I have a savings bank account and a prepaid mastercard debit card from bank of india.
On 4th june I made payment to an online merchant through my debit card using payment gateway of www.Moneybookers.Com.
For some reason the merchant couldn't process my order so they refunded my money(it is $131.80) to my moneybookers account on 8th june. Immediately moneybookers transferred the money to my mastercard(no.: [protected]) as I've been sent confirmation emails from both merchant and moneybookers.
9 days gone, but I've not received the money on my account yet!
I've contacted moneybookers several times and they're telling me each time that they have already processed the transaction through mastercard and suggesting me to contact my bank because they(moneybookers) can't do anything now and it's on bank's hand now.
Now, I wanna inform that also I tried to contact bank of india, I called their customer care number and was advised to contact via email addresses.
Then I sent emails for solution to their five different email addresses those are: boi.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In, headoffice.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In, boi.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In, headoffice.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In and my branch email address maldatown.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In from my email address mamun.[protected]@gmail.Com. But surprisingly none is available or interested to solve my matter. I've got not a single response since one week!!!
so I request here to take urgent action so that the money be credited and appeared on my account soon.
My complaints are two now-
1. Against bank of india as my money not credited to account.
2. Against bank of india again as they are not interested to solve my problem and not replying me to emails sent to them.

      (Bank of India,vijay nagar Indore),my Account no. is [protected].
      I used ATM Card in other ATM (State Bank of India Vijay Nagar Indore)
      for withdrawing money Rs.7000 on 13/04/2012 I didn't received
      Rs.6500.only Rs.500 receive and again I tried for it & I get the
      Amount. I get the receipt from their to check my balance then I get to
      Know Rs. 7000 get deducted twice.Please solve this as soon as possible
      & as I received only 500Rs that should be only deducted instead of Rs
      6500.I am all ready submit application two time your bank(bank of india Vijay Nagar Indore Branch) first time form submit date 13/04/2012 and second time 03/05/2012.Your Vijay Nagar Indore branch manager comments 10 day wait your balance refund account.But i am waiting for 50 day s not receive balance my account.I am not satisfy your banking service your Vijay Nagar branch Indore. so please action my request.

          respected sir/ma'am
          its been more than 8 months since i have been wanting to know the status about my draft money.as i had issued two drafts in favor of spicejet limited india,and after six months they claim to have lost the drafts.as i did not wanted to issue a duplicate draft i went to the branch manager of bank of india (miecheal nagar brach kolkata) to get my money back.as per the earlier branch manager i was told to make an affidavite an submit it and i will get my money back after deduction of the charges from the bank,but as my bad luck the branch manager got transfered so a new manager came who does not know what he is suppose to do its been more 8 months he is been harassing me sometimes he want a letter sometimes an afidavite i gave all what he wanted but in return i just asked 1 thing please tell me the exact procedure as i m not geting any help from my company but he is not giving any proper answer.please i request to solve this matter and i help me geting my money back

            Dear Madam/Sir, My Name is Kirti Singh Parmar, and preparing for competitive exam of government sector. I am qualified IBPS PO exam and my registration id is [protected] and password is 7VH78PNC. Now a days a vacancy is out in panjab and sind bank for PO. I have downloadad challan form fill and go to the "Panjab and sind bank" for submitting money, but bank said me that there is no any "CBS" branch of "Panjab and Sind Bank" in our city, but you can submite money in other bank where CBS branch available, I went to Bank Of India, Dashehra Maidan branch (IFC Code is BKID0009103 & Branch Code is 009103). But they refused to accept the challan form, even there was a option available submition money from bank other then Panjab and Sind bank. I went to Branch manager of Bank of India, Dashehra Maidan branch, but he was not listen my any request, and he scolded me and said "stupid man, this challan form is not from our bank, how can accept us". I request him that "Sir, here is a option avalable, to sumiting challan from other bank", but they refused to accept the challan. I said him, "please if you can't accept this challan then give me hand return statement", after completion of this sentence, he scolded me badly, I am totally disappointed. I have lost my respect in that bank (Bank of India, Dashera Maidan branch). Sir/Madam please tell me what to do. and why they are not accepting my challan, even I am agree to give commission charge to the bank. Please Madam/Sir, Solve my problem, because I cant go out of city, for submitting challan form, due to some family responsibility.

