as they do not have Data security and integrity.

                        Today morning at 11 A.m. i have call from india today (bag it today).and their person told me that in past 1 month you purchase 1 product form us that base you are selected for gold box win and he told me that in gold box you are a guaranteed winner of Rs.50,000 min. and 55,000 maximum- Cash or Gold Vouchers and they do not give us a clear information of what is in this box they give only gift vouchers to us they told me that cash prize you can win and you have to pay 599 as delivery charges and also you have to purchase one product and this product value (Samsung Cam Corder ) is Rs.11399+ Rs.1198 at the end since they are unable to open the box and for thereby the total cost is 13196. then we open gold box and our person told you that what you win either cash prize or gold vouchers of Rs.50,000 - Rs.55000/- value.but when i pay the Total amount of Rs.13196/- by Debit and credit card then their person opens the gold box and tells me that you have won 10 vouchers of 5000 each of Surat diamond which is of no use to us.They are very clearly duping people with false promises and cheaters go astray without legal action against them from anywhere. i would seriously take action against these online fraudsters .

                        What is the smart work they do with us.i decide that i personally go to the consumer court against these fraudsters.i am not accepting these things.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I got a call from India Today tele-shopping department ([protected]) along with an offer of some gold box on 23-Jul-2010. For this I purchased Samsung handy-cam combo of Rs 15990 and also paid Rs.1160 with transaction numbers[protected] and[protected] respectively. I was informed that I will be getting Samsung Handycam worth Rs 17000 and will get a free Philips home theater worth Rs 12000 as free gift. Also, I will get flight coupons of value Rs 7000 and one surat diamond coupon worth Rs 5000. I got the package on 26-Jul-2010. To my shock, the Handycam which I got is of Rs 10990 and the home theater is of Rs 10800. No coupon was sent as well. After repeated mails to [protected]@bagittoday.com, I received the vouchers and flight tickets. But my main issue was the handycam and the home theater. The products mentioned and the products received are totally different. Whenever I emailed asking the situation of the problem, I was asked to wait for some more time. This game is going endlessly till today. I mailed them on 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 11th, 12th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, 26th, 29th and 30th of Aug-2010 and 1st and 3rd of Sep-2010 and got the same reply that my problem has been forwarded to the concerned department and will be solved at its earliest. Finally I got a call on 6th-Sep-2010 from their tele-shopping department number [protected] and I was told that I will be getting the refund in maximum 3 weeks time. I asked how and where to return the product as it was purchased through tele-shopping and the website www.bagittoday.com does not mention any address to return the products purchased through this mode. I was told to wait and they will themselves inform me accordingly. Again no email or call from their side. I mailed them on 13-Sep-2010 about the status and return of the product for which I got the reply that my case has been forwarded to the concerned department and I have to wait for a while. Again no communication was done. So I mailed them on 21st, 22nd and 23rd of Sep-2010. On 24th I got the most shocking reply from some Lalit whose details I am pasting here- “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. We assure you to provide our best possible services in future. We would like to inform you that as per our company terms & condition its not possible to refund your product money to you & already a one month. We will be happy to render any other clarification that you may require in future. Your valuable association with India Bagittoday is prestigious for us.” I called the customer care department ([protected]) on 6-Aug-2010 where I was told that the issue will be resolved in 72 hours. I called on 23-Aug-2010 and had a word with Neeraj who suggested me to keep the product as it is as the process of refund is too lengthy. In other words he was telling me to forget the money spent. I am totally amazed by the attitude. After the shocking mail from Mr. Lalit, I called to the customer care department again last Friday i.e. 24-Sep-2010 and had a word with Rahul who told me that the refund process has not been initiated and suggested me to return the product without which my refund won’t be initiated (One more new information!!) but didn’t provide the address. I called again same day and had a word with Kuldeep who told me that the system was down and I need to call on Monday. Today I called again and same executive Neeraj answered the call who told me flatly that my ground for asking the refund is not worthy and well enough and I won’t get the refund. I still asked him to register the complaint and give me the complaint number for which he initially told the complaint number is of no use. But when I insisted, he gave me the number as 635948. I asked him that should I return the product, he told me not to do so as I would lose both the product and the amount paid and I would be responsible for this!!! For the information, the products are kept packed in the same box and in the same condition in which I got them, totally unused. We customers are paying our hard earned cash for these products. And these people cheat us? I trusted the brand "India Today" that is why I spent such a nice sum just by a phone call for tele-shopping. This is not done. I want my money back which I paid towards the Handycam combo as soon as possible. Is this some kind of fraud game going on with you guys where you people send cheap products and charge whatever you want and if some customer is not satisfied, you tell him this? India Today is a very big brand and don’t spoil the name of such a brand.
                          I hope my problem will be addressed properly this time and I get my refund as soon as possible and the suffering I am facing for past 2 months will come to an end.

