Thi is to bring to your notice and immediate action on the below issue.

It is a pathetic sevrice iam getting from the Sri Raksha Gas Agency([protected], [protected], [protected]). Inspite of late delivery of cylender after giving a refill reqest, they are not at all willing to issue the 2nd cylender. simply they are saying that, they stopped giving the same.

when i call the customer relation center([protected], [protected]) of Bharat gas who controls all the Distributors in bangalore, they said, the distributors should issue the 2nd cylender on my request and he said he will speak with the distributor regarding the same. even after this, the distributor is not willing to issue the same.

kindly intervene and take necessary action immediately.

It is a pathetic sevrice i am getting from the Manvir Gas Agency.We have only one cylender last ten year, I had more and more complain in his office for 2nd cylender but they could not any response and they are not issuing the 2nd cylender. simply they are saying that, they stopped giving the cylender.

i fully agree with your complaint on Sree Raksha gas agency... I am facing lot of difficulties with this agency and their service is very very pathetic.

    Dear Sir,

    I had applied for new connection from Bharat Gas Agency in DDA Market, M.I.G Flats, Rajouri Gardens,

    He got the form filled and i also gave the rent agreement. The person told me that some madam is on leave who gives connection so will send someone to verify but no ne came. I filled the form in November 2008 and despite repeated visits he says the connection is not available . Can someone help me as i need to borrow gas from someone everytime and pay extra for refilling.

    dear sir,
    I want new connection in kolkata, as i am from mumbai last few years we were in abroad due to which i disconnected my HP gas connection, as i kolkata bharat gas is easily available i want new connection but problem is they ask us to take full set including gas stove which i dont require as already i have 2 gas stove due to these reason i am not getting new connection, as i am urgently needed please help me
    Or else me me detail of local distribution agency which could help me with out buying new gas stove as their charges for new set is too high please help me in these regards

    My Name is Antoney Raj, I too had applied for new connection before one and half month in Bharat Gas Agency in Tonk District of Rajasthan. But till now I didnt receive any reply from the agency.
    I too visited many times to the office but no positive response from the agency.

    Please do some help in this case.
    AGENCY IS NOT SERVING THE NEEDY.

        My consumer no: 2993
        Consumer's name : R.Rajan, 55-Police Quarters, Opp. to State Bank of India, Erode.
        I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum and getting LPG cylinders from Ammu Gas Agencies, Nadarmedu, Erode. I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 29.12.2008 and till date i.e. 21.1.2009, I have not yet received refill of the LPG cylinder. Whenever, I sought clarification from the agency they are irresponsible and not providing any valid information or try to redress my grievance. On the other hand, the Agency preparing bills on the date of booking instead of the actual date of delivery of the cylinder. This attitude of non-delivery of cylinder has put me and my family in great hardship and I have been put into a lot of mental harassment, because of the indifferent attitude and apathy. I request you to kindly take up this matter with appropriate authorities and redress my grievance.

          My consumer number 14332 which is in the name of My husband Mr.S.Gowthaman, is with M/S K.RAMANAIAH BHARATGAS AGENCY, Chennai - 87 whose distributer code is 161381. I had been trying to book a gas refill for the past 10 days since the 9th of January 2009 through their phone numbers[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. All the phone numbers though in full working order are not responded to by the appropriate personnel. I had to take a leave from my office today to go to the aforementioned Gas agency to book the refill wherein, I found that the phones were off the hook and the three personnel who were there were utterly rustic and were discourteous. When pointed out to the facts that the phones were off the hook they simply did not acknowledge and I was told that "if I needed any gas I should learn to come to them in person in future." I am forwarding a written complaint too pointing out to the fact that I have recorded the entire conversation that I had with the personnel in my mobile.As a consumer I could abide by the rules and regulations of the corporation but not this appaling treatment of the consumer, that to a woman is very unbecoming for a company of this stature. I request the responsible personsons in the coprporation take note of this distributer to avoid any snowballing of the service related issues with them at the earliest

          I do totally agree with this feedback, they dont listen to the customer. I have booked a refill before 20 days and it is not delivered yet. i am naveen verma from delhi and using bharat gas services. my consumer number is 11478. they never respond to the phone calls. we have to take a off to book the refill.

