I purchased one mixer of bajaj Model no. JMG JX5, whoose jar was broken within a month for which I approached Asha Electricals Raigarh (Authorised Service Centre). i purchased bajaj mixer grinder on 8/9/2008 .at that time your dealer told me that the grinder has 2 years guaranty .but the dealer closed their shop last week, now my grinder has a complient on the switch...now my mixi is not working.i purchased this frm "MARVELL AGENCIES"kodungallur. tell me other dealler that i can meet...in thrissur dst(kerala) jithin joshy

We have purchased Food Processor of bajaj from Sehanjali shop located in Nallasopara ( West ) in May but not happy with the product becoz After many complaint no one has response to us within a month for which I approached Sehanjali shop (Authorised Sales Centre).& My wife requested many time to send the service person to check the Food Processor
My Wife is Completely Disturb & Im working In Sri Lanka
& I DONT KNOW WHAT WILL BE THE RESULT IF I ARRIVE IN MUMBAI OF THE SHOP & THE PRODUCT Becoz I dont want my Family to get disturb for search thing
I have log a complian to the consumer forum also
