Bajaj Finance Not Responding After Repeated Request for Settlement

Loan ac:3611261

Loan Account #3611261 I have been trying to settle the loan for the above mentioned loan i took from bajaj finance, I lost my job after paying 17 EMI'S, After repeated online request for settling the amount Bajaj finance seems to be least interested in settling the loan, Hence piling up the total outstanding every month, I request bajaj finance to respond to my request at the earliest and get this close.

    I had booked a modular kitchen from OREN through bajaj finance. I am very sorry to say that bajaj finance is not transparent and does not give any feedback on the status. Inspite of many follow up from our side the oren and the bajaj finance together are cheating us for which we are very concerned. I would rerquest someone from bajaj finance call me on my cell no.       Despite making the Full and final payment for loan number #[protected] from Bajaj Finance in 2009, my account is reflected as written off in the CIBIL report.
      I was not aware of this untill i pulled out my Credit report recently and got to know that my account is written off by Bajaj Finance.

      The first one was raised on Wednesday while the second one has been raised today.

      As per my calculation the promised 48 hrs have already passed for the first one, and I have not got anything from Bajaj except the autoreply.

      When I apply for the new loan of any bank finance.It is rejected by bank finance, They told me that your name is in CIBIL.

        DEAR SIR

        I have taken personal loan of Rs 20,000 on 23 oct 2011 in that I have received 17074.00 only, I have received a call from Bajaj finance executives they clearly told me that there will no processing fee and no other charges will be deducted from the loan 20,000 Rs full amount will be sanctioned after getting loan I have received on 17074 Rs only, and your executives have told me that the interest rate will be 3 Rs but after receiving the welcome letter I was shocked I saw you are charging 23.99% many times I had requested to cancel the loan but I have not received any call nor any mail from there end even after sending plenty of mails. Now I have decided that I will not make any further payments the final settlement will happen in the consumer court ,I want to file a complaint in the consumer court I had requested many times to send someone for settlement but no one was deputed to collect the payment.
        Few months back due to delay in salary I was not in a position to keep sufficient funds on my emi date cheque bounce happen due to that they have send rowdies at my residence I was that not in station they came to my house and tortured my parents to make the payment even after speaking to me over the phone I had told them I will be coming in a day or two but after telling this also they did like this please help me from these people and do need your advise

            This is to bring to your notice that due to extreme conditions and my sick child I had to spend the money from my credit card which I have paid off, but couldn't pay the EMI of Bajaj Finance, 8th EMI. I have paid ALL the EMIs till date, but the kind of behavior that was produced towards me as their customer. Is that the kind of behavior that was produced towards me.

            Especially Ms. Ria Chakraborty and Mr. Goutam the kind of HARASSMENT that I had to face is in exemplary. I just wanted 2 days to pay off ALL their due EMIs, but they are calling names and Shouting at me with Slangs and bad words.

            I am at such a fix.

            This Ms. Ria Chakraborty is STILL calling and is DISTURBING!!! And making Lewd comments that I am a low caste beggar etc. If this is not stopped I am going to file in the Consumer Forum as well as file a Lost Reputation Case. Please Advise.
            THEY ARE STILL CALLING!!!. They are also threatening me to assault our house if I can't pay by tomorrow, but I am a common man with salary and till my salary date I am totally unable to pay. I have applied for loans as well from normal companies as well as my own but the process is taking lengthy time. Just 3-4 days are required, but the kind of behaviors that I am having to face is VERY BAD!!!

            I have purchased two almirah form full house there bajaj finance technician 750 rs taken from me for file charge or processing fees but as per bajaj finance app there is not showing processing fees.

              Hello,

              Grievance Redressal Team & We Care Team

              This email is to inform you that I am holding a Gold EMI Card no :[protected] with Bajajfinserv. Recently my EMI loan Card was BLOCKED and i have not been received any confirmation email or letter from you. In fact I have taken so many loans form Bajaj and have paid them all. I have had a very good history with Bajaj and have paid all my loans to date and that was the reason Bajaj gave me a Gold emi card.

              Now my issue is my EMI Card has been blocked without any prior intimation. Reason for my card block is insufficient funds in between in one or two months.. Every month my EMI amount use to debit from my bank account on 5th day. But in between it happened twice that Emi was deducted a day prior only like 2nd and due to insufficient funds on 2nd my ecs bounced. Though on every 5th the money was there.. Due to insufficient funds i was over charged and my bank has charged bounced charges. The bank hit the ecs on 2nd which was suppose to be hit on 5th, then where am I at fault. Due to this only my emi got bounced twice. But as a deligent citizen I went online and paid the emi's directly through the bajaj portal.