          NOBODY IS THERE TO RESPOND TO THE CONSUMER.

          SO PATHETIC
          i have different story with bharat gas
          i am living in delhi from last 5 years, i have taken connection at time of BJP goverment, service was good best that time, i just book the cylinder, i get gas within 3 -4 hrs

          now since the time of Hon. Sonia Ji Gandhii.. ji ji ji

          i get gas after 1 week / 2 weeks most of the time after 1 week i have to take slip myself and go to godown and and take cylinder myself

          few times i have to take in black

          i was bachelor then no problems
          i take usually 2 -3 cylinders in year
          now i am family person and have daughter six months oldi went for booking they refused and are saying you take less amount of gas
          they need affidavid for that then only they would provide me booking
          i talked in head office same answer there, this has already lapsed 2 days
          i dont know what is process for affidavid i talked to one lawer he told me charges are rs.200/- and i have to go to court for that, the process would take atleas none business day

          the cost and suffering i have due to this i think i take it through black
          i dont know what should i do

          The booking was done. But in view of non response on phone on two occasions, the booking stood cancelled. The customer rebooked and was delivered. No demand for any amount was made.

            Dear Sir,

            On 03.01.2009, I booked for refill of gas cylinder under booking no. 196. Even after, several reminders over the phone, gas cylinder is still not delivered, however, more than 15 days are over after booking.

            On repeated follow up, booking person at gas agency confirmed that the delivery man has taken the cylinder against this booking on 05.01.2009 but surprise, he has not delivered cylinder till date. I requested booking person to catch hold the delivery man Mr. Sudhir Kumar but he showed his helplessness and advised to talk to owner Mr. Rakesh Sharma at [protected].
            Sir, I am trying to contact Mr. Sharma for the last five days but he is not picking up the phone.
            Therefore, I request you, please look in to the matter as this kind of activities will promote black marketing which is an offence and needs your immediate attention.

            I further request you, Kindly instruct the gas agency owner to take appropriate action against this matter to avoid repetition.

            Looking forward to have your support for regular and prompt services from BPCL.

            Hi,

            I haven't received my refill LPG inspite of booking refill LPG on 22nd Jan 2009. Our distribution agency Excel Gas service, sector -29, Navi Mumbai 400705 did not bother to register our request. Inspite of calling them repeatedly there was no response from other end even though we register refill request with a gap of 2.5 months. BPCL should address this issue as the earliest and take action against agency which is not fulfilling the customer request and verify if there is any misuse of domestic customer LPG by agency

            I would like to bring this malpractice to your kind notice that I am the customer of Bharat Gas. My consumer no. is vk 4206; and fall under the dealership of M/s shyamji gas AGENCY (BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR), 14,arcade b-7,vasant kunj delhi-110070 I had Booked For the Reffiling Of LPG cylinder on dt. 28.11.2011 at 09:00 in morning nd nw its 4.12.2011 nd there is not any valuable response from the distributor of vasant kunj new delhi i am calling them daily but sir dey are not picking up the call nd saying dat delivery vechile is nt coming that's why!!! but all the bharat gas cylinders are delivering den why not mine......they are extremely rude and show careless attitude. ill date there is no sign of the cylinder. and my number is [protected] please make me sure that it will deliver as soon as possible or otherwise I will go to the consumer court for complaint. I will take judgement by court.

              This is regarding the delay in getting the refill. my consumer no. is 19569.
              i have booked a refill on 16 dec 2008. My booking no. is 4595. After repeated request to rajeswara agencies at kompally, secunderabad. tell date i. e. 19 jan 2009 i havent received the refill. and i even didnt receive any responce from bpcl after adding a complaint at bpcl web.

                I am very much dissappointed by the behaviour of the people at Bharat Gas Agency in Sec-20, Noida. I required a new connection so I went for inquiry. The people there are so rude that they were not even to speak. The person on the counter there just told me, "Come when you need the connection with all the formalities and the money. Dont disturb us now." They were not even listening to the customers. And when I asked what formalities were to be fulfilled, they were not in a mood to speak...as if they were some VIP or Nawab.