                            This is Maran from Chennai.

                            I have made some purchase of products from India today last year and they were communicating me the information on Sweepstakes contest that they are conducting for the members.

                            On 15/04/2010, I got a call from India today book club that the sweepstakes contest will be completing by April 30th and to participate on that I need to place an order for a Mobile phone (they said it's blackberry but I received Samsung OMNIA) for Rs. 14998.00. I made the purchase by order no.[protected] and the executive said I will receive a confirmation mail on my registertration to the contest shortly. But I haven't received it.

                            Then on 22/04/2010, I received another call from India today for another purchase to increase my chances of winning the contest. For that I need to place order for LONGINES Watch for Rs. 21750.00. I made this order also by order no.[protected].

                            Then again I got a call to do a purchase of Whirl Pool Water Purifier for Rs. 14598.00 and contest will complete by May 30th. I made the order by order no.[protected] as they convinced me that this will be my last purchase for the contest. Here I got a doubt, so called their customer care and asked the details about the contest and they said the date is not confirmed and no need of purchasing any products to get into it as I have already been qualified for the contest.

                            Then I realized that these people are cheating us by giving fake promises and made use of our trust over their brands. Immediately I have canceled the order that I have placed for water purifier and requested for Refund.

                            Till now I have made more than 35 calls to their customer care and every time they use to say, I need to wait for few more days and nothing has happened. I have mailed them on my refund, initially they were replying my mails asking me to wait for few days but then stopped replying my mails also.

                            Mean while I got another call stating that I have won a prize money of Rs 120000.00 and to avail this I need to place an order on Holiday Package for Rs. 7000. I made this with order no.[protected] and after 2 days I got a call that my order was placed as 21st entry and the prize is given for 20 people so to participate in another contest I need to place another order.

                            I got fed up with this and I have decided to stop all my transactions with India Today, so asked them to cancel my order for holiday package also stating them clearly that it should not be processed and I need the refund immediately. But again to force me get the product they have dispatched it and said by mistake we have done it, so you can refuse it at your door step. I did the same and again I am calling them for this refund also. Till now there is no improvement on my refund process.

                            My Credit card is getting expired by next month. So it will be very difficult for me to get the refund from them once my credit card expires. Please consider my complaint with priority and do the needful.

                                It is regret to say that after 16 days of complaint made on consumer complaint I have not received neither product nor refund.Once again immediate actions are requested to arrange for refund of the same as now I don't want the product.

                                I have purchased the product sazz 16cd's set online on 19.09.08 for Rs.2599/-, and i have not received the product from them and when i call them they are saying that they sent on vpp and asking me wait for 20-30 days. When i ask for their superiors they always tell that nobody is available. When i have sent mail for refund they are saying that it will take minimum 60 days to respond on that mail. I want somebody to help me to getting my money back. Even i asked my bank to reimburse the amount paid to this product, but they are asking me to get letter from them saying they have not having any problem to cancell the transaction. If they are giving that much service then why i call to bank. I request police to take some action on the company and return the money to all the customers.

                                India Today Book Club — Money paid - But haven't received the order yet

                                Hi,

                                I ordered for a Reebok Shoe along with a United colors of Benetton watch (which came together in an offer) on internet on 25th Feb, 2009. I got a confirmation of my web order as MITC-WEB[protected] which I was supposedly told to receive within 3-4 weeks from the date of order. The amount paid on e-transaction was debited from my account, but I'm yet to receive the ordered objects. I tried calling the Delhi number but I couldn't get any positive response from them.

                                It's almost been a month and It's to my utter dis-belief to notice that I'm not the only one who has faced this problem. I can't believe that such a prestigious group could be so unprofessional and in-efficient in their execution.

                                Please suggest me how to get my money back.

                                India Today Book Club — haven't received the order more than 2 months

                                i had placed an order 2 months back, have paid Rs. 2800 for the order and they have told us that ill get the gift within 2 weeks and now its more than 2 months, they are just playing around giving wrong information, doing nothing. everybody have same lines to speak as only 4 lines are given to them to speak in their training. when i have placed the order on 15 feb they have told me that ill get within 2 weeks, when i haven't received it more than 2 weeks i have given them a call they s=told me that their is no order like this and i haven't placed any order. then i have send them my credit card statement more then 3 times & there was no response till now. Then have reordered my gift on 22 march and again assured me that ill get me gift within a week & now its more that 2 weeks. there is no response from there side.

