Barclay Card — Card got cancelled after issuing

Hi,

I have recieved a barclays card and after a week PIN was also sent to me.But when I tried to use to it failed. When i called the call center and enquired they told me that my card is canceled as it was wrongly approved by them. Is that not strange why do issue a card and why do they cancel that. I am pasting their mail below please have look over that

not recieved last month bill as i received sms.paid based on sms and credited confirmation also recieved but still bill not recieved.please arrange to send bills to mail address also to view and pay

I would like to inform u that I have Applied for Barclays CreditCard my application number is :AA 1382230 and it has been Approved with in 21 working days. I have received the thanks letter and pin no.but i have not received my card.Atleast pls confirm about the status of my card at your earliest.

This is the Worst Card ever. Please dont take this card. They charge you for their mistakes and argue they are correct. I did not receive the bill and ended up dropping a cheque for 5300 which was 96rs less to the actual ammount wat i was supposed to pay and the bank charged me a fine of 200rs for not paying that 96rs. Does this make any sense, and best part was they were willing to lose a client for that 200 they needed badly!!! Dont take this card unless you wanna cheat the bank.
I inform you thati am using barclay Card no.[protected] . But May/2008 to Till date I had not using this card. Because some problem from your site (Personal Loan Rs.56100/-) you are nor paid any loan so i am not pay any amount . But every month My account statement showing late payment fee Service tax etc... You are request to please cancel this card . I am not interesting to using this card. Because you are not sout out a small matter.

Sir, I have applied for loan on 7.04.09 for Rs.50000/-, 36 EMI & gave a cancelled ch.& complete ECS form to your executive after having a talk with Mr.Gaurav who confirmed that the EMI was Rs.1758/- & P/Fee
will be 1250/- but till date I have not received any amt from your side Today I received a SMS that a amt of Rs.1654.50 of P/Fee due on my card No.[protected] which is not correct.Today I have given a request for cancelation my loan vide R/No.CAS1448271 & also requested to please cancelled my cr card No.[protected]. Pl do the needful & oblige.Thanking you,

I am getting loan Rs.73, 000/- on[protected].I was paid EMI Amount Rs.3644/- In ECS clearance
I am deposited EMI amount in our Bank IOB.Barclay Bank not activated ECS after complaint the ECS has activated.
My Barclay card Gold [protected].I am stopped useing this same card.I am already canceld my credit card.I have charged service tax, late payment, Iam pay regular instalment EMI Rs.3644/- please remove my all charges

I am already surrender my credit card. Now I am calling to Barclay customer care they are not treating well & miserable condition. Barclays is not giving any priority to this matter. fault is not an my side put on Bank side

Since than I have tried to lot to contact customer care in Mumbai. but the customer care no is not responding and I am receiving undue call from this call centre.Today I have given a request for cancelation my loan

Barclay card is running pathetic system and services rendered by them are very poor. They are cheating innocent people please. help me and get my issues reoslobed as soon as possible.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as i am receiving abusive & thearetning calls daily for the same at least four to five times a day specially from these numbers[protected], 2978037, , ).

If the above issue is not solved immediately then i have the option to move out to Consumer Court on continuous harassment. How can you charge late payment fee on late payment charges even though the fault is on bank side?

That fault is not my side put on Bank side.Iam ready to settle this payment fee issue one for all send me the full and final settlement.
THOUGH I HAVE ADEQUATE BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT MY CHEUQE HAS BEEN RETURNED AND A SUM OF RS.500/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AS RETURNED CHEQUE FEE AND WE HAVE NEVER MADE LATE PAYMENT SO FAR, BUT RS.600/- TOWARDS LATE PAYMENT FEE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED. I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS CHARGES. THEREFORE, I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND UPDATE MY ACCOUNT ACCORDINGLY.