                Afer a week I again went there, but this time they said that they were busy with their own work and I should come some other day. This is really a very BAD service and a VERY RUDE behaviour...

                I request the senior officials in Bharat Gas to kindly teach some manners to their staff...

                  Sir,

                  My consumer no. is J30928. I had received a new gas connection on 28/2/08 from Jyothi gas at Thripunithura 682301, Kochi.

                  When I went there for the first time I was asked to Pay Rs.3500/- which I paid and I was asked to but utensils and gas stove from them which they claimed was mandatory. Later when i learnt from my husband who is working abroad that they had cheated me I approached them again and asked them to give in writing that this was mandatory. They immediatley returned the balance and indicated a board which stated in tiny letters that gas stove is not mandatory.

                  I had asked them for a second cylinder which they said will be issued after a month on a payment of Rs. 2000. I understand from the book they have issued a cylinder deposit if only Rs. 850.

                  The worst part is I have not got the second cylinder as well as a single refill till date. I have been borrowing cylinders from neighbours and making ends meet till date.

                  Their telphone nos. are always engaged even after office hours and they dont pick the telephone. I had also made the booking on their computerised booking no. and have not received the refill till date. Their nos. are 2777509, 2780588 and 2785055.

                  Once when contacted they asked me to visit their godown with the empty cylinder.I am sure I dont work as a delivery man for Bharat gas at Jyoti gas.

                  I have been patient all these days and now would like to bring to your company notice for proper action. What is more surpriseing is that my husband was able to get for his colleague a cylinder for the commercial vehicle on the spot.

                  I look forward to your help to take proper action and help me in getting my second cylinder at the right costs and refill every 26 days interval.

                  LPG Cylinder refill and second cylinder — No Refill till date and no second cylinder issued till date

                  Sir,

                  My consumer no. is J 30928. I had applied for a new connection on 28/2/08 from Jyoti gas at Tripunithura- 682301, Kochi. They had initially asked me to pay 3500/- Rs. which included me to buy utensils from them.

                  Later when I found out from my husband who is working aborad that I need not buy such things from them I went again to their office and got the balance money. I was told that the second cylinder would be delivered after one month. And they asked me I would need to pay 2000. But again I understand that the cylinder cost is only 850.

                  The worst part is I had made a request for refill of my only cylinder which is not refilled even once after issue. I have been borrowing the cylinders from my neighbours and running the show while i am here.

                  The 3 telephone nos.of this agency is always engaged surprisingly enough even after their office hours and holidays which clearly states that this phone is tampered with to avoid customer contacts. Their nos. are[protected], 780588 and 785055.

                  While I contacted them once over phone they said I have to bring the empty cylinder to their go-down and get it refilled. I am surpised if I have to go to my work in the court or work for Jyoti gas as a delivery man. He also said that people who have booked for 200 days ago have still not got the deliveries.

                  I was really surprised when my husband was able to get a cylinder for his friend on a commercial vehicle on the spot. More than 10 months from getting my connection I have not got the second cylinder as well asa single cylinder refill.

                  I wish to bring this to the notice of the company and look forward for help failing which I will need to take a legal course.

                  Appreciate an immediate inquiry into this matter.

                  Eventhough I have booked gas on 23rd of October 2010 till date I did not receive the gas refill this minute. while booking they said it may reach within a weeks time. They never furnish booking number while booking the refill through telephone.They never take telephone calls regularly.Kindly investigate the matter and advise me .

                  sir we are totally frustrated with trying to get gas refills from our distributor Ms anita gas sevice , virar west .In spite of booking a refill ,we do not get delivery even after fifteen days .not to mention a totally indifferent staff manning the booking counters . this is more of a rule than an exception ,i m sure there are many more frustraed consumers like me . Hope somebody in the organization has the good sense to look into complaints like these and bring releif to scores of consumers yours frustrated consumer

                    Iam, shaik mahammad ali babi, consumer no. 5441, of Nellore town, of sri potti sri ramulu nellore (dist), Andhra Pradesh. here in our supplying office of nellore there is no transparency in supplying of gas to us, means when it will come and waht preferrence no, is going on chart. And every time atleast more than 15 days will be taken to supply. my request is pls advice them to maintain a chart to invisible to the consumers in their office what is the present position of the supply and waiting lisst status.

