Dear Sir,

On 19th March 2013 I have received a call from the no: [protected] who introduced himself to be a police officer from Delhi Police Control room. He also gave me a number of a so called advocate named S.P Sharma and asked me to call at [protected]. When I called that guy he asked me to immediately make a payment of Rs. 14122/- within half an hour to HDFC bank account no. [protected] of Bajaj Finance Limited. to hold my case otherwise he will send my warrant to local police and get me arrested. He is telling me I have purchased some product 10 years before and defaulted in payment. This is ridiculous. When I have asked for my cheque no, bank name and loan account number and the material I have purchased, they do not have any answer. I have reported this to matter to Bangalore police station, they said, if I get call like this for couple of times , then will register a complaint.

Request you to ask the person calling to stop calling to people like me. I have read many complaints in the internet about the call from this number to many people.

Appreciate you action immdiately to avoid inconvenince to general public. If there are any dues any any body, please send a letter with the complete loan details either in person or by courier to the address and ask them to comment and make payment.

i have been literally cheated by bajaj finance limited , i had loan which got closed 2008 year back and after 2010 again every month some money got debited from bank account , and when i checked , it was zero percent intrest loan , and my account is debited 15000 more apart from the loan from my bank account , and when i complaint , to agency of bajaj , none responded , nobody answered my calls , and one reason was they shifted their office and other was concerned person is not available , and top of that they have updated in my cibil records 2553 overdue ,, after robbing from bank account , and i recieve hoax calls from delhi nos and they tell try to extort me that transfer 75000 to bajaj finace account that loan is overdue and we have registered your case with bajaj in supreme court , and pay today before 3 pm.


i have collected all calls and this no , i want to know who all people are cheated with bajaj finance and i am going to take this to CBI / Central govt instiution , and to media , that they exploit individiuals and rob money from them and from their bank accounts especially where balance are at large and even higher bank officals are connected to them as once i had given standing instructions to bank , and after 1 year again 5000 disappered from my bank account , then their agency , fake advocates nos everything get changed ,

and the beauty of their calls is , you cannot call back on that no , these nos are made from routers , which doesnt allow user to call back .

its very helpless kind of situation i have ever faced with this situation in my life . none of the financial institutions have ever done such thing with me .

I bought samsung led tv from croma on emi(from bajaj finance) on 12 Jan 2013.
After I found that I tried to connect 500 gb hard disk but same was not able to detect. I called samsung customer care multiple times and after which technician visited.
He confirmed that there is issue and informed same to their superiors.
Post that I recieved several calls that same peice is not available with samsung then there are two options:-
1) Refund
2) Repair.
I asked samsung to put same on email. Earlier , samsung hesited to do the same. But finally they sent email to me on 1st march 2013.
I was busy over the week in office work because I replied on 9th March 2013 that I would like to go ahead with refund option.

Now samsung is asking me bill payment statements(credit card) and NOC from finance company(Bajaj finance).
I did enquiry at bajaj finance today(11 march 2013), they said NOC can only be given after complete payment.
Further, samsung customer is now calling every day asking me to submit documents on immediate basis , otherwise refund option may be invalidated.
And forcibly I will have to go for repair option.

For a normal person, main purpose of taking an item on emi is amount might not be available with customer.Now remaining amount is around 78000.
I tried to request both samsung and bajaj finance to understand my problem. But both are saying they can't do anything.

Thus I want to know:-
1) Is it mandatory to submit NOC to samsung for refund.
Is there any way out?

I spoke to Mr. Parshuram few months back regarding this and was assured of
timely action that would be taken and I would be refunded the money, Now
while I logged in the account I am able to see a -1969/- amount in my
account that is supposed to be credited to my bank account
Also complaint section on the
internet is not accepting my request neither Toll free number

recognizes my customer Id.

I have taken a consumer loan with 0% interest rate from Bajaj finance. I have clearly told no for insurance with is unwanted for me when insurance tellcaller has called.Still they are deducting EMI for insurance along with loan EMI.

Hi,
I have taken Personal Loan from Bajaj finance.
Amount is 80,000 thousand and paying emi 3922 for 36 months.
When I calculated interest amount, looks like this bank is charging interest more than 45 %. Its more than RBI allowed. When I check the Bajaj finance website i am able to bank has updated interest rate 16 percent.

I am raising serious concern on this. Please help me to resolve this issue.

I am expecting bank need to adjust extra interest amount paid for the principal and also need to change the interest to 16 %.

I am from Kolkata. I bought a Panasonic LED TV on 5th November,2012 taking loan from Bajaj Finance Service which states that my EMI will be amounting to Rs. 2666 but instead every month they are taking Rs. 2838 (i.e. Rs.172 extra) per month. Every month I am complaining about this but without any result. I even went to Raipur Electronics (Girish Park, Kolkata) but no body is helping me to get my money back.With every month the amount is increasing.I am from a middle class family and nobody is helping me in this regard. I even called the Bajaj Finance office in Mumbai but they reuse to listen to my problem. Kindly help.

I paid my all instalment of EMI. but till date I am not getting NOC or clearance document
From Bajaj finance .

They told me when you will completed you all EMI instalment then i will send to you NOC or clearance document
But till date he not send any document. I paid my EMI on 24/01/2013.

I brought a Fridge and a washing machine on 26th January 2013 from Kings Electronics, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai.

The Bajaj Finance was providing 0% finance for consumer electronics on 26th January 2013 in Kings Electronics, Kamothe. The Bajaj Finance associate doing documentation informed me about the scheme but never revealed the insurance policy and premium payment attached with finance option. The terms and benefits of the policy were also not revealed.

On 11th February 2013, I received call from Bajaj Finance about the policy and premium payment. When, I told that I had not subscribed to any such policy, the Bajaj Finance associate hanged up the phone.

