[Resolved] Barclays Credit Card — not sending credit card statement | |
Iam using barclay credit card since 4 months. But, I have not received a single statement from the bank till now. I complained more than 20 times to the customer service. Off late, Customer care toll free no. is not lifting phone since 20 days and also all the numbers provided at hyderabad are not working. Iam paying all the pending as per my personal accounts info which i store. But, iam not sure wheather iam paying excess or less. Since there is no communication from the bank. This is the worst service from a credit card till date to me. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem. Where to send the complaints for my problem. Was this information helpful? | |

I am holding the mentioned Yathra Credit Card no. [protected]. I had given my company mail id for communication. Now I have left the company and even I am not in India. I stay now in Lagos-Nigeria.
Request you to please send the statements to binod.[protected]@gmail.com hereafter and I have tried to pay thru online earlier but it was failed. Today I paid successfully. I am sorry for the delay. Request not to charge the late payment fee.