              I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, atleast they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so I would not have gone to take any product only.

              This is really frustrating and disappointing to me I really don't understand that why my card has been blocked,

              I was talking your customer care and they promised a call back which was again not done. I was promised that my issue will be resolved asap.

              They have also suggested me to purchase the product by producing the documents, I even did that and my loan was rejected. Customer care is unable to give me the reason for it.

              However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that i can use your services and i also promise you that they wont be any bounce back from my end. I have been a loyal customer and I should be given a second chance.

              I am with Bajaj from last 3 years and have cleared all the 2,3 loans I took from them. Would request you to kindly check my history and records too with Bajaj which will clearly show my good record. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

              I would be highly obliged.

                Respected Sir,
                My self Yogender Dutt a Resident of chandigarh.House no.808/B Sector 33/B Wroking in Director Public Instructions Punjab[Mohali] as a Superintendent. Sir being a govt employee i have applied for Personel Loan[for education] for my daughter as she has passed LLB Law from punjkab university chandigarh.now for further studies i applied loan of 2laks from Bajaj Finance Pvt.Ltd[New delhi] firstly i was told to scan and send my identity card,pan card. Daughter’ LLB marksheet,her identity card.I have emailed it on the EMAIL address given to me. Next they told me to deposit 3500/- as loan processing fee on the goven SBI account number and told me the loan amount will be deposited within next day. Then next day i was told to get yourself insurance for that
                You have to deposit 18000/-. On the same SBI account number.which i have deposited
                Next day when i didn’t get my loan amount i called them and they told you have to deposit 12000 as loan tax which i refused to deposit and told them to cancel my loan application. They said they will deduct 800/- and return the deposit 20700/-rs in my account. On 20/08/2013. Now they are just harassing me i didn’t get my money back.
                Please suggest me how can i get my money back being a middle class i can’t afford to loose my money.
                I have 2mobile numbers along with SBI bank deposit slips of 3500/- and 18000/-
                They had given me address of Delhi and said we have branch in delhi only but it’s totally fraud.They give advertisement in news papers daily.Sir i am in big problem. They can

                  I have purchased a Bajaj Discover Motorcycle from M/s Ganesh Motors, Madira, Distt- Khammam in 2010. The same was financed by Bajaj Finance who was in tie up with M/s Ganesh Motors, Madira. All the installments and interest has been paid in time and the loan has been closed with last installment paid in June’2012. It was promised that NOC and RC will be issued after one month of the payment of the last installment. In this period M/s Ganesh Motors has closed their business and the Bajaj Finance is repeatedly sending my NOC and RC to Ganesh Motors that resulted in failed deliveries. When talked to Bajaj Finance regarding handing over of NOC and RC to me, they are not responding positively for last one year and despite several reminders , they are continue to sending to M/s Ganesh Motors and not handing over to me. Even after personally contacting to their Vijayawada office nobody from Bajaj Finance had tries to resolve the matter.
                  Kindly do the needful at earliest as not carrying NOC and RC while travelling bears legal consequences and I may face legal punishment. So please do the needful at earliest.

                  Bajaj Auto Finance — NOT GETTING THE RC OF MY VEHICLE EVEN AFTER SEVEN YEARS

                  I had purchased a scooter under Hire Purchase Finance Agreement Number 792222 dated[protected] bearing the Registration Number DL 7SK 1875. The agreement was extinguished with Bajaj Auto Finance on[protected] and then I was promised that the Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle would be send to me at my address, which is also in your office. I personally visited your Delhi office based in Darya Ganj but was asked to get the RC from the dealer from where I bought the vehicle but all in vain. In the past SEVEN years the company has always giving me false pretext that the RC will be received by me on my address with in a week.
                  I am selling my vehicle and am in a desperate need of the RC and now I finally want the RC.
                  I had purchased a Bajaj scooter vide loan agreement No 407 / 26008 vide BAFL from Nasik on 12th April 1999 .The loans have already been paid.

                  I have to sell the scooter and for that I need a statement that the loan amount has been fully paid.