              sir, i had applied for pmegp loan n was called by the dic office 4 my interview. a loan of 5 lakhs was passed n the letter was sent to the local branch of bank of india in madhupur. the manager first of all in an angry mood said he cannot approve it. later on he agreed but finally he said he cannot sanction the amount n said that he had returned it to dic office. kindly help me out as i m leading my life in a meagre salary working in a local private school.i wanted to start my own business but nothing satisfactory has happened from the bank so that i could lead a respectable life. kindly look into this matter as per ur convenience. the letter from the bank has not yet reached the dic office.                 As IBPS conducted last year first exam for PO

                As per[protected] Advertisement of Bank of india declared vaccancies with cut off mark in IBPS
                i am eligible and applied for vaccancy and submitted the fees Rs 200
                As per 10th march 2012 Advertisement bank of india increase cut off mark and now i am not eligible for it.
                Now bank should return fees which i submitted but they are not doing so, not even responding the complaint i registered on their web site

                i think this problem is with many student
                Bank can.t cheat like this they should return money atleast.

                please if any one is facing same issue let's discuss this and find solution to get back our money

                As IBPS conduct first exam for PO in india.
                i got passed in it
                "Bank of India" declared vacancies in their advertisement dated 27 Dec-2011.
                i applied for it and submit the fees Rs 200 for it
                after this in Advertisement 10th march2012 they increase cut off marks for which i am not elligible to apply for PO position.
                This is unfair from Banks either they should refund the fees or decrease the cut off marks
                i complaint on their web site no reply came from them
                even some how i managed to talk one of the senior in bank he is suggesting to go court.
                This is very bad from IBPS side they are not doing anything in this matter.


                if any one is facing same problem let's join to find some solution

                    BANKOF INDIA HAS DEVELOPED AN INTENET BANKING PACKAGE CALLED 'STAR TOKEN' WHICH IS NOT A BROWSER BASED.
                    THIS PACKAGE WORKS ONLY ON MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP AND ABOVE.
                    THE PACKAGE REQUIRES DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING ON A COMPUTER. SO YOU CAN NOT USE IT FROM AIRPORT, NET CAFE, FRIENDS COMPUTER, HOTEL COMPUTER ETC.
                    INTERNET BANKING IS NOT POSSIBLE FROM MAC BOOK, IPAD, OR A COMPUTER WITH A LINUX O.S.
                    THIS DEFEATS THE VERY PURPOSE OF NET BANKING. ALSO THIS IS ILLEGAL UNDER MRTP ACT.

                    I Bhargav K. Jani have savings bank A/c. of Bank Of India in VATVA (Ahmedabad) city I am operate this account regularly since last five year. i loss my card on 2nd NOVEMBER 2009, Then i reported to bank for loss my card. so card is block by bank. after one day i found my card, suddenly i report to bank and i surrender my card to bank. Then i fill form for replacement of NEW card. then bank staff said to me that you have to wait for one month for your card, but till date today 19/02/2010 i am not getting my card. so i repeatatively said to bank manager Mr. B. L. Rathod and Mr. Mangtani for my query but they are not listening to me and they are said to me "I will call police if you are demanding more".....................Please support me for my problem

                    I am a customer of bank of india, and open internet banking option but i feel very much trouble to activate my account. and after that my user ID and passwords shown to me that i enter wrong ID & password. after that i wish to want a new password but the show me to download a pdf form from there site and submit to home branch . it is too much
                    This is so annoying that every time i try using BOI Internet Banking, either it doesn't work at all or it returns some or the other error. Since past 2 times i have been facing this situation. Last time it happened while transacting with IRCTC, 1st time it hung and than you reversed my transaction.