I do not want any such policy, do not want to pay any premium and do not want to avail any benefits occurring from the policy. The incident has caused me mental suffering and trauma.

The behavior and process used by Bajaj Finance and its associate are fraudulent and can account to offence under Indian Penal Code 1860, Consumer Protection Act 1986 and Indian Contract Act 1872.

I would like Bajaj Finance to stop the premium deduction for the said policy immediately. I request you to resolve the issue immediately.

My bajaj finserve id is 4981388, and i took the SONY TV in sony Show room in banashakari Bangalore with bajaj finance in the name of K.Ramamurthy. i paid all the installments, i contact the bajaj finance office in Residency road in Bangalore, till now i didn't get my NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from them.

i have purchased bajaj discover no. MH 06 am 1593 on 19/4/2007 from S.K.Automotives Ltd., Panve bearing engine no,14493 and chasis no. 27905 duly financed by Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd., The entire loan amount was paid through monthly instalments.(36). M/s. BAFL have not given me any no dues certificate since then. Now I am in the process of selling the same motor cycle. I bought two LED televisions from bajaj electronics, Panjagutta, Hyderabad on 11/11/2012 with invoice number:MALL/CR12/42110. I took finance from bajajfinance to buy these 2 televisions. My loan sanction number is SF7499675. I logged into my account in eperia portal of bajajfinance and found that my account shows as if i bought 3 televisions. Then i contacted bajaj electronics. They said to contact a person named Dashrath whose contact number is [protected]. He said that there is a mistake in bajaj finance and will resolve it shortly. It was not resolved even after 15 days. Then i contacted Dashrath again. He said that it will take 10 more days. Then i requested him to settle by 10 days, because i don't want to get extra amount debited from my account for EMI. He said that he will definitely solve the issue well before the EMI due date. I contacted him so many times and he says that i will call you back within 1 day. He never makes a call and finally last month more amount was debited from my account. This is very bad customer care. I went to bajaj electronics and complained about the issue. They said that they will solve the problem in 10 days, but they also did not solve my problem. I again called to Dashrath and he said to contact his boss Durga prasad. I contacted him also, he said that he will resolve the problem and also asked me to put a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I also mailed to the mail id: [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 26.01.2013, but no reply till date. My problem was not solved even though i complained since more than 45 days. Hence, i would like to book this complaint and solve my problem.

Hi I have been a Bajaj customer and taken 5products and loan. I have clear product loan and personal loan is pending.I know my payment was never regular but I use to make payment.Later my case went to a different agent and I was abused mother [censored]r. And lost of abusive word which you will not like to hear. I spoke to many manager after that and wanted apology letter before I start the payment.In the mean time I was called by your one of Rupesh no [protected] and his manager Mr reddy. I was abused by him and Even he called up to my parents and abused. I spoke to Mr reddy and he said he has all the rights to abuse and threaten me for killing me and my family. Complaint against Bajaj Finance For the unprofessional way of dealing with financial accounts related to CIBIL.
I am Partha Patnaik; I purchased a pulsar in 2006 with and like other middle class I took loan from Bajaj finance at Hyderabad. Till one year without any discontinuity I paid the EMIs.
After one year I changed my job to Pune, before coming to Pune, I wanted to clear all my debt with Bajaj finance so went their office and paid the reaming amount. And I received the NOC after 45 day (I have the NOC with me now)
I was just surprised when I came to know that my name is there in the write-off list even after the NOC I have (After paying all EMIs in time), I got to know this when I applied for a home loan .
I called 8 to 10 times to know what the real problem is , Then i was given a contact number in Hyderabad to get help from . The outcome was I have to pay more ~550/- to Bajaj Finance as they found it was not paid by me, There was a mistake from the accountant who dealt my case.
I still even don't know if i really owe them 550/-. I did not have time to think much about this matter as I was in hurry to get my Home loan approved so paid the amount without even thinking for a sec (the amount was very low so I was not worried about)
Now what made complain against them again..!! It’s because The Bajaj Financial people are the most unprofessional people in this world . I am again suffering due the same problem i had 1.5 years back while availing my home loan. SBI rejected my car loan as i am still in the defaulter list that is with CBIL
This is really very surprising when your name appears in the Write-off list even after you paid the full loan amount and interestingly have the NOC given by Bajaj finance officer to me (Please find it in the attachment)
Please help me in coming out from this problem, I have paid the full amount.
I am a middle class man; I neither have time nor money to fight against their unprofessional behavior, what pleasure they are getting by putting us trouble?
After a long wait in my life I wanted a car for my family, and because of above problem, I am unable to.

1.I am unable to transfer my home loan to SBI
2.I am unable take any personal loan
3.I am unable to take a car loan
I am in a deep trouble now, the only mistake did is I took loan from Bajaj Finance .

With reference to the above I wish to inform you that I have given guarantee to consumer durable loan from Bajaj finance company vide account number[protected]. Due to some problem i have paid instalments irregularly. with this delay days and huge late charges incurred in the account. last march 2012 i have cleared the account by paying cash including delay charges also. The account was closed and updated in the cibil. I am thankful to you. In this connection the closed account still dispaying in my cibil and delay days showing. The entire account not removed in the cibil.

Due to this account I am unable to get any loans and any credit from banks since they are rejecting my proposal blindly by seeing this closed account which shows delay days. I have approached the cibil department and they said that the bajaj finance company have to do something for removal of this account in my cibil. Now am well settled and financially stabled. But due to this account am sufferring a lot from this account. Please do the needful and kindly recommed to remove peramanently this closed account from my cibil.

I hope and am having confidence on your company to do favour immediatly to remove the closed account of this loan . Please do the needul and take immediate action regarding this loan account
