I have ordered a Watch for Rs 6,296/- on 4th Sept. Billing ID[protected] for my cousin in India.
I am supposed to receive the item (along with free gift of another watch) within 3-4 weeks.

Now we are on 7th week, I didnt receive it. I am trying to call the call center number[protected] and it is not working. It says connecting to the execuctive, but gets disconnected.

I have got a call on 16july 2010 from India today book club customer care that you have got a prize of 1 lakh rupees gift voucher in my lucky draw but you have to purchased two product and also pay courier charge for that by credit card only and not by any other way.
I told why by credit card then he told :sir you have to pay first then the process will continue.

I had placed an order for Bata Shoes against web order no.[protected]. Alongwith the pair of shoes I received a no. of substandard free items as follows:
1 no. Reebok sipper which leaks