                                It was very bad experience with TIMES OF INDIA BOOK CLUB. they just wasting money & our time.

                                I HOPE COMPLAINTS FORM WILL HELP ME TO GET ME ORDER.
                                I was ordered a encyclopedia in March 2008 but till date I m waiting for my consignment. Can some body help me out? How to lodge a online complain in consumer forum? What to do with this kind of company who is also running a very reputed Media company. Never expected this kind of act from such a company.

                                I got a message on my cell ;
                                "Dear Harsh Gupta, you had ordered on 27-08-09 for Rs. 574 through internet with India Today Book Club. Please SMS ITBC<space> YES on 52424 to confirm your order."
                                In fact, i hadn't placed any order to ITBC, that why i reply to 52424 with NO for not confirmed the fake order in the response of my SMS again new message as below;
                                "Thanks for ur order. Pay on delivery. The order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks at ur address as per our database. TnC apply."

                                So, in the view of the all above said, Please do the needful as its urgent, all these happening to most of people and hard action must be taken for such kind of fake orders/shipments etc.
                                I have been followowing up with India Today book club since the last 4 months, but I have not gor the delievery of the product. The followup of the mail is pasted below for your reference.

                                India Today Book Club — Non Receipt of Product after the payment

                                Hello,

                                I had made an online purchase with ITBC worth Rs. 2298 by my credit card. The product range had Reebok Kit with various scheme. The payment was done on 28th August 2009 and we were assured from ITBC that we would receive our products within 15 days after the payment is done but till date, we have not received anything from them. They also have lame replies all the time we mail them. We are sick and tired of their lame excuses.

                                My membership ID is ITBC09936414 and Order no is M-COMMERECE/0GA[protected]. Its been almost 2 months now and I think we have fallen into a fraud scheme. Also the customer service numbers, they have provided are also fraud. As the toll free number[protected] is of ICICI bank and no one answers on the number[protected].

                                On 1.12.08 I paid Rs748.00 through my creditcard to India today book club for Reebok shoes as per their offer.From past 11 months I have called them many times for this ,all the times I have been receiving same reply i.e "we will despatch the shoe within 15 days,at present we dont have stock" Since I am staying at Hyderabad all the times I need to call them through STD calls and they takes huge time for this reply also.I am giving below some complain numbe .Apart from amount paid ,I have spent more than Rs1000.00 for this STD call and wasted huge time without any fault from my end.
                                I have ordered an samsung (C)star mobile phone through India today book club on 9th dec 2009 and made the payment of it immediatly through 2 credit cards of hdfc bank and till today it hasnt been delivered, and any time i call the custmoer care i get some new things to hear.
                                1. i called on 21st of dec the representative told me that by 30th dec it will be delivered.
                                2. when i called on 30th after not getting the delivery the representative told me it will take 7 more days when i said i want the confirmation he told me to mail to [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com and you will get the written confirmation,i did that the same time but till today i didnt get any confirmation.
                                3. when today i.e. 2nd jan2010 i called the call center they told me that that payment is not received thats why your mobile is not send,and again he asked for 7 days time.

                                but the fact is that the payment of 10098/- Rs. is made on the same day i.e.9th of dec 2009 i have the bank credit card statement with me.

                                Now what should i do i want an action against them not only my mobile to be delivered to me but also they should be penalised for there cheating they do very delibratly.
                                I have booked a 9.2 kodak digicam with India Today Book Club. Order no. was M-COMMERCE/0GA[protected] dated 27th October 2009. I made the payment of Rs. 5298/- by ICICI Bank netbanking. They send me an e-mail that I will recive the product within 2 weeks. After expiry of 2/3 weeks when I enquired from them about despatch of product they intimated me by e-mail that the product is out of stock and they would like to refund my money and asked me for the credit card statement. I have sent the net banking statement. They remain silent for more than 2 weeks and not replying to my mail. In the first week of December 2009 they intimated me that they have sent me the product on 20th Nov. 2009 by Blue Dart courier. After a lapse of 15 days when I enquired from Blue Dart they informed me that the shipment is untraceable and they had intimated India today Book Club about it. When I enquired from India Today Book Club they intimated me to wait for some more time before they could take any action. Again on December 19th or 20th when I write to ITBC they informed me to wait for 10-15 days and they will settle the matter. on expiry of 15 days when I wrote to them on 4th January 2010 they wrote to me that my mail is sent concerned department and asked me to wait for some more time.
                                Now I feel they are not interested to settle my payment .