                    This time while shopping at www.bigshoebazaar.com, while i was trying to enter the transaction password, it responded with an error 'Server can not respond' and i was asked to enter the password 4 times. I t still did not work and i kept on entering password and at the end account has been the amount Rs.1098/- four times instead of just once. This is very very annoying and i just don't appreciate the services provided by BOI. In fact now i wish to switch to some other banker due to the same as i can't rely on BOI while i am travelling to UK in the coming month. The vendor has acknowledged only one payment.

                    Attached is the snapshot, highlighting the details of my account as well as the goo[censored]p from your internet banking system. Please please please process it fast and make me free from your ancient internet banking.

                    I am really upset with your system as well where every time, i forget password the process demands a week and a visit to your branch. If you wish to follow such processes, what is the point in providing such hypothetical internet services. Not only that, Your Prarthana Samaj ATM is also not working most of the times.

                    I am going start a blog against BOI which i had warned last time, while interacting with your manager Mr. Vikas Kumar Choudhary, Sr Manager, Internet banking, Data Center. And if the blog doesn't get em the results, any publication would happily print my story.

                    Will also forward you the link to the blog which i'll start soon against bank of India. I demand the reply to the earliest basis which i'll judge the efficiency of your ancient internet banking system.

                    I am using Ubuntu 12.10 and have Wine and PlayOnLinux, but I cannot use Bank of India's netbanking option.

                    With this kind of restriction and monopoly, no wonder pirated versions of Windows OS are in use.

                    Agree. Bank of India Internet banking is limited to PCs and desktops. They have developed a package "Star Token" which is more of a pain than convenience. In the current era of mobiles, tablets, the BOI application reminds us of the Stone Age. If any BOI official is reading this blog, please take it back to your management and provide a facility that makes a customer's life easy.

                    i have been using star token since few years. But now i have a new apple Mac Pro. It disheartening to know that i cannot do net banking with BOI now !

                    I have the same problem too for my Mac. But recently Bank of India started OTP (one time password through registered cellphone) enabled online banking for Star Token customers. I am using this on Mac and my iPad too. Presently be happy with this consolation till they create one software which works for Mac too.
                    I am totally exasperated with this STAR TOKEN stuff, having tried and stumbled and then failed to use it with any success. I regularly do internet banking on AXIS BANK LTD., SBI India etc. but nowhere do I have such terrible experience as with STAR TOKEN. There is no linux version of STAR TOKEN, as far as I know. My only conclusion is...unfortunately...that those of BOI who are managing these things do not have any idea of what internet banking means today...or worse...they just don't care. I would have preferred to give 0 in my rating, which would have been a fair assessment, but since there is no provision for this I am forced to give 1.

                    Just see...in order do post this complaint the authorities of BOI have placed another unnecessary hurdle...the photo ! They could have asked for the bank account no. ( what's so secret about it anyway ? )...but who gave them this silly idea in the first place? I can only conclude by saying that by putting impediments on internet banking the authorities are providing a sure way of encouraging old custmoers of BOI like myself to migrate to other banks with proper internet banking facilities.

                    I have also faced this limitation when I shifted to Macbook. Startoken is installed on windows only. However, few months back BOI has started OTP based transaction for startoken registered customers, who can use it on Ipad, Blackberry. I am do it on my Macbook too. This may help you. I hope BOI soon realise the problem and bring software for Mac too.

                    I have all the same problems as above. It really is time BoI entered the 21st Century and acknowledged there are other systems apart from Windows OS. So many o[censored]s use iPads on the move and other Mac computers. Please BoI wake up and do something.

                      i am Raj soni.working in wipro tech Pune as Senior software engineer.i am belong from sonkatch district Dewas(M.P.).i went for home loan in my town( bank of india branch M.G. Road Sonkatch district Dewas M.P). but manager not entrained us, he was busy with some other work even we have taken appointment for the same.I specially came from Pune and taken leave for discuss loan terms and condition. Even people came after me also sit with him and discussed something. I waited in bank for three to four hrs and after asking manager about time ,he done rude behaviour with us.
                      He has not checked our document and did rude behaviour.