                      we are making advance booking of cooking gas every month for cooking gas for bharat gas, agency by DAMMO ENTERPRISES Jhilmil Colony, Delhi, for consumer no. k26309, but agency does not supply the lpg to us, they said it will take a month for delivery . And also they do not pick up the phone calls for booking . So it is requested to related officers ro take an effective action to make the delivery smooth . thanks

                      This is to inform the concerned that they are delivering the gas on time. If we book for gas every time deliver the gas to the person who have not booked because of the same name. Every time even after informing this probelm occurs. None of the lines being picked by the employees working in the agencies, only we have luck line will be connected. There is not endm for this.

                      Request the concerend to intervene and sort out this issue.

                        I AM VENKATESH. MORE THAN A YEAR WE ARE FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS FROM THIS SUPPLIER TO DELIVERY GAS ON TIME. NOT ONLY ME. ALL THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS IN THILLAI GAS AGENCY OFFICE FIGHTING & SOUGHTING INSIDE EVERYDAY THIS IS ROUTINE PROBLEM IN THEIR'S OFFICE. IF WE CALL NO BODY WILL PICK PHONE FOR BOOKING OR ENQUIRY. LAST WEEK I WENT TO COMPLAINT FOR DELIVERY BIG CROWD WAS THERE ALL ARE SOUGHTING MANAGEMENT. THEY BRING ROUDIES TO PULL OUT ALL THE PEOPLES. 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE SAME PROBLEM AND ALL COMPLAINT TO MEDIA SUN NEWS, KAZHAGAR TV, JAYA TV. IT WAS A BIG ISSUE ALL THEY HARTHAL IN THE ROAD SIDE. STILL THEY ARE DOING THE SAME PROBLEM. NO RESPONSE. IF YOU WANT TO TAKE STEP SEND ONE SUPERVISOR A WEEK HOW CUSTOMER'S ARE GETTING PROBLEM FROM DISTRIBUTOR. BETTER AS A CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AND AFFECTED BY THEM REMOVE AGENCY FROM THEM AND GIVE TO SOMEBODY OTHERWISE THIS WILL BE A BIG ISSUE. OTHER AGENCIES IN KUMBAKONAM ARE DOING NEETLY. IF I BOOK CYLINDER 25 DAYS TO TAKE DELIVERY. THEY ALWAYS TELL TO BOOK DIRECTLY IN THERE'S OFFICE HOW IS POSSIBLE TO BOOKING ALWAYS CUSTOMER MUST GO WITH FAMILY CARD + DIVING LICENCE AND GAS BOOK. THIS IS TO MUCH TROUBLE GIVING TO ALL CUSTOMER'S ARE FEDUP. MENTALLY GIVING TORTURE TO ALL CUSTOMERS. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION OR CHANGE DISTRIBUTIONS TO OTHER BETTER SUPLLIERS.

                        WE AS A CUSTOMER'S SAYING ENOUGH IS ENOUGH FROM DISTRIBUTORS. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST THIS DISTRIBUTOR. OTHERWISE AGAIN WE GOTO ALL MEDIA TO EXPOSE.

                        IF WE WANT ADDITIONAL CYLINDER WE HAVE TO PAY 2800 RS. 1000 RS. MUST BUY RICE OR COOKING OIL FOR BOOKING WHAT IS THIS? THIS IS PUBLICLY THEY ARE SAYING AND DISPLAYING INSIDE THE OFFICE PREMISIS. IS IT DISTRIBUTORS ALLOW TO SELL LIKE THIS TO GAS CUSTOMER'S ARE WHAT? OTHER DISTRIBUTORS NO. ONLY GAS STOVE.

                        What you are saying above is exacetly currect. That is not THILLAI GAS, THOLLAI gas. They are doing number one dubakur service.
                        Instead of doing this business better to shutdowm start begging to the pulbic.

