hi
i have applied for a lone of 10600 which the bank financed me. i have given 8 pdc cheques.
sicne the clearance date of the cheque was 15th of every month the bank didnt put the january cheque on the due date and on feburay they have put Jan and Feb cheque together which resulted in bouncing of one cheque.
i got call from collection person and i advised him to collect the payement but they didint turn up until aug.
now as if i have made the bounced cheque payment but there is a penelty amount which is reflecet and my name still in Civil list.
i called up and spoken to Mr Rahul Sharma lot of time but now he is not picking up my call and my case is still lying pending
Due to this my lone request to lot of bank has been rejected and i am facing lot of problem.

As i have taken the loan againt my Acer Laptop from Bajaj Finance and I have already full fill my loan to Bajaj But still i didn't recieved my NOC of my loan.

I have a pre approved personal loan with bajaj finance as per my previous track record, they said you need to submit some documents and in 4 to 5 workings days you will receive the DD. it has been 12 days since i have given the documents there is no clue from pune their customer catre.
whenever i call the customer care they say they wil call back but they have never done that.
even at the local branch level they have no clue they have been telling that today you will receive your Chq, but i have not recieved anything yet.
Kindly help me out to whom should i talk and get the things done.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This is my second reminder that i'm facing problem in gear shift of my new bike (Discover DTSI 135cc) which is only 1 month old. I have already visit your Rajiv raj automobiles at bhajanpura six times for same problem but nobody is responsible enough rectify my concern infact MR. Jaichand supervisor & Mr.Tejpal manager of your outlet says that "this problem is common in every DIscover bikes". Now the problem has increased in recent past.
I would resquest you to please look into matter ASAP.

I had taken a Washing Machine and a Refridgerator on finance from Bajaj Finance, Since May I had cleared all my dues and outstanding to the company, Mr Ashok of Vapi Sales office has receiving my dues from my residence and assured on the letterhead of the company that the documents should reach with in 2 weeks. As I had given post dated cheques for all the installments to the company afterforth I had deposit the cash against my outstanding dues, neither the company is returning my cheques nor the clearence certificate, My refriderator and Washing machine are required repairing but due to not having the Original documents I am unable to get it repaired with in the Warranty Period.

Mr. Ashok is refering to contact at your Navsari Office otherwise he is helpless.Shall I go to the cosumer Protection Forum?

Mera name Prashant Parmar hai, mere sister ne bajaj fianance mense loan liya tha, humne sari lond monthly cheque se paid kardi. lekin pichle ke 6 month se hame paresan kiya jaa raha hai ki aapka 1 cheque bounce hunva hai, jub ki sabhi paid ho chuka hi,
jo cheque no ye log bol raha hai 358301 ka payemnt[protected], 358302 ka payment on[protected] ye dono paid hochuke hai.
hum ne ye bank passbook ki xerox copy usko copy 3 dar di hai aur 4th time manga raha hai, so please help me what to do?, aur bol rahe he aapko deneme kyaa problem hai, aap nahi doge to aapke ghar bar bar hamare log ayege.
Agar hamara cheque bounce huva hai to uska sahi cheque no. kyun nahi de raha hai, aur bank me hamare a/c me bhi bhi paisa hai to vo, bank mese paise kyun nahi nikal lete. Pass book me aisi koi bhi entry nahi hai jisse pata chale ki hamara cheque bounce huva hai. Agar sahi me hamar cheque bounce huva hai to sahi cheque no. de to aaj ki date me bhi hum payment karne ko ready hai, par ye aisa bhi kuch nahi batate.

Every month, I receive atleast 3 calls from the recovery agents from Bajaj Finance Limited. Somebody had purchased a Bajaj Pulsar or Calibar and has disappeared.

He has given false phone number (ie. [protected], unfortunately belonging to me) and no address. These recovery guys have been harrassing me for the EMIs whereas I dont have to do anything with them. Despite repeated explanations, they do get into senseless arguments that why should they call me if they did not have that number in their records. If I ask them to give the phone to their manager, they just disconnect the phone line. They tell me that I would be related to this person. Clearly the name of that person who has taken the loan, belongs to Muslim community, and I dont have to do anything with him.

Bajaj finance has to be more responsible while providing loans for their bikes. Clearly, they have not followed the policy of collecting proper documentation before sanctioning the loan and now their recovery agents are trying to act smart. I cant even mention about the loan details here because I am not aware of anything.

