I have a gas connection (Consumer ID # 32759 ) with Ashok Gas Services ( code No 371704 & Sap code no 110893 ), Satguru Apartment, Shop No B / 2, Sainath wadi, Aslfa village, Ghatkopar ( W ), Mumbai 400 084. I used to booked for refile cylender on phone, provided by the gas agency .Now a day they are not giving proper response, also not confirmed the noting of my booking for refile gas cylender.
Simply they are saying that you contact after 2 to 3 days. During last 10 days, 4 times I contected them, today morning on contacting, I have been informed that, today refiled gas cylender will be delivered at your house, but they have not deliver the same. On enquiry of the matter the, the person rudely said, " IF YOU WANT COME & TAKE REFILED GAS CYLENDER, WE ARE NOT GOING TO DELIVER. " why wheter I am on mercy of the Gas Services agency, I don't understand your dealer concept. please brief explain your rule, the particular dealer misuse your company. Any one who knows any body in higher level please provide me contact details or advise what should I do.?

My Consumer ID is V - 15010, since Thursday 16 June 2009, i am making calls to the distributor on the following numbers[protected],[protected]. Either the phone is busy or if it rings, no one picks the call.
How can i book the cylinder ?? The delivery time is also almost 5-6 days. Once the booking would be made afterwards i will have to wait that much. And the fact is i am trying desperately for the past 6 days to book the refilling. Kindly look into this. Name of Distributor is Vishnu Jyoti, A-6, Brij vihar, Ghaziabad.