                        The Woresest of all Gas Service! Thillai Gas Customer service is "THE WOREST"
                        They never worried about customers! It has been a regular problem from them for so many years!
                        For example:-
                        Gas cylinder delivered on March- 05 -2011
                        Gas cylinder rebooked on April- 30 -2011 Booking no: 36846
                        No cylinder supply till May- 29- 2011 !
                        No Gas in our house from May- 01- 2011 !
                        Thillai gas Customer service showed no proper response to my phone call.
                        Now my question is, wheather they supplied Gas cylinder to customer, booked on/after April-30-2011
                        (that was my booking date) or not? I STRONGLY RECOMMEND, TO CLOSE THE THILLAI GAS
                        SERVICE. INSTEAD OF CHANGING THE ADMINISTRATION, BETTER TO CLOSE THE SERVICE

                          We are facing the problem of GAS delivery from past many months. We have to spent extra on 2 kg gas we have taken for emergency. It is too costly hence it is not aforddable every time.

                          We have two cylenders but still because of delivery not getting on time we are suffering.

                          We are 8 members in family and one cylender gets over in 12-13 days.

                          Pls let us know the booking policy. We have booked the cylender on 18th Feb but not yet received the delivery.

                          With reference to the above subjects, I hereby submitting that, I have booked for the refile of the empty LPG cylinder, after the expiry of 21 days of the previous delivery, as per the order of DISTRIBUTOR, GURUKRUPA GAS AGENCY, on dt. 21.01.2012, not giving the booking No. & stating that the delivery will be done within two days. But till date, neither delivery of the refile of LPG has been made from my LPG distributer M/s GURUKRUPA GAS AGENCY, having their place of bussiness at 5, SHREE GAJANAN APT. THANGEWADI, KALYAN(W)-421301, nor any communication is received from him, or from else where. At present my both the LPG cylinders becomes empty on dt.24.01.2012. Let me know, where from I have to purchase the refiled LPG cylinder, to carry on my cooking. Whether I have to stop my cooking till the date of delivery of cylinder or to stay on for fast. On what ground you have generated this bloody rule to book for the refile of LPG after the expiry of 21 days from the delivery of the previous delivery. Get me the copy of such rule passed, and the copy of G.R. I will pay for that. Please refere the judgement given by, Hon'ble Court i.e. DCF- Mukatsar also decided on dated[protected] that booking of LPG cylinder should be done without any restriction of 21 days after last refill/delivery in complaint case of Raj Pal Sharma.
                          We are living as Joint family. One gas cylinder is comsumed within 15 to 20 day being winter season. After booking, this bloody distributor taking the time of 10 to 15 days for the delivery. How it possible for us, to manage the cooking gas. The complaint against this Distributor was already lodge in written at Mr. CERMEN D’COSTA, the regional Manager, BPCL, MUMBAI on date. 24.12.2010. I think, no any action was taken on this bloody distributors. This Distributor is now insisting for the purchase of HOSE pipe, sometime insisting for change the STOVE, some times demanding mony by way sending repairsman. This result in harrashment to the public. The function of your Distributors is only to distributes the your gas, and nothing else.

                          Now you are hereby kindly requested to give the direction to supply immediately the two refiled cylinder which are empty as on date, & take the immedite action against this distributor to cancel his distributorship, as harrashing to your consumers. Otherwise there will be no any other substitute before me but to file the complaint against your company at Consumer court and Human Right commission & publication to print & electonic media, also to file the FIR at the concern Police Station for the mentally and Physically harrashment to your registered consumer, intentionaly avoiding to supply the refile LPG gas cylinde, which is crime under Indian Pinal code & Criminal Pinal Code, & will be cost on you, without giving further opportunity, kindly to be note.
                          Your fast action in this regard is highly appeciated.

                            I was drawing my LPG cylinder from Your Kalyani office (Distric Nadia, West Bengal) I have not taken cylider for last one year. Now I require cylinder very urgently but I coule not trace my Blue Book. I do not know my consumer Number. The regulator No given to me has No -A291129. The connection was initially of HP Gas.It was initially In Barnala, Sangrur, Punjab. I transferred it to Indane.And to Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal.How could I get my consumer Number and duplicate blue book. The gas agency is not entertaining my as I do not know my consumer number.Request your good office to help me in this regard.

                              I have Bharat Gas connection.Date i become a customer of bharat gas i suffered a lot.