Ple note my following complaints:
1) Bajaj Finance Gives advertisement in all leading dailies and also in television that they finance two wheeler (XCD 125) with a down payment of Rs. 9, 999/-. Now when I went to the Frontier Bajaj Showroom, Jabalpur, to purchase a two wheeler (XCD - 125) through Bajaj Finance then they said that I need to pay them Rs. 12, 364/(which includes processing charges and all) and at the same time they said that it would take 4 hrs to deliver the vehicle and may extend upto a day). When asked the reason why it is so then they said that verifications are required to be done. I agreed.

One person came for veifications and made a comment that I've changed my rented house, which is just opposite to my old rented house, so stability is becoming a problem. I showed him old postpaid telephone bill in which there was a proof of my old address and told him that he can also enquire in my company where I'm working and given him the number oflate. I've been residing in Jabalpur since May'06. Everything was completed. I once again called up to Bajaj finance in the evening to understand the status and when can i lift the two wheeler. They could not answer and after 4-5 calls they told me that they got approval from their Bhopal office for me but I need to pay Rs. 15, 500/ - as a Down payment. When I asked the reason they said since I've cahnged my rented house address so they are not convinced abt my stability so I need to pay the above mentioned amount. The whole day was wasted. I tried to understand why it is so they could not come up with any answers. If I pay Rs. 15, 500/- will my stability of staying at my present residence would be increased or what?

My question is why they give such advertisement to misguide and fool people if they can not stick to their comments, what they show in their advertisement. Pls help...

I had purchased a Bajaj Discover Dtsi 125cc bike on 6/3/06 from the dealer KVR Motors, Thalassery. Immediately after the end of the warranty of 2 years, on April of 2008, the silencer of the bike started to make sounds from inside. The technicians told me that it was because of some welding problem inside the silencer and it couldnot be repaired. I waited nearly 5 months to get the new silencer fixed on 27/8/08. I have paid Rs.3177/- (three thousand one hundred and seventyseven only) for the new silencer.
It is a pity that a costly part like silencer fails in 2 years time. The bike ran only 16300 km. All the services were done as per your instructions. It is very clear that the silencer failed because of the quality of workmanship. You may have reasons to reject the warranty claim because the warranty period was over. But for an average customer like me, changing a part which costs Rs.3177/- after only 24 months is unbearable especially when the fault was not because of me. That is why I have decided to inform you about my feelings. Also I have decided that my next bike will not be a Bajaj.

i hade financed a hcl computer from bajaj finance.The payment of installments had completed on Feb 2008 without any cheque bounce.But when i asked for my clearence invoice, they say that papers are displaced and they have to search for it.Some Mr Padhee even says that 'dont disturb me further'.

Would really appreciate to look into the matter as to why the finance of a Samsung Digital Camera supposed to be purchased from 'Symphony' in collaboration with Wipro Ltd., was rejected. After talking to the concerned representative from Bajaj Financing, 'Pradip' (contact number: [protected]), who was not only rude to me, but also told me that the transaction is declined due to discrepency with my Vodafone post paid bill. He went further to say that I am a defaulter and did not pay my Vodafone bills, Pradip as well mentioned that the website and 'cd-rom' discrepencies from Vodafone rejected my finance. (I dont have the faintest idea of what he had meant by that).
Immediately afterwards, I called Vodafone Customer service who clearly told me that no such outstanding amount is due from my side. 'Moushali' from vodafone confirmed the same and instructed me to write a mail.
Since, my vodafone number is very much active and any kind of discrepency of my number is ruled out by vodafone customer care representative, how can the finance be rejected?
On what grounds can a step like this be taken without any valid proof?
This is not only a matter of a purhase of a digital camera, this as well equally rebukes my intergrity and is a contempt to my self respect. I would really appreciate, you to look into the matter and let me know about what exactly is going on.
Why is it that I am harrassed for no fault from my end?

i purchased the vehicle on 1st of jan i am not happy with the free service, on my first service it is quite ok, in my second service the gear shifting problem was same like before, i lost the petrol while it was given to service, in the third service i told the same problem, but it remains the same, no proper response, i need some response from u, i will suggest to my all friends not to go for bajaj if it continues,