                  Actually I have got finaced A bajaj XCD 135 from BAFL, , Kanpur (U.P) & the vehicle was picked from Authorized Dealer of Bajaj Society Motors, Mc-Roberts Ganj, KAnpur .After 20 days or 1 Month From the date of purchase the vehicle is making problem & after regular follow up for the problem at the workshop it was not completely rectified till date.Now they are saying that for these problems, it will be chargeable.
                  Do you think, there is no feaseability in case that if any problem is regularly noted but no proper solution is provided.In this case I will not be able to pay the emi's .This is now possible for me to pay the emi in these circumtances.

                    I had financed the laptop from bajaj finanace and give post dated check. after few months they droped 2 check in one month and one check was bonced , after few months the exec came to my place and matter sorted out stating that one month due will be divided in 2 parts and will paid along with installemnt..just after few days again they dropped 2 check in month.which was cleared but i stopped the next check payment as i wanted to speak. again exec came and he confirmed me that after making this paymnet only one installemt is due that he confirmed with his manager and written on receipt..next month wen exec came and i reconfirmed he said 2 installemt is left.....wen i showed him the recipt, he showed least interest .took payment and told me that he will confirm me tommorow..i took call back no..called him several times..no response , either was disconnected or just ringing...now afer 1 and 1/2 yr they sent mail with all interest added asking me to pay now. i don have records as its been 2 yrs now that how much i made payment...wen they came to my place they even did not correct information....waht to do ..please help

                      I am Varad Kashmire, basically from Nashik but since 4 years living in Pune due to profession.
                      On 29-May-2013, I received a call on my cellphone from Bajaj Finance saying that I have made a purchase of LCD TV on 5-Apr-2012 at Pune and I am still due the amount nealry Rs.38000

                      Actually I never had bought a TV and neither I am a customer of Bajaj Finance nor made any purchase on the above said date. Still Bajaj Finance is saying I am valid customer holding an account with them and they have my copy of id-cards also

                      Bajaj Finance is saying today i.e. 29-may-2013 is final day for payment failing which they will arrest me. Infact they have never called me before for this matter.

                      What should I do ? I have to make a payment of nearly 38000 now ...but how I will get back my money ?

                      I do not have any BOI bank account.

                            I have purchased LCD TV Sony make from M/s. Adishwars, Banashnkari 3rd stage with finance from M/S. Bajaj finance limited. Totally 14 EMI's each of Rs.2778/. All the documents reqd. for establishing ECS had been signed by me and handed over to them. My loan a/c no. is 4040CD00136342.Loan taken during Feb,2011. After a month they phoned up and told that ECS didn't take place and asked me to issue cheques instead. i also issued all the 14 months cheques promptly without any delay and the last instalment was paid on[protected].

                            Now one year after clearing all the 14 months EMI's, I am getting calls after calls from Chennai & Mumbai offices that an amount of Rs.4200/ is due and i need to pay immediately. On enquiry they told it is the penalty for not establishing ECS which is not my fault. There was no communication from the company that ECs didn't take place and they asked me to issue only the cheques instead.

                            They are threatening me that they will send my name to RBI for adding in the list of Defaulters. I really don't know why they have to treat a prompt consumer like me who has not defaulted even one month.Is this the way to treat a customer?

                            I kindly request you to instruct the concerned officials not to disturb me for the payment of Rs.4200/ and issue me a NOC immediately. I will be very much grateful if i can get relieved from this and get NOC immediately.

                                  I have taken a 2 wheeler loan with bajaj finance & all the emi's are cleared in good manner, except one emi due to some my bank's account issue.

                                  "I have called & clearly informed them to not submit ecs or cheque for clearance due to account issue. Told them to come & collect the money." But, irrespectively they submitted the same & made to make the bounch charges. Also, they have not informed me that i need to make late payment charges. This happened in july 2012 & after 8 months clearing all emi's i asked for the NOC. That time they are telling me that i have Rs.150 balance. I Have paid around 70K for the bike. if they have informed me before i would have made the payment before itself.

                                  When i was looking for the clarity i had Very very bad experience with call center. I don't find what is the mistake from my end. Even though i told them clearly that i will make the payment & they gave me very hard time.

                                  I DECIDED IN FUTURE SHOULD NOT CHOOSE BAJAJ FINANACE FOR LOAN.