                                I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum. I had booked for a LPG cylinder on 19/12/2008. In this regard I have not yet received refill of the LPG cylinder till date. I had a talk with Dayal Gas Agency, Panna Puri Hapur. But he has not redressed my complaint till date. I have already twiced complained in Loni BPCL but i have not yet received any respond from loni BPCl. Non-delivery of cylinder has put me and my family in great hardship and I have been put into a lot of mental harassment, because of the indifferent attitude and apathy. I request you to kindly take up this matter with appropriate authorities and redress my grievance.

                                I am your LPG consumer, my connection number 2741 name of agency Raj Gas Service, BHARAT GAS, Bareilly. I booked my gas on 11.01.2010. Sorry to say that upto now gas was not supplied to me whenever, agency is distributing the gas of 15/16.01.2010. Daily I am asking from agency and they said your gas is reaching within few hours but my gas was not supplied to me upto now. I can not say why it is happening, but I came from some reliable sourses the agency is selling the gas in black from back door and fulfilling the requirement of coming marriage season. So they are doing delay in gas supply. I personally contacted at agency then they said our auto became defective so your gas will reach very soon. But not yet received.
                                You are requested to investigate it and will arrange my gas as early as possible.

                                  I am consumer of Bharat Petroleum Gas bearing the consumer number 10296. My Bharat agency is located in Uppal, Hyderabad. More than one month back we booked the gas, till now it has not been delivered. And recently again on 22.12.2008 we booked the gas its second time but not yet received. Its so surprising that all the time their phone appears to be busy, If it rings nobody will respond the call which is makes us pestering. Atleast we hope we get reply from your end.                                     I request you to book a complaint against M/s sri jayaram enterprises dealers of bharatgas amberpet for theiri poor service
                                    My consumer no. is 21580. Every time i need to remind after booking gas refill cylinder at M/s Jayaram Enterprises Amberpet Bharat gas. I personally dialed the listed numbers 27407126, 27403350 and 27401776 standing outside their office when everyone was sitting at office. It just rings the phone or they will keep the handset away. I am trying since last week they are not getting connected and when connected nobody lifts the phone and in the cash memo they have mentioned the working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Because of their negligence now i have to pay double amount for the private gas agency. The strange part is that the delivery boy comes along with cylinder when we haven't done any booking for refill. He plays very smart role by giving the non working number and informs at home that we should not book the gas for the next time at office and that cylinder he will use for different customer.

                                    With his false information this time we have not booked the cylinder on time and none of the above mentioned number works at any time.

                                    I am Hirudia Raj and I have booked a gas refill cylinder 2 weeks ago at Mahalaxmi gas agency secunderabad through Inter net and they have not supplied it till today their phone also does not work or it will be busy throughout the day (you can contact on this phone[protected] or[protected] I am trying since last week they are not getting connected
                                    I request you to book a complaint against M/s Mahalaxmi gas agency dealers of bharath gas in secunderabad for their poor service.

                                    my cons. no.41401 of bharat gas of mahalakshmi lpg centre, booked for refill on 13th feb 10 but still today unable to get. most of the time all telephone are busy only tel no.12664 is availabe for refil booking.

                                      dear sir,
                                      i had booked my cylinder with milind gas agency located at keshopur villagenew delhi on monday.they told i will get cylinder after 5 days.today i went i am told there is shortage so no cylinder will be supplied untill strike is over.my cylinder is finished i dont know what to do.
                                      secondly cylinders which we get from this agency are not full.delievery men remove gas and sell to small cylinder dealers.the lady staff at agency are involved as they are not ready to accept gas is less.if we ask them to give us slip so that we can collect ourself from godown they refuse.this agency has a lot of corrupt practices.

                                      My Consumer No. is 16388 on the name of Mr. M.C Khanna i had booked my cylinder with milind gas agency located at keshopur villagenew delhi on monday.they told i will get cylinder after 5 days. Nobody pick the phone whole day..my cylinder is finished i dont know what to do. My booking no. is 136.

                                      i had booked my cylinder with milind gas agency on 7th march...nw its 17th of march and no delivery of cylinder...i visited agency a several times, dey say d gas will deliver 2moro, , , ...i dnt knoi wen thier 2moro comes...My booking no. is 6321