I thought the due date is 7th of every month.That was informed by store person and i did not receive any details from Bajaj. I credited my August month Emi(2nd installment) at 5th August afternoon. But the amount was cleared 5-Aug-2008 Morning. So my check was bounced. Immediately i paid the amount in your office directlyat 11-Aug-2008. Receipt no 49250. Becuase i want proper repayment track. Now you once again debited the emi amount from my account(Ac no [protected] Bank Standard chartered bank)You have received two times for August month emi. Please reverse the amount to my account. i have took loan on the basis of mine 12th based board marksheet, they took 4m me 1200rs as per registration fee and told that a team of our company along with a advocate will come to you 4 its original verification, but didnt called me yet we i called them, again when we called them then one of its member told to submit rs 92500 as 1% of 9 lakh 90 thousand, when we opposed to it as we were not informed before then they told its ur wish, as per i was in need of the loan i sumbitted it to in their bank when they provided their sanction letter to me then they again demanded 4 rs 12000 but we refused strongly to it then after that they switched off their mobiles, fax ph and also their landline.so sir i request you to pay ur attention towards this as its address given was bajaj finance ltd., office no:204, Rajendra tower, janakpuri, newdelhi.
sir i will be really obliged to u 4 this if you pay attention towards it as we have been badly harrazed by it.

this is rakesh. I had applied for a personal loan from Bajaj Finance Limited by seeing an ad on newspaper. As i contacted them they 1st asked me for Rs 2250 as their verification charge. And told me tht after the verification they ll take around Rs 20000 towards processing charges. But after payment of these two charges they asked for more money towards other charges. already i have paid around Rs 60000 hoping tht i will get the loan. But now those guys have disapppeared and not receiving my call. They are luring people by quoting very attractive rate of interest around 4% p.a. They are mentioning that their office is in delhi, connaught place. Normally they are using tataindicom phones. So any one comes accross such deal be extremely careful. These are jus fraud people. I believe i am not the only customer so badly harassed by Bajaj Finance ltd. I had taken a Bajaj Scooter bearing registration no. AP13H 5552 a few years ago and now as all of my cheques were cleared i called them up to inquire if I can get my original Registration Certificate now. After trying to get connected in vain for more than a week (They never answer the calls) I went to their Tarnaka office where nobody showed any interest to my queries. After pleading from desk to desk i was told that there was a balance of Rs.1100 towards some insurance that i had never subscribed to and i never received any policy letter for the same. They said it had been posted to my postal address and whether I received it or not is none of their concern. Anyway i went to their office again two days later and deposited the insurance charges (the insurance that i never received) and then was told to come back after a month. After 40 days i tried calling them again to enquire if my R.C had arrived, after two days of desperate calling (I wonder why did they install all these telephones in the first place when they never bother to pick them up) I once again drove all the way to Tarnaka only to be told that it will take another ten days, which could have been conveyed over the phone and i would have definitely saved fuel and most important, my time. This time around the person in charge gave me all his contact details so that i won't have to repeat this ordeal. The nos. he gave were 27006401 and his personal mobile no. [protected] and he said his name is Srinivas. After ten days very hopefully i dialed the above two nos for four days continuously and as expected nobody answered. And then miraculously on the fifth day this guy answered the phone on 27006401 and the moment i said that i have been calling you guys since four days, he started shouting on me. He said he is not my servant to answer my questions and started using such abusive language the contents of which are very inappropriate to be published. I get to hear such sweet language just because i dared to ask him why they are not picking up calls. And after emptying his bundle of swear language he banged the phone on my face and naturally did not answer the call again. Even after abusing me to the core he didn't bother to let me know whether my R.C was available or not. After all this I just want to thank the Bajaj Finance guys for their hospitality and i promise I'll see to it that my next 10 generations will never ever deal with them. I have bought more than 5 two wheelers through Bajaj Finance and even got their letter of Satisfaction and there is even a current finance on my laptop which just started. I also want to let them know that i am going to stop the cheque payments for the laptop effective this month. For a change let them call me and come to my place for payments. What goes around comes around...

But it is really a pathetic and bad experience with bajaj that still my emi is getting deducted from my account.

I purchased a laptop from COMNET VISION(INDIA) PVT.LTD- Neheru Place, new delhi, which was financed by bajaj Finance dated 12th Mar 2008. As per agreement i have given eight post dated cheques Rs.3750/- * 8. Till the date Three cheques have been cleared from my Standered Chartered Bank account but still i have not got any confirmation from Bajaj Finance even i have not been provided my loan account number with bajaj and there is no communication after 12th march 2008.

However, so many times i called your agent who conducted the deal named PUSHPARANJAN MOB- [protected], did not take any action regarding this except false promise. Also according to deal i have got insurance coverage for 1 year for my laptop but no such document i have got though your agent promised at the time of purchase that all the necessary documents i will receive within a month at my address.

So, having experience with this kind of business deal i have decided to stop payment till the time i receive all necessary document though i am a sincere customer i have to take this decision.

Here i want to quote that when i communicated with your agent he replied that he has no responsibility with this issue he has completed his job and now bajaj and I he is no where in between then where i will go???????????
