[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — CEILING FAN PROBLEM SINCE 11 MONTHS
I bought Bajaj Grace Gold ceiling fan on Oct 2007 and since then i m suffering like a hell.
A fan has a golden ring on its bottom ends and it has broken 5 times. After breaking, ring falls anywhere rapidly and will Bajaj company pay if it hurts any1 in my house? My complaint no. is 160559. I have given complaints end no. of times to their service centre at Goregaon west contact no.32670580. I have spoken to Mr.Sawant and Mr.Naval [[protected]] and there is no use of it. They are very lazy people and are just giving false assurances and never give a callback from their side. Noone is ready to solve my problem.
Wat they do is just send tech to change ring and nothing else. Last time my fan stopped working and it was taken to service centre and brought again. They have changed motor, bearings and ring. There's no use, so i simply want my fan to be replaced by another new one under guarentee. Or else refund my money back bcoz a piece which i got is faulty and will not be repaired.
Again i complained to their call centre and they gave me a new complaint no.1877360. After that i got a call from ur technician and he visited my house. He said my mom that he will change ring for 6th time. My mom havent allowed him bcoz this has happened 5 times earlier and said him to change fan. Tech said that "our company can only change ring and nothing else" this is 2 weeks before. Is this Bajaj's service? Since then their no call or reply from their side.
I m also been mailing them on their respective id's but again no use as mails get failed continously. I dont think Bajaj ppl are interested at all in resolving complaints of customers. I will request everyone to not to buy any of the Bajaj products or else u will never get a service.