                                  Bajaj Finance — Very Bad Service

                                  This is regard to the loan, but the company was incapable enough to even process the loan to my bank but was doing so to another bank where the cheque was bouncing, but the company blamed me for allowing the cheques to bounce,

                                  The company now wants me to pay the charges for the cheque being bounced so people its better to pay the interest and buy stuff on your credit card than to go to people who dont even know how to credit the right account.
                                  I had borrowed a Consumer loan from Bajaj Finance for purchasing a LG:- Microwave, Washing machine & Air Conditioner during Jan, 2008. The part payment was made by me at shop and for balance amount ie: loan, my 8 EMIs were fixed @Rs:3209.00 per month. I had made full payment thr'u aforesaid 8 EMIs ( 1 cheque was, however, bounced in July for which, I had given cash payment in same month). It was after a year or so, when, I have been receiving several calls from their collection centres from time to time that still, I have to pay many thousand rupees to Bajaj Finance and more, surrisingly, the lady calls does not tell any detail of such outstandings. I am nt worried for such useless phone calls but, really interested to know the reason why I am getting being asked for the payments. There is certainly a big default in system. I would request all those who read this column not to deal with this non-sense type of company which is not at all dependable. The company has not so far issued any NOC nor, have bothered to write any letter to me if in their opinion, I was supposed to pay any money...BEWARE OF TAKING ANY LOAN FROM BAJAJ FINANCE. Iwill be grateful if any lawyer can help me to deal with this company.

                                    Yesterday, 22nd April 2013 I have received a call from the no: [protected] who introduced himself to be a police officer from Delhi Police Control room. He also gave me a number of a so called advocate named Aravaind Agarwal and asked me to call at [protected]. When I called that guy he asked me to immediately make a payment of Rs. 19745/- on the behalf of loan account no.[protected] or visit Tirupathi Office for Payment, to hold my case otherwise he will send my warrant to local police and get me arrested. He stated that my husband has took loan in 2001 for PC (12 years back), where the last payment of Rs.1802 was pending due to insufficient amount and now with the total interest it became rs.19754. but we never took any such loan and I received no calls from Bajaj Regarding any dues.

                                    But I can't understand how they are making this claim now afte 12 years ? Not only that they are threatening me continuously over phone and saying slang to my wife. Even i have called bajaj finance office and asked to pull the records but they are saying they dont maintain old records and i need to pay the amount. otherwise they are going to arrest me. If any one has any clue about this please help me.

                                    I am going to lodge a complaint in local polise station here for harrasing with incorrect details on the police mentioned above and Bajaj Finance. If any othe better solution please suggest.

                                    Bajaj Finance — Calling us to pay the loan

                                    Hi sir,

                                    I got a call from Bajaj Finance Mumbai. The person name is Ritesh. He is legal advisor for the bajaj finance company. Even I didn't apply for the loan. He is asking me to pay the loan amount 50000 INR.

                                    And he is calling my parents and mentally harasing . I have already told him that " I didn't apply for the loan. Now he is calling all my relatives and harasing them. Its completely not accept from the " BAjaj Finance company".

                                    I am requesting you to help in this matter. Please stop this from this company. The guy Ritesh doesn't have the professinalism and he is mentally harasing my parents. Please take care of this issue. His no : [protected] ( Ask for Ritesh).

                                    This is the second time I am commenting on this, I am a resident of Kolkata, I have received a call from [protected] claiming to be a police official from Delhi and threatening me to pay a sum to the Bajaj Finance office at Kolkata, against a loan in the year 2004, in 2004 I was a minor and hence did not take any loan, I never had a loan record with them. That time when I protested the calls stopped coming, but again today I received call from the same person.

                                    This is the second time I am sending the complaint and if this is not sorted this time, I will be lodging a police complaint for harassing me like this.

                                        I taken CONSUMER DURABLE loan from bajaj for the amount 73,990.00 . I pay monthly installment of (Rs 3083) per month and my start installment date is 04/07/2011 and my end installment date is 05/05/2013 . This month I have preclosed my loan on[protected] by paying 6242 Rs. Eventhough I have preclosed my loan , Still the emi had been debited from my account. I was shocked to see that. Also I have emailed Bajaj multiple times and called their call center number too , but no one is responding. I am surprised, how this kind of immature behavior is being shown by a financial institution. Bajaj is not concerned about the customers.

                                        Please help me recover the excess amount taken by bajaj from my account.
