I had received a call from India Today Book Club for a digital camera and placed order over phone and paid money through credit card.

The order was placed in oct 14-15th. Order number orb[protected]ts. Its been more than half an year and i have not received the product. I have been following up with India Today Book club. Finally on 21 Dec 2009 One Mr Azeem Khan said he will refund the money to my credit card itself.br...

This is the worst and pathetic online shopping experience I ever had. Whenever I call at your customer care, your representative gives me some weird answer. Today they are saying I have placed the order on 21st Jan however it was placed on 5th Jan. Now they are saying that it will take another 7 working days to process.

Prior to this I received 2 calls from your side on 21st Jan and was told that the stuff is being dispatched...

India Today Book Club is one of the biggest cheater brand which is still running with a big brand name.
Never ever trust this company and never lure to any of their offers. They are in to online fraud business.
Even after 3 months I haven't received either my order or the refund.