                        I have a Saving Account with Bank of India, Kachiguda, Hyderabad Branch, My account No.is [protected] I was Applied For The ATM PIN Three Months ago, but i didn't receive the PIN till now, when ever i visit the Bank the Bank Employees are saying please check it tomorrow or next week, but still i have not received the ATM PIN, I request the consult authorities to do the need full as soon as possible.

                          I want to make a complaint against the Bank of India, Pension and Related matters department. Based on the revision in my pension I am entitled for arrears, for the dearness allowance my arrears was approximately 1.5 lacs, this was confirmed by Bank of India, Salempur, Chapra branch.

                          As I have been staying in Bangalore at my son's place it was very difficult to visit the bank again and again. After so many visits and follow the bank agreed to pay me my arrears. I visited the bank after coming whole long form Bangalore to Chapra and now the bank people are saying that there was a mistake in my pension calculation and I was getting a wrong pension. Now they tell me that the I am not going to get only 4000/- as the rest of the arrears will be compensated for the extra pension i was getting.

                          Please suggest me how to seek the clarification form the bank regarding the mistake in pension calculation and after so many years eating up my arrears just to compensate the wrong pension. Even after multiple concerns to the bank they are not clarifying how these calculations are being done. The most important concern is why I ma being penalized for all these mistakes done by Bank of India employees.

                          I am retired person it is really painful to go with such harassment. Please suggest me to get all the clarification, I still hope for a clarification form bank so kindly guide us.

                                  This is to bring to your notice a problem that I have been encountering with Express IT couriers in conjunction with Bank Of India.
                                  On two occassions I had requested a cheque book from Bank Of India(BOI), to be delivered to my residence address. However, on both occasions, the cheque books were delivered to the local BOI branch and I had to travel over 20Km, just to collect the same! The reason stated was that they could not find the address, which is absurd, considering that I have previously received cheque books from ICICI without any hassles, at this same address.
                                  I am not sure who is to blame here? Express IT or BOI. BOI does claim that though they have repeatedly warned Express IT not to repeat this. But, it has no effect. What I cannot understand is that if they have so much trouble with this company then why continue to do business with them. The fact is that, we consumers are being taken for a ride.
                                  I do hope you will look into the matter, in order to ensure that we consumers are not put through such harassment again.

I wish to inform that I availed this loan from Bank of India Connaught Circus Branch and the same has been repaid. I also have received an NOC from the branch in February 2010(the same is attached with this mail) but till today an outstanding is being shown on my CIBIL report due to which I'm not been given any loan from another bank.

                                    I will kindly request you to initimate the branch to remove my name from the CIBIL report as it giving me a lot of problem in availing any kind of loan.

                                      This is jaideep katarey , i have an account in Bank of India in dehradun branch my account no. is [protected]. i tried to withdrawal the money on 12.04.2009 by ATM amount was 3000/- at that time i didn't get the money and it was detected (withdrawal) from my account. next day i intimate to bank for that problem but i didn't get my money ,again i asked him for 5 month about my money.after 6 month i got my money without any interest and also fine as per RBI ATM 13 RULES.
                                      Again i complaint Bank for asked the fine and file a application on 06.01.2011 but they said i rules came on 17july 2009. for that i again i file another application on 14.02.2011 with all my past application which they had in their record for my fine and my personal loss (official leave ,phone etc, 8,000+fine as per application).after that i communicate with them by phone and they said " you reported wrong information but i told them sir as per RBI rule their is no need to intimate the bank after 12 days u have to return my money with fine.and also they told me that they send me a letter in my address but i didn't get the letter.

                                      i attached all the scan copy of supportive documents.

                                      Kindly do needful. i hope i will get the justice by consumer forum.
