[Resolved] Bharat Gas — amardeep gas, gms road, dehradun, poor supply
Sir, the distributor has no fix policy for distribution of gas namely
i) At times they ask for advance booking of gas to be done on telephone and on other occasions (most of the time ) they provide gas without booking, depends on the drivers mood, when the gas is booked on phone then they want booking receipt, as issued by their office to them, which they seldom carry, it delays the delivery of gas.
ii) Distributor has neither fixed any day of the week and / or the date for delivery of the gas in my locality i.e. Nanda Chowki nor any place where the truck would stops and distribute the gas to the consumers of this locality, they don’t have fix time too, some time they arrive at 10AM, 12PM and on occasions after 2PM, as a result one has to be always on the road to look out for the gas every day.
Please note that their truck carrying gas, every day passes through (certainly not at fixed time) nanda chowki and other localities on its way to Selakui but it never stops in between to deliver gas even if one tries to stop it, and if one could chase him and force to stop they make innumerable excuses and invariable ask to book gas first, against generally followed norm of taking the counterfoil of the coupon book and gas being booked by themself only. As a consumer we are totally left on the whims of the driver of the van/truck, always waiting on the road for his benevolence, certainly people have other more important chores to attend .
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and evolve some efficient method for the distribution of cooking gas.
