Poor Service & Bad Manners

Dear Sir,
We are very depressed with the service of Bharat Gas Distributor "MS Om Bharat Gas" Banda (U.P.), we have deposited the cash for one gas refill cylinder on 31-Dec-08 but till the date distributor could not provide us any refill cylinder, No any satisfactory answer get by us, he always saying that wait for 2-3 days if truck will come then will distribute otherwise you have any problem then surrender your connection...

Not returning of full deposit after surrender of gas connection

I have surrender my Gas connection on date 14.01.09 with Sanket Gas Agency, Parner, Dist-Ahmednagar for transfer to other location.He has deducetd Rs 25 from my deposit as a documentation charge .He has return me Rs 725 insted of giving me Rs 750.( Cylinder deposit-650 Regulator deposit-100 ). I AM HAVING GAS CONNECTION WITH CONSUMER NO. 13574 AT PALIA (KHERI). our distributor always used to black cylinders at Rs450-500. he do not give us supply inspite of our bookings for two -two months.

non delivery of LPG cylinders

dear sir,
i hv a connectoin with consumer no. 896 . i had a booking on 10-01-09. but inspite of every efforts we are not getting our supply as here the distributor used to black cylinders at Rs 450 himself.
this is not case of one time, it happens every month that we receive cylinders not on time but 50 days later to booking.
he is ready to dispute but dont deliver gas on time...

Not giving extra cylender - Sri Raksha Gas Agency

New Connection problem

Dear Sir,

I had applied for new connection from Bharat Gas Agency in DDA Market, M.I.G Flats, Rajouri Gardens,

He got the form filled and i also gave the rent agreement. The person told me that some madam is on leave who gives connection so will send someone to verify but no ne came. I filled the form in November 2008 and despite repeated visits he says the connection is not available . Can someone help me...

Very Bad Service

Rude behaviour of the booking clerk.

I am very much dissappointed by the behaviour of the people at Bharat Gas Agency in Sec-20, Noida. I required a new connection so I went for inquiry. The people there are so rude that they were not even to speak. The person on the counter there just told me, "Come when you need the connection with all the formalities and the money. non delivery of cooking gas on time

we are making advance booking of cooking gas every month for cooking gas for bharat gas, agency by DAMMO ENTERPRISES Jhilmil Colony, Delhi, for consumer no. k26309, but agency does not supply the lpg to us, they said it will take a month for delivery . And also they do not pick up the phone calls for booking . So it is requested to related officers ro take an effective action to make the delivery smooth . thanks...