Even after 3 weeks it has not been shipped. I requested a refund, which was not entertained. The reason given, it is raining, hence it is getting delayed.                                     I had purchased the below said item on 26th March and rec’d the parcelbut the below said items are missing from the parcel!!

                                    One of your Booking Manager Mr. Jay Dixit call us and offer tour package of 4N/5D @ 5998+550. we refused because on occasion of my anniversary we have booked our dates for travel to Daman only hotel booking is pending and also time gap required for booking is more then 30 days but Mr. Jay called after 10 min and told us that the hotel which we are looking is available and he will provide booking in this package only. on his commitment we pay the money immediately thorough Credit card. He calls back once again and told us that you are winner of one more offer as last booking member, if you book 2nd package you will get 5 benefits i.e., 1 apple ipod, lifetime membership and bla bla. Next day onward he is not picking phone. Your customer care is just saying what your policy say.

                                    Mr. Jay promise me to book "Ci-Da-De-Daman Resort" for 10th of May 2012.
                                    but All my journey is got ruined by him.

Priya. She says material will reached in 2 to 3 weeks. But I confirm on 22/02/2009 she say it will reach upto 26/02/2009. But on 28/02/2009 again I contact the above telephone no. Mr. Prashant is attend the call and he say that your product is return back due to refusal, I am shocked and asked him to give me the detail of the courier but he refused, again on 01/03/2009 I contact on telephone Mr. Lalit is attend the call and I request him to give the courier name, consignment No. and contact No. first he refused I asked him to contact the call to your supvisor or senior than he give me consignment and courier name i.e. Blue Dart but not give the telephone of courier. I take a telephone of customer care from courier boy he gave me the number[protected] than I contact they say that company has given the address B-44, Arun Nagar, New Delhi. and telephone no. 40028647 instead of the above address they refuse to send the consignment. The consignment hand over to the Blue dart courier on 07/02/2009 vide consignment no.[protected] and return by courier on 19/02/2009 and co. enter in their on 26/02/2009. Till date I have not received the product I have contact on telephone supervisior Mr. Jitender Thakur, Mr. Vishal and Mr. Wazim Khan and other call centre attendant. All say the products will reached within a week. I asked Mr. Jitender Thakur please cancel my order I have booked and refund my money but he refuse. I also complanit through executive vide complaint no. 4546 dated 01/03/2009 and 31956 dated 22/03/2009 but reply received or communication. The staff is say they are customer care but where is the customer care they do. They neither inform me nor drop a letter of return the consignment by the courier.
                                        You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful and compensate me for delay the products and interest of my credit card.

                                        India Today Book Club — Non receipt of Reebok Fitness Kit

                                        Hi,

                                        I had booked 2 Reebok Fitness Kits on 5th Feb, 2009 after seeing the ad in Mail Today. When I was placing the orders I was told that I would be receiving the orders within 15 days and that if I paid by credit card I would be receiving a Reebok wallet and a Key chain free. So I paid for my orders by credit card. The order numbers are -

                                        After around 20 days I received a call from First Flight courier service that one of my orders has come but it was Cash on Delivery. I asked them to return it and contacted the Customer Service of Living Media. They said that both my orders have been put on Cash on Delivery and I would have to send my credit card statement by e-mail to prove that I have paid by credit card and then they will punch another order on that basis and send it to me. I called them again after a couple of days and this time some customer service agent told me that it was done by mistake he would change the status of my order to be paid by credit card. I received my 2nd order (No- [protected]) after a few days, but it did not have the free gifts I was told I would be getting. On contacting customer service, some agent told me that I would have to visit the site www.indiatodaybookclub.com and claim my free gifts. After searching the site for a couple of days and failing to find the way to claim my free gifts I contacted them again. This time I was told that I don't have to go to that site and that it would sent to me directly. the agent said that he has punched in to dispatch my free gifts to me and I would be receiving it within a few days. When I didn't receive it I contacted them again, and this time I was told that the gifts have not been dispatched to me as they are out of stock and they don't know when they will receive the stocks. So, I should keep on contacting them and when they will have the stock, they will send me the free gifts, but they don't know how much time this was going to take.

                                        All this while whenever I called up for my free gifts I would enquire about my first order (No- [protected]), and I was always told that it has been dispatched and I would receive it soon enough. Whenever I asked them why it was taking so long for the order to come, they asked me to contact the courier service and check with them. Upon firmly telling them that it was their job to find out why the courier service was taking so long, one agent booked my complaint and told me that someone will be reverting back to with the reason for delay within 24 hours, but that call never came. Around a week back I got a call from First Flight courier again that my Kit has come but it is Cash on Delivery. I sent it back again and contacted the customer service. I was told that indeed my order was booked for cash on delivery and I would have to send my credit card statement to them and then they will send my order. I called them 2-3 times to tell them to change it to paid by credit card, but every time i was told that even though it was their fault, they cannot do anything about it. So, finally I sent them my credit card statement yesterday to email id [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com. I called customer service to tell them that i have sent them the statement and I was told that I would receiving a response within 48 hours, and I am still waiting for their response.

                                        So, now I have received one order but not the free gift that goes with it and I am still waiting for my 2nd order (it has been 48 days that i placed the orders). After I receive my 2nd order then only I can claim the free gifts for it. And today I got 4 calls from India Today Book Club and each time I was told that I have sent them some SMS (which I have not sent) and they are responding to it and each of the agents tried to sell me some or the other product of Reebok.

                                        I had placed a telephonic order for the ReebokStyle Kit on the 30 Nov2009 costing Rs.2999/-+Rs.200/- for shipping charges on the IndiatodayBookClub. The payment was made through the SBI Credit Card bearing last 4 digits as 9250. The payment was cleared on the same day and was also confirmed by the rep of the firm. The monthly card statement dated 15 Dec 2009 also shows the debit and the payment to the Living media. I tried calling the firms help line 4 times and actually sent the scanned copy of the card statement thro E-Mail on [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.in and [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.in on two defernt occassions. However I have not yet received the kit eventhough more than a month has passed.

                                        I placed an order for a Reebok fitness kit comprising of 4 items (track suit, shoes, bag and a towel). The payment was made through my credit card and the money was debited from the card account. However, I am yet to receive the goods even after 16 months. I have made innumerable calls to their Delhi number and always get the same answer that they are forwarding my complaint to their despatch and I should be getting my goods soon. The same was the reply for several emails sent. I am really fed up with this company. Being a media company they should maintain some basic honesty in their deals. If they cannot deliver the goods they have no right to keep my money with them. They should atleast return it with interest from the day they received the money.

                                        The order has not reached mumbai uptill now, inspite of approximately 40 mails and communications and umpteen no of calls. Each time you get a stereotyped response to the mail but there is no decision on the problem. the call centre executives after waiting for atleast 10 minutes each time to talk just hang up in between and it is frustating to start all over again.
                                        All i want to know is when can itbc deliver its promise or refund my money.

                                        I purchased a Reebok fitness kit against invoice no.ORA[protected] dt.28 feb.2009 but the shoe no in kit 10 instead my order is no. 6 as per discussion the same box return by on dot courier no.[protected] dt 12/3/09 .after many telephone conversation company not return the same till today. this is the last warning to company if company not refund my amount within one month i move on consumer court.I am waiting your reply.pl.refund RS 3400.

                                        After many conversation ITBC sent a mail & say my refund sent through blue dart courier consignment no [protected] dt 6-10-10 but this consignment no.is wrong as per blue dart.ITBC cheat me every time pl.resolve the issue

                                        I submit a complaint through this site on aug.2010 in this regard ITBC send mail the refund send in credit card but I not use any type of credit card again I send mail then ITBC mail that the refund ch. send through blue dart courier against consignment no.[protected] on dt. 6-10-10 but as per blue dart no booking against this consignment.Once again ITBC cheat me.

                                        Reebok — sbi creditcard statement

                                        Wih reference to the above subject, it is to inform you that i, Mr Rajan Kodamana had placed an order for rebok articles which includes shoes, bag, sunglasses etc costing about rupees 3000. This order was placed through an advertisement on Times of India news paper. However the same articles are not recieved by me till today. Wherese in the montly statement of July 2010 of my sbi credit card number [protected] of Mr Rajan Kodamana charged rupees 3298/- and debited as the pending payment towards the living media india ltd delhi. Subsequently adding the late fee charges in he statement for the month of Aug, Sept, and Oct of 2010.

                                        As such, you are requsted to give necessary instruction to the sbi card authority to do the necessary correction and a freshup to date statement may be issued at an early date to settle for any payment.
